Mt. Diablo USD Board Meeting 10/22/2025 Part 1

001Good evening everyone. I'd like to call the um school board meeting of the Mount Diablo Unified School District to order. Today is October 22nd, 2025. Um item 1.2, we will uh I will call the role. Uh, Trustee Enzwi >> here, >> trustee McDougall >> here, >> trustee Lawrence >> here, >> trustee Mason >> here, >> and Trusty Mayo is here as well. Do 2.0 is close session public comment. Do we have any cards? Um, we do not have any cards uh on public comment. So, I will share with the public uh what the items are for our close session agenda. 3.1 Negotiation. The board may discuss negotiations or provide directions to its representatives regarding represented employees. Government code section 54957.6. Discipline 3.2 is discipline, dismissal, release or reassignment of public employee government code section 54957B1. 3.3 is conference with legal counsel existing litigation. 3.4 4 is conference with legal counsel anticipated litigation and 3.5 is the stipulated a expulsion agreement for student number 0726. Uh with that we will adjourn to con session and re uh reconvene at 6.
