mike do we need a countdown nope we're live we're live okay well then we will go ahead it is uh 701 pm we will call this meeting order and we will rise i pledge allegiance to the flag of the united states of america and to the republic for which it stands one nation under god indivisible with liberty and justice for all um so we have about five board members presents this evening as well as stapleton and uh um just a few things since this is our first in-person meeting in a year we're very exciting to be back together um just a few housekeeping items [Music] sort of uh special extensions for the open meetings act because of the situation um so we are allowed her the uma to have [Music] um [Music] is [Music] and
publicly will be limited to individuals who are attending this meeting in person so any questions [Music] thank you okay all right and then we'll move on to the consent agenda the minutes from the march 8th regular school board meeting the financial report and also approval of tonight's agenda i would make a motion to approve the agenda of the financial report you've got the notes from thank you amy is there any discussion thank you aubrey for the very detailed notes all right hearing no other discussion all those in favor say aye opposing sign and the consent agenda passes all right so that takes us to our first opportunity for public comments there will be another opportunity toward the end of the agenda thank you and we will move into the superintendent's report all right good evening
everyone up at the top of the report you can see the number of meetings we continue to work through one that's a little bit different i've met with jeff hold from gmb and dan lamore from chrisman construction as a site review and that's one of the things that we talked about at the finance committee meeting and then what they've been through to kind of visit with us and start to predict our future a little bit and address our future needs as we move forward i continue to spend a lot of time with the north ed when i refer to north ed that's tba isd used to be tva isd with that group of people we had a shop vaccination clinic and then some more meetings and then a benzie county safety committee meeting just to
update you the coveted vaccination clinic that is not tentative anymore uh that will take place on thursday april 22nd at the high school gym uh information went out to all of us today and that will be uh for that will be sent to parents and families soon on a spring coaching change that'll be a business item in a little bit not a great change just a minor change we want to update that coaches list and then the forestry project the update to that that work has been done and uh one of the questions we had is we did we did gain revenue from that but that wasn't the purpose of the project that was just a bonus the purpose of the project was to work with the forestry group to bring that around and eventually
have a healthy force as i mentioned above on the 23rd i met with jeff hogan from gmb and dan lamore to begin looking at some potential things we need to work on i'll meet with them again this week i believe it's thursday as we i'll have some more conversation about the series three bond or excuse me the series three of the 2015 bond and we're just looking at kind of back where we were in 2015 and starting to assess our needs of the district and then the um let me just catch my breath here a second oh um also just sold as a board information uh there's a general uh tb north head general fund meeting budget approval meeting we do this every year and it's friday april 16th this coming friday from 10 30.
and if any board member i only i don't have to have a board member there but if anyone is available that would like to sit in on that meeting with um myself nick cigleric the isd superintendent and linda bellecki one of their business associate superintendents that is at 10 30 and just let me know sometime this week if you might be available as i said i do not have to have a board member there the true law notes we'll zip through those quickly on page 28 begin starting about probationary teacher non-renewal timelines we don't have anybody in that situation also barb helps me keep track of our subs in the building as well as matt and anne and this has to do with long-term subs and if those numbers go those days of service go
beyond a certain number and they're a certified teacher then our next opening we would have to consider that person uh this the next one is a facebook post a little issue on what you're being careful the post to get yourselves in a little bit of hot water another one was a one a issue on merck mandatory bargaining subject on parking believe it or not that's something we've never discussed in our bargaining sessions uh a couple others on dues pain people that are non-dues there's a piece there mea do garnishments and then one that is on everyone's mind at least probably at our juniors and seniors i know it's on mr stapleton's mind is prom um we talk a lot about prom every year in a non-profit situation uh cobra brings on lots of challenges and
we have not made a final decision by any means we're continuing to have these conversations and matt and i will bring this to our admin meeting on thursday and we'll take a closer look at this it's pretty much the same however when you bring covet into it it changes lots of things about what prom could look like and what prompt cannot look like the next piece is national day of silence for prayer on friday the 23rd long and short of that is be very careful if we disallow that because that could be a freedom of speech infringement we'll talk about that at our admin meeting as well and then on page 34 it has to do with special education mainly discipline issues and the student with an iep runs into situations that are going to
cause that that student some issues especially if they're under ida there's a number of steps we have to follow to take care of that as well and believe it or not on page 35 we spent a lot of time this past year talking about title ix changes but there's gonna there are more coming down the road we're not exactly sure what that looks like but we'll be right back to reviewing uh the new law we're not sure how how soon that will come about but it's it's on the horizon and that is all for oops couple more title nine um oma website compliance we've been working through that and then the esser and gear funds uh we'll talk about that in just a little bit but that has to do with um and i'll keep
an eye on that column right there when we determine how we're going to use those tesser and gear fonts and then the other piece frank and i've talked about this just being careful on leasing and what we lease and what we what we don't lease and we release very few things i can only think of one at the moment and that's it's not even a lease it's a rental and a couple other pieces we'll talk about the biennial election on page 38 that has to do with north ed and that'll also be an action item in a little bit and i'll explain that process during one of our discussion items and then truen offers a policy corner to just go through and update some things that's the extent of the notes unless there are questions
does anybody have any questions for jeff on his report or the true law notes uh next item would be the extended copen 19 learning plan the april update okay all right this one is a little bit different uh that's due by thursday the 15th it's our typical uh approval of our coven plan a return to school plan that has not changed and that will also be an action item later but also what is due on the 15th and i'll be meeting with matt and ann and mike tomorrow to talk through some of these items the first is we need to determine it's not set in stone that we have a hundred and forty one thousand dollars of esser funds on coming to us that is forty seven percent of the true allocated number that we
will get so it'll be closer to three hundred thousand dollars if it all comes through it's kind of stuck in the legislature right now for a variety of reasons but that should come through later and what one of the pieces we need to do by the 15th when i hit that submission button is we need to determine how we're going to use a lot those funds to different categories there are 13 12 different categories that we could use those esser funds for so we'll meet as an administrative team it doesn't have to be fine-tuned to the point of exactly a ledger sheet at this point but you're you're letting the government know that you're going to use that 141 thousand dollars right now where you think you're going to use it basically so with that
we have three different categories of funds we have our sr1 funds that need to be spent by september 30th and those will be gone um probably in the finance meet i believe in your packet i put i gave you a document to talk a lot about the sr-1 funds the us or two funds have yet to be allocated and determine how we're going to use that money and that would be available through september 30th of 2022 and then there's sr3 money on the horizon that will be available to us through september 30th of 2024 and we could very well see the sr3 money before we see the yes or two money for a lot of variety of reasons so so that's that piece of the extended learning plan and as i said there are 12
different items i'm not going to read all 12 of those to you but it has a lot to do with what we've done with our covet money to date technology we're going to we're going to talk a lot about uh using it to sup more student support both academically and social emotionally and we can use these types of funds it's really pretty wide open but you just have to determine in allotments how you think you're going to use that money so regarding the covet plan itself that has not changed as you all know we were back we are back face to face we have been face to face with the exception of our students who still chose to stay remote and that is still part of our plan and mike or ann or matt someone
do we have not just a ballpark how many of our students are still remote roughly okay about 50 of our okay so that's kind of where we're at because i thought that's a good number that the board might be interested in so once again our covet learning plan has not changed we are face to face and one of the other pieces uh with those with some of the funds uh one other piece of the esser funds is now 23b funds that we need to that we can use those for credit recovery and we can use those for summer school so one of the other tasks that we have for tomorrow is get that budget more fine-tuned excuse me we get 550 per pupil the challenge is we don't know exactly how many kids are going
to be involved yet uh because we're still in the you know testing and it's april and so forth but we can we can estimate that and then give true numbers if we even get even even if we get the funds but keep in mind the s or two funds are sub it's a separate pot of money from the 23b funds so we're going to still apply and see we'll see what we may get so that's all i have i didn't know anybody had any more specific questions on their plan well my only question is and that the plan itself has not changed correct you're just talking about that um the submission of our our intentions of how to spend the 141 000 in s for funds needs to be filed by april 15th correct but
it's mentioned on this um the action item so does it affect the resolution no it doesn't affect it and i'll give you more detail when we get into that i just wanted that there so there wasn't confusion on the plan but this time when i submit the plan i typically don't have a part one and two of the plan this time i do okay gotcha thank you does anyone else have any questions on the april update for the cover learning plan all right thank you jeff so that takes us into the public comment opportunity that is specifically for the covet 19 learning plan there any comments on that okay thank you and then we will head into reports and discussion with the finance committee report and in julie's absence stephanie's going to provide that update
thank you the finance committee met on thursday morning the 8th at 7 am and ben pappas from the isd joined us as well as jeff has mentioned we reviewed the the detailed list of sr covid relief funding uh what we've received to date how it has been spent and potential uh future responses he was just discussing and they've done a really good job of tracking tracking how all those funds are are being spent uh we also did a review with ben of our general fund budgets for the current year and saw the first draft of 2021-22 school year uh which we'll be bringing to the board um in the may the may meeting have a look uh we may have an initial but we need to approve approved by this budget in a budget hearing
on our theater may excuse me our june board meeting is typically at six o'clock and uh jeff gave us an update of as he mentioned already as well the 2015 bond series uh in that last uh that third series that's getting that we had approved in the last meeting and working on um what that will be spent on and then spent some time talking about the future needs overall of the district are there any questions um jeff i think the goal would be to include the proposed budget for 2122 in the may packet okay so that the board has an opportunity to review it and maybe ask any questions before we have the budget hearing and i'm sure we'll have ben back at that for another finance committee meeting at that time as well but
i will make sure that's in the may packet and there and there may be changes between may the may between may and the budget hearing in june um the tax assessments come out in early may so from a timing standpoint there may be you know what he prepares in time to get it out in the packet in may and when then if the tax assessments aren't out at that time those numbers could change um for the actual budget hearing so uh that probably would be the biggest change from what from our finance meeting yeah that's definitely the point of change but i we'll see yeah i think we're pretty confident that that's a pretty close number right all right any other questions for stephanie thank you stephanie next is the technology report mike give anything
for us this evening no i checked those numbers and it's 23 at the elementary and 22 at the high school that's all i have okay thank you all right next item is the 2015 school bond series two and three update which was included in the packet correct um as i said just a minute ago we're wrapping up the series two activity from the 2015 bond as you can see a lot of that has been spent and you can see how it was spent there's roughly about 28 000 left in the bond in series we're gonna use the bulk of this somewhere over twenty thousand dollars to completely refinish repaint redesign the junior high gym floor and then we'll use the balance of this to fit most likely it could go a couple different spots but
it's either going to go to partial of the work on the gym doors that we need to work on or it could go to a couple other items but the bulk of the remaining uh will be spent on the junior high gym finishing that project and then we'll move into series three but we won't open up series three monies and i'll talk about that in a second until this is spent it's more for auditing purposes it just makes life a lot easier for ben and everyone else that's involved with those audits the uh series three i over break i've had a couple meetings with a gentleman from pfm and jeff soules from troon law and that is the selling of the bonds for series three and there's a whole calendar here but the long and
short of it is those bonds will go on sale at 11 o'clock on april 21st and thank goodness we have people to help us do that with that type of expertise and then they'll be awarded and then we'll need to work with true law and pfm to get everything in the right spots and working with barb to get money transferred and so forth so that tentative bond closing would be on may 13th um the closing itself but there is a ratification uh adoption that we'll do at our may 10th board meeting and once that is all in place and the monies are wired to the correct places then about 990 thousand dollars will be available to us but that will wrap up the 2015 bond because that'll be our third series and we'll have a
couple years to work through that and then we'll see where we go next so that as i said we're kind of wrapping that up uh series two and then to three and moving to the future that went very fast from 2015. um and you're planning on scheduling once you have more information um from the architects and the construction company you're gonna schedule the site committee meeting right yeah i sure will do the site committee meetings sooner than later and just to go through some items and some ideas and some thoughts and there's a whole nother process that we'll put in place and then hope by we do have to have a special board meeting on may 17th which equates to the next piece i'm going to say here we might have time there to just
give the board the kind of an update from that site committee and then we'll go from there but that will be the next step getting the site committee involved and we'll i'll work with aubry to get that committee in place and someone else was on the committee of class i think it was left and we'll get that going and then we'll get some other involvement too um we'll start with our committee first so are there any other questions on two and three and moving forward all right thank you for that update okay the next piece is the well i'm going to stop i was going to jump to northaven i want to stop and turn this back to era for the special board meeting on the 19th yep so i have packets of information um
that i will give to those of you that are here and that is information that um kind of pre-reading pre-pre-thinking when we move into that workshop our excuse me special board meeting and that meeting will be um dedicated to my evaluation and here i don't know if you have any other thoughts or comments on that um no just let me know if you have any questions on the materials that are in the packet because i have uh i did work with um matt on the um the format for the evaluation um jeff what's the location of that workshop we'll be we'll be here here in the elementary cafeteria okay all right and it'll be us as a board myself and matt olson will be facilitating and then in your packet it also states that oh
boy katina crossman uh matt had asked her she is one of matt's prior secretaries when he was at benzie central asked if she would come in and take notes and i thought that was great so he could focus and you could focus and we didn't have to take notes so yeah but pretty much it's lined in the packet in the envelope how that's going to go if you have any questions of course check those to era so now we're to the election yeah i was kind of on a roll here yeah sorry um this is a very interesting process this is the biennial election year which elects north ad formerly tva isd board members as it is the local districts have to select a person to cast our vote as a board but it's done
in a two-step process tonight we have to consideration of the of the district electoral representative so we're considering who that's going to be tonight in a board action item and that at our next board meeting we will make that final that final selection of the representative but the tricky part is we can't do this at our may 10th meeting because the statue must designate the representative candidate selection by resolution adopted on or after may 17th last time we did this it happened to hit a regular board meeting so it was easier and then our candidate our designee the board's designee will go to traverse city on june 7th at 5 30 and cast the district's vote and we're not even sure who the candidates are yet at this point because they don't have to be
in place until i believe that the 28th or something like that oh i'm sorry deadline for candidates to file nominated petitions is may 10th so it's still out there a little bit so that's why it's a two-step process so tonight we'll board action to consider and then next month we'll do the board action to select so that's how that process works and this is not a isd process this is a statute that has to follow this procedure and we really can't figure out why but that's all that's how we have to do it unless you're willing to cast our vote again yes thank you you've done that many times before so sure you understand the process and i will call and remind you wes that's also what you need to do all right any questions
on that item all right that brings us to ann with the elementary school principles report so this will be nice and short we had a very successful art elements week christine harvey was in charge of that and basically we just celebrated lots of colors and patterns and textures and the elementary students really loved that week that was a lot of fun our second chapter book challenge ended on friday and the elementary school in the course of about four weeks read 353 books and that topped the number from our previous chapter challenge our fourth grade had a virtual park ranger visit on the 26th of march which was really great use of technology and bringing someone into the classroom virtually um we raised fourteen hundred dollars plus crew donations for the panther pantry uh through a
coin drive and spirit day uh we had a fire drill successfully on the 15th last week we had preschool licensing which took place and we did very well we addressed a couple of facilities issues on the spot and then the rest was quick of work but we came through very well you can see there all of the meetings i participated in just to let you know that we're staying busy in this building all formal observations are complete i have one informal left to finish and next week we have our virtual kindergarten roundup and then we're going to have an august visit we're thinking the 23rd at which time we'll also do the health screenings which are required so far we have 28 students for kindergarten plus any retentions that's quite a few this early yeah
this early that's pretty good um almost all of them on our list are students who are in preschool so that's a great feeder for us what was the number i don't know 28 28. and of those 28 you know um by chance how many are in district versus would be i don't have that that number i can get that before the next meeting yeah not i was just curious um i think our preschool is pretty representative of our district in terms of the schools of choice okay um but i can get that number for you any other questions for anne all right thank you anne now matt with the junior senior hive report sure much like he had as a short report and poor wanted to do an update kind of where we're at with
spring some of this info i tried to send out prior to the break and i just wanted to kind of let everybody know where we were at this is a big week for us testing wise if you see at the top there it says spring calendar updates you go through there these are all things that we've kind of added after a lot of discussion uh as an admin team what could we do safely try to still establish some end of the year activities without you know necessarily compromising the safety of our students and uh and in the protocols and guidelines we've been following so uh this week you can see we have testing going on it's sat with essay psat we're going to be testing throughout the week you can see that information actually listed
below the 16th this friday we are hosting another blood drive i did have that add down into the calendar there's slots still available i talked to julie nerd nhs is sponsoring this they'll be in there so if anybody's interested in giving and just go on our website there's a couple links there that you can sign up for as far as the this friday's blood drive on the 25th we're going to we're going to do our first actual school type of activity that is not athletically related we're going to do a nhs induction we're going to end up doing that it says high school gym i think after discussions today we're going to do in the junior high gym and get everybody spaced out we're going to limit the seating and try to give that a
give that a go on the 6th you can see we're going to do a band concert how do you ask to do that well we're going to do the same thing limit the seating stream it other schools have been doing this that had a winter concert and so we'll be able to do that as well you see the extravaganza student work displays we're going to try to do extravaganza again maybe spread it out to the high school gym though a little bit bigger menu and then stagger the entry like give people times when they can come in so we can limit the number of people so and you know keep people at least comfortable with the setup that we have and and trying to get in there to see different students work and then you
can see the other dates that are on there seniors last day class nine commencement last day of school those things and i know we have some senior board parents as well we're going to try to keep those things intact and this year we're going to try to do them indoor utilizing the seating restrictions but also limitations but also making sure that we have family that can attend so example for commencement would be we'd give our we had a lot our senior parents up to like eight tickets or ten tickets and then we put them in a pod somewhere so they'd all sit together so we're we're excited that we're going to be able to try to make this stuff happen and but we're not ready to open up the public yet and of course we
want to abide by uh all the you know guidelines and protocols that we have in place and then if you skip all the way to the bottom senior updates i included that too one of the things i want to mention to some of our senior parents that are on the board to do is i'm going to push out a screen to castify with this information and then that way we'll use that google google me as kind of a q a if anybody asks questions about the information in the screencastify if anybody wants to talk to her hey why aren't we doing this and we'll still have that it's going to stay on the calendar for 5 30 i know that's the same night as the board workshop but we'll utilize that for more of a
question and answer session we'll push the information out a little bit earlier than that and then on the back i just included a copy of the screen i usually hand these off to you guys or email them but there's a copy since this is our first in person meeting uh faculty of the spring support schedule as well and as you guys know that's uh ever changing as well especially with some schools doing the two-week shutdown some are some are not so it's um we've had a couple games cancel our running won by weather um the ministry games this week by coleman actually and so we're we're going to know game of the game and weeks so that schedule will be updating a lot and track tomorrow is also canceled so if um as as those
get changed they'll be added to the calendar and then nobody does a great job updating that and dave jackson will be working with him as well so that's it for today so matt um in regards to the sports schedule i know that there's two ways that people can look at the athletic schedule there's an athletic calendar but then there's also another um so just for anybody who might be watching okay what is or listening watching whatever what is the best way to find the most updated athletic schedule information for our school they should be within you know within a half hour they should match they should okay and there have been times where the communication broke down and they didn't match but for the most part they should the one at athletic anthroathletic.org is the
first one and then i react to that one and change the school website so there's a website called pantherathletic.org let me check and see what is it called frankfurt athletics.org that's linked off of our website too okay so you can get to that through the website so go to frankfort alberta area schools home page and look for frankfurt athletics.org you have to go to the high school go to the high school page okay just want to make sure we got that clear sure thanks for the clarified quote yep and then um my other question is so the current and i really appreciate the school's effort to try to schedule some of these things i think it's fantastic and i think it's really important for our students and that they'll really appreciate it the current epidemic
order expires on april 19th so i'm guessing that at some point next week or this week excuse me toward the end of this week an updated is going to come out that would then take effect at midnight on the night of the 19th um so this i assume is subject to whatever epidemic order guidelines are in place for these event dates that are listed yeah and i appreciate that comment i mean i thought about even just putting it in until further note it was that's the comment but yeah i mean they're all they're all um we're all kind of waiting for that next order to come out right and we just actually our isd principal sent some email for emails going today just discussing exactly that is using the word draft and tentative and because
we don't know exactly the wording in the next word right okay we are we are looking at a senior um look at uh still an all-night type of party you know with that because it's a pretty small group and you know depending on how we haven't set up maybe trying to figure out how to get those kids together and safely and do that kind of stuff so that's something that maybe you added as well how many um graduate graduates are we anticipating this year so we will have 34 but not all 34 will participate in graduation okay we may have a little bit lower number for graduation caption okay and matt are you planning to uh stream graduation we're going to try to stream as many of these activities as we can but yeah we'll
be streaming that live great info anybody else have any questions for matt thank you very much all right that concludes the reports section of our agenda and we will move into our business items um the first one is the reconfirmation of the extended copied 19 learning plan which is on page 41 of the package 40. oh i'm sorry yeah reporting i talked about this earlier in the update and just to be clear that what what you would be approving is the recommendation of the superintendent to reconfirm the extended kova 19 learning plan for april of 2021 and air brought up a very good point that second little paragraph that was more for informational to let you know that's available with this so it's the recommendation of the superintendent to reconfirm the extended covet 19 learning
plan for april of 2021 thank you second all right we have a motion by amy in a second from west is there any discussion or questions on this hearing none we can just do a voice vote all those in favor say aye okay close same sign all right the next item is the approval of the resolution excuse me to consider the designation of electoral representative for the june 7th biennial election we talked about this earlier as well and there's a summary up at the top the northwest education services board elections will take place on monday june 7 of 2021 the attached resolution is to consider designation of the electoral representative from fas school board to participate in the biennial election and once again just continue reminders that northwest education services is the rebranding for name
for tba isd and then on or after may 17th uh the board will need to take excuse me we'll need to take place to approve a second resolution designating our district's electoral election representative so as i said it's a two-step process so the recommendation is the recommendation of the superintendent to consider west blizzard as the fes district representative for the northwest education services biennial election i'll make that motion thank you stephanie a second support thank you amy all right we have a motion by stephanie a second by amy is there any uh discussion on this thank you wes for representing frankfurt alberta area schools in the isd election well we'll confirm that next at another meeting that's correct so thank you for your willingness to represent us how does that sound all right think about
it we can do a voice vote on this one as well all those in favor say aye okay and then okay got it thank you aubry okay and our last business item this evening is the approval of the updated 2021 spring coaching assignments and that's page 44. yup there was just a minor change from when we approved the list that we approved back probably in march i believe possibly february um at last february we did approve the list and what i did is the list stays as is with the exception that the softball assistant coach will now be jeff mallory uh he's been a long time assistant and would have been our assistant last year if not for the cancellation of the season and haley levine is going to step back a little bit yet
and then we've approved john eno but he wasn't on the list so what we're doing here to improve the changes to the spring athletic coaching list for the 2021 spring season as listed above in bold print okay i'll make the motion um but i'd like to amend the just so that the motion is stated that um with the changes so approve the changes to the athletic coaching list for 21 spring season to for jeff mallory to replace hayley levine as the assistant softball coach and to add john eno as the assistant baseball coach thank you a second thank you stephanie so we have a motion and a second are there any questions or discussion i've got a quick question um so i noticed that we don't have a track general assistant coach or a golf
head coach is that just because we haven't had people to fill those positions or because they have enough kids to do you mean golf assistant yes golf assistant sorry yeah golf assistant and then the track general assistant coach there's nobody listed we just haven't filled it okay um it's there but we have quite a few volunteers so we just haven't filled it at that point okay and we don't need one for golf is that there i don't believe so matt we've had an assistant for golf or i don't believe so i think we're at seven or eight possibly thank you are there any other questions hearing none um i don't need a real call on this one you can do a voice vote okay all those in favor say aye all right oppose same sign
and that motion carries as well thank you all right so that takes us to our second and final opportunity for public comment if you would like to share anything thank you all for being here this evening appreciate it just remind your mother so um our next meeting will be our special school board meeting which is scheduled for one week from tonight at 7 pm in the same location and then be sure to get your packets before you leave and then we have a regular school board meeting scheduled for monday may 10th and then if do you want to go ahead and i think we should at least get it on here and get it penciled into people's calendars yes so as long as we can have a forum for monday may 17th is the date
that we can approve um for the isd election our representative for the isd election and i was also thinking that that may be a better date to have a preliminary budget discussion okay as opposed to the may 10th meeting um because of how close the may 10th meeting will be to the finance meeting okay if ben's coming back for that all right that's a good idea yep that's a great idea so does that anybody have any conflicts on may 17 i don't know i don't have my calendar economy but okay coaching is gonna i usually have games on mondays um the question is if it's gonna be a homegrown home or away okay um well let us know but if we can get a quorum i think it would be probably best to just go
with that date we would just need four chord numbers i think we'll be yeah and depending on how many we have may determine what our discussion are right exactly okay you said may 17th yes that is a home track meet just i don't know how many people will be volunteering to work that but at that point by seven it's it's it's getting close through not all of it but probably the critical part and what are we calling that meeting it's just a special school board media yeah that track meet starts at 4 so it would be three hours if we would go with our regular time i would i would keep it the regular time not only for that reason but just for consistency reasons right and the other thing is um with any of
these dates even if there's not something on them now with the way things are moving around easily other sporting events could get plunked on a date at any given time yeah so we'll just go with that for now and if um there are significant conflicts obviously we need to check with julie and katie so if we end up with significant conflicts for the 17th and we'll reach out look for an alternative date here i can just if it's okay with you i can just shoot that date out to everyone including yep yes thank you julie what was the what date before the 10th is there once we have a regular school board meeting on the 10th of may yep and then one week later monday the 17th would be that special meeting same time 7
pm here to finalize the board representative for the isd election and potentially also do an initial review of our proposed budget for the 2021-22 school year and there was one other thing you mentioned that we might talk about oh possibly we'll try we'll try to have a building and site meeting before that oh yeah yeah just an update yep i'll put that on there as well okay sounds good all right well we there's nothing else we are adjourned at 7 49pm thank you thank i you two of these
