OKAY, THAT BRINGS us to D building reports. Anything on the building reports? I I put it in there, but the This is our fourth year of having the automotive tech wing back. I I I think it's it's 20 plus years uh not having it. Now we have Trey Harrison who's been teaching those courses, small engines, auto tech. Um they got second place overall in the Mid-Lana competition. Um and for the fourth year I'm I'm going to building that program to the pretty much nothing from 20 from 20 years being vacant to now being second place in the Mid-Lana it was pretty great testament to his hard work with

the students and the the students' hard work in automotive. So, just want to give them a shout out. Anything else I'm building report? Say that's student report. We had our 159th Canton High School graduation ceremony. I want to say thank you to the hard work and dedication of the Canton High School staff and students. The ceremony was held yesterday, May 17th, in the Old Purpose Gym at Spoon River College. This will be my last board meeting my last board meeting and I'd like to thank the school board for letting me be a part of the meetings this school year. Before I end here I'd like to express my gratitude to the teachers and staff who have helped me along the way in my education the past 12 years. They pushed me to be better. This

senior year has been very fun in my years in education, my last year of friendships, and what the school has meant to me. Following my graduation from Canton High School, I will be attending Spoon River College where I plan to major in early childhood education with the goal of transferring to Illinois State University. Many students across the district join me in thanking you for your hard work and commitment to leading our schools and for helping guide the next generation. Thank you. THANK YOU. ADDITIONAL GOOD NEWS. GOOD NEWS. YOU KNOW, GRADUATION like she said, I thought went very well. Takes there's a lot of cogs on the wheels to make that happen and it's a great team effort to see the culmination of all the hard work that staff students put into that. I would like

to pray. Thought of people. Okay, that brings us to recognition of audience requests to address the board of education. I may add that this is the only time allotted to do so. So, if anybody wants to address the board, now is the time to do it. Seeing none, consent adjust consent agenda. >> [clears throat] >> Any questions or any discussion needed on the consent agenda? I'm going to have any kids for freshman football team? We're going to have a freshman schedule? A freshman football schedule? >> Yeah. We hope to. Okay. Why are you hiring two freshman football coaches? That's all. Any other? Can I get a motion to approve the consent agenda? So moved. Roll call, please. Ann Gerdesmeier. Yes. Matt Keith. Yes. Yes. Mike Cruelas. Yes. Brett Kerry. No. George Stanley. Yes. Brian Seibert.

Yes, ma'am. Connie Wood. Yes. Okay. Consider approval of resolution for attendance at the I A S B I A S A I A S B O The meeting in Chicago. >> Yeah. November 20th, 2026. November 20th through November 22nd, 2026. Any discussion? >> [clears throat] >> Motion to approve? So moved. Second. Mr. Keys? Yes. Mr. Relic? Yes. Mr. Perry? Yes. Jordan Stanley? Yes. Brian Taylor? Yes. I blew Yes. Ann Christian? Yes. Okay, consider approval to proceed with health, life, safety bond sale and health, life, safety amendment and the board enclosure. Okay. So this is a topic we've been discussing last few months met in building and grounds on the work needed for the roofs for several of our schools. We discussed what the best route to go with the bond sale. The one that was

cited was $6 million with $250,000 abatements and looking at the numbers would be easily keep the tax rate still under $4. Actually raise it about 4 cents all together for this loan. We just need the approval to go ahead and start the process. It is kind of lengthy can go up to 6 months in order to get the finances cuz the health, life, safety amendments have to go through our architect gets approved through the states and then our our bond broker will go ahead and take care of the rest. We just need the approval if you'd like us to go ahead and get that process started. Hey Jeff, do you know when the bond sale will occur? Roughly? If we can do it now, he was saying December is an easy timeline. Probably November, December

would be the best. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. Any other questions? Motion to approve. So moved. I do. So moved. Mike Crilley? Yes. Brett Perry? Yes. Darin Stanley? Yes. Brian Stahler? Yes. Col- Colleen Lewis? Yes. Andrew Smith? Yes. Matt Keith? Yes. Okay, consider approval of elementary programming changes. Board enclosure. In your enclosure you'll see a a presentation uh some of which you've seen already, some of which is new. Uh last month the board had asked that we form a committee um for this for consideration. I am extremely thankful for everybody that was on the committee. It was a significant time commitment. Uh we met for two nights on a Friday night and a Tuesday night um and were able to to come to a consensus. The committee consisted of district administration, elementary principals, board

members, union leadership, teachers, and paraprofessionals. We met on May 1st and May 5th. The next few slides is what was presented initially at the committee to kick it off. It was the purpose of the committee to restructure special education programming across the district, provide the least restrictive environment, and maximize my student growth. Create a learning environment in all buildings that is equitable and to create a learning environment which is conducive to creating a cross-categorical special education program. Our outcomes were very simple. We wanted to walk away with a recommendation for the school board, and we wanted to have it done by tonight, and we met those goals. Our strategic foundation, our mission is to empower students through the least restrictive environment with our core principles being prioritizing cognitive, physical, and emotional and independence, when in

alignment with evidence-based research, and also to stay in compliance with law and best practices. So, we then posed three problems to the group to solve and whatever was to come out of the committee, and I'll let Mrs. Tarvin cover those. Thanks, I've heard um a few times now these different problems, but I'll just briefly outline them. So, there are three different programs that we are recommending for restructure. The first is the early childhood program, which currently is at Eastview Elementary School, and the problem with the program currently is that it is fragmented and not inclusive with the Little Learners Program, which is at Westview Elementary School. So, the consequence [clears throat] of that is that there are inconsistent opportunities for the ECE students to be inclusively included in the Little Learners classrooms. They are separate

program at Eastview, and so our proposed solution is that they are unified together like they used to be um years ago, so that we can have those opportunities um for the kids. So, that's the first problem. The second problem that was discussed is a separation of program identification within our functional program. So, currently the district just has a functional program uh for our special education students, and we have found that there are such a span of needs within that program that we would like to add an additional program called cross-categorical, so that we can meet the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical needs better of all the students in the program. Um the [clears throat] challenge with that problem is the instructional mismatch. So, within a classroom, we have students uh with cognitive needs that are

extremely varying, making it very difficult for the instructor to meet the needs of both populations of students in the room. So, we want to make that divide less um less extensive and provide a better opportunity for those needs to be met for those students. So, the proposed solution for this is to have a functional program and then to have a cross-categorical program. We have clearly identified what the um specifications would be for the placement of both of those programs um and that was included in the in the recommendation. And then the last problem of [clears throat] one of the programs is our STARS program, which is currently at Eastview Elementary School. Um currently that program [clears throat] is in a building with other programs, making it very difficult for the staff all together to meet

the needs of the extreme behaviors that they're experiencing. And so, we wanted [clears throat] to um distribute those students to a different building, a smaller building, um a building that has a more veteran staff, more veteran leadership, in the hopes that we can meet the needs of those students better than they currently are being met. So, those were the problems, the um barriers, and then the solutions that we provided. So, what came out of the committee? So, in the end, seven options or seven possibilities were discussed. Uh the reality is there is no perfect easy solution to these problems. Um it's trying to find the solution that works best. Uh I won't go through each and every single one of them. Uh what is highlighted in purple is the recommendation from the committee. It is

the same structure that was presented last month. So, Eastview would have little learners and early childhood education, Westview the cross-categorical program, and Lincoln the functional and the STARS program. So, one of the things we were really hoping for was to have one program in each building. By dividing the functional program into two programs now, that has There has to be two programs somewhere. We believe that having the STARS and the functional students together, the behavioral needs of them align very well where we can use similar programming and approaches with those both within those classrooms and building wide. The cross-categorical Oracle program at West View, we believe that is the program most likely to grow in terms of number of students over time. And by having that at Westfield, it does allow space for that enrollment

to increase. Any questions on those? >> [clears throat] >> Hey Ted, can you go back to that one? Sorry. Yeah. I just finished reading it. It's very small on the screen I'm looking at, so. So the move you we made from the last time we looked at it was to Okay. To move the functional with the STARS program at Lincoln. Okay, got it. And that came out of the committee. Correct. Okay. All right. Thank you. All right, the next several slides is data that has been previously presented. So the impact on students, the impact on staff in terms of moves that we made. And all 74 students students will transition. That includes our little learner students that are three and now going to be four going into next year. Seven students from Lincoln School, 21

from East View, 46 from West View. The bulk of that at West View is the little learners program. Teachers transitioning, one teacher from Lincoln moving, three from East View, and three from West View. Hey Ted. Ted, I know you're trying to go fast. Could you scroll back up two slides up? Sorry. It's all right. So I know you sent me an email earlier today and I appreciate the thoughtfulness in it. We've reached out to many of the I assume it's the 28, the 7 and the 21 families. >> Correct. Correct. The 46 or so I assume we've had haven't had a lot of discussion with any of those at this point, those families. >> No. No, the focus on contacting parents right now has been students with IEPs and our students with >> I figured

that was the case cuz those are the some of the folks I I personally heard from, but okay, got it. Thank you. Can I have the names of the teachers that were on the committee? Yes. And? Ms. Jones. And Ms. Daniels also here is from the English department. Um I'm Ms. Nance. And then Mr. Siders was a union rep that was on the committee also. So thoughts, like we've obviously had seven or eight different options presented. Is this the best of what was presented? I mean there's no perfect answer. I'm not trying to put you on the spot, but you guys were in it. Like we got several letters from teachers and staff or whatever. Like is this like the best Obviously nobody's going to be grilled about every outcome, but is this considering all

the options you guys saw and were part of in the group, is this kind of enough middle? I mean I'm asking you. I'm asking anybody that was on the That's what we're presenting as. Yeah. Yes, there was a vote taken during the committee meeting and none of the people there had any uh objections to what we had planned. Okay. Is that correct, Mr. Siders? Democracy wins. And are are there concerns I'm sorry, go ahead. And the group of seven I felt that everyone's voice was heard. And I felt that the one that we had because there was a meeting today. You can't get what people want to change. There's some things we have to consider. And even after putting the seven programs together and start weighing those against the criteria that is there, it kind

of fell into the one that we started with really is the best fit. Is it perfect? No. It's the best of the solutions. Okay. Thank you. Any questions right now? Yeah, yeah, probably just as a follow-up to that. I I get it. You mean because it's there's probably the best of the solutions that's on there you're going with. Is there was there a debate about the timing of it? Um no. >> Timing of implementation. I'm just curious. >> No, and we really didn't get into that. And really timing wise, yeah, we could wait a year to actually implement. That could give us more time to do training. Our concern with waiting a year is we're not providing the best possible services next year for all our kids. Yeah, that's obviously a problem, right? So. How

did it go with the was it the 19? It was the 19. >> 19. We have We have talked to them. When I say we, it was Mrs. Gardner, Mrs. Tarver, Mrs. Ball and I have spoken with 30 families at this meeting. Just let letting them know that this is a possibility and getting feedback. Out of those 30 people we have reached out to, there have been two that have requested to have IEP meetings. Two out of 30? Yeah. Oh wow. Okay. All right. Teachers again, one moving from Lincoln School, three from Eastview, three from Westview. Enrollment changes again, same as last month. First grade, Lincoln School, increase of two students. Second grade, three. Third grade, four. Fourth grade, no change. Westview, seven in first grade, three in second grade, three in third grade, six

in fourth grade. How many third grade teachers at Westview? Three. Implementation plan and timeline. So, um this is just thinking ahead um adding in what the board decides tonight. Um so, we have already um contacted, like Ted said, 30 families to talk to them individually about their students and any concerns they might have and um plans that need to be made. We have um told them that we would call them tomorrow um depending what the decision is so that we can continue these conversations. And we will schedule meetings with all of those families and make sure that we are creating the best transition plan possible for those students. Um we will forward um After those meetings take place and phone calls take place, um then of course we're going to be making amendments and the

documentation that's necessary um within their IEPs to reflect the changes. Um and then tomorrow morning, uh depending on um either way, all the principals uh have been asked to have a staff meeting with their staff so that they can inform their staff of the change whether it was approved or not just so everybody understands, you know, where the direction we're headed. Um and then from there the building principals, if this was approved, have a plan to speak to individual teachers that might be impacted by the move itself um because there's going to be a lot of restructuring within the buildings even if the teacher's not moving buildings, they might be moving classrooms. Um so, we would like those conversations to start happening tomorrow for our certified staff uh so they can start preparing what that

might look like. Um and then within that capacity, we're going to have to, before everybody leaves, figure out technology needs. Um certain classrooms have certain technology needs like our first and grade teachers, for example, really We an interactive board. If they move to a classroom that just has a TV, I need to budget that we're going to get interactive boards in place. Um same thing for like the pre-K rooms and so forth. Uh so that's also part of that. The media plan Um we're preparing a needs assessment to send out to the staff to get any feedback from the staff about things that they might need that we're not sure of. Uh and then the next few weeks are going to be purposely planning opportunities for training and professional development for the teachers. Um we

had a couple teachers say that they would like to If this was approved, they would like the opportunity to meet with the the team coming to their building um over the summer, which is wonderful. And so I've secured funds to pay any teacher that is willing to to do that and work with each other. Um not necessarily like a [clears throat] formalized training, but just to have time to get acclimated, meet their team, and and do the things that they need to to get started on the right foot um in the beginning of the year. Um so those are the things that are in place. Matt, you have a question. Matt, do you have a question, Matt? Yeah, sorry for not raising my hand earlier. That was rude and I know better on meetings like

this to do that. So, I apologize. Um [snorts] Do you Are we the least bit nervous about um technology needs or other room needs to be in order to pull this off by the fall? Um I mean, I'm not nervous that we can acquire those things. I I have the [clears throat] grant funds that we can actually acquire what's necessary. Um you know, as always, we only have three technology uh you know, personnel in the district. And so, I can't promise on August 13th that they're going to be up running and you know, working wonderfully, but we'll definitely try our very best. Yeah, we're just going in it with eyes wide open, right? That that we could have a little bit of a gap there. Just as long as everybody's on the same page, right?

Um it is three teachers for 55 like 18 I guess it'd be 18 kids a class. Is that manageable at the third grade level? Is it low? That's low. Okay. But my question was you have the same number of kids with one less teacher. So that was my second question is we have the So you have the school changes from Lincoln plus two plus two plus three. We have the enrollment change for West West View. Congratulations. Looks like you're getting a lot more kids than you did. But we don't have anything for Lincoln or East View. To say whether like how many more they're getting or not getting or how that enrollment changes at East View. It's just not impacting their K through four classrooms um because the enrollment impact that they're getting are the

little learners which would be the three additional classrooms and um the 40 something students and then moving us in enrollment as well, but it's not going to impact the current class sizes. >> Got it. Well, that explains it. >> [clears throat] >> Just wanted you to know I was paying attention. No questions. So I and I do want to recognize, you know, change is hard, especially major change that impacts this many people. If we do this, we know it will be difficult. Um this isn't something that we just choose to do um out of Yeah, the sake of making change. We're we're asking for this because we believe this is what's best for our kids and change is painful. Change can be messy. Um but we believe that we can get through this and in

the end uh have a better learning opportunities for our students. So Okay. Nope. So I want to say thank you to the principals, the teachers, and the union staff who were there for this meeting made I felt I was the only non-educator in the entire room. So, they have their they have abbreviations. But, the discussion I felt was really good. I learned things and I heard some emotion from a lot of teachers, which is good cuz they care about the kids. It's even better. Um but I want to thank you guys for your time. It was I think we were there 2 and 1/2 hours on a Friday night. I think we were doing a lot more important things than hanging out with me and I had to be in the forum. But, that shows

the commitment. I can respect the hours spent half an hour on Friday and 3 hours on Tuesday. So, I mean, that's a huge time commitment to get this solved. And um there were a lot of discussion and the discussion period was really good. It was um very important to me to hear some stuff I heard. So, thank you. I'll add to that. Thank you for your commitment. The hard work of the administration and the teachers. Uh we're fortunate to have the group we want and you did such a wonderful job and you know the adjustment. It's going to be a curveball, but I think in the end it's uh I know our teachers I know they'll make it work. I don't have any doubt about that. Um >> [clears throat] >> I guess it's time

to uh ask the question. Uh do we go with what the committee suggests and the committee voted on? I will Mr. Spivey. Yes. Go ahead. We need a motion. Huh? We need a motion. I didn't know we had to do this one. Well, okay. Can I get a Can I get a motion to uh approve the elementary program changes? So moved. Second? Second. Roll call, please. Brent Perry. Yes. George Stanley. No. Brian Spiva. Yes. Holly Blue. Yes. Ann Gershon. No. Matt Keys. No. Timeline. Mike Crueler. Yes. Okay. Goes to 12 reports. District 66 metrics report. Any questions? All right. Discussion items. Discussion of the FY26 amended budget. Yeah. Um so, next month I'll be uh submitting the um amended budget for this current year for approval. At the end of the year, I like to

tighten up a few things to make it as most accurate as possible. We did have two expenditures we didn't plan for, so I I can easily adjust on the amended budget, and that was the great security cameras that we have now, as well as we did receive a grant for three brand new lift buses that were completely reimbursed. Uh so, we have three lift buses for um the school district. I already received the money for that, but I would need to make adjustments to the budget, and I'll present that at the next meeting. I believe that's June 28th. And um so, if I if you have any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer any you have. No questions? Do Do the buses already? Yes. >> Okay. They were delivered probably within 2 weeks

of me paying for it cuz they had them ready to go and we got reimbursed from the state 2 weeks after that. So. It's perfect. >> Yeah, it was a great timeline. And you shouldn't have. It did. It did. All right. We are going to discuss various policies and develop recommendations to the Board of Education. It's been our board policy governance meeting. This is a first reading of these policies. Um pretty um uh low-key update on these. There was two areas for decisions. Um one question was does the board take a roll call vote on everything or sometimes is it a voice vote such as all in favor say aye. Um so yes, we do take roll call votes on any action items. Um and the other one was concerning posting board agendas at the

location where you're having the meeting if it changes from your normal location. And yes, we do that. We post board agendas at the district office as well as >> [clears throat] >> uh all schools. Questions? So I can have go over the draft up in the beginning. Reviewing and monitoring. Bus conduct. Let me put that on the seat. Oh, see. Discussion of charter buses for athletic events. So the uh football team has uh got a way game at Corsicana. Corsicana. Uh which is approximately 3 hours from here. Um and a school bus probably 3 1/2 hours, but um and I have been approached by some community members about potentially getting into supplying the charter buses um for the football team and the cheerleaders. And the support staff to travel. I have some information I'll pass

out. This is not necessarily for a vote tonight, it's more for discussion. But we would hope for three buses, the two buses cuz I don't think we can fit all of them on the bus. Now that includes the freshman, varsity, and the cheerleaders. Correct? Correct? Yes, correct. Brad was very helpful in obtaining some information for me, and so I will pass it out. Do you have some sheets? >> [clears throat] >> How many kids? Um about 80 players, 20 cheerleaders, and a staff. 115? Give or take a couple. >> or take. Yeah, that's what you got on that. The key there is being able to get all that equipment underneath the charter buses. And when you're talking about the junior varsity football players, some of them are not um small individuals, and this is sometimes

a school bus is not a good mode for them to travel. Um so there's a as you can see the approximate quote from Shortway Charter was 519. That's the buses and the driver and everything. Our cost is based upon our room nights cash prices. The bullet is only 1,100 bucks. So the difference is $4,401.99. And I know it's a lot of money, but I think I've ridden on charter buses and school buses some years ago. The difference between going that far for a game is that makes a big difference. And team morale and also getting them comfortable to get there. So Hey Doc, I did Doc, I can't I don't have the document, so I didn't hear what you said. Did you say it was uh roughly 5,500 versus 11 >> 500, yeah, from church

to church. That was two buses plus the drivers, and yeah. Yeah, got you. Thank you. So, I just want to confirm information, so we can uh provide that some more next meeting, and just make a vote on it, so Short people like comfortable buses like that, too. Just trust me. Big people. I know our buses are air-conditioned, but sometimes air-conditioning doesn't work very well. Um and you know, and it's a lot smoother ride, so more comfortable ride, so >> [clears throat] >> that's all. We never had an issue with trying to get some more bus drivers to travel that far. It drives Yeah, they go through a rotation at that, and then it's typically the same drivers who take those trips. Why are we going that far? Cuz this this contract, that's We got two

more years for that contract? Right? Yeah, we'll go home and away. Yeah, so come here next year. They brought They brought their buses here last year. They gave us information like So, this year plus one more, and this this year and next year more. This year is there, next next fall there, and then we have one here and one there again. The four-year contract. So, in reality, that's going to be $11,000. If you [snorts] do it now, they're not going to want to do it again. And the reason being we're we're searching for an an an opponent that you know, it it matters so much in football playoff points, and trying to keep that 4A opponent is tough. Okay. Hey Brad, I don't know if you have the information, but I mean, how many other

teams of ours travel that far away on a regular Yeah, I have I have that information. We have three bowling, any all trips over 125 miles one way. This trip is about 258. So, trips over 250 miles, we have three for bowling, >> [clears throat] >> one of those being state, one for speech, that was the sectional in Morris. We have one for track, high school track, which is in Charleston. That's state. Yep. And then three for wrestling, um with one at one of those maybe being a question mark with the Wonder Woman in Columbia, and then Morris for the girls and Palatine for the boys. Okay. And then of course baseball and softball going to Nashville, which brings up a whole another topic. Yeah. Yeah. And band going to Branson. And band going to

Branson. Yeah. So, when we consider this, there's a couple different ways this can be paid for. And if it's raised the money is raised by the teams, those funds can go in their activity accounts, and then it can be paid for that way. If it's a expense that that we want to take on out of the district accounts, then my recommendation would be for us to come up with a policy to bring to the board what criteria is there to meet in order that for the district pay for charter buses. Um if it's going to be paid by the district funds, we need to be pretty clear what qualifies and what does not. And it seems pretty straightforward if you [clears throat] know if you just base it solely on distance, what if it's um

you know, seven kids going to state? >> I charter a bus? Yeah. Or yeah. I wish we had a number of other charter buses but we don't. And I'm sure there's other things that I I'm not thinking of right now, but I'm thinking of other I like your idea of you know, if they were going to pay They had a fundraiser to fundraise for it and they paid for it out of their fund. Right. But if we did it then yes, we need to have some kind of criteria of that we would not be discriminating. Just for the sake of which trust me I would love to get them chartered bus and like are we you know we're going to pay for just a one day trip or like multiple day trip right going down

to Tennessee. Obviously if you're gone for five days and you had a chartered bus the whole time it cost more. Okay. Okay. So I was just asked When you first went in when Brad was ready nice to help me get some information together but so just wanted to just discuss it and we can talk about it in the next meeting. Sounds good. But that's the plan Ted if I heard you right you're going to come back with some guidelines you would recommend to us. Yeah, we can actually do that. >> [clears throat] >> We haven't got that far yet. That would be ideal. Okay, we're going to do information items. >> [clears throat] >> All right, we have four foyer requests three were from data branch all three of those were requesting contract information from

specific vendors and of those requests we only have one vendor with which to send information on that was Raptor Technologies. So that information was shared with them. The other one is from employee research data LLC. They were asking for employee names, job titles, positions, work emails and which campus or department they work in. So that information was provided. >> [clears throat] >> Staff Institute May 22nd I think I'm going to do it one more time. I'm sure what we'll do. I'm glad breakfast with Don and Nancy. Uh followed by a recognition and and awards. Yeah. Yeah, in the cafeteria. Yeah, in the cafeteria. Our breakfast starts at 7:30. Okay, future agenda items. Hearing none, can I get a Hey Mike, Mike, I was coming off of mute. May- maybe later on, I don't know if

it's the July or August meeting we can get an update as to how the prep is going for the elementary education change. Yeah. I can't see everybody. The camera's just shifting all over, so I don't know if there was like, yeah, that's a good idea or no, it wasn't. Yeah, it was. Yeah, we'll have that night. Okay. Any other future agenda items? Can I get a motion to go to closed session? So moved. Second. Yes. Yes. Holly Blue? Yes. Andrew Smith? Yes. Melanie Blue? Yes. Mike Blue Smith? Yes. Yes. Thank you. It's great. Thank you, Mr. Blue Smith, for giving me the opportunity. Thank you, Mr. Blue >> Mhm. >> They must be back. I just saw Don pop up. Yeah. I'm not here. I'm good. Actually, it was considered the approval of the grievance

settlement agreements between the Board of Education of Canton Union School District number 66, Canton Education Association, IEA, NEA, and Courtney Yocum. Can I get a motion to approve? So moved. Second. Ann Greenough. Yes. Mike Keys. Yes. Mike Krulac. >> Yes. Brent Ferry. Yes. >> Jordan Stanley. Yes. Bryce Flaven. Yep. Holly Blue. >> Yes. Consider the approval of an agreement in lieu of expulsion for student number as discussed in the closed session. Can I get a motion, please? So moved. Second. Who made the motion? I did. Mike Keys. Yes. Mike Krulac. Yes. Brent Curry? Yes. Jordan Stanley? Yes. Brian Swaby? No. Paul Blue? Yes. Motion to adjourn. So moved. Second. Five to zero.
