for so good evening everyone it is 5:30 on the dot and we shall get started on time I want to thank you all for again for your effort your time and being here with us tonight tonight is meeting three where we are going to discuss our second model um our goal since our um since our since we're right now we're focusing on just understanding the models um we think we can get through model two and three tonight so we'll see how it goes um and um so we shared all the slides with you before we get started um boss can we check uh identify translators so those can understand where to go okay yes I'm sorry do you want me to go ahead and start please do yes [Music] thank you so much Miss Michelle
so tonight we're going to introduce model 2 um in the same format we're going to go over the same slides we're going to go over the same six pieces that we agreed upon and if time permits we are going to jump into model three and then close with our final discussion so we're going to restate our why our objective this evening is to understand the why behind the reorganization I Promise You by the end of our meetings you guys going to know this SP this speech this dissertation is because of uh capacity we're not going to focus on the numbers we don't want to make a model decision because that will save projected amount of dollars we want to choose a model that's going to help us maximize Capac capacity as we stated before we
are going to dedicate a meeting where we can identify the pros and cons take other recommendations hear your feedback possibly recommend another model um but tonight we want to focus on the six pieces that we agreed upon for the models here we know this slide we're talking about capacity we know on 0203 uh we only had 20% of our capacity available districtwide fast forward to today some of our sites are operating at less than 50% capacity this is giving us our uh picture of all of our school sites from elementary to our tk8 identifying projected enrollment current capacity all the way through the next five years that we're talking about in every model here exact same information but these are three middle schools projected enrollment capacity and again it's showing the exact same years that
we're talking about in every model here's our two High School ausa High School Gladstone exact same format 2021 projected enrollment um projected number of open seats and the percentages of open seats so now we're going to get into our model number two which is called the tk8 and high school model this model is projecting that we will have five tk8 schools and two Traditional High Schools piece number two how do we see this model rolling out so this will project that we will have seven schools that overall will close in this model format so school one through six the first uh year 2122 there'll be no new enrollment so that means no TK no Kinder but grades 1 through six will remain going to 2223 school year tk2 will transition grades three through six will
remain 23 24 exact same format grades three with transition grades four through six so on grades 5 through six in 2425 and sixth grade only grade 2526 again the goal of having having this over five years is so that those that are in third grade and Beyond by the 2223 school year they would have the opportunity to promote from their current home school now what does that look like as far as the new school the transition of having the five tk8 schools that means the new school for 2122 they will have TK through seventh grade and that would be uh current middle then you'll have a n a new school that would have a tk8 new school number three will have a t k k in grades seven through eight new school 4 will have
the same format as well as new school five during the next physical year school one will have a tk8 school two will be a tk8 school three will be a tk2 and seventh and eighth grade school four and five will follow with tk2 grade seventh and e8th grade going to 2223 you'll have a tk8 for schools 1 and two and then schools three and four would have a tk3 through and seventh and eth when you go to 2425 school year school one and two will already be a tk8 school three through five will have a TK through 4 and 78 going to 2526 school one and two Still Remains a tk8 school 3 through 4 will now be a tk5 and 7 eight this is given us a picture of how it will look like
for all of our tk8 grade spans we will have now condensed our elementary and middle school model to just a tk8 model and we would have five schools and they will all be tk8 now we'll transition over to Dr Mitchell who will go over how that would look hello everyone good evening um so some things to think about with this model in terms of program uh in the tk8 model um all of the schools would have a preschool and all of the schools would offer a range of special education services we would have one school that would have our VI our visually impaired program and we would have two schools that would have our dual immersion program in terms of uh different offerings um and terms of um electives uh vapa and stem uh all
of the schools would have uh opportunities for students to participate um in a a range right so that could be like for example we have um band uh we have vocal um we have art and so uh we would still be implementing those programs uh in our TKA model um students uh our city has a very strong Parks and Recreation program that's after school that's students would be able to participate in um this model would have an after school sports program uh could be uh an intermural uh with uh with the different sites that could be something we could look at uh all Sites would offer a think together after school program there would be um before school care and then uh we do have our peer mediation program that is uh districtwide and that
would continue so when uh we take a look uh all uh potential programs there's always potential uh uh programmatic um potential drawbacks um and there are benefits as well so taking a look at possible potential programmatic drawbacks uh this model does not address declining enrollment at the high schools and when you have declining enrollment at the high schools that could mean a loss or reduction of electives and programs when there are uh fewer students students uh fewer teachers and that could mean that you do have U fewer opportunities for um After School sports activities or clubs um in this model um it is these these courses or these classes are self-contained um and so there would not be traditional uh period electives the elementary model requires uh the state requirement for PE it's fewer PE
minutes than a secondary model uh self-contained eighth grade students would transition directly to high school another potential uh programmatic drawback might be that closing sites that some of them may have had some modernization and uh when you have different models the there could be possible confusion on enrolling where do I go um you know what what what where's my school how do I do that and in terms of uh potential um programmatic benefits when you have larger elementary schools it can mean fewer combination classes in a tk8 school it's uh there are fewer shifts for students so um they're in one school for tk8 and then they uh make the move to high school right after that so consistency of learning uh location in a tk8 um increases uh increasing student population does increase or
could potentially increase collaboration for programs at sites uh there is an opportunity in this model for uh an elective wheel uh TKA students or possibly even a a a magnet specialty Focus like a school of the arts for example uh so in this situation um students might be able to participate in a variety of of different um elective types of activities uh class sizes will remain the same uh larger schools they have the potential of creating larger parent groups and in this model uh potential programmatic benefit is that it is over a 5year gradual transition now sorry we'll turn this over to Mr Jorge thanks Mr Tasha good evening everyone always a pleasure to be in front of you all um I will be talking about support staff um and support staff was one of
the pieces that was uh included as um an area of focus as we present these different models um as we talk about support staff in the next slides it's important to understand that these uh projections describe reductions or eliminations of positions and did not enter into these uh discussions lightly um and we also understand that for some of these decisions um we cannot make these decisions unilaterally and they would require negotiations uh the slide before you describes uh the Staffing formula um that uh we um want to move uh towards in these new models uh to create a um a a similar or parity uh amongst all the schools um a floor if you will um that will um adjust as you as we get additional uh students at these schools uh also it's important
to note that uh what we will look at when we make decisions as far as increasing Staffing as it relates uh to enrollment is that we will be looking at um the enrollment of what we refer to as seabeds date which is the enrollment of the October the first Wednesday in October date um so um we will use that as our snapshot to make decisions with regards to support staff um in the in the subsequent years so um before you you'll see that the that um seventh and eth uh grades will have 0 five of an AP uh seventh and eighth grades will also have 0 five of a counselor represented as a CE and then uh something that's new that we'll be introducing would be uh social worker and uh once School sites um
re get to the have it seventh and eighth grade they will have 0.5 of a social worker that 0. five means that they are half of a full-time employee um but they could also be uh sharing multiple sites so they could be at one site for one part of the day and another site for another part of the day or um have one day at one site and another full day at a different site over a period of 10 days um there will be there could be parody um for all of those three positions I just spoke about um if the enrollment goes above um 750 uh for um actually 750 uh once you reach that point based on ced's Dat data uh we will get to a full-time assistant principal a full-time counselor and
a full-time social work worker okay um and then for uh the positions below uh these are Community lay on Library AIDS and clerks um again all the sites will have a 4-Hour base floor for um for both Community lay on and Library AIDS and then a eight hour base or floor for uh of a clerk and as enrollment increase uh based on the October uh ceds uh data uh they will in and they go to 750 then it will be um an additional additional hours for for those for those positions next slide so looking at the years 21 uh 20 uh2 or 2021 2022 um as far as support staff this would be a uh no change so it will be just a uh a status quo from the previous year although you could see
that and Miss Atasha referred to this in her earlier slides as far as how grades would be uh coming off of the what I'll call the phasing out schools and then we be added to the new schools but on this slide there is no support staff changes next slide for U these uh for these grade levels again the uh phasing out schools as you see that they'll represented by the grade levels uh uh going from um 3rd through 6 uh they will still be no change changes in these slides are represented in the color red um so there won't be any reductions um to these uh schools but you'll see in the new schools that are will be reconfigured you'll start seeing the additions of different uh positions so here is where we'll get the
first year of uh 8th grade being added to all of the school or rather two of the schools schools one and two and so they'll get a 0.1 social worker um these schools right here um uh and then so these other so the schools three through five will U be reduced to the counselors um if and and again this is assuming that their uh enrollment would be at 750 or less and um the they all have eighth grade schools three through five and so they will get an additional um social worker five of a social worker moving on to 2324 here's where you start seeing the um here's where you start seeing uh quite a bit more changes in staff so the schools that will be now in the phasing out four through six schools
um those schools will have um now be reduced uh in their allocation of resource teachers um so um they will go from each having their own full-time research teacher to having a half of a research teacher um and then uh if you look at the sites below uh for the new schools uh you'll see that schools uh three through five are picking up a um uh uh a resource teacher as well so you'll see some some movement there uh for health aids will be uh because of the uh decrease in the grade levels you'll be seeing a reduction in the number of hours in the allocation of health aids um a reduction by 1.5 and also a reduction of 1.5 hours allocated to each site for Library eight if you go down to the um
lower slide for the new schools you'll see that um the you'll have health aids added to the um sites um at for the new schools you'll also have some Library AIDS uh added or hours added to the new sites um and then as you um as I talked about earlier the um hours for clerks will be reduced to match our staffing ratio um this will essentially what I described uh just described right now for the 23 24 year will continue uh so there won't be any changes here in the 2425 and then in the 2526 is where you'll see the final phasing out of this of the support staff at the sites for um the schools uh 1 through seven represented above with red um so they will have just one gray level at these
sites so essentially one resource teacher would be servicing uh three schools okay so now before we jump to model three are there any questions on model two with understanding that our questions are tied to our six pieces so we're not getting to the pros and cons we're not trying to Advocate um for which model or why this model shouldn't even be considered right now we're just trying to get a consensus do we understand how model two if that was the model the group chose could work and would roll out I have a quick question yes Miss Leslie so I actually have a couple questions so I just want to clarify um that the classes that we have that are self-contained can you please clarify with me um Dr Mitchell what exactly that means so a
self-contained um class would mean that there is one multiple subject teacher that teaches all the subjects okay and then my other question was in the model that um we were showing of adjusting the staff the health aid um was 1.5 hours so the the health aid will only be on campus for one and a half hours is that how I'm I'm understanding that are you talking for the new school that will roll into correct they will be gaining 1.5 hours on addition to what they already have at that assigned School gotcha I was worried that they're only there an hour I just wanted to clarify that no no no little blonde and then my final question was for the the TK through eight the parks and wreck the after school program um so the parks
and wreck would be running the after school program so they would be coaching you know like the after school softball or basketball games correct yes uh the same same programs that we have we put that in there because that's just something that the city does offer and so we just want to make sure that we communicate that that is um you know something that is available to uh to families okay thank you thank you great questions anyone else tied to the model get not pros and cons not advocating just clarification on the model yes Miss Meg um I want to follow up with what lesie said because my question was the same as hers and it was about the health aid um and so again it just I want to clarify what I heard you
say was that when we see the one and a half hours that is on top of the existing three-hour health aid that they have yes ma'am yes ma' the only reason I ask that is knowing at elementary school specifically those those schools that are gradually transitioning out um having an existing health aid though that's only an hour and a half I think it's important for us to reexamine that because when um there isn't someone there to take care of the needs of the students it falls on the office Clerk or the office secretary and then that takes away from them being able to do their job so I I think that this may just be a cost a cost of transitioning to a new model in dealing with the health aids so I just wanted
to bring that up as as a point to consider um when in the formation of this process yes ma'am we got it thank you uhhuh anyone else yes Miss Genie hi um okay so I just want to confirm this basically is transitioning enrollment of every single School in the district between next oh she froze on me is she froze freeze on anybody else okay let's give her a second School site Miss Genie you froze so we didn't can you hear me now I can hear you now okay did you all right it wasn't a speech it was just a question I just just want to clarify I'm so what I'm seeing is that the can you hear me now yes yes I'm sorry okay okay so the enrollment of every single School site is fluctuating
every single year between 2021 and the end of the 2526 school year with this model is that right yes based off the grade spans that we identified yes okay so everything is Shifting every single year adapt um coming to adapt to new school or new grade levels every single year through the end of 2026 when you say every single year as a new school so if I currently if every single school year yeah go ahead and so what I was trying to say if I was let's say if I was at a middle school and I only had seventh and eighth graders or just six uh six seventh and eighth um during the second year I will now have 2k2 and 678 so yes and that you're talking in that way yes that would be
the change okay so fluctuation of kids every single year and also staff every single year for five years yes okay thank you you're welcome anyone else I knew it I knew we were gonna get to model two so let's just go to it model two actually no model three I have a question there was I put it in the chat sorry about that oh I'm sorry I can't see it I apologize um since nobody's moding um just my clarification would be in this model right now I was actually looking to see um it appears that in the 2021 2122 school year all three traditional middle schools would um no longer be correct correct we would only have tk8 and it yes starting starting in 2122 yes okay thank you Mrs Jamal there's another question from
a parent that says does the district have any say on the electives offered in the elective wheel okay that'll be Dr Mitchell yes I just uh responded in the chat so um in this model um we we current and we would current we would continue to have band vocal um and art we do have a program called meet the Masters that um that we have in our schools as well and so um in in this model we would really be working with teachers on um you know different ideas is and uh collaborate around you know and explore what that what what are the possibilities may I ask a followup question um Dr Mitchell does when you say meet the Masters as art um does that mean then that the Middle School the traditionally middle school
students would just be getting the meet the Master's version or would there be art taught like it is at the traditional Middle School now um in this model um this that would not be in that are you talking about like a period elective Meg is that well kind of like I know for like for example with band the teacher will come they will pull out the students that are playing instruments things like that so I'm wanting to know with the vocal and the art are the self-contained classroom teachers going to be responsible responsible for teaching the vocal and the art got it we um we currently have um we currently have teachers that are now teaching the vocal so we would have to explore um you know what that would look like and right now
we do have teachers that are teaching the the meet the Masters so in terms of the uh the seventh and eighth graders we'd have to take a look to see what um what's available for that and is you know uh in terms of Meet the Masters or something else so we would have to look into that deeply and and and really take a look at the details of that so that one I can't really answer right now any other questions all right you guys ask for it model 2.0 five traditional Elementary tk5 two traditional middle grade 6 through eight one tk8 and two traditional high schools and I just want to remind us that we all St we stated before that all of our models could be revamped to only include one high school for
right now all of them do have two high schools so here is how the proposed roll out would be so for the 2122 school year for schools 1 through three they will not take any new enrollment but they would only have grades 1 through six and for um the fourth school that currently has seventh and eighth grade which will be one Middle School they will continue to have their seventh and eighth graders going to 2223 tk2 will transition to a different school and those schools schools one through three we'll have grades three through six and then going down to the current Middle School grade seven will transition on which leaves grade eight only at that school 23 24 schools 1 through three will now only have grades 4 through six 25 26 will only have
grades 5 through six and 25 26 I'm sorry 24 25 will have grades 5 through six and then years 25 26 will have sixth grade and for school four since it's currently only seventh and 8th grade by the school year 2324 that school would officially be closed and this is how the new enrollment will look going forward so so for the 2122 school year schools 1 through five will be tk6 school 6 and S will be 7th and e8th and school 8 will be tk8 and it's important to note that school 8 will remain a tk8 all the way through the transition because that's their current enrollment so going to 2223 School 1 through 4 or 1 through five sorry will be tk6 and school 6 through 7 we'll have seventh and eth School sixth
and seven will remain 7 and eth all the way through because this model has two traditional middle schools 24 25 I mean 23 24 schools 1 through five will have grades tk6 all the way through through 2526 so looking at the overall um hierarchy of how our tk8 model would look we would have a traditional tk5 we would have five schools school one through five we would have two traditional middles grades 6 through 8 we'll have one tk8 which will be school 8 now we will have Dr Mitchell I'm sorry can I interrupt you on your previous chart you had TK through six on schools 1 through five all the way through one more go back one more more if you look at it it has TK through six on your charts all the way
through and six never gets bumped into the middle school and yet on the next um graph it has the sixth graders going back to middle school so does that that's because the official change for all of the change so we'll officially be a tk5 during the 26 through 27 school year got it so sixth grade will move to the middle schools but in 20 627 okay thank you you got it thank you okay so let's um take a look at the different program options in this model um you see preschool at every tk5 you see a Continuum of special education services across the schools one school would have our program for the visually impaired we would have two uh t k5s that would offer dual enrollment and 68 that would also offer uh the dual
enrollment program uh continuing on again in terms of um other programs Beyond The Core Curriculum uh same thing uh as the other model you have an opportunity for um vaa stem I mean there's a wide variety of things and again we would have to do you know quite a bit of of work around you know what this might look like and um and there are there are many different creative models and so that would be working with teachers to um to explore those in the 68 model it is a traditional period by period elective um in the 68 model it is those classes are taught by single subject teachers in the tk5 it is a multiple subject teacher um and again um we do um partner um with our Parks and Recreation department and so
knowing that that is an option for for families if they so choose to do that for um any after school programming um ha having after school sports uh as an option for all of our schools uh think together would be at all of our sites we would have before school care in our TK through five models um continuing with our districtwide focus on peer mediation and restorative practices um and so that's just a look a little bit at what um the program uh in this model would look like so um also talking about some of the potential programmatic drawbacks uh this model similar to the previous model um would be uh doesn't address a decline in the enrollment at the high schools and so again similar would be it could be loss of um electives
or program uh fewer teachers and again it could be fewer opportunities for um things after school such as sports or activities or clubs um two six through eight um smaller schools could be uh fewer offerings for programs um smaller six through eight student cohorts at the tk8 uh again the T or I'm sorry the um yeah the tk8 has self-contained classes and do not have the traditional period uh electives smaller schools do uh have smaller staff teams the elementary model does require fewer minutes in uh PE for the state the self-contained e8th grade transitions directly to high school if sites uh have been modernized and closing them that could be a potential drawback and then um with the model there are lots of different options and it could uh there could possibly be some confusion
in terms of um enrolling students all right and uh potential programmatic benefits um one of the benefits in this model would be or potential benefits would be parent choice you have the traditional Elementary you have a tk8 and then you have traditional Middle School offerings larger elementary schools might mean fewer combin ation classes in a tk8 school again a fewer shifts for students and that consistency of learning location they're staying at one site and then just making one move when they go to high school increasing the student population increases collaboration for programs at the sites um and again it could be um opportunity for a different way to look at um the these elective types of offerings or activities I should say um or could be a magnet specialty Focus like um school of the
arts class sizes remain the same larger schools might create larger parent groups and the other uh programmatic or potential benefit is that this is a gradual transition over five years thank you uh Dr Mitchell um I'm going to jump into the support um staff and the slide that isn't uh that preceded this slide in the earlier presentations was the Staffing ratio so we'll still be using the same Staffing ratio um table for what I will be sharing with you um as it applies to schools that are in the ranges of TK through 8th grade uh and Miss Jones I actually I wanted to apologize if I I wasn't clear as far as when I was talking about the 05 addition to the hour so um thanks for asking the question um so in the year
that's before you um as far as support staff goes um this is it'll be status quo in the schools that are both phasing um or are changing and the new schools that would be developing so um so there wouldn't be any any um support staff changes here however in the 2223 school year um you'll start seeing some changes in the um receiving schools and it's again resembles some of what we've talked about earlier as it applies to support staff um in the um first really quickly on the phasing out schools um there would be no change uh and in the schools that would be new um and reconfiguring we would be applying the Staffing ratios uh for these schools uh you see a in red a reduction of a half of a counselor per site
um for the um the traditional middle schools and then at the same time the addition of a half social worker or or half of an ft FTE of the social worker so that's represented in the color green um in the tk8 they uh currently have a half um counselor and they would receive a TK I'm sorry a um half of a social worker uh this is the year we'll see the most changes in both schools that are phasing out and schools that are are U changing in new schools so um similarly as in previous uh models 0 five of a of a research teacher would be reduced in the schools that will be phasing out with their grades fourth through sixth grade um and so they will um have each of the schools will have
half of a resource teacher the this would be the school uh School number four in the um schools that are phasing out they actually will have the school closed so this would be the traditional Middle School that would be closed um as far as health services the 0.5 hours and represented in red for both the um 1.5 hours for ha which is Health Services help with health assistance and Library AIDS um that red represents that they're reducing that much in hours so you so they they they'll still have some of this service um um there but they will their hours would be reduced for those positions um at those sites so they'll still have some coverage there represented Below in green is are the addition hour additional hours that the School site will be receiving
so they already have their base in addition to that they will be receiving 05 hours of health aid for the sites uh for sites one through um seven actually 1 through eight um the uh tk8 will also be receiving an additional hour of a library Aid and some of the the decisions made around here was driven by the Staffing uh the Staffing uh ratios that we were we had uh presented earlier in red again trying to create some parity between sites um they will see a uh reduction some will see reduction in the hours of Clerks that they're currently assigned um and some will'll see reductions in the um hours for Library AIDS as well uh so that there's there's a there's a consistent um floor for the number of hours and what will drive
changes in these allocations is their student enrollment in the 2425 year they will essentially be status quo to the last to the previous year so there won't be any uh additional reductions or additions to the support staff in this year and then this last slide represents that um the for the schools that will only have one um resour one grade level they will essentially be reduced from having half of a um of a resource teacher per site to a third so one resource teacher could conceivably be at all three of the phased out schools uh for the uh health aids and Library AIDS um they will be reduced there those positions for th allocations for those sites will be reduced by um5 hours for for both a health aid and Library Aid I'm muted sorry
I was muted so before we go to next steps are there any questions about model 3 again about the six pieces not the pros and cons not advocating for model but is there any point of clarification about the six Mo about model 3 that we need to address have a quick question and I don't know if it's necessarily um anyways it's about kind of the the programing benefits and and um cons um and so one thing that Dana had mention what it it gives parents the option to choose whether they stay at the tk8 or go to the the traditional Middle School um my question is what if parents choose hey my laundry's done what if parents choose to not attend the tk8 because they want the the items that the traditional middle school offers
um what happens in that situation if we don't have enough students for the tk8 those middleaged kids does that make sense can I repeat what I think I'm hearing you say so you're asking if for example your child currently goes to a tk8 and then we just have a huge Exodus and say you know what we don't want to go to a tk8 and we all want to go to a 68 then that means we would have to revisit the conversation to say okay is the rollment is the interest in a tk8 maybe that's going to show us if if the enrollment just completely drops then that would be a conversation that said we would have to reassess that during the six-year model than a sixy year okay all right thank you you're welcome and
Gabriel has a question okay is uh model three the only model of the three that we've seen so far with the single subject credentials at the seventh and eighth grade level no that was also included in model one thank you any other questions okay so before we go to next steps so our goal as oh we had a question a question I'm sorry I'm sorry Mel no I didn't unmute fast enough it was oh I'm sorry oh um so um has there been any consideration in developing these models in not going the full five years um whether it's model one two three or four uh one two or three um not going the full five years to transition but taking less time and I'll give an example in in one of the models um you
know the first year there's no K registration the second year all K through two no more the the third year it's only third grade and if you did third and fourth grade for example then the following year you could do fifth and sixth grade and eliminate that whole fifth year of transition time so that it's accomplished in Le less time and so I was just wondering H has been given to that also in light of of just less um um impact on our students as far as year after year that that how that affects them yeah and that was considered and so right now like we said our the thought um behind our choice our proposal to phase it over five years it gives all the students that are in third grade and above the
opportunity to promote from their current home school now that could be a recommendation that we talk about in our next meeting to say well you know what we we don't really think that's a really added benefit we really do feel that it's quicker to just phase this out but you know some people may feel passionate about saying you know I currently go to this school and I really want to be promoted from this school before I go to my next School Mr mul there is a umia Ramirez um there's a question in the chat um in Spanish um s [Music] okay Pres um before um U Mr ano answers her second part of the question uh she says she understands the models uh she she gets it uh she her first question is around a
concern uh the reduction of health aids even though the schools are phasing out uh and then her second question was right now currently in Aza Unified School District uh we have some uh schools that have preschools and we have some schools that do not uh so she wanted to know what was going to happen there so I explained to her that right now the models that have been presented uh all elementary schools uh would have a preschool and I'll let Mr ronio answer and then he can translate uh his answer uh as well thank you [Music] boss plan for so um in in English uh the point is while taken uh with regards to the health aids uh being reduced in the schools that are being uh that are losing grades so as we're as
we're um losing grades uh the the school population would be significantly decreasing and so the once we get to that halfway point in the number of grades that's when we start reducing the number of hours that the uh of health aid services that are allocated to that site I also share sh to that at the same time um as we're seeing the enrollment of the schools the new schools those uh the hours that are being reduced in the in the schools that are being uh phased out those hours for health aids will be added to to the schools that will be increasing in the number of of students Miss Melissa um sorry I do have a question actually about um the each the the slides have always said that that that we could include a
one Traditional High School I kind of wanted to know what that would look like um what Meg was saying about the phasing out of five years since high school's only four years would we still use the fiveyear phase out would it be a fouryear phase out um it we would obviously adding up the projected enrollment be over the 75 um percent I'm not saying we'd be at a 100% but would there be options for a satellite campus in order to if we did go to a single high school um expand the um facilities in that way versus running two high schools so that would be um that could be a proposal that we discuss in our next meeting when we talk about pros and cons and receive feedback and input of recommendations that you guys
would like us to look into but everything is an option thank you all right so as you guys can see our next meeting we were supposed to um have feedback get input on all three models but call us crazy but we've come up with a fourth model um and we would love to have the opportunity to present model 4 to you guys on January 13th versus talking about all four my all three models and all the fourth model would be considered all level 3.0 it would have five TK fivs one tk8 and two six through 12th grade schools so we would like to know if that's doable to for use that or not even if it's doable we would like to use January thir 13th meeting to present that to you in the same format
