Mr. President, members of the board, based on the results of the recent and ongoing internal investigation and information presented during this evening's executive session, I formally recommend the immediate termination of Jennifer Weekly from her position with the Union County College Corner Joint School District for cause, specifically for the gross negligence and neglect in the performance of
002her duties as detailed in the notice of recommendation dated April 9th, 2026. Mr. Jones, are you also going to recommend that the board not accept her resignation and this I would also termination Yes, I would also like to recommend that we do not accept her resignation and termination. Um those alleged breach of fiduciary duty, financial mismanagement, operational malfeasance and fiscal delinquency, violation of law and district policy, um and systemic misconduct. Those are the basis, as your counsel, that were brought before you tonight supporting the termination for cause, and I'm making uh that statement today for the record as the factual basis for the termination.
