001Good morning, folks. The time is now, let's see, 9:01 a.m. on a March 10th, 2026. The board is going to reconvene the closed session uh from a week and a half ago. Uh if there's anything to report out, I will come and report out and do so. Uh I'll note for folks that we have a meeting directly following this meeting that is slated to begin at 10:00 a.m. I would uh manage your expectations that the 10:00 a.m. meeting might start a little bit late.
