001Hi, welcome back. The time is now 4:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15th. The board is coming back from its close session recess. Uh, Miss Newil is here, Dr. Revas is here, board presidentson is here, and board member Grigo is here. So, we have a quorum. I'm going to go ahead and report out the items. Tab one, under student discipline, the board of education approved the expulsion of students in case numbers 006, 011, 012, and 013 with the recommended dispositions. The board of education approved the conditional enrollment of the students in case number 006A, 007A, 008A with the recommended dispositions and the board of education denied the enrollment of students in case numbers 009A and 010A with the recommended dispositions. The vote all matters was seven eyes. Tab two, personnel, public employee dismissal and release. The

002board of education authorized the dismissal of one classified employee and one certificated employee. The vote was seven eyes. Under public employment, the board authorized the 45day notification of the inspector general per education code section 35031. The vote with seven eyes. Under tab 3, conference with legal counsel, the board of education authorizes settlement in the following cases. Jane do 7096 VALUSD, JS at all VALUSD, Jane Doe va again Jane Doe va and ah VLAUSD. The vote as to all matters with seven eyes. Terms and conditions will be available upon the finalization of the agreement.
