County uh did not certify our renewal levy originally when we passed it on November 4th. They sent us new tax rates. Uh they said they have to get them in by November 26. They told us that on Friday evening. That's why we're here tonight to do it. But they um did include the renewed emergency levy on this. So, if we didn't submit or didn't have this board meeting tonight, they would have submitted our old tax rates which had the levy falling off.
