001We call to order the meeting Mount Diablo Unified School District regular board meeting for April 22nd. I'll take roll call. Trustee McDougall. Trustee Lawrence. Present. Trustee Mayo. Here. Trustee Zaehwy. >> Here. And Trustee Mason is here as well. Do we have any public comment? All [clears throat] right. For closed session, we have uh we may be addressing items concerning uh negotiations. >> [laughter] >> Uh so, we will be discussing negotiations provided under government code 54957.6. 3.2, possible discipline, dismissal, release, or reassignment of public employee under government code section 54957b1. 3.3, the board will meet in closed session to discuss the following matters, conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation, significant exposure to litigation under government code number 54956.9d2. Two matters. And with that, we're adjourned into closed session. Thank you.
