001Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. committee of the board of school trustees to order. If you're able, will you please stand as we take a moment of silence followed by the pledge of allegiance. I pledge algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Okay. No, no patron concerns. So, at this time, I think you have something for us. >> Yes. Yes. Just a couple things. First of all, I would like to wish Dr. Walter Lambert a happy birthday today. >> A happy birthday. >> Happy birthday. >> Uh, the second thing I wanted to do is uh we're getting ready to show a quick video. Um, as you remember, this is school
002board appreciation month. And at your seats tonight and in the table in front of us, we have uh all kinds of cards and well wishes and thank yous from the students across War County School Corporation to thank you for your governance and advocacy for War County students and families. So, thank you very much. Um, as you received, I guess it would have been last Friday's uh, Friday update, one of the schools, Boomville Middle, had sent a video and about 20 minutes after that, I got a second video from Boomville High School. So, we're going to show Boomville High School's video this evening since you've already seen Boomville Middles. So, and could I just ask if somebody would take a picture of this setup so I could share with the schoolboard association? >> Sure. Thank you,
003Doug. >> Wish you had some little faces there. >> Couple little kiddos. >> Thank you. >> Okay, I think we're ready. >> Hello, school board members. Thank you for showing up, listening, and caring about our schools. >> Because of your time and dedication, we have safe classrooms, >> supportive teachers, >> and opportunities like BTV to learn, grow, and think about our futures. We know the work isn't always easy and we appreciate the choices you make to support students like us. Your commitment makes a real difference every day. >> Thank you for believing in us. Yay. >> Good job. >> I would like to comment the video from Boonville Middle. I was impressed. That was good. >> Yes. Yes, they uh >> they went above and beyond. There you go. Yes, they did. They did. It
004was It was wonderful. >> Okay. Next, uh we're going to recess our meeting, regular meeting so that we'll conduct a public meeting for the board of finance. Mr. Armstrong, >> um Mrs. Lever, first for 4.1, we need to consider naming a president and secretary to the board of finance. >> Okay. >> Uh Indiana statute requires the board to name a president and a secretary to the board of finance. I would like to make a motion to nominate Linda Glover as president and Jeff Baker as secretary. >> We have any discussion? >> Oh, I'm sorry. We need a second. >> Sorry. Okay. Motion by Mr. Mosby, seconded by Mr. Skinner. Any discussion? >> Mr. France, will you please call the RO? >> Mrs. Butter. >> I. >> Mr. Mr. Skinner >> I >> Mr. Baker >>
005I >> Mr. Mosby >> I >> Mrs. Wilhelm >> I >> and I vote I >> thank you next we'll now have a review of our fiscal indicators and investment report Mr. Armstrong. >> Okay. Um I've given you a handout. This is not something I'm not going to spend 45 minutes going through the details of this, but I want to tell you that there's a lot of information in the four pages I've given you. >> Um, I'm going to just kind of go briefly through the the biggest points of this. Um, of course, the top section is called student demographics. And I should clarify that statute requires us to cover certain topics. So, the first two pages are those things that are covered under Indiana statute that you have to cover to board of finance.
006The next pages are the uh investment report talking about the things and how our money is invested in the final is kind of a future prediction of the things that are going to happen. So um the first part being the student demographics as you can see are the top three categories there. The the ADM uh we had declining enrollment this school year. Uh special education the percentage of special education students went down. the free or reduced population. We had a slight decrease in free and reduced population and our English language learners. We had a slight increase in the percentage. The next section, the fund balances, this is the cash basis uh accounting system that you we utilize in the school system. And you you can see on there from 2020 through 2025 the cash balances
007of each of those funds. And I continue to keep 2020 on there because it was the baseline when COVID occurred. And those are the numbers that were generally uh pretty typical for our school corporation to have fund balances. And so you can see we had during a few years in there some escalations as we prepared for some worst case scenarios, making sure that uh we could endure any cliffs that took place from um ESSER monies and things. And now we have begun the since 2023 the steady uh intentional return to those numbers. Um the first number there the education fund balance and that's the fund uh which we pay all of our instruction out of. Uh as you can see we had a slight decrease in the cash balance. uh that means we when we
008have a decrease that means you spent more in that fund uh for that particular 365 days than you brought in in revenue. The the next one is the most interesting because it's the operations fund. You can see that there's nearly a $5.5 million decline in the cash balance and operation fund. Uh and that is twofold. First is that we had a smaller amount of revenue in that fund uh because of the amount of transfers we did uh from the education operations fund transfer. But secondly, we endured a great amount of capital projects and maintenance work uh this past school year. If you remember, I started out the year with a a budget plan of spending close to 12 million uh in maintenance and capital projects last year. we exceeded that and uh we brought down
009that cash balance. So, one of the things we'll be doing this year is bringing that one back up. Um the increase in the debt service fund uh again, well, from our work session, I was identifying the additional appropriation we got to do, but we transferred right there at the end of December a portion from our bond issue itself into that fund to cover the capitalized interest. So, that's why that's escalated to such a number. uh rainy day fund we had a slight increase. Um the insurance fund looks like it had a very large increase. However, um insurance fund is a month behind. So we generate the revenue in December for January. So on December 31st we had generated all the revenue to pay the January bills. So consequently that one if you follow an acrruel
010system we owed $990,000. So technically that balance is $990,000 less than what it shows there. Um the rest of that going down through there um just a combination of the other funds, but the bond balance had a great effect because we waited till the very end of the year to issue those bonds and so it generated a large amount of revenue. So, our overall cash balance shows an $ 8.7 million increase, but excluding the bond issues, uh we had a decrease in cash balance from all of our all of our tax based or primary funds. Um the next section, the debt service section, um just basically breaks down our current outstanding debt. Uh as you can see on there, we have a couple of outstanding bond issues where we still owe money. Uh this year
011we'll pay $6.565 million in bond expense. It's the number in the green. And so at the end of this year, when we get to December 31st of 2026, we'll have $20 million of outstanding bond issue of principal on the bond issue. Um next is the total assets. And I've I've got two columns there underneath those blue numbers. Uh if you remember back during our um audit with the state board of accounts, we had to return our assets uh to a historical value. So the historical value brings back the number the dollar amounts that it cost to construct the building plus the additions of the renovations and things that you do on top of that that actually change the size or the nature of the building. So, if you replace a roof, even though you spend
012$2 million on the roof, you don't gain any value from historical content because there was a roof on the building. All you did is put a roof back on it. So, consequently, uh, when you have that happen to all of our buildings over time, the historical value is much much less than the value that we have to insure for. So the historical value shows that we have $239 million billion dollar worth of or million dollars excuse me worth of capital assets. What we ensure is almost $600 million worth of capital assets. Um which obviously it changes the the ratios. So the next one's the capital asset, the debt to asset, the debt perm. When your capital asset is that little bitty number, that's the historical value. It appears like our capital compared to our assets
013is a large percentage. When you compare it against the insured number, it obviously much smaller. Pi is the better idea there. The more capital you have in regard to the asset you maintain is better. Um your debt to asset again our debt to asset it has gone up. Um but it has gone up because we issued bonds at the end of the calendar year. And so you know next year when we've paid off six and a half million dollars of that um our debt asset will return down to about six and a half 7% again. Um and debt per ADM uh that number is a function of the fact that our student population is going down while our debt did not. So consequently the debt per ADM has gone up. uh the second page, uh
014the revenues and expenses. And again, I'm not going through everything on here. There's really only a couple of numbers I'm concerned with. Uh one primarily, um if you go down to the section that's kind of an orang-ish color down second to the bottom, the uh total increase decrease to all funds excluding the bonds. So, if I pull the bond effect out of our uh cash balances and out of our revenues and expenses for the previous year, we spent $4.4 million more in 20125 than we brought in in revenue. Again, u almost entirely based on the fact that we did so much work in maintenance and capital projects. Um so that's the first part. The third page is a little section um again brief summary of your interest earned in all of our investments. Um I've
015got them broken down into uh the various investment uh locations that we have our money. Uh it's broken down by month and then the bottom is broken down by quarter. Um and it shows that our interest earnings last year from our investments was $1.552 million. Uh, and there's a little footnote on the bottom of that. We've moved an additional uh $5 million into a threemonth CD and another $5 million into a four-month CD. Uh, trying to get a little bit higher interest rate than we've been earning. Uh, we've diversified a little bit. We've moved it. We don't want all $50 million in one bank. We don't want it all in one investment. So, we've moved it between those. Uh, they're all viable investments that we're allowed to have by statute. Um, so and then the
016final page that you've got in front of you is some projections. And if you'll look at the top 2025, that's in the orange, uh, you'll see in 2025 in June, we had $18.44 million in our education fund. For example, we estimated at that time that our December cash balance would be 18.623 million and the actual was 18.714. So, we were slightly above that estimate, but if you would look at last year's report, you would see that I'm not making that up. We really were that close. um the the numbers that we have were based on, you know, where we were at at the six-month period of the year, right after we got through June 30th. So, um the next six months were indicative there uh working their way down. Again, you look at the operations
017fund, the actual uh number was a pretty good size decrease. But what's important is our plan for the next uh six years going forward from 2026 through 2031. You'll see a steady decline in the education fund. Again, it's taken a little bit longer, which is good. Uh the pro the progress moving that number down. I've got highlighted in green about as low as I think we're going to get uh in our education fund. But if you take that 15.5 billion and you go back to that first page where in 2020 our cash balance was 9.7 million, you'll see that we're still expecting to be well above uh the point where we started where I've got as our baseline for these. Um I don't believe we're going to move much faster than that towards that number
018uh operations fund. Uh this year we will regenerate some of that cash balance um primarily because of the bond issue. We'll be uh spending a lot of that on our capital work and we can't do $20 million worth in one summer. So consequently, that one will generate a little bit of a recovery. Uh debt service uh will return to a normal number. Our rainy day fund, if you track it, I do expect it to gradually go up the next couple of years. Um as we prepare for some projects, I want to make sure we've got a hefty uh amount of money in our rainy day fund should unusual things occur. um because we'll be generating whether via via the bond issues etc. We're going to be pushing our capability so we won't have something in
019case emergencies do arise. Um so investment fiscal predictions and report any questions like I said you can look at this it's it's one of those things you can look at for a long time just tracking it year by year fund by fund etc. But uh is is the cliff you mentioned earlier uh has that passed? >> We're still working. It's taking We are fortunate. I will say um I thought it would take us three to four years to return to normal. It's taken us five or six. We're returning that cliff. We're able instead of having to go like this to our cliff, we've been going a little bit less sloped. Um, so it's more gradual, which is better than I hoped for. Um, but no, we haven't we haven't when we get down to that
02015.5 education fund, that's when we will have finished the cliff. >> And you're not wanting to go below the 15, not get back down to the 910 like it was before. >> No. Um, as these years have gone by, by the time that happens, it'll be 10 years after that, nine years after that, our operations costs will have gone up substantially. And to maintain a percentage close to that, I would probably say we would need 13 and a half to be close to that same percentage. I would like us to be a little bit higher than that. Uh, I say things like that because someday I won't be here and so the person behind me uh wouldn't want to leave them some money. And with I mean with $145 million worth of expenditures, we probably
021need to have 15 million. That's just a month's bill. >> Well, the that's one fund. So, when you're talking education fund, you're talking about $85 million in a year. So, 15 million of 85. So, it's actually about eight to nine weeks, >> almost two weeks. >> Be the guy who writes checks. I like to have eight to nine weeks. Like I said, that's you're exactly right. >> You'd have my amount of hair if you had >> I have one simple question on the third page. Cafe checking. >> Is that the cafeteria checking? >> Yeah, there there it's >> I mean you got the rest of the columns are banks. >> Yes. So we keep a small little dollar amount in the cafeteria checking account that's inside of our now account. Um, and so the interest
022earned on their because we've got money in cafeteria fund which is the 1.2 million you're seeing. And so we invest that with all of our money. So I have to keep separate the dollars that we earn in interest for that. So we roll that into a separate account. >> Okay. >> The interest earnings. So we keep them there. >> Bond money is elsewhere. Uh the bond money, if you look on the first page, I've got it identified. Bond cash balance in little yellow. That's the $19 million between all bonds that we currently have. That's how we get the 59 million total. Uh on the next line, our total cash balance is 59 million, but the bond accounts for 19 million of that right now. But yes, part of that bond is I mean the bond
023again when we invest money we track which fund the interest has to go into and so bond interest you have to track because if you earn more interest in your bonds than you pay there's something called arbitrage and you run calculations and then you have to pay penalties for that. So, we certainly make sure that although we want to make as much interest as possible, um that we're not sitting on borrowing $17 million and just holding it, not spending it and earning greater interest than we're paying. It's not allowed. >> But that balance is larger because we did that bond issue because you haven't identified what we're >> Yes, we're that's all the stuff that's going to be coming over the next eight months. We'll probably spend 50 to 60% of that. Thank you, Mr.
024Armstrong. >> Okay. Now, I will adjourn the meeting of the board of finance and we'll resume our regular scheduled board meeting. Agenda item five, consideration of routine business. Dr. Redmond. >> Thank you, Mrs. Glover. The routine business this evening includes approving the minutes of the school board meeting held on January 12th, 2026 and approving the claims and signing the docket. I recommend the board approve the routine items as presented. >> Make a motion to approve. >> I have a motion by Mr. Mosby, seconded by Mr. France. Is there any discussion? Mr. France, will you call the role, please? >> Mrs. Glover, >> I. >> Mr. Skinner, I. >> Mr. Baker >> I >> Mr. Mosby >> I >> Mr. Below homeless >> I >> and I vote I >> thank you. >> Next item agenda
025number seven consideration of items for board action. Dr. Redmond. >> Thank you Mrs. Glover. Indiana statute requires the board to name a corporation treasurer and deputy treasurer when we reorganize. I recommend the board name Amy Smith as treasurer and Jasmine Donnelly as deputy treasur of the Warick County School Corporation for the school for the year 2026. >> So move. >> Second. >> Have a motion by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Mosby. Is there any discussion? Mr. France, will you call the RO? >> Miss Clever? >> I. >> Mr. Skinner, >> I. >> Mr. Baker >> I >> Mr. Mosby >> I >> Mrs. Wellham >> I vote I >> thank you. Agenda number 7.3 approve a memorandum of outstanding with did we do that >> 7.2 two. >> I thought I'm working off. I'm ahead
026of myself. >> Approve uh resolution 2026-2. Dr. Redmond. >> Thank you, Mrs. Glover. Mr. Todd Armstrong has brought to the board resolution 2026-2, resolution to transfer amounts from education fund to operations fund for consideration and approval. The resolution outlines the transferring of funds from the education fund to the operations fund. I recommend the board approve resolution 2026-2 as presented. >> Second >> motion by Mr. France, seconded by Mr. Scanner to approve resolution 2026-2. Is there any discussion? >> Mr. Fansby, call the role. Yes. >> Miss Clutter, >> I. >> Mr. Skinner, >> I. >> Mr. Baker, >> I. >> Mr. Brosby, >> I. M will Thomas >> I. >> And I vote I. >> Now we move on to 7.3. Approve a memorandum of understanding with the University of Southern Indiana. >> Thank you, Mrs.
027Glover. Mr. Jason Fiser has brought to the board a memorandum of understanding between War County Board of School Trustees and the University of Southern Indiana for consideration and approval. Theou outlines the agreement between the two entities for the purpose of providing dual credit coursework opportunities in the Indiana College Corps to the students of Boomville High School. This written agreement will be during the 202526 academic year and will conclude on June 1st, 2027. Mr. Cliff Whitehead, the school corporation attorney, has reviewed theou as well. I recommend the board approve theou as presented. >> So move So moved. >> Uh we have a motion by Mrs. Wilhelm. Second, >> seconded by Mr. Baker to approve the memorandum of understanding. Do we have any discussion? >> I just have a question. This is basically like a year and
028a half contract. I mean it's covering all the next school year >> if I'm >> this school year through 2027. Correct. M7. >> Yes. expectation that will continue Mr. Fisher. >> This agreement is a little unique. In the future, it would be for a full two years. The reason we had to do it this year was we still had an instructor at Boonville High School that was completing the necessary coursework. We wanted to get this in place so that we have students this current year that could earn the Indiana College Corps at Booneville High School. But we needed the coursework to be completed by the instructor. >> And my understanding the purposes is they will be able to obtain college credit coming out Boonville High School. Is that correct? >> That is correct. uh with
029the Indiana College Corps, students at Booneville High School now have the ability, if they s so choose, to earn a block of 30 college credit hours by the time they've completed their tenure at Boomville High School. The one stipulation with this agreement is that at least half of those 30 hours, 15 credit hours would have to be through the University of Southern Indiana by an instructor that has been certified through USI. >> I I mean, that's huge. That's a lot of money for parents. >> And I I think we should thank the administration and the teachers >> who took the time to get certified so our kids can do this. I think it's pretty outstanding. >> It is outstanding work. It's good. Thank you, Mr. Fischer. >> This is for Booneville. Uh there's there's a
030program currently at Castle already. Does have are they working on >> We are Mr. Mr. Fischer and his team have been working with all three schools to try to look at the current uh staffing situation and then to see which pieces are missing to see if we have employees who are willing to go take and get that additional coursework so they're certified so that we can offer this we can continue to offer it and grow. Uh Castle High Schools is the agreement right now is with IvyTech. Correct. >> That is correct. It's through IvyTech through 2030. IvyTech >> uh does their agreements in five-year increments and we have this now at Boonville High School through USI. >> Okay, very >> Mr. France, will you call the role? >> Yes. Miss Clever >> I. >> Mr.
031Skinner, >> I. >> Mr. Baker, >> I. >> Mr. Bosley, >> I. >> Miss Wilhelmus >> I. >> And I vote I. >> Motion carried. Agenda item 7.4, approve textbook adoption. Dr. Redden. >> Thank you, Mrs. Weber. Mr. Jason Fischer is requesting board approval for the adoption of the elementary English language arts textbook series, My View Literacy by SAS. The proposed materials align with the 2023 Indiana future focused English language arts academic standards. Upon approval, the new materials and textbooks will be implemented beginning August 2026. I recommend the board approve the request as presented. >> So moved. >> I have a motion by Mr. Skinner, seconded by Mr. Friends to approve this textbook adoption. Is there any discussion? >> Appreciate all the teachers who took time to >> pilot. Thank you. I couldn't remember the
032word this this book this semester. and then also took all the teachers took the time then to get together and review the book and the experience from those. It's a long process. Uh thank you of course Mr. Fischer for your work and helping them navigate the various textbooks options that they have and the teachers seem to very much favor this one. So, >> and I appreciate the teacher and parent review. I enjoy reading their comments and getting an idea of what they're focusing on. and helps it put in into perspective for me. So, I appreciate their efforts, too. >> Any other discussion? Mr. France, will you call the role? >> Yes. Miss Lever, >> I. >> Mr. Skinner, >> I. >> Mr. Baker, >> I. >> Mr. Mosby, >> I. >> Miss Wilhelm, >> I.
033>> And I vote I. >> Thank you. Motion carried. Agenda item 7.5 approved donation. Dr. Redmond. >> Thank you, Mrs. Glover. We have one donation this evening for WPCC Pro Rehab would like to donate a deli personalized tourniquet system for blood flow restriction valued at $2,000. I recommend the board approve the donation as presented. >> I'll make a motion to approve. >> Second. >> Have a motion by Mr. Mosby, seconded by Mr. Baker to approve this donation. Excuse me. Is there any discussion? Do we know how this tourniquet system works? >> I have no idea, but I would be interested to see it in action out. >> Me, too. So, when it was like a blood pressure cuff or something. >> I honestly don't know. Linda will have to take a field trip out there.
034>> Okay. >> All right. Mr. Friends, will you call the role? >> Yes. >> Miss Glover. >> I. >> Mr. Skinner. >> I. >> Mr. Baker. I, >> Mr. Mosby. >> Hi, >> M. Well, >> I >> and I vote I. >> Thank you. Motion carried. Agenda item eight, consideration of personnel recommendations. Dr. Gresham. >> Thank you, Mrs. Glover. The human resource office has the following action to bring before the board tonight. Agenda item 8.1, consideration of employment non-certified staff. Shelby R. Knight, a program assistant at Chandler Elementary School. Motion to approve. >> Second. >> Motion by Mr. Skinner, seconded by Mr. France on non-certified staff. Do we have any discussion? >> Haven't been very busy this past couple weeks. Calm before the sto. >> Mr. Friends, will you call the role? >> Yes. >>
035Miss Glover. >> I. >> Mr. Skinner. >> I. >> Mr. Baker. I, >> Mr. Boseby. >> I, >> Mr. Will Homeless. >> I, >> and I vote I. >> Thank you. Motion carries. >> Thank you very much. Agenda item 8.2 leaves. Cheyenne Wilson, special education teacher at Council High School. Aaron Ston, a job share program assistant at Sharon Elementary School. Jamie Roers, a secretary treasurer at Oakdale Elementary. Jennifer Watson, kindergarten teacher at Yankeetown Elementary. Cory Aubelt, second grade teacher at Sharon Elementary. Steven Michaels, custodian at Oakdale Elementary. Isabel Cobb, fourth grade teacher at Yankeetown Elementary. Janie Downin, 3.75 hour cafeteria position at Chandler Elementary. And Cassie Miller, secretary treasurer at Yankeetown Elementary. >> Sorry. >> We have a motion by Mr. France to approve the leave, seconded by Mr. Mosby. Is there any discussion? Mr.
036Friend, call the role. >> Miss Clever, >> I >> Mr. Skinner, >> I. >> Mr. Baker, >> I. >> Mr. Bosby, >> hi. >> Miss Wellness, >> I >> and I vote I. >> Thank you. Motion carried. >> Thank you. Finally, agenda item 8.3, report of early return. Karen Freeman, kindergarten teacher at Sharon Elementary, has filed appropriate paperwork to return early from a previously approved leave of absence. >> Thank you. One comment, >> a one-page report, human resource. That's a first. >> That is a focus. >> It's either one of two things. Either Dr. Gresham really has us in great shape or he's totally slacking. I'm not sure which one. >> We streamlined. >> Thank you. >> Dr. Redmond, any reports? >> Dr. Rush, did you have a report tonight? Okay. Yes, your only report
037tonight. Normally, you stay up there and I thought maybe I I forgot, but uh we have one report tonight from Dr. Gresham. >> And I will have to go off memory. I didn't bring my notes. We did have a personnel committee meeting two weeks ago, two and a half weeks ago now since this is on a Thursday. And I know we discussed uh teacher attendance which has improved and substitutes which have improved. We spent a long time talking about those two items. uh spend just a a very little bit of time talking about some administrative regulations that we're working on editing and teacher handbook that we're editing. I did meet with uh WCT representatives last week, the week before to go over some of those changes that we're proposing. I'm going to take those back
038to the personnel committee at our next meeting. Um and then some of those will come to the board for full approval the meeting after that. So there's a lot of language, some things that we're doing with our teachers and and just some plenty enough language needs to be done in our handbook and with some administrative regulations that we're working on. >> Positive numbers in terms of teacher absences and number of subs to cover those absences. >> Very positive. Yes. I think did was this also the meaning we talked about our leaves how our leaves have are down from calendar year 25 compared to calendar year 24. I believe in calendar year 24 the total number of FMLA was 53 or 56 no 65 and the total number of leaves for calendar year 25 was 51
039so from 65 to 51 so that's a a good sign as well keeping people in their jobs where they can do the most benefit to the students >> very good thank you the only other thing that I have this evening is I just wanted to thank our operations and maintenance teams for getting all 18 of our campuses in excellent shape. >> Um, we are unfortunately not going to be able to have school again tomorrow. Mother Nature has been not nice to us this week. Um, but it's not because our facilities and parking lots are not ready because they are. We're just still struggling with the secondary roads and sidewalks and concern about buses getting to certain secondary roads and of course our any of our walkers thinking about sidewalks not being cleared. Um but it
040is not because we weren't ready and all credit goes to uh those folks who have been out in this brutal weather this week taking care of business for us. So thank you. We have any other board business? >> Uh, personnel committee has a meeting scheduled February 9th at 6:15 right here in this building. And then the following morning on February 10th, uh, construction committee has a meeting at 7:30 in the administration building. >> And, uh, student learning is February the 25th. at 7:30 a.m. Is that correct? Yes. >> Policy will next meet on February 9th at 5:45 p.m. here in central services and then we'll have our next scheduled board meeting on February 9th at 700 p.m. here central services. >> Golly, is it good to see y'all? I would like to just take a
041minute to give a shout out on February the 21st at 6 PM at Freeman Park. >> Yes. >> Is uh for the love a books celebration for the Dolly Parton Imagin Imagination Library. A great program which helps our kids which state funding has they've lost state and it's very important we keep this program going. So their tickets are on sale and it is a great time. So I would urge everybody that can to attend. >> Very good. Thank you for that reminder. Is there any other business? >> Meetings adjourned. Heat. Heat.
