And then there was the compost faced on every single building in our city. And then the bio research fuel center which turned food into oil. But also our nation

It's funny. roof on it looks larger now when you're in there. So before you were looking at it, it just seems small. 009to that. We're going to talk a lot about accuracy and fluency as we also walk through some of these important data points that stick out to us. At the elementary level, I thought it would be good to contempor accuracy. Students take what's called students read about any errors that occur during their meeting timeal to the student at a rate that allows them to understand the text or are they spending most of their time on the versus the accuracy assoc. over the words that were read. So if we switch over to looking at the numbers here in second and third grade are more accurate they were earlier in the year. You'll see that in second grade from excursuency students reading smoothly and the confidence is still an area of concern as big of a jump. about
010half of our second graders are meeting expectations for that fluency piece. So our takeac us that our reading accuracy is actually accuracy. So really what are we doing? What are we doing to support our teachers and what are our teachers to support our students? We have daily repeated reading with a purpose alone. And again, another staff model are listening. expression. Elementary support that confidence I'm not strategy students. partner. Kind of modeling what a teacher does. Immediate feedback from Another thing again is follow but not pressure assessments and reading passages. And it's really not about their own strategies.
