it's 6 46 so i would call you last night meeting to order and welcome to everybody in our location [Music] so if you would join us [Music] is vice president chapter here president here thank you we have established we will move on to our adoption agenda technology [Music] foreign [Music] is brings us to gratitude i'm just grateful for everyone here tonight it's great to see your participation from the community so thank you for coming yeah i too are grateful that everybody is here hear what everybody has to say you should see us do our business [Music] great like to thank the staff being married to one she is going into that teacher mode of preparing as a little crazy in our household but i know that it carries over to a lot of households that
have teachers and staff that are preparing for this upcoming school year i'm just very appreciative of all the hard work that goes into their preparation and thoughtfulness to teach more kids thank you to you guys [Music] as well as 13 days yes that brings us to the discussion portion of our meeting and [Music] now we will have our department updates like that you introduce sure so we'll start off with our organic services update from jen well it has been a busy several weeks planning for all of the many events that are coming including youtube orientation as i mentioned we had our new teachers in the first two days last week for some um joint training and then individualized based on their secondary elementary placements for the rest of the week and that was a fantastic
play to start we also started with our mgmt our admin team last week and had very much a heavy hitting click updates kind of what has happened since we saw you at the end of june meeting and stacy and i've been planning for uh the threads that will fall all the way through the whole year this year so we're really holding on to two large focuses that you will see when we get to our professional development plan in just a little bit including intentional evidence-based instructional practices and positive climate and culture and buildings and you know those two things go hand-in-hand you've heard us talk about them with our mtss systems work this very much will tie into that and be the next step in that journey so we have a full year plan for
all of the half days all of the district development days and then the two kick off okay the next up first are there any questions for jen in regard to where i have great services for me okay okay ken simon with a quick facility yes and welcome to our first shortened summer in a long long time are we doing this bench right now so we're getting there the bond construction has been great um thanks to gmb and triangle and some pre-planning that went on we are not like many school districts in the state right now that don't have equipment to finish their work we aren't like other districts that hadn't delayed their work because they weren't going to get them so thank goodness we had some free planning some poor thought we purchased our stuff
we had it stored we're ready to go the middle school lots they're done the team of dean gmb triangle that dean uh excavating doing their work over there the light loads for the asphalt filler electric for the electrical work everybody's worked so well together uh it's just it's been fantastic building that grbs has been cleaning around all these activities including the summer school two of our buildings which run right up until we get to go back to school um the bond dirt which they're now into trails cleaning trying to get that cleaned up section by section so we get people back in and uh the work group which is i don't know if you knew that in the middle school we had a group that spent a week there that did community work fantastic group
people they were so polite so clean so organized and grbs helped clean that up but that group itself deserves some recognition we've done the maintenance work in all the schools as usual pm work the gym floors the ovens are going to be installed at red box soon the new ones the painting crew was a star let me tell you with jay glover and andrew degook running the students the students were and he said good morning skyler bowen brielle sarniak and let me tell you they rocked they kicked out some painting we painted they painted all of cedar here i expected a little bit here listed there a little bit there once they got going and they got their rhythm look up they'll get their it was great so that was that was great read about
we've done some cleanup in the courtyard this interview repairs to some trouble with some hvac which will be replaced soon um beach gym was painted the high school gym was painted at the ends again um fence repairs ball field maintenance lighting switch over led is continuing ceiling tiles around the district are being replaced the bed ones the normal summer stuff but it's that short schedule that gave us the boy in trouble before we made it that's matt thanks ken any questions for ken you regard your facilities maintenance or operations ken you don't see anything uh delaying any problems in any building is that right he's already telling us we're good to go we're good to go we have cedar trails there's been a little question mark on some coils and a smoke that has to
come in but they were coming in this week so we will be right there all right congratulations let's go thank you that was that was good for the whole that's great thank you the student painting was a example of ken thinking outside the box and partnering with matt blood at the time to bring together a group of students who would uh be able to work we had a couple of individuals who were permanent sub sports last year this stepped in to be leaders for the students but we really i think you've found a gym with some great employees who could really you know bring a lot of energy enthusiasm to the buildings this year so we see that continuing as we move forward so this student work crew is around for this of students who
can eat a job next summer know that we'll be hiring a handful to do projects around campus all right a financial update with mr crystal hey um real quick before i get to that i'll pick you back uh i i have a few former colleagues at a district nearby uh that have had similar summer projects they're teachers uh and they were in their classroom at the end of last week and everything's still pulled out there's nothing in their classrooms nothing's clean they're mildly freaking out a week same work so um as far as our budget update goes in board book you have the year to date see it's very close as we close out the year that was uh as of last tuesday when i uploaded this support book so there have been some entries
um and some slight changes but pretty much looking at it we're very close to that to that uh ship coming in um the bond budget update is in there that's through july 31st that's running on a basis where it's updated every month there really was no changes in july as this work was completed it'll be built out we'll see a lot of bills coming in voices coming in from triangle uh in gmb here later this month um our fiscal year 2020 2021 financial audit actually commenced today and today our auditors were on site and they will be primarily this week so one day down things are going well and that's where you'll see those last minute entries as we as we capture that august state aid which still hasn't been posted so we'll have some
of those after audit entries that were kind of out or out of our control um but we're confident everything will go well as as usual there and then the only other thing in the financial audit that really caught my eye and paying close attention to you remember with last year there was a lot of flexibility in pupil accounting where we could count two-way communication just because of all the online learning and that type of thing going on across the state so really we could count students in a non-linear way but this year the state of michigan has uh dropped all that flexibility but right back to where we were in 2019 2020 um we need to have 180 instructional dates at least 1098 hours so as we navigate this new school year we're hopeful that
we can keep kids in school keep them in class because we need to go back to the traditional way uh in which to count them for enrollment so just something to be mindful of as we move forward on something if you go to masb and those types of meetings you'll see that mentioned so it's very important any questions for chris perfect i'm moving our attention over to human and community services with mr mark novios thank you it's great to be back with some strengths thank you for the opportunity it's a real busy time for us and i don't have much compared to because i haven't done this before but uh i imagine uh it's been pretty similar to us been past years we've got a lot of openings right now that we're dealing with a
lot of positions we have a few certified jobs that are posted currently for the election council red hawk 1.6 resource room teachers special education elementary art teacher and beach and uh we had some instructional support positions open we hired a couple of internationalists we will have a math interventionist position available in red hawk looking for a virtual learning coach in high school a program assistant the name if you will in preschool and program assistant restrictive environment high school research currently has three openings we've got five openings for recess any positions so you know if you know many people who will be looking those are going to be tough to fill in food service and all those part-time jobs so we are looking for uh individuals uh campus kids aid has a couple of positions open
morning and after school as well of course we have a facilities uh maintenance and operations director position built uh in sports we have a jv baseball competitive chairs sidelined to fill band has one two three four five six seven eight positions yet to fill for the march advances season four assistance high school's got freshman sophomore and senior class advisors bill national honors society advisor ball play director and the bolton music director for the high school musical and we're filling rounding out some sub positions we have three or four people that we started here i believe and it's challenging getting long-term substitutes for those positions if anyone is up to the task [Music] any questions that's a lot of vacancies that we have a concern about being able to fill those or what's our outreach plan
to be able to attract some talent to see that well i i do have concerns for a couple of this position certainly i so those are hard to fill we are putting a communication out to community i think it's going up tomorrow for people to help us out have to look for those transitions the resources position for special education everybody has trouble filling those all year long and so i don't expect that that's going to be any different now so we're trying the best we can yeah it's gonna be a challenge thank you and those challenges are in across the labor market so it's not just education that is struggling to fill some of those positions particularly is there a way i thought we could yo i'm sorry to say that i do not know
if it's on the facebook page but i know that uh the i know that is going to cover those aid positions uh i don't know about the list of our um a little bit um but just so we can share and get the word out there [Music] as well just like we did last year if you recall when we were looking for substitute teachers in the middle throughout the year that we utilized okay and amy has been sharing that on a regular she has a cycle of information that she shares okay so yeah we'll make sure all right any other questions for mark thank you mark all right quick stupid services update with stacey bosco yeah so i wanted to comment we are not close to september so summer has been very very busy working
again developing our administrators professional learning and really making sure that we are grabbing onto the things that are important and letting go of the things that aren't so that we can keep our place manageable instead of falling off to work really really hard to really streamline our approach professional learning then student services support and special education support we are focusing on specially designed instructional year for our special educators which really is the special and special act it's what is different than what's going on so that's our professional learning series any questions for stacy in student services very good and then our last department update is uh robert with technology thank you that's it uh thank you for uh the tech team has been very busy working on department yeah i would just ask are we
uh do we have the right amount of pro books are we all set with that is there any concerns that we begin school here in the meeting no everything's gonna work so that completes the department updates or i uploaded of each of the building handbooks you'll notice that the formatting was a little different this time from the previous versions of amy mccartney our communication specialist has found a company she actually utilized uh this group uh their former spectrum health to uh do the proofing for all of their documents and it's a company called and so amy actually reached out to them and asked that they would be willing to take a look at our handbooks they'll also be working with our our other significant publications that we send out over the course of here it's
just another set of expert eyes that goes through each of the documents and so um what you have is uh bulletproofs identified corrections and then we look back in and incorporate those corrections into the actual documents um so although chris had a little bit of a coronary at the additional invoice for services uh if not not too significant but um it's a it's something that you know as they prove that once we get it right then the proofing is much simpler each with each subsequent version um and so a couple questions that tracy had brought forth in our discussion in july was in regard to the reasons for unexcused absences and tardies and if you'll notice that we removed that though that language in both the middle school handbook and the record you know it
was the thing was that we listed things for which you would be excused and then we listed just a handful of things for which you'd be unexcused that didn't make the high school uh version that i uploaded over the weekend and that the only change is the suggestions that bulletproof made when they went through their their work of editing so the high school handbook is essentially the same as it was last year with the exception of some day changes and staffing changes so hopefully the formatting is more user-friendly for our families and students and there will be fewer errors yeah the format you know is an edit is made there's a there's a comment inside so you can see what was actually done so hopefully it's a it's a process that that you that works
for you multiple times proposal and the language is in there the resolution isn't board book as well this would be a 10-year renewal of the existing one-mil executive fund and we need to take action this evening because if the board chooses to do so i need to take it down to kent county uh by tomorrow at 4pm so a little road trip down to grand rapids of course any questions just and then it's also opening it up to use technology correct so we can it opens it up so we can use the dollar technology and security we're not an have been running some numbers in terms of what's an anticipated annual cost to make sure that our we have a replacement plan in place so that at the end of you know we don't want
to be in place four years from now where all of our chromebooks have exceeded their useful life and so rob has been working to put together a plan where we will incrementally buy a lot of chromebooks and then rotate those into the mix on an annual basis so for example each incoming freshman would get a new device that then they would use over the course of their four years at high school each is in sixth grade because we're looking at sixth grade and ninth grade would be the two years in which students would get a new device as a part of the annual cycle and the thinking was is that maybe a sixth grader would be a little bit more active with their device than a high school student would be and so we could
get another year of the life cycle of that high school device in comparison to the to the device that's issued to the middle schoolers now we know that there would be devices that exceed that window of life expectancy and then we would cycle those devices back in making sure you're taking care of our elementary element so really it's you know if you have a one-to-one approach to technology with your students you have to have an annual incursion of investment because if you don't you'll you'll find yourself in a real pickle down the road if you've not planned ahead so i really appreciate the work that rob um and then the other you know like uh ken and his team have identified that we have some serious issues you know that's just another example of a
project that is not in the general fund budget but will likely cost somewhere between six and eight hundred thousand dollars to remedy and that's not in a bond either you know and so the second fund you'll be able to take care of projects like that you know resurfacing tax codes for example other you know initiatives that we're doing in buildings uh personal new furniture some of those you know those types of things would be just ongoing investment that we would continue to continue across the across the district which would also be a part of our annual maintenance and facility plan that thank you this is a new item so i'm gonna actually put it up here at the uh but i heard this turn off back in july uh and this is just a proposal
to decide if you want to move forward with it or maybe or maybe not um but basically um there's a nationwide lawsuit against jewel that's j-u-u-l um the e-cigarettes the vaping brand um basically alleging that that the company has fraudulently and potentially marketed their products to children there is coming up now at least 50 michigan districts have joined it um and again i'm not saying one way or another whether we should or we should not but it's definitely one of those decisions that we should uh make together uh true believes lawsuit has merit it's been denied two motions uh for this disposition um and the most important thing here is that the district really has no uh risk in this matter so as it's been presented to me um it's really the the fifth bullet
point here schools that join this lawsuit will not be charged any fees or costs unless there's a financial recovery in the lawsuit um but even that they'll be deducted from the school's lawsuit uh recovery guys i feel like i'm working for sam bernstein's law firm uh as i read that but uh you know it's one of these decisions where you know they'll determine whether there has been wrongdoing it's just a matter of if cedar springs public schools wants to be a part of this litigation or not they are estimating that uh if if there is a recovery if there is damages awarded it will be between 200 000 and 10 million dollars per school district so it could be a large sum of money and that's why i bring it to your attention because um
no matter where we stand on if this is uh well where you stand on e-cigarettes or not those are real dollars and uh some districts could potentially hear them some someone not so it's one of those lines in the sand if we want to join this or not i'm told the time commitment is minimal three hours throughout the entire ordination probably on my part in some of our high school principles parts to do this and uh i won't read any more of it but the deadline for board action and filing uh in this suit is august 31st so it's something we need to act on by the end of this month i don't know if the board would be comfortable taking action tonight either for our guests but it is something that we could take
action on not an expert on it but i'll take any questions you may have so i'm with the american association and so um we've just been waiting and waiting for waiting for data and scientific evidence to come back and actually baking is more harmful than smoking because babies have your air sacs so it actually gives you popcorn which there is no rehabilitation for that whereas smoking you can't execute the tar for long seven years so um i have been proactive in speaking and talking and they they did like cigarettes were marketed back in the 50s and whatnot baking was kiddos it smells like that can be a strawberry it's just it's beating the air it's not it's i mean you're pretty much ingesting disposable diapers there's no there's there was no regulation on it so
i feel that our super body over the past five six years has been affected by baby and i i really feel strongly that and that's [Music] thank you and it absolutely it takes district resources i have not been a high school principal but i've heard from colleagues and friends that are that it takes time chris i know you included the litigation campaign it mentions the three hours that would be just school-wide data probably referrals data on a power school that was related to cigarettes and suspensions that kind of thing so it would be you know they had said if they estimate it'll take about three hours yeah i mean one thing here it says you know school has not incurred any vaping costs but i would imagine that would be the data ago so i
have a question chris so you said the recovery could be between 200. but it doesn't say what the potential cost could be it says recovery right is there a scenario where we would get 200 000 but they would charge us a million different fees or any kind of crazy map like that that's a great question um you know my colleague at troon has assured me and i believe it's a resolution that the district wouldn't become upside down in any way on this um so it's a it's a fair question i would want to read through it and be sure of that before we sign district i think that depending i mean obviously there's a big question mark at this point but if the school did receive a substantial settlement i would think we would want
to use those dollars for awareness you know for curbing further damages you know we'd have to look at what's allowable as far as past students yeah you know i have to figure out just like any dollars that come in what's the what's the restriction on that but yeah we think we would want to use this specifically for this call forward for prevention chris say though he wants to go through the financial make sure that uh any expenses yeah i think we could we could take action on it with that understanding and then through that process to be sure [Music] about annual certification for planning qualifying professional development as instruction as you know with our new contract the number of construction days increased to meet the level of the law and part of what's allowable under
that number of days is time for professional development because you know that right teachers are part of kids one of the most impactful things and having them highly trained and highly efficacious makes for a great experience for our students so um you'll see that this certification asks that we have a board appointed professional development advisory committee and because the people who are doing the professional development work which includes our mtss work and our plc time are all plc members administrators and uh coaches through ntss as well as our district office team those are the people that i'm recommending me a part of our advisory committee um because they're the ones that are developing agendas and employees so that it does meet the requirements for sketches which are the continuing plaque hours that teachers in order
to keep their certification current it is aligned to our school improvement plan and tomorrow we have our plc leader kickoff one of the things i'll be talking about is making smartphones that are aligned to our school improvement again those are the pieces that i talked about earlier great instruction that leads to a positive climate culture we have three really big target areas this year literacy which we heard we talked a lot and lots about math which would be no surprise to anyone in education and then positive planet in culture so those are three large continuous it has to be linked to criteria in our evaluation tool for our educators and this plan is linked to 17 different areas in the teacher evaluation tool so with great certainty we can say it is most definitely firmly
planted in the teacher evaluation uh measure so we're just asking tonight that you would approve this committee of 41 people and you can see from the documentation that there are four teachers from day five from six to eight at the middle levels 9 12 at the high school level we have elective teachers we have special educators administrators from all different levels and parents as well as non-teaching staff and those are the recommendations that the committee have at least all of those numbers included and then it's by and large full speed teaching staff we see that it doesn't just the doing normal things [Music] so uploaded in board book is two diamonds so one is the existing document policy 2521 entitled selection of instructional materials and equipment and then also you have a proposal a revision
proposal uploaded in boardwalk you'll see that the strikethrough context and the added language for consideration is highlighted in green in the in the proposal you know recognizing the concern that several of our parents have brought to our attention not only in cedar street but parents across the country in terms of various intellectual political social and special interest issues and how those items have found their way into classrooms across the country or at least the perception is that some of those elements have been found that way in the classrooms heidi and i really did some tremendous research and found some language that other districts had utilized to be crystal clear to staff and to their community that items like the holocaust denial theory or the 9 11 theory or critical race theory is not permitted in
curriculum so that teachers can't identify items that are that have not been approved and bring those things into their classrooms without proper a permission but also [Music] the [Music] presentation of both sides of things that are that are potentially charged from from a social or from a parent perspective so for example if you're going to speak on a political issue you can't just share a perspective from one political party you need to present a balanced approach a balanced perspective and share dreams from both political parties or multiple political parties if that's the case and so the language as proposed uh really just creates a very clear statement that you can't as a teacher you can't just bring in whatever you want things have to go through materials so this is a first read um really
it's an expansion because you know our curriculum is so much more than just materials and equipment you know our curriculum includes discussion topics and instructional resources so the thinking is this is a broader view but also a very clearly for staff as they're looking to present the goals and objectives for the specific courses of the child it's helpful did you just foreign okay [Music] provides us with more policy templates and then it's within our living war rights to modify those templates and include as much or as little as we want they make recommendations as to what needs to be included so in many cases and i think this is a great example of a policy that was last approved in 2016. things have changed in the last five years significantly and it's also important those
back with yoga many times their policy language is clearly there and uh this is an example of one of those businesses you know selection of uh instructional materials and equipment that's something that really could be used in any school district in any community in and so this really gives us an opportunity to clarify and you know create some language that would likely have bound to so we're because my thought process would be they are engaged they're my question is just if it doesn't give me a response now that just teachers did use are there consequences [Music] in nature first obviously we would try to correct the behavior with a verbal warning and then that would potentially progress to a global reproductive or greater depending on the extent to which the [Music] given policy came by
i guess that's the other value of being very specific in policy language like this it helps strengthen our position to make sure that you know people are following the standard and they're working with gen and the academic services team to make sure that is aligned with the curriculum and it helps our principles that it really the language does provide us with some some guardrails it provides any of the curriculums um [Music] like it's easy to see a resource that is from the system it's easy to see [Music] you know there are some things like the race theory that is more negative you know it's much more open to interpretation and so you know there may be some things that are easier to say this is this is not going to prove it's a vibration but
by having this as a starting point so i agree i think this is a step in the right direction just a question i'm going to read this one sentence it says this policy shall ensure that social theories of any kind uh ie holocaust denial theory 9 11 theory critical race theory shall not represent the students unless yeah i don't know but i also don't know what the circumstances are going to be in those all seem like dangerous that that are historically not accurate so it feels like if we present a balanced issue i get that i can understand your argument but to say this is a this is a harmful dangerous untrue thing and oh by the way this but then the next sentence is the one that makes me wonder what that looks like
so it's the responsibility of the board to ensure that curricular standards are taught using well-backed factual resources in that opinion or conjecture so on one of those would you bring those exceptions to us or how would we ensure that because we wouldn't see it so scotland talked [Music] and we would work with the principals and we would work with the plc leaders and you know it would definitely be a team approach to any of these types of or any of these types and i think the other piece of that is um when you look at the overall curriculum you know there's really got to be some kind of a big default life if there isn't already saying views are short they don't have enough time so why would we be adding something that might devalue
humans right yeah it's not that i think it's not that i don't i think i agree with the direction that you guys are having um my last question i never thought process is if we're going to communicate this to teachers i want to make sure that it's clear that we're not doing this and so if i read that maybe i need to listen and bring some more questions next time um but when i read that it just looks like oh well i don't want to teach some of the stuff that's not what i just need to run by and as i've listened to you and listen to our community that's crystal clear i was going to cut out the same same sentence can we make that more clear that that is in there that's the
only one right and that's part of the global role of the board of education sure you know your work is not to approve or disagree with this happening [Music] so there's you don't have to bear the burden of responsibility to know what's happening in every class each and every day but as you hear concerns from our community and his idea of concerns from our community and share those concerns with jen and we share those concerns with our principals and meet with teachers that's that's all the work but when you hear the repetitive concern that we're not taking action [Music] and it's a little bit like tracy's question about the things that you know because we enlisted some things that might qualify as an unexcused reason for an unexcused actions we could list you know a
boatload of things that would be unexcused reasons we've just tried to identify some hot button topics right now that we make sure i would like to go i'm sure my appreciation for being proactive because i mean as board members we're paying for the two working meetings that we are at every month and so the time that you're putting in all week long to park um and being proactive and not reactive to what is going on in the world i think we're one of the few districts that are listening and then also um being proactive and not just kind i guess and doing what's right and so i really do appreciate all the work that's put into this and then bringing it before i appreciate you really bringing it to us so soon if i i
would worry that we still learn about how they view the world [Music] so [Music] i to another country you're racist that statement was right off the paper that one of our teachers gave one of our students and one of the parents brought together i've lost sleep over that so it's a balanced approach and i don't believe scott's going to approve this but if one of those teachers thinks the bounce approaches yeah any of your parents who went on a mission trip they're evil and they're racist because this paper says they're racist and then the opposing view is well they're not let's move on that's not acceptable so a balanced approach i understand you're saying if it's debatable what i see up here is thank you we are at the portion of the meeting what we
[Music] and don't um feel credited this isn't the time back and forth so we will proceed with it uh um [Music] um [Music] um papers were a bit questionable to me it almost made me feel like yeah and i didn't write it up because i thought okay it's not we're today yep i know is [Music] because this school [Music] uh the next pub comment is by sarah smith and if you have forms that you need to fulfill or you want to submit um at the table where you've got the form we can collect those and make sure that you have an opportunity to share so follow is um [Music] they have done studies on it and have proven [Music] um is [Music] that doesn't make um [Music] um [Music] further [Applause] mix our public service
first off i would like to talk about how many students have lost if i remember last year we had 4100 students i believe now it's close to that 35 100 people is that a 15 loss approximately 5.2 billion you have to dollars here and talk about are you going to have staff i'm going to ask you guys because they're going to have kids without doing a job we need to stand these borders are ridiculous [Music] but it's not there's two lawsuits in the world right now one out of the other canada yes four knights will go with 19. they can't produce it all over canada so whatever is locking the sound is even real there's another case out of um same thing you can't produce it so i took trend and i [Music] the pain
the emotional affliction suicide rates all that because they can't come to school like a normal child should so with that majority of the people holding their kids out of school because they don't trust us they don't good job all right the next person sharing your public comment is mr nicholas however [Music] and there's so much information that's being blocked out there how you gotta know when you look for this information but it's out there that they have to work in costco [Music] kids um you know so i guess i just hope you guys really stand for the kids and you know let them live a childhood [Music] the other thing i want to get to is [Music] all right the next topic is from julie kaiser for the community but currently we have about 68
percent responses showing that parents want mandates to be a choice regardless of what everybody else thinks we know best for our children vaccines could be a parent choice [Music] parents think these restrictions have caused mental health issues to their children in the last year that's a large number [Music] i nother issue it is not public transport uh public transport is the finance section 5302 title 49 u.s total uh it does not include school bus services but there's no reason to have a massive [Music] um that was part of his curriculum that's really disappointing i can't even imagine my daughter comes down in the first place [Music] behind the federal mandate or the federal government where they're saying they're going to try and [Applause] it's [Music] um the last i listen to everyone's name tonight i
have my own opinions and i appreciate the passions [Music] can you believe is i think the one thing that we can all agree the children of this community are our future their minds can't be hold in their school system afraid of being an existing school year for the decision to make focusing to be guided by knowing the future of our country by that's a clarification is i'm hoping it is i however sometimes this is quite dangerous if we're talking about a very hot traffic right now this um in my mind right now when it's very hot there's not the time to bring it in and say well here's a legitimate point it's not it's it's a balancing it's a lie it's designed to destroy [Music] but i give that to and again thank you [Music]
