6/15 AUHSD Board Meeting: Closed Session (3:00 p.m.)

001you know I mean High School District uh Board of Trustees meeting of January excuse me June 15 2023 is called to order at 3 P.M the following members are here Jessica Aguero Anna El Percy Catherine H Smith Emory Reynold Trejo and Brian O'Neill staff has requested the following amendments to the agenda replace page four of the agenda which is on the diocese here to reflect the date of May 2023 a change in that that's this piece of paper highlighted yellow that's that change and then page 16 of the agenda [Applause] poll 9.18 that it yes do I have a motion to adopt the amendment second motion a second all in favor say aye aye aye opposed 5-0 public comments closed session items is there anyone in the audience wishing to speak to the Board of Trustees regarding closed session items seeing none the board will now hold a closed session to discuss 4.1 through 4.11 on the agenda see you all later
