001to speak or interrupt the meeting in any way. Anyone choosing to disrupt the meeting will be asked to leave immediately. At this time the board will now go into executive session for the superintendent's annual evaluation. It is 730 in the evening and the board has returned to open session. We have completed the superintendent's evaluation and reviewed the 2025-26 goals and discussed the 2026-27 goals. I will now entertain a motion to extend the superintendent's contract for an additional year with a term from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 with the addition of five vacation days. All other terms of the previous contract apply. That being said, do I have a motion? So moved. Motion by Ms. Kraft. Is there a second? Second. Second by Matthew Garner. It's been moved and second to extend the superintendent's contract for an additional year from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 with the addition of five vacation days and all other terms of the contract previously are applied. All in favor, please indicate by raising your right hand. Looks like this passes unanimously seven to zero. Congratulations. We appreciate you, Mr. Mahan. And if there is no other business to come before the board, we are adjourned. Thanks.
