004yes we've done uh with erickson hall right the question we've done oxford academy uh savannah high school uh and those were the only two okay beautiful projects uh under the oh elise lee's back and we've done some cares act work um last year with erickson hall i'd just like to add patty my gratitude to you and your team of people when we had our first school bond because of difficulties with uh ability inability in availability to get materials oxford i'm sorry magnolia was not attended to this is such a positive for this community big time big time and i just want to thank you and i'm grateful thank you thank you all right yeah go ahead patty um due to the worldwide situation right now uh economically how is this going to be impacting uh
005what we're moving into thank you all my name is matt gates president of erickson hall construction as as part of the selection process the board the panel asked how we're doing in terms of the economy and what we're seeing out there it we did a rough budget of the number for the work we're right up against it we've already identified some potential value engineering to continue to do all the square footage and all the work necessary and we're confident that we can deliver that with the budget that you've got stated in the rfp there are some challenges in terms of supply chain issues but we've identified where we can utilize existing material to bridge the gap until the new equipment shows up and that again will finish on time and with all of the equipment
006as specified in the plans and specs thank you good question sure i thank mr o'brien for that question mystery i don't know where's mr o'brien i just me yeah we got it kathy we know we were talking about i i had a question too uh i know we we've had many of our projects with the community benefits agreement which allowed us to hire locally as well as union labor uh hopefully i would encourage um your your projects to not only hire locally but also entertain uh local union shops we're utilizing a local contractor outreach program that we've done in the past both at oxford and at savannah and that was very successful to where we actually increased our subcontractor participation with some of these contractors to where they come with us to different projects we're
