001mic check seven o'clock and we are gathered here this evening in the Hammond Academy library for our May 17th meeting and I believe we have all our board members present this evening our student reps are both years is that being said you all join me for pledge of allegiance of the United States of America 's hands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all of entertain a motion for approval of the April 26th meeting and the May 10th meeting actually we can take them as a Slater and pick himself you can take the motion first but I I have a question regarding one of the minutes if I could please okay let's get it on the floor and then I move that we approved minutes for the meetings of April 26 and

002May 10th so all right we have a motion in a second and Faye has a question Mr Raymond could you please in of the first one not the second one could you explain a little bit about the reading program and the funding for that program please we did approve the new reading program K5 but could you explain a little bit more about how it's being funded yeah so the K-5 program was voted on and approved and should reflect that in minutes the intent is to purchase the K2 portion of that program under this year's funds and also grant funding that we have plan is to buy the three five portion in next fiscal year fy24 funds so it will be paid for in the two different years you don't see anything that actually has to

003be changed in each one of clarification no just clarification okay okay it wasn't here for the second one all right so phase made a motion to amend that okay we have a second to phase Amendment all right so we will uh all those in favor of that Amendment all right we will take those individually so uh can we get a motion for the uh we know I guess we don't need a motion so all those in favor of the uh minutes for the April 2016 opposed or abstentions all right okay all those in favor of the meaning of May 10th opposed extensions how do we get all right that's fine um adjustments to the agenda we're not moving around enough uh adjustments to the agenda we have we're going to move student recognitions to directly

004following the adjustments of the agenda and then other things we have some policies that will not be discussed tonight that ozar jjbc and k b e also in ki they will not be discussed I assume because they didn't get disgusted all right that being said uh so this evening we have a very large group to represent they have been throughout the media Outlets here in this particular area and Nationwide and we have principal Thibodeau and Seer to introduce the group and its advisor okay this one all right good evening everyone we are so excited to welcome first the weather be chess team and I'd like to introduce them by name and have them come over and then Dr Thibodeau will recognize the reads book Rebels so Derek Johnson Harrison Pennell Emmy Snyder Erica Snyder Avery

005Zay Landon Godfrey Liam Dolly Pete Ayman [Applause] thank you um okay Riley Richardson Eli Marquis Lucian parody Owen Eisenhower come on over guys Christian Zhang Owen Barnes Aiden Byrne Liliana Holmes Eli Solem Kalani kokotovich Grayson Bailey ASA Wentworth and Eddie La Rochelle are our sixth through eighth grade chess team who are joining us here tonight many of them not all of them but give them a big round of applause please um thank you for honoring them tonight I'm David Bishop the coach and they have all exceeded expectations this year um they had really tough competition at the Nationals from a lot of New York teams and they persevered and they came through they were very clutch and uh I'm just so proud to have them as as just team members on our on our teams

006and um they've told me they're going to study over the summer tactics books from our accounts and we have seven I believe seven uh Weatherby students that are headed to Reedsburg next year it's kind of stacked they're really strong um so look out competition Here Comes Reese book and uh anyway I just want to congratulate them they did so well and you have a long meeting so [Music] that'll do it um Round of Applause for Coach Bishop if you haven't seen him on NBC CBS CNN news Nation he has gone viral and he's the heart and soul and certainly students were so proud of you but we are also incredibly proud and appreciative of Mr Bishop of this incredible journey so congratulations thank you can you explain the medals some kids are wearing medals I

007don't know what they're for can you explain them please all right so um there was a lot of people about like 400 and um for each one if you go above 25th place you get these but if you got um if you got first place you get a golden one I got 14 from Christian God 15. so um all right [Applause] thank you nice job thank you all right uh it brings us to the portion of our meeting where we allow public participation before we do so I've said a few words to read speakers are asked to observe the following in the case of a large audience speakers may be asked to sign up before the meeting so they may be called on most expediently speakers may be asked to keep their comments to three

008minutes confidential Personnel matters will not be shared in a public session no comments or allegations will be allowed at public meetings concerning persons employed by the school system or against particular students personal Personnel matters or complaints concerning staff or students or staff issues will not be considered a public meeting but will be referred through established policies and procedures all speakers are asked to identify themselves gossip to inflammatory comments or abusive or vocal language will not be permitted speakers must address all comments and questions to the chair comments will be heard and considered requests for information or concerns that require further research may be referred to the superintendent to be addressed at a later time generally the board does not discuss or act on items not on the agenda speakers are asked not to be repetitious

009of comments already made to the board in the interest of the most expensive efficient use of time the chair has the authority to stop any presentation that violates these guidelines for the Privacy rights of others persons wishing to address the board may be permitted to do so only during the designated time for public comment said Mrs Doom we have two individuals this evening for public comment welcome Robin Smith and then David Castleman please hi I'm sorry I missed your last meeting I uh you know conflict of interest I guess so anyway uh I think it's wonderful to see Adele's investing in children and to see what you're doing here as teachers as coaches as volunteer staff or whatever it is but I do have to call attention students some concerns most of us have believed

010our lives basically unscathed or unfragmented they haven't been distraught by the radical transgender ideology that's been infiltrating our schools and kind of insinuating that we're not all right we're not okay there's been so much pressure sometimes even in the reesburg school that peers have felt the need to change their gender because they were not accepted by the other students they might have been ridiculed whatever type of pressure they faced I wasn't in there myself so I don't know the fullest time but and I believe that we were all created by God and that we were created as we were and I wouldn't want to run down anybody who was transgender because God loves them too but I think I think it's demeaning to say the least to suggest students are not okay they are not

011whole and to project this mindset on our young people now I'm very well aware this is not something that is just affecting our school district it's all over the state and all over the United States but think of it this way how would you have been affected emotionally physically or mentally if this Theory had been voiced on you as a developing young person think now how that would have affected your growing up years we are not providing a free public education to harm people but this harms people the school is harming people the kids academically as well because it's well known that academics will take a back seat to the ongoing teaching of a mind-altering physical race Theory and the transgender ideology I know this doesn't all come from you guys I know it comes

012from outside of us but it's something we need to address I would hope of course that it's not our original goal as individual community of the school board to try to transform our kids with a critical race theory in the transgender ideology Bush I ask you individually to think and pray how we can change the course of things regardless of what the federal government says You must do in order to have subsidized school lunches for qualifying students because I've become aware of that we need to live by higher law higher valuables principles values that are concerned with somebody else's life not just on our own but instead of us bending or bowing to the current flow did you know that 98 of young people will have succumbed to the transgender line regret their reconstructive surgeries

013which they now live with and cannot be changed imagine that an astounding 98 this is too much a lot of emotionless distress occurs in students we must respond as a community and defense of the young ones who are being psychologically and emotionally taken advantage of in the present Rogue educational system it is not you need to wrap it up Sam yes to be your child when are we going to change do something come to the school board meetings and express your concerns also contact your legislator about LD 678 in favor of parents being told that their student wants to change their gender thank you Mr [Music] hello my name is David casavan I'm a citizen of Hampton I think what we're really facing here is not unlike the metaphor of a tower of wooden blocks

014and sibling rivalry Atop The throwing a tantrum readily knocks down the tower and it takes the older sibling patients in time to build a more stable foundation and Tower so building a more stable Foundation is exactly what we must do for the students of RSU 22. in the past I regret using the term cultural Wars because that sets us all up to be heroes or villains and paints us as Warriors following this distorted framework teachers has teachers being labeled as heroes or villains depending upon whether they are allegedly advancing secular society or fighting against it from a quasi-religious perspective that's on its head teachers and administrators are Educators responding to the changes so that students are bringing into the schools and the pressures that they are visiting on each other as a parent I wish

015there was less pressure yet I am grateful that the team at RSU 22 is helping students respond to those pressures and develop cultural competencies and critical thinking skills so that our students can function effectively in a rapidly changing world we can't let distortions such as what has been presented at this Podium be part of the foundations we are rebuilding for example taking one data point then extrapolating in a logical opinion and then declaring that opinion to be fact does not represent truths it turns truth on its head my wife and I observed from the data presented last fall that testing scores for the Smith School were lower upon entry and that the achievement Gap had been closed at the end of the experience at that school such an approach is helpful and useful since Yemen's

016data longitudinally and comparatively rather than under isolation it is a combining fact and logic that we can arrive at truth it isn't combined with kindness and non-violence that we can arrive at Compassion statements made at this Podium against lgbtq plus Community have been without Compassion or logic individuals have used isolated incidents of crimes and implicated all K-12 Educators accusing them of engaging in grooming effectively labeling them as pedophiles similar logic used against religious organizations would be equally cruel and inaccurate and provide no basis for a genuine solution I'm gratified by the recent Federal Court decision in favor of RSU 22 in that decision the judge took time to acknowledge the challenges and adaptations associated with your efforts at restoring the color into this podium in these meetings based on the recent judicial decision I am

017hopeful that there will be no further developments or statements that would provide you with further reasons to return to this Podium but even though I may not be present please know that you have my support and gratitude as well as that with my family thank you very much for your service thank you [Music] all right that brings us to my report and what I have this evening is the superintendent evaluation and I'm going to turn that over to us thank you so the main board meeting is our annual time to evaluate the superintendent and we will be sending out we Becky will be sending out the um evaluation form tomorrow morning um along with Nick's self-evaluation so for those of you who aren't familiar with with um certain dimensions of Nick's work you'll have his

018thoughts on that and some of his uh evidence for it um the our next board meeting is a little bit early so if possible well let's not say it possible I'm going to set a deadline in June 7th that gives us two weeks to complete the evaluation and um and then once the committee is appointed by Heath I will contact them and schedule a meeting prior to the next board meeting on the 14th um does anyone have any questions that's all I have all right this is a personnel I have a few resignations to announce first and foremost Mr Fred Lauer athletic director assistant principal of Hamden Academy and Miss Gwen Winston grade 2 teacher at the McGraw school have submitted their resignation transfers I'm going to skip to that and we'll look to the

019nominations transfers Brook Lord from grade one to grade two at McGraw school and Olivia Maynard from grade 5 to grade four at wetherby school two nominations here this evening first I'd like to nominate Molly priest as a choral music director at Hamden Academy Molly has four years experience as a choral director in Combined RSU 26 and msad one which is in Presque Isle she is not able to be with us tonight because she is actually at her own concert she has a Bachelor's of music and music education from the University of Maine and master of music and voice performance from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign I'm recommending Molly priest at forty eight thousand ninety six dollars and ninety nine cents some of it I don't know if we give that to you yeah

020I guess that works all right we have a motion in a second uh discussion I just want to say I currently work with Molly and the Hamilton Academy is going to be very lucky to have her on their team all those a bear opposed chickens Jason please pass Our Praise along to her next nomination is Nancy Desjardin for health and Foods teacher at Hampden Academy Nancy has a bachelor from the University a bachelor University study from the University of Maine she is a current educational technician here at Inland Academy recommending Nancy at 42 230 so most second all right it has a lotion and a second discussion all those in favor close extensions and Nancy is here tonight [Applause] essential behaviors and outcomes less sir I was so focused on the superintendent evaluation but I

021forgot about this education enables all students to learn the skills acquire the knowledge and develop the attitudes necessary for them to reach their potential as citizens who can meet the challenges of a changing Global Society we believe that all citizens in our community share the responsibility to educate our children and themselves our schools our community support systems it should welcome and encourage all members of our communities to participate and our schools will have a supportive and empowering atmosphere for all students and community members while I thought tonight would be our senior student Representatives last meeting she has acknowledged that she will be joining us on the June 14th meeting despite having graduated so I did have it on the agenda and I did promise her that I would still have this recognition for her since

022it was out there but ordinarily ordinarily this is typically the last meeting for our students who are in the senior class so at this moment I'd like to recognize Stephanie clisham Stephanie has been with us for two years so far she's been very instrumental on this board and done a great job she's been a great advocate for the students and I'm very pleased to have worked with her over the last year so Stephanie just so you are aware you are now going to receive the board of directors scholarship that will be announced at the graduation uh receive that information as well as a letter that I received that I'm going to hand you today with a fake check so don't try to bring that to that and there is another part to the recognition that

023I don't want to steal Mrs Boone's Thunder she is being recognized for something else tonight through a community organization so I'll let her talk about that but I just did want to get a round of applause and a appreciation to Stephanie for this being what I thought was her last meeting but second to last meeting all right did you want to have your final speech tonight or next month um [Music] and as superintendent Raymond has referenced Stephanie is also the winner of the spirit of America award now this award started in 1990 in Maine to honor volunteerism and she was nominated by the Winterport Women's Club and I want to just rattle through because some of these things I learned about Stephanie and I worked closely with her two years I didn't even know so

024she's a she's a student council member and she's the senior class secretary at Hampden Academy member of National Honor Society and many volunteering opportunities as we know even if you're aware of some of them she's a big sister and volunteers Time Each Tuesday afternoon mentoring A Smith School student she's a leadership Mentor at AJ she served two years for the Maine Department of Education as a student Cabinet member in night in 2022 she was chosen as an alternate for the United States youth Senate program representing Winterport and AJ and this year her senior year we have heard about her seniors senior to senior project and we'll update you about that with great photos that she took in our upcoming length 22 and last year very powerful I had never experienced this as a school leader

025she led and organized and moderated a student-focused group and she did a survey and solicited all of the areas of concern from our aha students and then she brought them together to talk about it in a really healthy way really impressive leadership so she's been our student representative for the last two years and now she's also being honored for her volunteerism and her in winning the spirit of America award so congratulations thank you I really appreciate the recognition tonight so thank you and I'm Gonna Save my speech my my longer better thought out moving on to our monthly financial report we have just over 10 of the school year left and uh 16 of our fiscal year which ends June 30th left you can see the percentages in the far right column I believe I

026did answer the question from last month but just to say it publicly the question involved uh special ed what was the difference was such a significant difference and that was because uh attributed most of that to the fact that we had some staff members that were not hired this year I just wanted to [Music] the next thing under the superintendent's report is the student rep presentation and they do in fact have a presentation to put up on the TV screen tonight so I will turn the presentation over to Ryan and Stephanie to start your report it's okay if I speak without a microphone maybe Ryan to hold button yeah okay so I actually already presented this once today at the staff meeting so this is regarding the student satisfaction survey that we did once again

027this year very similar to the one that's last year we actually copy and pasted most of the questions modified them as needed so we asked students five questions how do you feel the school year one one through five what has gone well what could have been better uh we also look for solutions from students what could benefit the student body moving forward and then also is there at least one adult in the building that you trust and could go to for support and at the end we also allowed for a free space for students to share any additional thoughts and experiences some of the common Trends good and bad were the student-teacher relationships student relationships drug use morale time management the shifts in leadership and staff and academic success so these are some of the

028things that I saw in the surveys going well they were brought up a lot so classes many students thought that their classes went well this year workload was better many students felt that they had gotten better grades this year and then in years past making more friends Sports morale band course and theater were brought up a lot as things that were going well for students this year obviously you know more covered restrictions food was better help from teachers UTC ticket and College acceptances these were some student quotes that I extracted from the data for what has gone well as you can see one student made a number of good friends they found where they wanted to go from high school the curriculum and teachers highlighted as something going well you know relationships have grown and

029then also another positive or some after-school activities so and with those highlights also comes in problem areas and I tried to order these from the most relevant to least relevant although towards the end it got a little out of order so drug use that was a big one along with bathrooms drug use and bathrooms those go hand in hand there's a lot of that drug use happens in the bathrooms the workload morale administration's response to student feedback the shifts in leadership and staff fights honors study hall student staff relationships and then the lack of respect from students whether that be towards one another the building or towards staff then once again I included some quotes from the data I wanted the last one I thought was the last pep rally was waxed holy spirit is

030not what it used to be the student body is in the community anymore and solid fights so I thought that those were pretty representative of a lot of the other responses and these were just four quotes that I took regarding solutions that students have thought of so you know an equal amount of disciplined praise um once again more serious discipline um I like this one teaching communication skills and empathy as part of the required welcomes next class and then someone else proposed perhaps more stuff with tutoring and more Library hours after school for that question about whether or not there's at least one adult in the building that you can trust and go to for support I just included the graph that Google forms made for me as you can see 91.3 said yes and

031only 8.7 percent said no some of the key takeaways that I um you know took away from this and I hope you guys do too is that drug use is a problem and it needs to be solved that's a huge issue that was brought up a lot in this survey most students find their classes enjoyable and they feel they've done better this year than years past the rules of Honor study hall could be modified mostly referring to cell phone usage um in you know allowing self when usage as you say most students have been able to make more friends this school year and some students feel as though staff can be a patient and that's all I have from the survey and if you have any questions I'm happy to answer them Steph um do

032you remember the results from last year's survey about students percentages for having a trusted adult within the system in comparison this year I didn't compare them but I can look at that and I can do something yeah I just get a quick comment on that has there ever been like a student group that would especially go into a transition that could get together and the principal talk about some of this stuff but how to and maybe make them part of the solution when you talk about revenues and fighting school year out and enough the only student group that really met regularly with Administration that I can remember was what used to be called the H club and that was the group of individuals that received a varsity letter and they met with the athletic director

033and that was that fizzled out a long time ago and that was more about leadership and sportsmanship but not necessarily whole school base can we make sure that the new administrator that's coming on board July 1 has the results of this he will have those and he will certainly have those conversations I just wanted to ask one question about the drug use was that um as a top problem last year in the survey do you recall yeah drug use along with bathrooms those those were big last year as well and I've heard that as well over the bathroom is there uh procedures in place to monitor the bathrooms I know it's difficult to have Staffing in and out they have made some changes throughout the year progressively to see what has worked they they certainly

034have monitored those much closely as we've gotten to the end of the year more so on a regular basis than in the past was this seniors or was it all for so despite the few responses that we got in comparison because you know there's 800 students that would get 103 responses as of right now this was to the whole student body not yeah what percentage answered your survey you know I'm sorry about that I okay I I can't do quick math but so it was 103 students actually there's 107 now but as of when I created the presentation it was 103 responses and we have 800 something students so around 12 hours so it's not huge but I think is this less than normally like you've had higher rates I mean last year only had

035120 respondents yeah yeah well I know it's been a couple of years since our SRO with uh illustration or demonstration from the local public safety who did a presentation for us of what we're seeing in the schools not only the national Trend but in close to home it might be nice for us to have a refresher on that I'm sure things have changed from the USB Vape cries that we saw five years ago it's probably a changing around that time Ryan and I talk about this regularly assistant principal Crane and I forwarded him photos of my findings from this week which were that it looks like a highlighter and you go through a student's backpack when you're looking at that vaping devices until they're very skilled and we have to be Savvy to keep them

036in front of it just like to thank Stephanie for all the work she put into this this was like her initiative I know last year she's Pioneer the focus groups and she did a great job on Minnesota is here so I just like to recognize that this was all her um and she did a great job foreign okay yeah so I have a couple more things in my board report so I want to talk about prom uh which is last weekend held at the Morgan Hill Event Center it was a good time um there was an area for free photos by our own art teacher um scroll so they were free and they were they were good pictures so um that was definitely a highlight of prom uh yeah it was a good time graduation

037is coming up so um seniors pretty much have all of their information regarding graduation there's a senior walkthrough where we walk through all of the district schools scheduled for I believe June 8th um so I'm especially looking forward to that and then also I did want to talk about Big Brothers Big Sisters that concluded at Smith School on yesterday actually um I just want to say how important I think that program is to not only the youngest fiscal students but also the high school students that go down there it's definitely had a really great impact on me and I I hope that more students will participate next year Stephanie how many students participate in America it's around I want to see 9 or 10 high school students and then paired with a swim school student

038and as Miss Boone mentioned um the principal for next year Mr ruin has been visiting the school and I know a lot of students appreciate having his presence there and he seems genuine engagement in my conversation and he's also expressed interest in talking with student counseling or other student organizations who are aware of the problems in the school but also the students to the school um so I think that'll help this transition into the role in terms of student council we've recently been working on voting and nominations for the David greenier student service award um that's happening right now that's a scholarship awarded to a senior across the school there's been AEP tests and nwea testing and for juniors enumerated science Testing so that's been across three weeks and it's coming to a close in

039the next few weeks and then on a personal note today I led the main Department of education's student cabinet's final meeting I was the chair and facilitator of that group this year and we presented the education cultural Affairs committee at Maine State Legislature on the topics in mental health and that went really well and last week I had the privilege of being able to attend the education main teacher of the year announcement at the state house and I was also part of the Penobscot County selection team which I can announce now and so that was a wonderful experience as a student well thank you both um Jillian said he can't possibly sleep and that's true isn't it right a bit stressed out about the meeting today right it went really well I'm really happy with

040the lips all right that brings us to questions of board members I think does anybody have any questions of committee chairs after reading their reports today was the deadline for graduation tickets so just as a reminder if you are a board member and you have a desire to go to the graduation ceremony please let me know so that I can let the ha office know to make sure that they have a seat set aside for you all right that brings us to policy policy committee met last evening and so I'm sorry for the delay and you're getting all the exhibits but they should have been in your mail today hopefully you had an opportunity to read them as he mentioned we didn't get to all the policies that were listed in the original agenda so

041we'll go over the ones that we did do last evening the first one is the discussion and on policy be DH public participation in board meetings I could have probably had made it so that you could see how the new one is in comparison to the old one but I figured if you needed it today there wasn't time to do that so you will notice that the original one has been deleted and the new one has been put after it if you did a side-by-side comparison you would see that pretty much they are exactly the same in just simply a different format there is one major difference in it and it was a recommendation from legal and in it it's on 3C and that is the one that says that neither positive nor negative comments

042will be allowed during public comment and and please note that that's during public comment and so that has been added to our new policy other than that it's pretty much the same thing it is something that we receive from the lawyer and so the committee felt really confident about the new policy that is being presented to you so it is the recommendation of the policy committee to move forward with first reading of policy b e d h public participation in board meetings as presented someone all right have a motion in a second discussion discussion okay all those in favor of policy beeh for first reading opposed extensions thank you the next policy is policy dff Student Activities funds we did not have we did not have this policy prior to this one the reason it's

043being added to our list is because it really goes along with the ones that we've kind of crossed out that'll be brought to you for another meeting regarding Student Activity funds the finance committee did have the opportunity to review this policy and it is they brought it back to us with this recommendation and so it is the policy committee's recommendation that we move forward but first reading policy dff Student Activities funds as presented mm-hmm all right we have a motion of the second discussion see none all those in favor of policy BFF for first reading extensions we're now moving into the second reading for policy JRA student education records we did have a nice conversation last night regarding some of the concerns that were brought up at last month's meeting it was determined that a

044recommendation would be made that Mr Raymond would then move forward and look at the forms that are presently being used to ensure that parents have a clear understanding as to where student information is going and but that does not impact the policy itself so that would be a procedure so it is the recommendation of the policy committee that we move forward for the second greeting on policy JRA student education records as presented all right if you have a motion in a second discussion amen all those in favor of policy JRA for second reading opposed extensions the last one is policy ECB Pest Management in school facilities and on school grounds again this was just a minor change that was presented to you at the last meeting no changes were made from first reading to Second

045reading so it is the policy committee's recommendation that we move forward for second reading on policy ecd test Management in school facilities on school grounds as presented have a motion in the second session see none all those in favor of policy ECB for second reading opposed extensions just so that you know that the procedures that go with ECB have been updated by Mr booth and so they are in compliance with what state regulations are expecting of us all right that takes us in the new business discuss an act on the administrative contract contracts for the school year 23-24 note that it does say 22-23 and your agenda is 23.44 they hand out in your packet has all of the district administrators and their respective salaries proposed for the 23-24 school year those were sent to

046you well put in your packet and thank you I think just putting your yeah in your email this morning or related to it earlier today and also in your packet ordinarily we take that as a slate but I would leave that up to you folks to decide on it I move that we approve the administrative salaries as a slate all right you have a motion in a second discussion okay all those in favor of the 2023-24 administrative salaries taken as a slate opposed extensions unanimous foreign of the probationary teachers so there are two lists in your packet you have the first year probationary to second year status and then you have the second year status to continuing contract what I do want to point out though however there is one error on that list there

047is an employee that no longer works for us she is on the probationary status second year to continuing teacher list that is Billy Joe Bowden she does not work for us anymore if you remember from the budget meetings that is the position that we shared with Orna RSU 26 and she has not worked with us this year so that is an error every other individual on this list is correct just like the administrative salaries more often than not this is taken as a slate but I would leave that again up to you folks right looking for a motion I move that we accept the list of probationary teachers as a sleep for 2022 23 to second year 2023-24. so all right we have a motion and a second discussion all those in favor pose extensions

048all right uh point of clarification please Lester's did listen and maybe I missed it but did Lester's motion only talk about probationary one to two and not probationary two continuing or were they all included together right so we need another motion for probationary stats second year to continuing teacher and I move that we accept them as a slate second all right thank you Ben discussion of those in favor opposed extensions all right putting meeting dates and then we have executives anybody need any additional meeting dates I did not put on the minutes I apologize for that the next meeting of the policy committee meeting a policy committee will be on May 30th at 4. I don't know where or community relations we will schedule a meeting after the meeting of the next ad hoc middle

049school committee meeting which is next Tuesday and we need to finance but I'll send out an email or not we also need an athletic date set please all right I will entertain a motion to enter a new executive session I believe that we enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing the Personnel matter for one MRSA 405 6A all right we have a motion a second all those in favor all right so
