001All right, I'd like to call, um, this meeting of the Board of Education's regular meeting on May 14th to order at 5:00 p.m. Uh, Trustee Camacho, will you lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance? I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Uh, item number two is adopt the agenda. Do I have a motion to adopt the agenda? I move to adopt. I second. All right, I have a motion to adopt by Trustee Mansfield, and a second by Trustee Camacho. All those in favor, say I. I. And next is announcement of items to be discussed in closed session. Item 3A, conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation under government code section 54956.9, subsection B2, and B, conference with labor negotiators, government code 54957.6.
