003unique perspective you brought a valued and different voice to our conversations and our deliberations your experience as a mom of a student brought more real-time perspective to all of our discussions trustees like myself whose children graduated a few years ago may not easily as easily recognize how these are really different times for our kids covet changed so much about the youth experience of growing up these students have been raised with technology from birth and have known only a world with cell phones and ever-present social media District leadership has had been adapting to all these changes with new plans and systems and you saw firsthand the results of the changes through the eyes and experiences of your daughter our Curtin student student and so you relentlessly pressed for more Mental Health Services for example you created
004an opportunity to add campus security through creating a new partnership with the city you suggested ways we might raise academic standards for our students who graduate into such a rapidly changing world and who depend on us to provide every possible tool we honor your dedication to community service you attended board meetings even when other matters weighed heavily on your heart and mind whether your own significant health issues or Wildfire threat to your family home or other personal challenges you showed up and you contributed to our shared vision and you further extended your leadership into the El Dorado County level it's a large commitment to be driving over the hill for a few hour meeting in the evening to share the voice of ltusd and even there you found opportunities to step into higher leadership within
005that Gathering you've shown tremendous strength and stood by your principles even when the challenges became as they too often do on the board personal or and or heated we have no doubt that your term on this board that though your term on this board has ended you will identify new opportunities for Community leadership and other organizations will benefit from your strengths so on behalf of the board and staff our community and our students I thank you for your four years of service to this team trustee Lannister and I guess three sure thank you absolutely okay we're gonna if the other three uh three board members will stand up right there I'm gonna ask you over here yeah that's right yes you got a couple there it's good thank you if you guys will slide together

0077B board member reports would someone like to report yeah I have a couple things um I'll start with on October 31st I attended the professional development that was put on by Mr Simmons and by Dr reader um I thought it was a very successful professional development enjoyed the speakers and the sessions I think the session I enjoyed the most is I sat in for about I don't know 45 minutes of all first-year teachers and their concerns and their fears and it was good to hear how we can help and sometimes we forget we put people in a classroom and sometimes they get lost and they need that they need that help okay and they need that reinforcement and that was fun to watch um also just real quick so we've got a lot of things
008to do I did attend tall valleys Harvard Harvest Festival it's fun to see little kids all dressed up and running around and getting unfortunately a lot of candy and cotton candy yeah that's right you were there too and so forth but it was it was fun and then the last thing that I'll just go through is that I attended last Wednesday Sierra house PTA and they do deserve somewhat of of an award because they did their walkathon and then their Harvest Festival within seven days okay and they were really tired and somewhat stressed from all that but they hung in there really well and they've basically reported out that school years really started well for them that's for Sierra house and I hope that continues okay um nothing to report thank you um okay now
009that I'm not gonna cry um I want to thank the police department for um Jason Nixon going and doing a safety talk to our city council touching in on safety at our middle school and our high school that was really huge for me um I was part of helping write the grant to get an SRO so that we had two of them in our school district um and there's a lot of changes going on with it and it's really nice to see that we're keeping with the times of keeping our kids safe so that they can comfortably learn um and yeah this is my last board meeting on this side of the counter I moved out I'm I'm moving out of my trusty area so I didn't run again because I knew that was happening
010um but this time is you know it's been hard on this board but it's been really amazing doing work for kids makes everything worthwhile and our staff and teachers and just everyone's been really amazing even when times were hard like I was really able to hear people um learn new things see different perspectives and I feel like that's one of the most important things that we do with each other is just you know even in heated debate that we have that so I'm just really excited about what our District's doing and the changes and you know I'm still here I have an eighth grader so this isn't the last of me but um thank you for tonight okay um 7c student board member report um our student board member for representative for tonight Dorian hi

012which is also another thing that we're doing so um I'm also president of Key Club so we've also been like working on just doing different types of activities and having all of the clubs around the high school gather around and pretty much just make it into like a really big thing and obviously take everything that we did last year incorporate it and make it even better we have our office pictures that were taken so all of the ASB elected officials uh were able to have like little official pictures taken so now we're just waiting on them and we're going to hang them up in the office with little plaques it's going to be official like you guys and then we also have the castle leadership event that we're finally able to attend because of covet
013it's been a little bit wonky but it'll happen between April 15th and 17th and it'll just be a wonderful experience and you know all of the students unfortunately I won't be able to go because senior year but the upcoming Juniors that will be seniors will have incredible leadership skills for next year so that I know that once I leave it'll be good and then um what's it called so yeah that is the end of my report thank you thank you um letter D superintendent report president Turnbull members of the board I'm going to just keep my report very short tonight um we have all these people in the audience tonight and this is really exciting to celebrate our students and their successes and to hear about programs that we have in place that help our

015lunch time um and I expected with the snow um and I want to thank our community as of right now we have 52 percent that voted yes on measure K that falls short of us passing it which it requires 55 percent but uh to the 52 percent that believed in us and voted yes um just to really appreciate that support um you know and there's still votes out there so we'll see if it changes but um just appreciate that folks came out supported uh you know what we as a board in and and uh Administration thought was important for the future of our schools I mean again you know what we'll look towards the future so with that I'll I'll stop my report so we can get to recognizing young people so thank you and

022um when Miss Maura joined us at Tahoe Valley we thought hey we can do so much more so every single grade level at Tahoe Valley gets to do a musical where they all learn their songs they have lines that's every grade that's every kid in the grade on the stage and they're pretty magical which is the first one we have this is our third grade show um and we so in those after school ones to the school-wide musicals we've had a lot of seniors take that on as their student senior projects to help us direct to run the sound um help with costumes when we did Lion King Candy Lincoln's art students helped us make those incredible mask head things that were just phenomenal so we really love to collaborate with all of anyone that
023will want to come with us and have a great time singing and dancing and yeah so the reason musicals last year we did any well it's a great word for it it was so nice to get it so many orphans it was just they sang their hearts out and then again most recently our third graders who are here to join us tonight we just did our third grade grade level musical um it is titled nuts which is all about the life cycle specifically plants and trees but it even touches on animals too so we try to connect them with the grade level curriculum too so it really reinforces what the teachers are teaching in their classrooms as well foreign would you like to do the upcoming upcoming upcoming events so we um just have started

033then we started in Earnest in August uh we've got three great seniors uh Chris Haven Garrett frederich right there the ninth team that I've coached and we've made we've qualified for state every year and we get to go down there and play those Vegas schools who are incredibly incredibly tough and when I first started we would get our headspeed in and we sort of got a little bit closer and a little closer every year so um this is the first year we were able to finally beat us yeah um for the first time 1995 but and I'm not sure the board members can see it so if you guys can just like let them pass it behind there yeah it's kind of heavy just plop it down there so they could see what the hard

035we had a nice mixture on our team um of seniors Juniors sophomores and freshmen so I think the team's gonna be very good in the future as well so we're going to see if we can maybe we took one step we hadn't taken and uh now we got to be able to beat Meadows and get the really big but uh these guys work very very hard great with each other they're incredible competitors um and I can't say enough good things about all of them I think that's the parents who want to get up there to take a picture could you see board members at Allen [Music] well you know when I was there and I got that they won that I'm like absolutely good job guys congratulations thank you hey and not only athletes but

038year which is our 36th year of presenting Performing Arts in the schools and Community here in South Lake Tahoe so we um we started off um in July with the Missoula Children's Theater we did the play The Emperor's New Clothes and we had it at Tahoe Valley school we had about 50 kids participate in the play and it was a lot of fun and I'm I'm really excited that we are back live we all know two years we did virtual programming and now we are back live and it's just spectacular that we are back um in September we had a group called Kula iwi here their Kula e v the W's are a v I learned that um traditional music and dance from Hawaii the group was here for a week and went around to
039all the schools doing um assemblies and then we had a public performance at the college that was just about sold out so that was a lot of fun um this week we were supposed to have um a program by Living Voices which is kind of a different program that goes into in it sorry individual classrooms and due to the weather um we made the decision to postpone it until the spring the woman from Living Voices lives in Seattle she was going to be flying into Sacramento on Sunday and then driving up here and we just for safety reasons um but she will be here we're going to reschedule that and then in January um some of you may recognize the name TJ Carter or Tiffany Carter Tiffany grew up here in Tahoe and is now
040living in Nashville she's a singer-songwriter and she's coming with her band um for just middle and high school and a public performance so that's coming up in January we're really excited about that um and then in February for the elementary kids we're bringing in a puppeteer um it's puppet Art Theater based out of Sacramento so that should be really fun and a public show with that one as well and then um in March um we have Caminos flamingos it's traditional music and dance from Spain and they will be going into all grade levels and doing a public performance as well with that um and I wanted to let you guys know that um in addition to our our school and Community performances in the past probably four or five years um we've expanded a little
041bit to allocate funds for scholarships for high school kids that are graduating and going on to um study Performing Arts we also um give a scholarship to Lake Tahoe Community College for the same for the same thing we also give scholarships to the Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp which is a fine arts camp in the summertime held down in the Placerville area so we sponsor a child from here to go attend that fine arts camp um we also have been sponsoring individual School theater and arts programs you just heard our name was announced I was happy to hear that for Tahoe Valley that we helped support them and let's see what else did we do oh uh drumming and self-esteem program for the kids at Mount to lack Liz Brasco who's a local drummer here in
042town we have sponsored her um at least twice and we'll be sponsoring her again to do a six-week program with the kids at Mount to Lac um and then we just added this one and this one's a kind of near and dear to my heart um the film momentum some of you may have heard of of that film um it is I wish Alyssa was still here because her brother's part of it um a film that features um locals um Chris kakoris and Ryan Wallace Ryan and Ryan some of you may know is the um wrestling coach I think it's both high school now and middle school and then Chris kakoris is a local MMA fighter who was in a horrific car accident I don't need to explain that thing but anyway a documentary was
043made and um we are sponsoring it to be in so all middle school kids all high school kids and to lack will get to see this film and have a live q a with Ryan and Chris and we did it we started last week we did the talat kids and it was super super successful and and some of you may know that my daughter happens to be the filmmaker so I'm she and and the other filmmaker are not receiving the funds that tap is is is using to sponsor this is going directly to Chris and Ryan for their q a that they're doing so um but we're really excited about being able to add that on as part of our our programming um Cindy I think you're going to be getting it scheduled pretty soon
044I know it's really um it's a fabulous film I know some of you have seen it so um I'm super excited about tapping being able to do that and some of the extra things you know for 36 years we've been bringing the Performing Arts into the schools doing assemblies and and it's nice to be able to reach out and be able to do some some different um support some different organizations and the main reason we're able to do that is because of this fundraiser it's called dancing with the Tahoe stars that we just had it last a couple weeks ago I wanted to recognize Sarah but now she's gone um that has helped us a lot we've been able to to bring in extra funds to do extra things so um but we're doing great
045I'm happy that we're back live and I also want to let you know that I've been doing this for 30 years I just had my 30-year I know I thought I'd do it you know until the kids grew up and now I've got grandkids and all that so but thank you so much for having me here do you do you want to ask me any questions or anything or I don't have any questions but I just want to thank you for everything you're doing thanks I mean this changes kids lives I know and it just really touches us like as we grow up thank you so I appreciate you thank you I know it's it's important work and and I love doing it I love doing it the one you pick your sign up for
046my front yard yes I uh I went out uh thank you Peggy I've known Peggy for 36 years and uh and you know I've been so I've been a supporter of tap since the beginning and when Harriet Goldman started it and because it is just so powerful to have these Performing Arts Special these special programs that come to our little town it's this really uh remarkable um and Peggy thank you for hosting one of my signs but Sunday night when the storm was you know was blowing uh my sister said why don't you go get your signs tonight and I was like that's a good idea so I had 50 signs around town and I some people like you you I didn't have a I didn't have an email because I came home and I
047let everybody know I took your sign so you wouldn't have to find end in the morning but I didn't have here I said to my husband don't don't yeah don't have the snow blower run it over so yeah I was uh I was just well thank you very much Peggy I just want to point out those 36 years I was able to tell you spring over the cap program and all that but I think what people don't realize is that at the end of the late 1970s in the early 80s when Prop 13 came into effect Arts got just absolutely destroyed decimated then we ran into unfortunately 15 20 years later let's go No Child Left Behind the compliment I want to give you is that we had gotten rid of the Arts and not
048just the Performing Arts I'm talking about art classes so forth and so on to through practice to take standardized tests but you always brought something special into these schools that as a teacher kids would come after your performances and I would say on a regular basis be very impressed they got to see some performing arts and I think you should take credit for that because without it a lot of the kids would not had that experience I remember I would tell one year you brought in these dancers or whatever and they grabbed all the staff and they were out we were all out there dancing in blah blah and you know some of the kids said Miss Riley I didn't know you could dance and I said well I can dance a little okay so
049but anyway I just want to give you a compliment that's just an observation and one who's lived here a long time thank you thank you very much thank you so much thanks thank you Peggy item 10 Educational Services a school wellness centers good evening president Turnbull and trustees I am excited and honored and happy to introduce to you our partners from Sierra Child and Family Center in partnership with Sierra Child and Family Center wellness centers have been established at South Tahoe High School and South Tahoe Middle School to assist students and their families with navigation to Community Resources to offer a safe space to explore needs and concerns and to improve the overall health and well-being of our students additionally further planning is currently underway to initiate a pilot Wellness Center at Bijou Elementary our

051and with Behavioral Health to bring these wellness centers to um South Lake Tahoe we opened our Wellness Center in um the high school in mid-may and we've been serving high school and to lacks students um from there um so far we've had this is as of last week and from what I hear the numbers have gone up but as of last week we have had over 115 children referred um through the high school and to lack um in I want to say was it mid-october finally open because at the beginning beginning of October we opened at the middle school um we've had 17 kids referred so far and in the coming weeks we hope to open up in Bijou we're still working on uh making it cute space bean bags I don't know we're we're
052setting it up the space still um but what we're really excited about for the wellness centers is you know we our agency we've been doing mental health clinics for a long time we provide medical Mental Health Services to Children and Families we've been doing that for decades and we have such a heart for partnering with the schools and helping get our students and our kids the mental health services that they need um some families and kids can access Services after school and on their own and that's great but there's some kids and students that really need help on campus and that's what we're there for so we have a therap a full-time therapist and full-time mental health Advocate at each Wellness Center a Monday through Friday eight to four it's year round and what we
053provide are crisis Services mental health services and mental health support to Children and Families um we have done a lot of first episode psychosis Services parent consultations staff support group therapy for kids and skill classes for kids and skill classes for adults just in all of the different wellness centers that we have we do have about 20 wellness centers off the hill in other areas in many districts and we've been running wellness centers for about four years now I think this is year number four so we're really excited to bring this service to Tahoe um so far our current numbers are we've had um a total of 231 services offered to children as of last week throughout the two two sites even though uh technically High School into lacker are both served through one site
054um we do offer services free of charge um so we're not charging anybody um we are having a lot of walk-ins especially the older kids we're seeing a lot of walk-ins a lot of kids referring themselves a lot of kids asking for help and services and support and then we're circling back making sure that we're keeping the school in the loop working with the parents to help the kiddos get what they need ultimately our goal is navigation we want to get these kids connected with ongoing Services outside of the wellness center somewhere else we offer very intensive navigation Services we're not handing people referrals we're actually getting them in getting sessions following up a kid is not off of our caseload until we're hearing from the kid from the parents from the teachers things are
055better things are going well I like her I'm going to keep going yes I'm talking to her now that kiddos offer a caseload because especially with older kids so often you can hand off a referral and you think everything's good and you find out six months later it didn't work out for whatever reason so our goal is to really fill that Gap and we're excited we're excited to be partnering with you guys thank you so much for having us in your schools that's great thank you so much for the work that you're doing and what you're providing for our students I'm sure board members may have some thoughts or questions or comments um I I appreciate that yeah you're there at your your um on campus and I spoke with Caroline last year quite for
056quite a bit and uh this issue of uh the navigation piece is you know I I don't know um how much more you guys can do but it does sound like it's always a challenge here in Tahoe to have enough providers right in town and um I know there's many more people now on online you know that you can get Telehealth but just I'm just hoping that um you know you can I don't know what you can do to help get more people here in town so there can be face-to-face services but I also think um just helping kids navigate so that they feel comfortable with zoom you know support um isn't is super important as well and then Mike one question is just about the adult skills training is there are there opportunities for
057you to do some of that here in this community to help our parents um with you know supporting their students and and just improving their their family relationship Dynamic that kind of thing we can within the scope of the wellness center lots of wellness centers have either we've heard about a need or there's been conversation amongst our staff that we want to work on that we don't correct me if I'm wrong I don't even have any active groups right now for parents in South Lake Tahoe we've really just been focusing on seeing the kids getting the referrals I still feel like we're getting a feel for what the need is and and how we can partner um one thing that we're seeing as a pattern in some of the wellness centers that have been open
058two three four years is that sometimes there is a need for that and people are talking about that typically the need of the children for immediate intense ongoing Services tends to be very great and we tend to that's our first goal and so we have had a couple of parent groups couple of parents skilled or parent support but it ends up being a little bit more of a when we have time and we always prioritize seeing the children first so it ends up being I feel like we do less of that than we want to um but it's something that we can do thank you for helping our kids it's really thank you any questions for the staff we want them well okay thank you I just want to make a comment that um first
059of all just to say thank you when I read that or you give us a number of 231 services for children I really like that um I went through your presentation and I read some of the uh reads you had the Poetry as an example um the 15 maybe 16 things to worry about and actually when I read it that day I was not having a good hair day I was not I was I could view some mental you know help here and so forth and so on and one of the things that really got me was last three lines I do not fix my problems I fix my thinking then problems fix themselves after reading that I actually read it to my wife read the whole poem to my wife and she sort of
060gave me pointed at me and said see you can fix your thinking and your problems will go away and I I just want to say that the thing that I've observed is that these wellness centers can significantly reduce the stigma associated with seeking Mental Health Service Services I know when I was a young child K through third grade I had a stutter and every twice a week they would get on an intercom and they would they would tell the teacher to send me to room so and so because that was the speech therapist and there was a stigma to that Larry stutters and it really bothered me for a very long time and I just like when you're talking about people coming in and just having someone to talk to or going into the calm
061room or whatever because you know I I visited your Wellness Center I just want to thank you I think it's a great thing I suppose I just have a question for staff I mean would you give me like what is the sequence of you know a child is referred or whatever what are the steps that you go through at that point just briefly so I understand how kids are intake taken and so on um well um referrals um and also um well yeah just walk-ins and referrals for the Middle School looks a little bit different just because of the age um so right now we're working with the counselors and then they refer the students um and also parents can talk to the counselors and they can get referred that way I'm not really sure
062how the elementary is going to look like though which I'm assuming might be like we're not gonna have walk-ins yeah by The Counselor as well yeah I feel that it's really important that we work with the school counselors teachers uh it is a teamwork and if you don't have everybody on the same page it's just not gonna work I'm a big proponent I both of my children went to the Atlanta school Unified District 2421 and now I have a five-year-old and I'm just happy I went a way to get my education and came back again because I see the need I've been here when they need for my children and and the need is is big and and palpable and I again I feel then I think we don't work together as a community we
063will now be able to make this happen so we need to start from the root and the road will be again the child and then parents teachers social workers and the community of Mexico it's as simple as that it took me 20 years to come back but here I am and I'm very happy and thankful when Megan told me that there was going to be Wellness syndrome like you know you're lying to me this is not possible I I haven't seen that happen so yeah I'm happy and and I'm looking forward to see this girl and to see this information to fruition to our community I actually love this so much you have no idea my heart is like bursting right now I flip and love this um my question um to who I don't
064even know if you guys can answer this but what is the reaction of the kids now that we have Wellness Center in both the middle and the high school and do you know are they buzzing about it through the school are they kind of timid or I'm just curious how the students are embracing this we want to talk about first of all thank you and um I want to talk for a minute about the high school because I've been in this field a long time and I wish Carolyn could be here tonight she's so wonderful I really encourage if anybody has time to stop by the high school she's just wonderful to speak to but um we spoke a lot about we built the high school Wellness Center together and she's been in the field
065for decades too and anyone that's worked in mental health with teenagers it's all about the stigma it's all about getting kids to access Services it's all about how do we overcome that how do we reach these kids how do we normalize that you're having anxiety and help people get help and so we start thinking about all these way you know Outreach and all this stuff and then we opened the wellness center and we're flooded we're absolutely flooded um we are constantly having conversations about we we have we have to close the doors we have to limit this um they are flooding in they're referring themselves they come in because um they're going through a breakup and um and he really needs to come in here so can you pull him out of class and we're
066like no it doesn't work that way but you know you can encourage it and then they come in you know and they're getting their friends to come in and they're getting their um everyone else to come in and we're having to shut the doors we're having to have walk-in hours and hours where we don't accept walk-ins because in weird everybody has limited space and there's all the resources is always um you know a barrier and so right now we have a fairly small room and we have kind of some temporary partitions up and or I think it's a very cute space and I think we're doing you know the best that we can with it but we don't have confidential space and build walls and things and so we have to be very Mindful and
067careful about confidentiality so we can't have um you know a flood of walk-ins and two sessions going on at the same time and all this so we are really Limited in terms of the services that we can offer by confidential spaces and um and so because of that we're having to help the kids you know you can come at this time so that's all just to speak to the fact I feel like we were prepared to really have to overcome this and out do Outreach and instead we're really having to kind of Monitor and structure it because the kids want the help um they want I mean we are we're actually like triple staffed at the high school most days and we um we still can't see everybody that wants to be seen wow thank
068you I don't know I took care of it for you I'm sorry not on the mic did that go good evening president Turnbull and trustees uh Dr radar I apologize just a note for the record that trustee Kemper has Departed the meeting so it's a for the left of the four other board meetings members at this time sorry just for the record good evening president Turnbull and trustees I'd like to provide you with a brief update on our local control accountability plan or lcat process clcat process is a three-year process that describes the goals actions services and expenditures should support positive student outcomes that address state and local priorities we're currently in year two of our three-year plan we're scheduled we were scheduled to meet earlier this week however snow prevented that meeting so we
069have rescheduled our meeting to December 12th tonight I will review with you what we intend to cover on December 12th and provide you with an update on our task force members goals and progress surveys and Cask data foreign consists of teachers from all schools classified employees school and District leaders and even a South Tahoe High School student Evelyn Bennett who we heard her name earlier mentioned in Cross Country we're currently short a couple team members and hope to have those positions filled shortly several meetings are scheduled around the lcat the task force meets about every other month we also have a parent advisory committee that also meets about every other month as well as meetings with our sdea colleagues on June 8th we will hold a public hearing on our lcap then on June 22nd
070we will bring lcap revisions for board approval this slide provides a 22-23 timeline of our actions throughout the school year pause there for you for a moment so our lcap has three approved goals our first goal is centered around student achievement for all students including our English Learners students with disabilities low-income students and other unduplicated groups this goal is very similar to our board priority around student preparation and performance this slide sorry about the smaller print identifies our goal one action steps in progress towards our action steps all action steps have been addressed although we do have some vacancies that are currently unfilled those steps are marked by an asterisk we may need to make some revisions and submit to you for approval and in June our second goal is centered around ongoing professional learning
071and ensuring all students receive exposure to grade level curriculum our board priority around professional growth and learning is aligned to lcap goal 2. these are action steps uh showing all areas addressed for goal two again the asterisk identifies an action step that we have not filled the Cass ELD position currently Heather Hart is helping to support those duties and our third goal centers around building a positive climate and culture within all of our schools and District this third goal again is similar to our board priority around culture and engagement there are action steps in progress today again the asterisks indicate only partial implementation or positions unfilled our task force will review and discuss potential revisions which will be presented to you in June as an action item within our lcap we rely on three surveys
072to provide us feedback on our progress first our lcap survey which we hope to send out in December to students staff and parents ask questions around school safety Equity engagement and social emotional learning second are Oregon metric survey measures District alignment around our Mission Vision communication accountability teamwork and Leadership we have two years of data and hope to continue demonstrating improvement in these areas and third are Equity metric survey measures diversity equity and inclusion we also have two years worth of data and hope to continue demonstrating improvement in these areas finally we wish to share our recent cast data with our task force when reviewing data it becomes more meaningful if we are comparing our results to the state and also other districts with fairly similar demographics we've identified a couple districts with similar demographics
073or even similar geography and provided their percentages of English learner populations economically disadvantaged and students with disabilities as you see we're a little higher than the state with our El population and a little lower than the state with our percentage of students living living in poverty foreign this slide represents our spring 2022 Ela and math scores along with our unduplicated populations compared to some other districts and the state here you see our historical data around Ela these numbers present our overall population please note we did not administer Casp in 2020 due to the pandemic and 2021 was an optional year for administering The Cask as you can see we've been a little lower than the state average for the past several years in ela what's interesting is we stayed at 44 in 2019 and 2022
074then when you look at the math results both the state and as well as Lake Tahoe unified did drop a little bit so our task force will follow the plan do steady act cycle we are currently focused on math alignment curriculum and vertical articulation to our partnership with our California head Partners additionally we've recently begun work with an external group called core and are focusing on our El Learners which is aligned with the work our El coordinator Karen Goldberg has been facilitating around professional learning and resources for staff we'll continue to keep you updated on our lcap process and we'll present any revisions to you in June for approval you know what I got to sing about squirrels or something man this is just so damn compared to what you guys are saying do you
