Mt. Diablo USD Board Meeting 12/10/2025 Part 1

001Good evening everyone. I'd like to call the meeting of the Mount Diablo Unified School District Board of Education to order. Today is December 10th, 2025. Uh I'll begin with uh 1.2 roll call. And I would like to announce for the record that this meeting is being conducted pursuant to the California government code 54953B concerning teleconferencing of meetings. Trustee and Zwee is participating in this meeting by speakerphone from 2300 Dulles Corner Boulevard Hearnden, Virginia. uh air zip code 201171. In accordance with the Brown Act, this location has been identified on the agenda for this meeting and she will be joining us in close session and then joining us in open session when we reconvene at 6:00. Um do we have any board uh public comment at this time? Uh no cards have been submitted for public comment. So we will move on to the close session agenda. 3.1 is negotiations. The board may discuss negotiations or provide directions to its representatives regarding represented employees according to government code section 3.2 Two, discipline, dismissal, release or reassignment of public employee, government code section 54957B1. 3.3 Conference with legal council anticipated litigation. 3.4 is liability claims government code 54956.95. Name of claimment Brandon Lawson. Name of agency against which the claim is made. Mount Diablo Unified School District. And 3.5 consideration to hear appeal of a decision in a complaint against an employee per board policy. Uh 31312.1 and 3.6 is a stipulated expulsion agreement for student number 08-26.
