If not, it's okay. >> So, we are live. >> Okay. >> Call us to order. Um, and we will open with an opportunity for well, first, are there any board members who'd like to add anything to the agenda? Seeing none, we will open with public comment. Are there any members of the public who would like to give us the handover board this time? Um, I'm not sure which board I should address. >> That is fair. >> Fair question. So, it's I have a question about the um Richmond Middle School um athletic program and >> Dresden. >> So, that's Dresden >> will be coming up at 6:15. >> Got it. Okay. Thank you. >> Stay tuned. >> Thank you. Um anyone else? >> All right. Hello. You're welcome to. So, this is the handover. You're We

love to have you always. Please grab a seat if you'd like. That's >> I know it was very confusing evening. >> Um so we'll move if there's nothing else we'll move right into the service staff contract and um Ben was on this negotiating committee. He's not available tonight but we have both Robin and Amy here to talk to us or to ask answer questions I guess as much as anything else. Did you guys have anything you wanted to say about it before? Um so we are just presenting tonight the um agreement that was we came to with the service union for the New Hampshire service employees that affects Dresden and handover. Um it's a three-year agreement and with a 5% increase each of the three years. Um, we increase the we agreed to increase the

payback for waving the medical insurance by about 40% to bring it up to the $3,000 that aligns with the non-union. >> Um, we added a 35-year tier for longevity. Um, that was one of the requests that was made and we don't have anybody close to that. So, we breeds but we're not quite sure why they were looking for it. Um we added some um clarifying language around the safety footwear reimbursement. Previously there were no um requirements for the reimbursement. So we increased the shoe allowance from $150 to $250 and added specific criteria. Um we also specified a dollar amount for um the uniform allowance for the pants. Um and we agreed to provide an additional three uniform shirts for new hires. Um, those were really the big changes. Um, there were a few other wording

changes. Um, but I think that covers most everything. I guess one other significant change was we agreed to decrease the probationary period from the 6 months down to a 90-day probationary period. And that does have the ability to be extended one time. >> Okay. >> Any questions on that? >> Questions? And I will just point out that the union has now ratified this. So we are here to approve it this evening and it will be hopefully approved at Dresden as well momentarily. >> All right. If there's no questions on that, we'll move on to the warrant articles. I do we approve this first? >> We must before we approve the warrant articles. Yes. Okay. So I will take a motion to approve the service staff agreement as presented. Harry, >> I move to approve the

service staff agreement as presented. Is there a second Tara? Thank you. And do we have anyone online for handover right now? I believe so. >> Oh, Rene. Hi Renee. Okay. Then we will take a roll call vote starting with them. Nelson, yes. >> Russell, yes. >> Rosa, yes. Die, yes. And Renee, >> sorry, I had to reset. It was Sullivan, yes. >> And McConnell, yes. It is unanimous. Thank you to everyone who served on that negotiation committee. Um we will move on to the warrant articles then. Um and again I these warrant articles are exactly what we saw at the last meeting but now we can ratify the um or add the uh service staff contract. Um are there any questions or concerns about anything on there? I know we noticed a couple um things

that needed to be updated. Have those been updated in this version? >> Uh yeah, actually if you should have um >> the latest >> the DRA's warrant article document uploaded and I had uploaded the MS26 which they're still under review, so I don't have it for you tonight to sign. >> Okay, that's the next item I think, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. So this is the the warrant articles, though. Um and I I noticed >> you could attach it to the next one. >> Oh, it's still there. Yeah, this just may be the older version. So, um but I think th those are we'll get we'll get all the >> if you're looking at the one that says draft chest >> that's what you want to be looking at. >> Got it. Understood. Thank you. Did

everybody follow that? >> Okay. >> And those numbers are updated to reflect the latest um bargaining agreement. >> Correct. >> Okay. Yes. >> Any questions or concerns on these guys? >> All right. I will take this opportunity also just to um point out that I I will be assigning people to present things. Um so unless you have strong feelings, in which case send me an email today because Ryan would like to know who's presenting what. So I need to send that tonight. All right. If there are no further questions on this, I will take a motion to present the warrant articles. No further questions. Okay. Terod, I see do you have a question? >> No. Okay. Uh Carrie, >> I move to approve the 2026 27 warrant article number four or all of them as

presented. >> Great. Yeah. Did we move? I'm ready to do the other one. Just add Okay. So, Adam, >> I'll second. >> And Deb seconded. Okay. And we'll do a roll call vote starting with them. Nelson, yes. >> Russell, yes. >> Yes. Yes. >> Renee >> Sullivan, yes. >> Okonnell, yes. Okay. Now, the MS26 posting. >> And that one says draft also since it's still under review. >> And where do we have that one? >> That one is attached. >> Ah, guys, it's attached under the warn articles. Oh, because I couldn't attach it under MS-26. That little button was missing. >> Yeah. So, it's attached for anyone trying to follow along >> the public. It is attached under the warrant articles agenda item, but it is the MS uh 26. Um theres overall budget, right?

This is the final. Yeah. Okay. Excluding the um well, yes, excluding the war articles that are listed as separate questions on this one. >> And this this does not just to be clear, this does not have anything to do with the catchup bill that we're talking about. That is a complete this is for next year. Completely separate from that. Okay. Correct. Super. There are no questions on this. I will take a motion to approve this. I do have a question. >> Can we vote to approve it while it's still pending review or >> um I would say that the questions that um one of the questions that Jamie at the DR had was that we didn't add a separate warrant article. That's one reason why it said um for like if article 4 was to

fail >> a lot of schools or a lot of districts will have we next are stating >> we can revisit this take another but I looked back as far as I >> exactly so I'm just going to answer her back that >> it's not something that >> so I just asked a question to make sure that in case there are any changes y what do we do if we approve it now and then there are subsequent changes. >> Um I think we would have to open a new hearing and revote on it is my understanding >> which the numbers I do not plan on >> I mean I I understand what you're saying fully 100% in stone process. >> I know I I will I hear your concern. Um I also I will share Kari

Asmus pointed out that there is a statute and I forget the number but she shared with us that there is a statute that actually allows us to lower an amount without doing a new hearing because no one's really complained about us spending a little less money. Um so there is there is a statute that allows for that. If you are going to be increasing it, you need to rehold the hearing. Thank you for the question. Do we feel comfortable voting on this? I'll take a motion if someone feels so moved. >> Sure. That >> I move that the board approve and sign the MS26 is presented. >> All right. Is there a second? >> Harry second and we will take a roll call vote. Starting with Doug. Nelson. Yes. Russell. Yes. Yes. >> Disy. Yes.

Renee >> Sullivan. Yes. >> Carmel. Yes. Excellent. Does anyone need a non-public this evening? See none. Don't think we need personnel. Nope. >> All right. Uh so this is one final opportunity for the public to address the handover board. Resident coming up. >> One hand over board's going twice. All right. Um there are lots of agenda items for this meeting. Um, they're coming. It's coming up very soon. It's February 11th. So, >> if in case you're worried about missing everyone. Yes. >> I move to adjourn the meeting at 6:14 p.m. >> Fastest ever. >> All right. Deb Nelson. Yes. >> Renee >> Sullivan. Yes. >> You guys. >> Oh, that was smart. So,
