014pack with three league record and boys not trailing too far behind with one win one tie and one loss in the league the boys basketball team is shaking up the competition with 11 wins and two losses ready for the playoffs and for the girls all young and fresh and are playing at work did not be outdone boys wrestling one and one in the ctf and finally girls waterville just starting up showing great potential last week our sophomore class asp revealed at pep rally our winter formal dance hosted at sunset hills senior class also made an announcement through our cougar news ran by our multimedia class about grad night at california adventure along with a bundle deal with our prom to save money for students who want to attend both instead of including everything mentioned above

015i would like to end this by giving thanks not just for me but from all students teachers and staff for continued support and keeping in person and fighting through this pandemic i for one my junior year took my seeing my friends teachers and students in person for granted and what had and what granite has shown and one measly semester alone speaks for itself thank you all for your time and e this evening and always remember marina grade lead the way [Applause] will be apple valley high school daniel greetings team board members it is my pleasure to bring you updates from appleby high school the month of december was filled with exciting events to bring 2021 to an end we held our annual talent show where students and parents alike enjoyed performances by our talented sun

016devils the winter sports season has started with our soccer teams having played games together suntanna oak hills and serrano our girls basketball team has recently won their games against iran and some of our school wrestlers finished second place in the east side tournament in first place at the golden league tournament as for clubs our bowling club has participated in multiple bowling competitions national honor society is hosting a career a canned food drive and a hygiene product drive to give back to the most vulnerable members of our community after having to cancel their desert holiday theater show fire is finally able to host it back this january 23rd at 1pm and our asb class is working hard to prepare for their winter formal dance this february 5th our students are excited to have an opportunity to

017have fun and participate in school events i thank you for your attention and i look forward to updating you in the months ahead remember sunderland pride is contagious [Applause] we'll move on to reports california school employees association cse four pages huh the payroll department which is already overly inundated have worked hard at getting their errors fixed even coming in on their way member absences from covid and cova corticals are stressing the subsystem which means that members have been taking extra students in classes many members have to sub on their prep period or take on additional classes just so the school can operate continue to operate some members are even working during their duty-free lunch to help out with lunch and yp tables or being a proster and they aren't doing it for their 25 seconds

018every employee classified a certificate wants what's best for the school and the students however this means they have no time to prepare create or contact parents until after duty hours i have never been so concerned with member burnout but this year i see and hear from members just trying to provide access for professional development and conferences are being cancelled because our system cannot handle the day-to-day needs of our profession we are expected to be superheroes but the district admin gets to go home at a decent time even if their work isn't done it wouldn't be a problem but they are not doing their job i lost my friends and we are the ones that have suffered i know that district employees are substituting that five dedicated but they leave their jobs undone and no one

019is staying late to finish their meeting again drive by any school in this district and you will find cars that are late into the evening and often on weekends drive by the district at 5 pm and you will only see mine in the janitors i fear that most of our teachers will quit our new teachers will quit this year because of the number of hours and lack of support as they learn the district and their jobs in december we have six members for from one high school resigned due to various reasons but a six percent turnover halfway through the school year at one site is a cost for conservation a buddha realizes that cobit is no one's fault but something has to give we understand that the district cannot go virtual within the financial life

020loss but we need we do need to do something for these hard-working employees we need to feel appreciated and we are not appreciation can be many things delivering lunch to a site once a week school board members um visiting the site and working along with us a simple thank you note that is individual to everyone not a math thank you you can hear all the problems but you don't always understand until you experience them in person i went into a classroom this week and helped out this bed classroom was down in eighth so the other age who should have been helping the whole class have to spend time focusing on one student who needs a one-on-one aid but doesn't have one i worked with that student for three hours and i was exhausted imagine trying

021to do the job of two people day after day it gets this healthy we ask that you spend some time and think about all these concerns and what can be done to make employees feel appreciated and to ensure that employees get their pay on time and correctly there is no excuse for that something has to be done because this cannot be the theme we have to come up with a plan or we are going to have to close full sites because we don't have enough people to run them we appreciate you hearing our concerns and hope you understand what everyone is doing and without appreciation this district has asked us time and time again during the school year to give them great as they navigate the bumps in the road for high employee turnover and

022training new people where is that great for us the employees on the ground face to face with the students on a daily basis thank you for listening and have a good night okay moving on to item four closed session reports if i can get the clerk we'll report on the actions taken in closed session dennis in closed session the board of trustees took action in support of the following recommendation from the superintendent on a motion by maria appara second by rick raleigh 5-0 vote we appointed priscilla avila as assistant principal elementary setting bull academy range 7 column 1 on the certificated management salary scheduled based on 205 days effective to be determined conference with labor negotiator on a motion by maria parra seconded by rick raleigh the board of trustees approved the following approve the

023mirandum of understanding with the california school employee association csea chapter 828 on december 7 2021 regarding a change in prescribed work hours on a conference with the labor negotiator on a motion by wilson so seconded by chris nunes the board of trustees took the following action we approved the memorandum of understanding with the california school employees csea chapter 828 dated december 7th 2021 regarding an increase in prescribed work hours in a conference with a labor negotiator on a motion by wilson so seconded by maria opara the board of trustees approved the following approve the memorandum of understanding with the california school employees association cse chapter number 828 dated december 7th 2021 regarding the covet 19 leave and testing thank you that's it thank you moving right along adoption of item five will adoption of the

024agenda the board may approve the agenda as is or add or pull items from the consent agenda for discussion or action so we will need uh a motion to approve the agenda as is so move okay we have a motion by uh dennis a second and a second by maria is there uh all in favor of the uh approval all right is there any opposition hearing then it'll be the order thank you i'm moving on to item can't wait kylie do we have any uh public comments we do have one okay and um before i move on i always like to read this here as provided in our public comment card speakers are requested to please limit the comments to a maximum of three minutes if more than one person wishes to speak on the

025same topic speakers should limit their remarks to new information only public comments shall be limited to a maximum of 20 minutes per item in a situation where the additional public comments have exceeded the 20-minute maximum time per item members of our community will be able to submit electronic public comments to kylie cadell avusd.org by monday january 17 2022 at 12 p.m these public comments will be publicly posted and distributed to all members of the board of trustees and information card with information is available at the signing table uh with that said we have the the speaker will be uh i'm sorry here that's um williams yes been waiting patiently since five o'clock and you're up don't pull that down we hear you better thank you my name is michael williams being a former student within

026the alpha valley unified school district graduating from jefferson elementary apple valley middle school and later album valley high school in 2014 i continued my education and graduated from san jose state university with my ba degree in african american studies i am currently pursuing my mpaa in public administration i have a seven-year-old sister who currently attends the upcoming elevation that's fine okay you need to start over so i have a seven-year-old sister who currently attends yakuloma elementary school um and she's attending that school around the same age that i attended it's important to shine light on the void that i had as a child and one i hope my little sister doesn't have to experience and that being a lack of representation in all aspects concerning african-american contributions to this country and society at large since

027the brown versus board decision in many african-american educators counselors and principals were displaced and with the lack of black educators in california institutions especially many black children aren't given the proper understanding concerning their cultural background and contributions to society causing these self-destructive behaviors we see in black americans today i think a solution would be dedicating aspects of our standard core curriculum to educating all students k through 12 on the countless black inventors who have pioneered programs like stem science technology engineering and math introducing the ingenuity when discussing historically black persons aside from rosa parks and martin luther king although these are great individuals we need to broaden our scope on black history and introduce black innovators like marie brown who invented the home security system um [Music] granville t woods who invented the telephone system

028and paul e williams who invented the first useful helicopter these three black american pioneers and many more have yet to be uh to receive the acknowledgments that they deserve and um one way we can implement is to use the budget to get quality and qualifying black educators on board to teach i think representation in the classroom matters images of black inventors should be placed around the classroom with their names and inventions attached i think two black inventors per classroom should be taught students should be quizzed on their contributions and write papers about them so i think this will begin the necessary dialogue our education so desperately needs many black parents have no idea about the numerous contributions their fellow black men or black women have made primarily because after the brown versus board decision it

029was never taught in their school systems go ahead finish up yeah so i think this would be a great first step and i'll stop there thank you thank you ms williams for your comments oh is that it kylie for the public comments that's very good thank you thanks for waiting an hour and a half appreciate your time moving on to superintendent come on so trenay yeah i do thank you um miss williams um i'm sure there's people at the dios that will be making contact with you to talk about what you've presented and we love hearing from alumni who have success and some expertise so thank you for the comments um we're also getting ready as a community to send out a thought exchange um sb 328 requires high school start times to change effective

030next year no high school can begin before 8 30 in the morning and middle schools middle grade students cannot attend school that start before 8 am because of our transportation flights this causes a complete shift of times for the entire system and so right now we want to hear from our families and i do want you to know that they're the only way that we don't change is because of um being designated as rural our current district does not have a designation as rural even though we bus over 200 square miles um we don't have walkable roads we don't have sidewalks street lights and so that's not taken into consideration student safety was not part of this senate bill however because of that rural implication one high school one elementary school is identified that way

031we are seeking an appeal a waiver um process for this and we'll do that parallel to making plans for a change if we don't are not granted the waiver um but we believe that student safety should come first at this point and the littlest kids would be out on the streets at dark either in the morning or late in the afternoon and so um just doesn't make sense people don't live in our area they don't really know how this works the second thing is after returning from break we met with student advisory fourth through eighth grade from throughout the district um the students are always giving extremely authentic feedback about school sites about what we all as adults can do better their feedback is what we seek because those are the students the people that

032we serve in this district throughout the process they were actively involved in problem solving but even as much as we thought we had it nailed their favorite part was when the nutrition services department showed up with a taste test for new menu items and let them vote on what they thought was the best so um it was the same thing the year prior they they gave us feedback and told us what they wanted and um so we love having students back in person and being able to do that and we will do the same process at both high schools um to gather a greater impact at each school site and then i just want to say how grateful i am for the opportunity the past two weeks the willingness of staff i know ms croft

033spoke about not being appreciated the attitude of the absd family has been incredible people are doing things they would not normally do everyone has subbed across students in crosswalks tested staff to get them back on property or german bands to get kids to school so whether the statement of appreciation is not good enough i appreciate everybody in this district assumptions of what people do what time they leave from the office aren't necessarily accurate and so i just want to say i know people are working really hard and i know that it is everybody in this district that is working hard to do that and support our children including the parents who got their kids to school after 10 rounds were cancelled so um that said we're hopeful to get through this um surge and this

034weekend we will celebrate martin luther king day on monday and have a holiday staff will have the day off um several of us will be working to support return to work any employee that would like to be tested we will have a plan to get that done over the weekend if they so choose um and that's all i have right now thank you thank you tony uh wilson yeah i wanna briefly i reached a comment on about apple high school alumni said at the conference uh san diego i did chris newney and i attend a session presented by a gentleman from san bernardino san marino's city unified and the idea is that we do need to provide history to black students about the hard working and and so there's really no correct textbook in terms

035but i think what we can do is it's more of a couple new class and start working with students at a certain age and start talking about how the pioneers how they what they went through to suffer okay and then how does the african-americans even asian americans how do we overcome all the obstacles to make ourselves successful and these are very important and so we we're going to i'll be talking to mr silas to see what in coming year we can implement something like that okay but it's a very good input thank you thank you wilson that's all real oh god um well i'm going to start by by the announcement on the um where the comments are and it says that the um [Music] the electronic documentation needs to be to kylie on the

03617th if i may i would like it to be on the 18th since the 17th is a public holiday so to move it to tuesday the 18th as opposed to monday the 17th since it's a holiday and then secondly um i would like to thank the thank you dr and mrs gillette for an outstanding performance that i attended at desert known school to see how engaged the children were and the teachers also participated and i felt that the students were very attentive to science versus hocus pocus so the the kids were able to tell the difference between what science really is and why science is important and i thought they learned quite a bit and then uh thirdly um i was impressed with what dr croft had to say about the situation uh in the

037district um uh it is unfortunate that this is the the different sides of the story that i'm i'm hearing right now but i have to say though that i have watched or i have talked to district personnel and they work even into sunday and saturday and sunday trying to make things get things right i have also volunteered my time i actually got ready as early as five o'clock one morning and i sent a text to the superintendent because i'm ready yeah and uh because i was ready to go and do crossing guard because that didn't require my credentials and i figured i can cross case across the street however she said that they had it all covered and sometimes when we have these conversations we really don't see the full picture of the whole district

038and um my daughter who works in la unified i gave her the the information and she and i said our assistant superintendents and the superintendent and the directors are crossing guard they are ready to get into their cars and pick up kids and go to the bus stops those are things that we don't see what we know is happening because community is telling us so the community is out there letting us know that these people yes they're not in their offices but they're crossing the kids they're making sure that that kid who couldn't get on the bus that their parents are informed to be sure that their children are safe so kids first paper second that's how i was taught by an outgoing superintendent when he was leaving and he told me don't worry about

039the papers worry about the kids and that was my guiding force then i go back to the african-american history i saved the best of last because obviously when you look here you will see that i'm african-american and and i am troubled by what education has done to the history of the african-american or even to the history of the asian-american or even to the history of the hispanic american education hasn't been fair to them and we would like to see it a little bit fairer than what it is i would like to see textbooks that are written by african americans textbooks that are written by asian americans textbooks that are written by hispanic americans not textbook written by the conqueror because the conqueror tells the story because he knows exactly how he got his prey so

040i would like to see a textbook that addresses all of that and there are also white america that is uncomfortable with the history so as we begin to have those conversations we need to be aware of the fact that history hasn't been fit to any of the races but we need to be serious we should get out of talking and get into the business of doing so hopefully this school year that we are going into will begin to have that conversation about where are we going and we don't have to wait till high school for a kid to know about their history they can start knowing as early as in kindergarten to begin to hear their stories i thank you so much for taking the time to come and i thank all of the speakers

041for coming in and having the audacity to speak up because that's what we want thank you again for your time okay thank you maria christopher nunes thank you um let's start off actually echoing uh a big congratulations and thank you to dr and mrs gillette i also was able to attend um at desert knowles the stem assembly and it was it was for those of you who couldn't be there i'll i'll let you live cathartically through me it was uh tk through second graders who were sitting in their very first assembly ever and it was an amazing experience and a true testament to why what all of our staff and faculty are doing going so far above and beyond clearly it's not for for their compensation it's not because there's any glory in it it

042is truly because they care about our students and our kids and they are doing anything and everything that they can to keep them in school which is the safest and most productive place for them to be you guys are going out of control i know i've spoken with several teachers and and classified staff this week and you're tired you are emotionally exhausted you're physically exhausted thank you doesn't cut it but i'll tell you what the families and our students it is everything so thank you for that um to our students stay focused please you guys are doing great every time i visit a school site i'm so impressed with the advancement that the classes are still making the engagement that is still there and the activities that are happening i think from our reports we're

043able to see that we're still making things happen great things to our family and parents i want to thank you for your support it was so encouraging this week i know obviously we have lots of staffing shortages and we're very disheartened to see where things are at with our transportation but it was outstanding to see so many parents posting online and organizing carpools to get their students to school and their neighbor their neighborhood kids to school so thank you all so much for that support um a special thank you to avudo appreciate the cup for christmas that was a wonderful little treat i hope you all enjoyed the holidays and i know this isn't the new year that we wanted to start off with the surge but we can also surge in other ways and

044our pride in our activity and of course in taking care of each other so thank you all and keep that in mind thank you chris yeah mine isn't going to be that long i'd like to give a shout out to the our administrators our teachers our staff our bus drivers for getting us through this coveted mess if you'd have been like the chicago teachers on the landing craft at d-day you wouldn't have got out of the boat thank you dennis um you know the whole the whole country is stressed out about this cobot and unfortunately the two hardest hit organizations with kobe there are hospitals and schools and uh you know we're right in the middle of it and uh i uh we get there's a lot of behind the scenes that goes on that

045as the board members we get updates from the from the office from trenay and what's going on and you know we as board members hear from from parents through text messages or facebook or just phone calls or knocking on the door and everybody is ready for this to end and um it's um it's disheartening to you know have some of our government officials that we don't believe we're getting the support that we should be getting um for the kids but on the most part though we're making progress so i just want to say because i noticed or i remember christy got up and mentioned that you know teachers are stressed and everybody's on edge and but we do appreciate it and we're hoping that if you believe what you read that this whole wave is

046going to level out in the next couple of weeks and hopefully there'll be could be some getting back to a little bit more normal normal you know normal if there's even a normal anymore you know what is normal anymore you know but uh but we appreciate it and uh i want to thank she does a fantastic job of keeping me personally i believe that she does with everybody else updated on what's going on in the district and whether it's something minor like today somebody lit a locker on fire at the school i get a text on that so there's a lot goes on behind closing you know and and she made it clear that matt schlosser was driving a bus and i thought i'll stay off the road what did i say i am not

047qualified to operate a bus however i am qualified to drive a van and go around and pick up some of our students and get them to school yes sir well anyway we appreciate it okay moving right along so what we need to do is we have a special meeting so i need to uh a motion to adjourn this meeting and open the special public facilities corporation for new business as deemed necessary okay so we have a motion by uh maria a second the second by chris and is there all in favor of uh adjourning because we're going to come back again so for now okay there's no opposition and the time is 6 55. so with that uh dennis um all right we're going to conduct a meeting of the public facilities corporation roll carl

048dennis bender here rick raleigh i'm here wilson so yeah mariah action items public facilities corporation we need a selection of officers of the board of directors of the apple valley unified district public facilities corporation president i need a motion keep it as it is let's keep it as it is and make it simple okay all right so that'll be president will be dennis the vice president the rick raleigh secretary wilson so she's a cute one and uh finally uh chief financial officer maria so so what you have is a motion from mr so to keep it the same you need a second to that motion second and then you need a vote all right all in favor selection of a time and place for the regular meeting of the board of directors meeting time and

049place be at the district office correct right here yep okay a motion for the date it will be um january 12 2023 would be our um approved january meeting for next calendar year um if you guys want to approve that date as a scheduled date for that do that sure so motion so moved second second all in favor aye aye aye authorization given for the filing of the annual statement of domestic nonprofit corporation with the state of california so moved second second favor aye aye it is recommended that board of directors adjourn the meeting of the public facilities corporation and reconvene the regular meeting of the apple valley unified school district board of trustees the time 657 how's that sound very good i'll make a motion all right second you've got maria and you've got

050rick all right all in favor okay so 657 okay with that we're going to convene the regular back to the regular meeting again and we're going to move on to a discussion uh it's recommended the board of trustees discuss and take action on the following items approve the recommendation of the administrative hearing chairperson affected immediately on expulsion case exp eleven two zero two one twenty two still move okay we have a motion um by chris and a second by maria yes and all in favor is there any opposition to the motion any discussion hearing amendment will be the order okay now we need to move on to expulsion case exp 12 21 22. do we have a motion to um we have motion by maria second second by is it wilson chris chris okay you

051do sound like huh is there any um all in favor all right in the opposition motion hearing then that'll be the order okay expulsion case 13 20 21 we have a motion second maria dennis second yeah is there any uh all in favor aye aye any opposition hearing them that will be the order case number 14 2021-22 we have a motion second emotion by maria a second by chris any discussion is there any um is all in favor any opposition to the motion that'll be the order okay stipulated case stip for 2021-22 do we have a motion so move dennis second i'm sorry here a second maria is there any discussion all in favor aye aye hearing no opposition that'll be the motion stipulated expulsion case 5 20 21 222. second uh who i'm sorry

052wilson yes it's like by me chris okay all in favor all right any opposition to the motion hearing then that will be the order approve the certificate certificated and classified personal actions as listed chris big dentist all in favor all right any opposition to the motion hearing then that'll be the order approve requested leave as noted so move dennis second i i'm sorry chris yes any discussion any opposition to the all all in favor aye aye any opposition to the motion that'll be the order okay moving on to jay consent calendar approved consent list it is recommended that the board of trustees consider approving a number of agenda items as a consent list consent items are routine in nature and can be enacted in one motion without further discussion this procedure conserves meeting time for

053a full discussion on significant issues move that we approve consent item 1-15 okay prior to that i want to read something here community member brought an error to our attention on item j3 approve comprehensive school safety plans within the consent agenda sandia academy and sitting bull academy comprehensive school safety plans have a map which was incorrectly inserted by the company that produces these plans on behalf on our behalf the plans can be approved in final format of the plans will reflect the correct map for sandia and sitting bull academy so we have a motion through for approval of one through 15 from mr so is there a second to that motion second second by chris is there any disc any we don't need discussion on any of these items um all in favor all right

054is there any opposition to the motion hearing then that'll be the order okay so we don't have any closed session continuation um so we'll move on to clerk will read any action taken in the closed session so we didn't have any further uh nothing to report on closed session uh moving right along um superintendent do you have any more comments just two quick things thank you um margaret hill long time educator in san bernardino county um has passed away and anybody who has worked in san bernardino county as an educator knows her whether you met her once or you met her 100 times you were her friend she cared deeply for children in this county and for the educators that represent the schools within this county and so i just wanted to make sure that

055we recognized her as a board and her contributions to education and then um january is school board recognition month and we appreciate your willingness to serve the school district in this community um [Music] there isn't a lot of appreciation for doing the work that you do sitting up here every month and in between each meeting and so i just wanted to um publicly acknowledge that this is um board member appreciation month so thank you didn't know that uh is there any more comments from the board board members wilson no maria no uh last board meeting i did a request that we get further information on child welfare and attendance staff report for this board meeting and i don't see it yeah i'm just wondering why that wasn't the case because i really specifically requested that

056that be presented at this board meeting or included in the staff report we believe we have included in the staff report it's just different than it used to look we've i'll let mr schlosser talk about how it's um now accounted for it's there yeah if you in the background to the cwa staff report i wrote that what we did is we reconfigured the tables to include what you asked for including home visits um contacts for re-engagement as required by the independent study law which we did we did include those for the semester up to that point but we will start now including those monthly but we we have been making those and then also other outreach where we've had for example students we couldn't make contact with found them in another state got connected to

057that state school agency made sure those children were engaged in school and closed out the case not technically a home visit we didn't go to florida and knock on a door but we found them made sure they were in school and got them all the way to a warm hand-off with another school agency so we reported those as um another column of resolved uh students it's kind of like a child fine so there's three new columns on the staff report that indicate all of those some of them can't be reported by school so i pulled it out of the by school category because they're not necessarily any longer connected to a school it's a family outreach for a family that may or may not be still ours so it's another it's an additional column off

058to the side of what is the kind of bottom left of that staff report has a section that is about um care solus to the right of that now includes what you asked for thank you just want to make sure that it was it was there because the reason i really wanted to know that is if we have this many students who are homeless or who are classified as foster we need to find out what we can do as a district because we are getting federal money or state money to support those families and and we need to be able to account for what we've done with it we need to be able to say we've gone to this many homes and these are the services that we have provided for those homes or for

059those children if we have had transportation issues that we have had to address for those kids we should be able to state that because when we sit out here and you know quite a few of us are not from the world of education and i am so i know what is supposed to be coming in i need to have that understanding of what have we done for those families if they needed counseling did we guide them to counseling if they needed shelter did we help them with shelter if they needed somebody to come in and and help them navigate the world of how the school system works what have we done i have been a homeless liaison for this district so i understand that language so when i'm asking the questions i'm not asking it

060because i want to make noise but i'm asking because i really want to know what are we doing in light of the world of covet because the world of covet is making things a little difficult to navigate because we can't go to their homes without putting ourselves in that place of danger but we can at least give it a get a good shot how many visits did we have our police people are they going to the homes and how many homes did they visit you know so those are very important for me because we're here to support every family that's all i have thank you thank you maria christopher i'm i'm all aired out thank you okay dennis i just want to comment on the sound system it's really great in here yeah screen is

061it's like wow it's come a long way so if any staff have anything to do with it good job jason thank you i like that all right finally february board meeting yeah i'm going to bring it up okay sorry okay i wasn't sure which one yeah i thought you might adjourn no no no no i said no so we got the february board meeting dennis uh and wilson are gonna be absent from that so we need to possibly change the uh the dates uh for that meeting um is there any preference so um because we have a published board um calendar board meeting calendar it will and we didn't know until tonight that we would have two board members we have a couple options one is you can maintain the date and the two that

062are not here in person could be virtual but i know that's difficult so we will look at the calendar you may have to have a quick special meeting to adopt an amended calendar for the next board meeting and um it would just be break one item change the date and then we can publish it and move on so we can do that virtually you could do it virtually just for the quick one yes could are going to be absent will they board you be back by february 10th they have both indicated they will but we can't take action tonight because it was not agenda is to do that if we had known we would have amended the agenda um for an emergency situation this is an emergency so we will have to just do it

063through a special board meeting okay board meeting night but my kids set it up we're all ronda boone in las vegas they're coming in from seattle new orleans columbus ohio somebody needs to give you a lot more money [Laughter] so we believe they will everybody will be back on the 10th so we'll try to organize how to do that we have some timelines to check having to do with some hearings that have occurred just so that we don't miss timelines so yeah okay okay perfect thank you okay so we're going to sign documents but we'll do that after the meeting here so um the next thing i'll make a motion to adjourn okay that's going to ask i'll second that dennis and maria is there any opposition to the uh all in favor aye all

064right all right so we'll adjourn the meeting at uh 7-eleven really good job miss williams don't leave yeah you
