001Good evening. Uh, I would like to bring this regular meeting of the board of education to order at um 5:00 pm. Do I have a motion to adopt the agenda? >> I move to adopt the agenda. >> Do I have a second? >> I'll second. >> I have a motion by trustee Mansfield and a second by trustee Heatherton to adopt the agenda. We have item uh 3A, conference with legal council anticipated litigation. Item B, conference with labor negotiations. Item C, public employee performance evaluation.
