Mt. Diablo USD Board Meeting 10/15/2025 Part 1

001Go ahead. All right. Good evening everyone. Um, I'd like to call to order that the Mount Diablo Unified School District Board of Education meeting. Today is October 15, uh, 2025. And, um, we will conduct roll. Um, Trustee Enzi, Trustee Lawrence >> here, >> Trustee Mason >> here, >> Trusty McDougall >> here, >> and Trustee Mayo is here as well. That makes five of us here. Do we have any uh public comment cards for our close session public comment? There are no uh speakers who wish to address us under public comment. So, I will share the agenda. Uh the first one is 3.1 negotiations. The board may discuss negotiations or provide directions to its representatives regarding represented employees. Government code section 54957.6. Discipline dismissal, release or reassignment of public employees is item 3.2 under government code section 54957B1. 3.3 is conference with legal counsel with uh existing litigation. 3.4 is liability claims government code 54956.95. The name of the claimment is Carolyn Faul and she is uh making a claim against the Mount Diablo Unified School District. and 3.5 is a stipulated expulsion agreement for student number 6-26. We will adjourn to close session and uh reconvene at 6 pm. Thank you.
