001All right, good evening everyone. Uh, I would like to welcome you to the 2025 Exit Girls soccer banquet. Thank you for coming. This is always a great way to recognize the players and celebrate all of our team's outstanding seasons. Before we get started with a few words from our boosters club, I'd like to take a minute and thank a few people on behalf of our entire program. Um, many are not here, but have certainly supported all of our teams throughout the year. So, I would still like to recognize them. First is our high school principal, Miss Neve, athletic director, Kathy Claremont, Kristen Hodston Morset in the athletic office, trainer Heidi Kirby, and all the others from Access who helped fill in during her absence. Um, these trainers were always very busy, but still managed to

002take great care of these girls. And most importantly, like I said before I introduced them, uh, our boosters club. not only for the work you have put into making this night special, but for all that you do, for the entire program above and beyond what's ever expected. I can't thank you enough. I know that there are many people involved with the boosters, but I would like to point out a few specifically. Irene Lechance, thank you for all your help, organization, and ordering of the apparel for the entire program. These girls were certainly spoiled this year, but all the matching g gear really looked great. So, thank you, Irene. Uh, Kate Trembley for all your help, organization, and distribution of funds for equipment, uniforms, as well as fundraisers, specifically the SNAP fundraiser, which was new to

003this to us this year and did tremendously well. I'm happy to have you back for another year, Kate. Thanks. Uh Sam Garin, thank you for all the jobs that you did for our boosters and our program. Mostly behind the scenes, but certainly did not go unnoticed. So, thank you, Sam. And lastly, a special thank you to our boosters co-presidents, Katie Pino and Katie Goodwin. These two were definitely my point people. Anything myself or the team needed, I would go to them and they would take care of it almost immediately. I can't thank them enough. Thank you for everything that you've done and we'll certainly miss you next year. Um Katie Papino, if you'd like to come up as we give you a round of applause for a thank you. I'll turn it over to you.

004Hi everybody. It's easier talking to students than it is all of you, so bear with me. Um, good evening everyone, players, coaches, families, and friends. As co-president of the Exader High School Girls Soccer Boosters, it's an honor to stand before you tonight and celebrate a truly remarkable season. This evening is about recognizing the heart, the hustle, the spirit that defined our Blue Hawks freshman, JV, and varsity teams. Our players, thank you for your sheer dedication you sh showed on the field, at every practice, and most certainly in every game. To our coaches, Coach Young, Coach Pongra, Coach Bordeaux, Coach Meyers, and Coach Webster. Thank you for your commitment to developing not just great athletes, but exceptional young women. And we must pause and recognize the incredible dedication of Coach Young. Her commitment to the girls,

005I'm not going to cry. Her commitment to the girls soccer program goes far beyond the practice schedule and the game clock. Whether she's strategizing on the field or mentoring athletes off the field, her dedication is unparalleled and we are so fortunate to have her leadership guiding our players. This year, the girls soccer boosters program saw incredible growth and it's a direct result of this community coming together. We shattered our previous records on both fundraising and community service. We worked hard and those efforts paid off directly for every single player and every single team in the program, including team building events and by providing new apparel that proudly displayed our Blue Hawk spirit. We appreciate your support as we navigated the new fundraising platform, Snap. Your generosity surpassed our expectations. Having fundraisers within the community and

006partnering with Otto and Lexis allowed us to do more for the girls. But our boosters board isn't done yet. We still have the Sinos Cantina fundraiser on Tuesday, November 18th, and the street fundraiser on Tuesday, November 25th. When you mention the exit girls soccer program, money raised will be used toward next year's programming and scholarships that the girls boosters programs awards each year. Our team parents, Allison Morton, Kimberly McBride, and Allison Gil communicated Thank you. communicated this information with you all. We are truly grateful for their efforts and their endless hours that they put toward organizing events and communicating with families as teen parents. This year, Sarah Denine, Kristen Borges, as well as Nicole and Keith Levitzki went above and beyond to help volunteer at special events. Nicole, Sarah, and Katie Ladimir, who scheduled and

007met with sideline assistants. Thank you to the future Bluehawks who served as sideline assistants and cheered on our girls. Kristen Borges shadowed Irene for the apparel position and always signed up to tackle the remaining less desirable jobs on Signup Genius. Our team photographers and special event photographers outdid themselves and we are grateful. Jess Gutstein returned for a second year to guide the girls in additional yoga practices to keep the girls calm and healthy. To every family that donated snacks and drinks and hosted carb nights for the freshman JV and varsity players, we can't thank you enough. And now to our seniors. Tonight marks the end of a chapter, but it's just the start of your incredible stories. Thank you for your leadership, your passion, and for leaving such a positive legacy for the younger players.

008As you prepare for college, sorry, I know. Sorry. I didn't cry when I wrote this, but now um in the next stage of your lives, we wish you the very best. We know you will continue to shine brightly wherever you go. Olympic women's soccer gold medalist Shannon Box once said, "The rewards are in the process and the moments of hard work and struggle and in the relationships built with your teammates." All three teams have worked hard since June to build the foundation for an incredible season. Although the season is over, the process will continue and memories with your teammates will remain impactful. Thank you for letting us witness this and cheer you on. and to our families and supporters. Your cheers from the sidelines and your tireless efforts behind the scenes are the foundation of

009this program. Thank you for your time, dedication, and unwavering support. The strength of this program relies on the continuous commitment from its fans and its volunteers. I'd like to take a moment to thank the amazing individuals who dedicated their time this year. Thank you to my fellow co-president Katie Goodwin for her outstanding leadership. our phenomenal secretary Sam G Sam Sam Garin and to our incredible co-reasurers Irene Lechance and Kate Trembley. It's now my pleasure to introduce the incoming 2026 booster board. So, if we could have you guys embarrassingly stand so people can put names to faces. Um co-presidents next year will be Nicole Levitzky and Sarah Denine. co-treasures will be Kristen Borges and Kate Trembley and our secretary will be Allison Morton. Okay, please join me in welcoming them to their new roles. In closing,

010we all know the truth. It takes a village to be such a strong Blue Hawk. We appreciate you all. Thank you. And here's to another great season next year. All right. So, now I'd like to introduce our freshman coach, Coach Webster, to do the freshman awards. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you everyone. Um I do there was a lot of thanks already given so that eliminates a lot of them on my list but I do want to thank uh Kathy their athletic director who's not here tonight and Megan for giving me the opportunity to coach this wonderful group of young ladies and then Patrick who helped me on a day-to-day basis. our trainers, you know, facilities people, you know, it it takes a village to run a program. And I'm super excited to be

011here tonight to honor this great group of young ladies. So, um, even though our season kind of ended antilimactically, it was a great season. We finished with seven wins, three draws, three losses, and all those losses were to true JV teams, which one is sitting here. And and I think I think what was really, really great about that was a couple of quick highlights was first game of the year, we're playing Winnow. We're down two goals twice in that game and we came back and ended up drawing and we scored some great goals and we were probably a minute away from probably getting the winner. We had a lastm minute goal against STA to win to win a game. Super exciting. We started the season on a sevengame unbeaten streak. And I think that that

012was was most enjoyable to me. I did not know what to expect coming in here coming from my experience coaching in college. You know, I told that there was a lot of really good young players and they weren't wrong. It was a fun season. We played I threw a bunch of stuff at you. I threw, you know, your toolbox and talking about the four visual cues and the four moments of the game and we played a a pressing attacking style and it was fun to watch. Right, parents? >> Yeah. Yeah, I Yeah, absolutely. I think we were we were on the front foot in almost every game we played and I think that's a tribute to to them to be able to handle what I kind of threw at them and I thought they did

013it very very well. Um, but most importantly I think and and parents are included in this too is we competed with class and sportsmanship to the referees to the opponents and our parents which is one of the exit foundations that I've learned being here for two years is we we want to compete with class and I think we exhibited that whether we were in front behind tied won lost and I think that's probably the most important lesson that we can learn. So kudos to all of you parents and players, right? So I think that this group of freshmen is going to help. I mean, the the the varsity program, the future's going to look bright considering with the JV program, with the talent that's there and with this freshman class, this is going to be

014a great group to continue carrying on the long tradition of success with the varsity program here at Exit. So, um, I what we're going to do now if I'm if I've got everything covered is I'm going to call up each individual player to receive their certificate and then I'll announce the Blue Hawk award winners. So, please come on up when I call your name. Lauren, come on up. Come on. Lily, >> Bridget, no. Stay up here. Stay up here. Stay up here. Payton, come. Come on over here. Yep. Come on, Payton. Where are you? Here you come. Elizabeth sailor. There you go. There you go. It's okay. Kate, Abby, Jordan, >> you're welcome. Hold on, Skyler. from Brooklyn, Alexa, Isabelle, otherwise known as Izzy Michaela. Maya, you're welcome. Reese, we are the half of Rzzy

015Sydney and that is so this is this year's freshman girls soccer team. So give them a round of applause. They were truly a fun group to work with. Sometimes we were a little distracted in training, but that was okay. But we did manage to have a lot of fun, and I thought this group really developed well. So, I think there's the future is bright for this group. So, now the the Blue Hawk award winner, man. So many of these players are deserving of that. It's not just who's the best defender, the best forward, who scored the most goals. It's it encompasses a lot of things and I think the one thing that they're all coachable and you know coaches throw that term around and or they throw it around I don't think people really understand

016what it means. It's not just are they good people. It's like are they actually taking input in from the coaches and trying to implement it into their game. And I think this group, all of them did that because our toolbox, right? We've improved on our toolbox. But this one player, I literally demanded so much more of her compared to what she was used to and changed the way she looked at the position that was required of her. And it was very frustrating initially, but she embraced it and she got it. And you could see it in her play. and it really helped our team. So that said, the Blue Hawk Award winner this year is Bridget. Is there a picture opportunity? That's all I have. So again, one more round of applause for this great

017group of young ladies. I think I'm done. >> Yep. No, there's two of you are gonna speak. >> Yep. >> Okay. Apparently, there's a couple young ladies. Awesome. Um, I want to thank you all so much for coming tonight. It means a lot to have your support to me and my team. Um, first a special thank you to our coach for all the time, effort, and patience that went into this season. You stuck with us through the ups and downs and moments that definitely tested your sanity. So, thank you for that. To my teammates, this season has been something special. From our cold morning games where we couldn't feel our toes to late night bus rides where we would sing along to cringy music and make even worse jokes, every moment we shared built something

018I'll always remember. We faced challenges, celebrated victories, and learned from our losses together. And I had so much fun playing alongside all of you. To our parents and supporters, thank you for showing up, cheering us on, and keeping energy high no matter what the score was. This season was one to remember and I can't wait to see what's next for all these players. Thank you. >> Hi everyone. I just want to say a few words about what an awesome season we had. Coming into freshman year, most of us didn't really know what to expect. New school, new coach, new teammates. But it only took a few games to develop a new rhythm. We worked hard, we played hard, and it paid off. Ending the season with a winning record is something we should be proud

019of. Every goal, every save, every tough game, we earned it. I think we can all agree that beating Winn on homecoming was one of the best moments of the season. The energy that day was unreal. Definitely a game none of us will forget. A big thanks to Coach Paul for pushing us to be better every day and for believing in this group of freshmen. And thank you to the parents and boosters for all the snacks, carb nights, bus dinners, and support all season long. Most of all, thank you to our teammates. Between the practices and games, the laughs, and all those postgame trips home, where we somehow turned Fireball into our team anthem, we will never forget the fun we had. We didn't just win games, we built a team that we will all remember.

020If this is how our freshman year went, I can't wait to see what the future holds for Extra Girl Soccer. Thank you again to everyone. All right. So, now to hand out the JV awards, Coach Meyers. >> All right. All right. Hello everyone. Is that good? Too loud? Awesome. All right. Um, yeah. In this moment, I'm glad I took the public speaking course in college cuz right now it would be a disaster if I didn't. Um, seriously though, thank you, uh, everyone for coming to this. I was a player here too and I know how much it means to have like your family around and get to see your teammates again after a long hard season. So, thank you for being here. I wrote down not a whole speech, just a bunch of thank yous

021basically cuz I don't want to forget anyone. Um, I really want to thank Miss Claremont, Kathy Claremont, our athletic director who's not here. Um, she definitely took a chance on me, right? not much coaching experience and uh asked me to be in the program and honestly there was no hesitation. I was very very happy to accept. Um next is Kristen Morsette. She honestly handles a lot of scheduling stuff and uh without her I wouldn't be able to communicate with the parents and the players. So thank you to Kristen. Um Coach Young also thank you so much for bringing me into the program. I had so much more fun than I thought I would. And um it was really cool to be around the girls and see their progression throughout the whole year. So, thank you

022um Coach Webster as well for kind of chipping into practices. Sometimes we had to um split the time and it really worked out well. Um Heidi athletic trainers, of course, um they're not here, but they do immeasurable things for our girls. um boosters to begin with to getting all of our players properly uniformed and the snacks and just the buses and everything. Thank you. Thank you. Um grounds crew, custodians, right? Um those are things that are usually overlooked, but the custodian crew here at the school is incredible. Um they stay open for as long as we're here. So, thank you to them. Uh Vanessa Fowler, take thank you for taking all those incredible pictures this year. Um it was really cool to kind of see them come in and uh I know that takes a

023lot of time so thank you. Um and then just the parents in general, right? I as I said I played soccer here. I played soccer in college. To have a parent on the sideline seeing you play it just gives you like that little extra feeling of motivation. Um and like every single game was basically a packed sideline. So I know our girls appreciated it. So I appreciate it just as much. So thank you. Round of applause for all the parents. And then last um massive one, Kimberly McBride. Uh she was my go-to person if there was ever like a change in schedule. Um I multiple times I had to send a message out during school hours here at school and it got pushed right out and there was really never any issues. So I didn't

024have to do this, but I just wanted to get Kimberly something small. So, Kimberly, if you want to come up here and grab this. >> Sorry to make you walk. >> Thank you so much. Appreciate it. >> All right. So, I know we're on kind of a time limit, so I'll try and uh hit everything as fast as possible. Um, this season was, for anyone that watched, was an unbelievable success. Um, the girls ended up finishing 112 and one. Um, not counting the PA game, it was 111-1. Um, so we'll go with that. Um, 54 goals scored and nine goals conceded the entire season. Um, which round of applause. I've played in many, many soccer leagues, many teams, college soccer. I have never seen a team do that ever. So, very, very impressive. Um, I

025could go through all the goal scorers, right? But I think everyone knows soccer is a team game. Um, and those nine goals conceded can consist of just about everyone on the field. Um Sam Gatowski, right, stepping into goal and really really doing well, allowing those nine goals. Um our whole defense really just stepped up all year. Um we play played a really physical game. I think the really the big message for this year was seeing the JV level coming from the freshman and middle school just how much more competitive it is. And uh the girls did an unbelievable job doing that. So uh let's see. I'm going to hand out the awards and then I'll kind of end it with a couple last things. So, um, we will start with the juniors and it'll be

026Laney Woodard. No, Laney. All right. Good start. All right. Uh, Lucy Bergen, Addie Gwyn. Congratulations, uh, Jocelyn Borges, Bryce Katrrol. Congratulations. >> Thank you. >> There you go. Congratulations. Welcome. Uh Mallerie Fischer, Ayla Fowler, Abigail Ricko. Congratulations, >> May Gity. Congratulations. You're welcome. >> Samantha Gatowski, congratulations. You're welcome. Kate Johnson, Sawyer, Kels. Congratulations, Maria Kakorovitz. You got it. >> Welcome, Kendall McBride. Congratulations, Sawyer. Congratulations, >> Poppy Moss. >> Congratulations. >> And last but not least, we got Carly Norris. >> Congratulations. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Congratulations. Thank you. >> You're welcome. All right. So, why don't you scooch down so you guys aren't behind. There you go. All right. So, JV, girls soccer, Exit High School. Um, I promise I'd throw it in right now. Um, but honestly, like a big, in my

027opinion, a big like pivoting point for our team this year, obviously we did really well on the field. It seemed like everything was kind of put together. Um, but the biggest thing I focused on this year as a coach at least was making these girls ready for the real world and um, really just like being aware of what it's like to be a Blue Hawk and what it means. Um, and that means surrounding yourself with good people, being a good person, and just genuinely caring about your teammates. And that was my favorite part about this year is seeing this group actually interact. Um, our practices, kind of like Coach Webster was saying, can get a little out of hand sometimes, right? Long day at school, everyone's happy. Um, I'm totally fine with that stuff, right?

028Because that is what soccer is about. Um, I know I've told a couple of players before, right? Um, you want this time during high school soccer to be the fun time because come a time where someone goes to play college soccer, right, it's going to become a job. So, don't take it as much of a job right now. There's a lot of hard work to do. There's stuff to do, but I think the most important part is having fun. And this this group did a really good job at that. Um, and I dropped a quote one day and and practice and it was from kind of lame, but it's from the Lorax, a great movie. Um, and it's the Onsler and the Lorax talking to each other. And um, the Lorax basically asked, "Which way

029does the tree fall?" And I asked this whole group and one person responded and it was Aya and she said, "A tree falls the way it leans." And everyone kind of got to take a step back and basically realize what that means. And honestly, I wanted this team to lean in a good way where they were all supportive of each other and they really cared about what they were doing. Um, and honestly, maybe it was my own perception, but from that point, this this group really did bond together really well. Um, so I thought I just had to throw that in there. Um, and now the Blue Hawk award. So, as the goals show, we scored a lot of goals. There were a lot of good things done on the field. Um, but our Blue

030Hawk award this year is going to go to the player who came into this season just ready to go, honestly. Um, set a good example by her actions, not not only through her words, right? Words don't necessarily mean everything when it comes to soccer. um if you're going out onto that field and doing your best and um just leading your like leading your teammates, right? If you can go out onto the practice field and really like go hard for that hour and a half we're out there, it does a lot for your teammates. And um picking everyone up, right? Just the the stuff that we love to see as coaches. Um and that's why this year's Bluehawk award is going to go to Addie Gwyn. All right. And then I do almost done. Um I'd

031just like to end all of my um speeches just with a small quote. I know the seniors, we didn't get a ton of time together cuz it was my first year, but I appreciate everything you guys did for the program. Like watching the games this year and like having these girls be able to watch the standard set. Um and now it's an almost undefeated season. So, good luck, girls. Um, here's the quote that I want to share with you guys. All right. Everything will end eventually. Sorry to break the bad news, but it begs the question, if you know how the story ends, why not make the middle really, really good? Like really good. Put down all your little machines. Go do something. Build something. Feel something. Risk something. Change someone's life. Change your life.

032Learn. Travel, build, break, try again, study your heroes, pick up a camera, and say something to your older, younger self. Fall in love, lose it, find it again, and then find yourself. Become obsessed with something that makes you forget to check your phone. Playing soccer is a good one, because someday you'll run out of some days. So, go be bold and live a life where you are outspokenly yourself. Thank you, guys. There you go. >> You guys can go. >> You can go. >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. Um, Coach Myers, on the behalf of the entire JV girls soccer team, we wanted to thank you and recognize the incredible season we've had. Although we were skeptical at the beginning of the season with a face we hadn't seen in the EHS girls soccer program, we

033learned to admire your cons your constant stream of life lessons and stories. I bet you were unsure about us as well, seeing as we are very quiet team in the beginning. One of the biggest themes this season was all about confidence with the ball. Through your guidance and encouragement, we learned to own the space on the field and tried our best not to get pushed off the ball. You helped fuel our passion for soccer, promoting optimism and making us want to be a part of every play off the field. And even today, you reiterated the idea of how important kindness was. You told us that a tree falls the way it leans, so be careful which way you lean. Surrounding ourselves with positive people made us stronger. And we felt that in our performance in

034the games and during practice. It was obvious when we were having off days, but all it took was the energy from one person to lift us back up. In the end, we didn't just become better players. We became a closer team. We learned to speak up, to trust each other, and to grow into our confidence. Thank you for believing in us, for pushing us, and for giving us lessons that go beyond soccer. Thank you, coach, for a season we'll always remember. All right. So, now for the varsity team. Uh, I again want to just take a minute and start off with a few more thank yous. Um, I know a lot have already been mentioned and I started off with thank yous. Um, and I know it may seem like we're going overboard, but uh,

035again, all these people have been so supportive this time specifically to the varsity team. So, first I'd like to recognize our team parent, Allison Morton, um for all your weekly updates and organization of various things throughout the year. Thank you for all you did specific to the varsity team. Thank you, Allison. A few parents who took pictures for us this year. Todd Rosselle, Coach Pongra's dad. Um and Kay Rogers. So many great pictures at games and senior night. Thank you to you guys. Uh, thank you to Stephanie P. Alexa's mom. I'm not I sorry I can't pronounce your last name. Um, she volunteered her time to do some media photos for us um this year which was new and she did it for the varsity team and they came out amazing. So, thank you to

036her. We're hoping to do these for all three teams next year. Thank you, Stephanie. As mentioned before, Jess Gutstein, who volunteered her time to run a few yoga sessions for the girls, which I know they loved and would probably have done every day if they could. So, thank you to Jess, Dean Outouse, and Piscatico Landscaping. They provided a donation of pink long sleeve warm-up shirts for the varsity this year um that they were able to wear wear throughout the month of October. So, thank you to Dean and Piscataquit Landscaping, John and Katie Goodwin and Liberty Landscaping for your generous donation in organization of the personalized pink uniforms the girls were also able to wear during our home games in October. Thank you, Katie and John. Uh, next are a couple of ball people. We did

037have a number of them this year and we're so appreciative of them that ran the sidelines, but there were two who were definitely our regulars. Um, and it will be their last year as we look forward to having them as players in the program next year. Uh, I know Georgia Denine couldn't be here tonight, I believe. Is that right? Um, but Lauren Heeble is here. So, Lauren, Lauren, I got a little something for you if you want to come up. Next to the all the families um from driving your daughters to and from practices and this year even having to drive to a few games because of buses, supporting us at all our games, hosting carbo nights, snacks after games, just everything. I know that these girls will also join me in thanking you. Thank

038you to the families. And lastly, I'd like to thank all the coaches, Coach Webster, Coach Meyers, Coach Pongra, and Coach Bordeaux. Thank you for all your time, support, and help this season. And now for the varsity season as a whole. It's no secret how our season ended. And unfortunately, that has been not only the first thought about our season, but the focus these past couple of weeks. However, in thinking about that game, I've also seen the positives, which I realize now we will be better for in the long run. It's always an honor going into the playoffs as the number one seed, and we did not take that lightly. But along with that number one seed comes a lot of pressure and expectations. It's an experience that you have to live in order to learn

039from. Now, we can all say we've experienced that pressure and in fact, every other possible pressure situ situation in just that one playoff game. These situations were new for many of our players in that atmosphere. And because of that, I guarantee we are more prepared for the future. So, although we won't forget that game, we should now be able to put it aside and solely focus on and celebrate one of our most successful seasons as a whole. First are some impressive stats these girls achieved this year. They outscored their opponents 59 to five, giving up the fewest amount of goals in the division and recording 11 shutouts, eight of those in a row. 14 different players scored. 13 players recorded assists. After losing our first game, we won 15 in a row. In those first

04015 straight wins, we never once trailed or had to come from behind. Some of those highlight wins were of course beating Winnaconit on homecoming weekend. That's always the highlight. Our win against Memorial, not because of the win, but more importantly our players being commended by the officials, opposing coaches, and even players for their tremendous sportsmanship throughout that game. A convincing five- nothing win against Conquered in front of a large crowd on youth night. Senior night against Portsouth. not only a great celebration of our seniors, but a dominating four- nothing win against a very strong team. And lastly, a hard-fought two to one battle for the number one seed against Nasha North. That game put us at 15-1 and the number one seed in division 1. So, obviously, what these girls did on that field was

041outstanding, but this season was more than just winning soccer games. As impressive as they were on that soccer field, it was their attitude, camaraderie off the field that impressed me the most. From day one, this team valued what it meant to be a team player. And it was their positivity and unselfish attitude that truly stood out. Chemistry was effortless. In turn, practices were hardworking, energetic, and competitive. And on a daily basis, someone new would step up step up and give us the spark we needed. We never depended on just one individual. All 18 of them pulled for and sacrificed each other all all season long. Whether they were on the field or on the bench, these girls were in it together and always supported each other no matter what. Everything about this team was easy.

042No distractions, no drama, just soccer, and the pure excitement of being involved in every piece of what it means to be a team. They genuinely enjoyed being together on and off the field. I didn't say it. Why are you doing that? Um, everything I already read. See, you distracted me. Uh, it's because of this we were able to be so su successful. The seniors have set that foundation for the future. They led us through our playoff experience and I know the underclassmen are eager to get back and ensure a different outcome. But until then, every one of them should be proud of being part of one of the most successful seasons in program history. Let's recognize each of them for that. First, starting with our manager, Jojo Chappella. Jojo helped keep track of stats for

043us this year. Um, and may have filmed one game. No. Uh, she did a great job for us. So, Jojo, if you could come up, I do have a certificate for you. Come on up. >> You want to come all the way up? >> Actually, you can stay up here. We're gonna have the varsity stay up here as well. There you go. Thank you. Next are our freshman. We had four of them this year, which was very rare, but all four of them did a tremendous job for us. Starting with our defender, Avery Carrian. Oh, Coach Pongra and Coach Bordeaux, can you come up and help me hand these out? We'll make it go a little quicker. Our next uh freshman midfielder, Kaio Gutstein. >> Forward. Taran Heble. Midfielder Emerson Powers Emerson. >> Next, our

044sophomores. Um, our first one is a first year varsity player who was naturally a defender but was switched to a midfielder this year and just recently was selected to the second team all-state team in division 1, Sydney Mero. Another first year varsity player, primarily a forward for us, Emma Rider. Second year varsity player, forward, Quinn Latimer. Quinn, now for our juniors. First year varsity player, goalie Brenn Anderson. Nice job. First year varsity player, played both forward and midfield. Abby Trembley, secondyear varsity player, defender, Maya Denine. secondyear varsity player, midfielder, and was just recently selected to the honorable mention all state team. Olivia Plant, secondyear varsity player, midfielder. Lexi Rogers, thirdyear varsity player and captain, defender, also just recently selected to the second team all-state team. Isabelle Ernst, thirdyear varsity player and captain, midfielder who led

045our team in scoring with 13 goals and just recently selected to the first team all state team. Harper Levitzki. And now for our seniors. Um, and because this night is really all about our seniors, I am going to say just a few words about each of them. Uh, starting with a first year varsity player, Ella Garin. Uh, Ella unfortunately was hampered by a couple of injuries this year, so it was not quite the season I'm sure she had imagined. But not surprisingly, through it all, she stayed positive, supportive, and was just a great teammate, always willing to help whenever needed. When she was on the field, however, she worked harder than anyone, and was extremely versatile, playing many different positions. No, no matter where she was playing, she read the field well, always made smart

046decisions with the ball at her feet, and would go above and beyond what was asked of her. I think she would agree the highlight for Ella this year was definitely senior night. Starting in that game against Portsmith, she helped set the tone, which led us to dominate that win. We didn't realize at the time finishing that game on the field with her teammates would be her last game due to her injury, but looking back, it certainly was a great way for her to end her senior season. Ella will also be recognized this year by the New Hampshire Soccer Coaches Association as a member of the All Scholastic team. Great player, teammate, and person who was a real pleasure to coach, Ella Garin. Next is a secondyear varsity player. As a defender, Cammy was not only

047one of our most consistent players, but our most dependable. She's extremely composed, never panics, and always seems to come up with a big play. She was always one step ahead of the play with her quick instincts and strong anticipation skills. Whether she was taking the ball off someone's foot, out of the air, or intercepting a pass, she continually shut down offensive attacks. We never worried if something got through our defense because we always knew Cammy would somehow come up with the ball. Calm yet confident. Everything Cammy did was done with such ease, making her valuable contributions often fall under the radar with little recognition, but never unnoticed. We all knew how fortunate we were to have her in our defensive end. Cammy had an outstanding senior season and as a result will be representing us

048in the division 1 senior game this weekend and will also be recognized as a member of the New Hampshire soccer coaches all Scholastic team. A great player and teammate. We're certainly going to miss her next year. Cammy. Next is a secondyear varsity player, Darren Pratt. As an outside midfielder, Darren played smart and she played simple. Her quick touches and great serve from the outside always created opportunities in our offensive end. Hardworking and determined to reach her potential, Darren wasn't afraid to be challenged or critiqued. She welcomed feedback and immediately applied it to her play and as a result improved every time she stepped on the field. Darren always had solid foot skills and when she combined it with some confidence and physicality, she made a difference for us out on the field. It was about

049halfway through our season that something just clicked and she consistently put all three of these together, making it difficult to take her off the field. Darren always seemed to play her best when it mattered most with five assists. To me, the most memorable was her cross that led to our opening and game-winning goal against Portsouth. Darren had an outstanding senior season, and I look forward to watching her on Sunday with Cammy in the Division One senior game. A real pleasure to coach. I also hope to see her continue her career at the next level. Darren Pratt. And lastly is Mia Patino, our senior captain. Third-year varsity player, Mia is a classic example of a program player whose hard work and dedication certainly paid off. From a role player getting minimal playing time as a sophomore

050on varsity to a senior captain playing almost every minute of every game, it seemed every year in every game, Mia kept getting better and better. This year, finishing with an only not only an outstanding season, but playing her best in our final game against Winnip. Mia dominates the air, reads the field well, and is so smart with her tough and timely c tackles. Just when you think she may have been beat, Mia would somehow come up with the ball. As a result, Mia was often asked to manmark the other team's biggest offensive threat, and she always pulled through for us. These top strikers would continually leave the field not only frustrated, but without a goal of their own. A great player and teammate who will play through anything and truly understands the hard work and

051sacrifices it takes to be successful. Mia was just recently selected to the second team all state team and as a result will be trying out for the Lions Cup team which will play Vermont this summer. We wish her the best of luck next year and I can't wait to follow her career at the next level. Mia Patino. And now for one special award I'd like to give out. The players voted for this award and I couldn't agree with them more. Most valuable teammate. I just spoke of the invaluable contributions made on the field, but what she did off the field was also unmatched. As our senior captain, Mia was a big reason for the positivity and com camaraderie of this team that existed from day one and made our season not only successful but enjoyable.

052Valuable in so many ways, we'll certainly have a hard time replacing Mia next year. Mia Papino, congrats, Mia. All right. So, that is the 2025 varsity girls soccer team. >> Yeah, you you guys can do your supposed to give out gifts. go. Um, hi everyone. I'm Harper. Um, I just want to say a quick thank you to the boosters. To our incredible boosters, thank you for always spoiling us. From meals to apparel, we genuinely cannot ask for more. We all agree that we are the luckiest program to have your support. Please know that your hard work and dedication never goes unnoticed. We truly cannot thank you enough. Hi, I'm Mia. Um, I'm gonna be thinking to coaches and I asked just as I introduce each and every one of them if they could come up

053um and grab an envelope, please. So, of course, this banquet could not be completed without thanking our hardworking, caring, and dedicated coaches. Coach Bordeaux, thank you for still making an effort to be a part of this program, even when you have baby Margaret to take care of, who celebrates her first birthday tomorrow. Congratulations. Um, we couldn't thank you enough. Whether it was stepping in at practice when you were available, helping coach the summer league, or advising our Brin, our goalie, Brin. Thank you, Coach Bordeaux. Um, Coach Pongra, on behalf of our entire team, we want um, Coach Pongress, on behalf of our entire team, we all want you to know your unwavering support has not gone unrecognized. For those of you who have not seen her at practice or in games, she is the first

054to congratulate a player on any accomplishment. If you have a great pass, shot, or defensive play, it will immediately be followed by the praise of Coach Pongra. She will also not hesitate to jump into drills with us, even if she is in jeans and work sneakers. And there are definitely times where she shows us that she could still take any of us on. Although these moments seem small, in the end, she has built up each and every one of us. And I, along with the rest of the team, am so incredibly grateful to have had you this past season. And last, but certainly not least, is Coach Young. She is the backbone of not only varsity, but the entire program. She spends hours watching film, scouting other teams, and creating tightlyk knit schedules for everyone

055at pra for at practice, which most people I especially would try to sneak looks at to see the running. She knows exactly what to say at exactly the right time. I along with the other captains have seen that over the past three years we have never been in a situation where we felt self-doubtful because that is the type of person coach Young is. She treats us like equals and even if we annoy her with our inside jokes and constantly saying 67, we are met with laughs and jokes which truly make a difference. Coach Young, we could not thank you enough. There's no one better we could have had as a coach. And although this season did not end how we wanted, it does not discredit from the amazing regular season we had, which is largely

056credited to you. on behalf of the 2025 varsity team. Thank you. Lastly, we wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team we've been with for the last 2 and a half months. Every single one of you has made this season incredibly special and memorable. Whether it was practice, bus rides, team bonding, or any other time we got to spend together, each of you always brought a positive energy that has made this group feel like home. Thank you for always showing up for each other and for displaying constant effort and encouragement on and off the field. Thank you for the laughs, memories, inside jokes, and overall chemistry that you have created and for giving us something to look forward to at the end of every school day. Without everyone's unwavering dedication to this

057team, we would not have had such a successful and meaningful last few months. We are so grateful for the time and moments we have shared together and the friendships that have came out of all of it. Everyone made the hardest moments worth it and I am confident I speak for the whole team when I say I couldn't have asked for a better group of girls to share the season with. So, thank you for being the best teammates, friends, and family we could ask for. We love you all so much. >> Thank you. Okay. So, as we finish up this evening, I would like to recognize our seniors um one last time together. You guys can stand at the front. Yeah, there you go. Um Harper and Isabelle will be uh giving their senior gifts to

058them provided by the boosters. So thank you to the boosters. Um but on behalf seniors on behalf of all the coaches, players, and families, we'd like to thank you seniors for all your hard work, leadership, time, and commitment to the exit girls soccer program. You've provided strong role models for all our younger players all season long and should be real proud of all you've accomplished not only this year but in all your years as Bluehawk soccer players. You will be greatly missed and we wish you the best of luck next year and beyond. Thank you seniors. Harper and Isabelle, that's your cue. again. Congratulations, seniors. All right, you guys can go sit down. All right. So, now our finale of the night is our slideshow. Um, which we will get to in just a minute.

059But I would just like to conclude by saying a huge thank you and congratulations to all of the players. This group as a whole impressed me from the start, actually from our unofficial start back in July, even before preseason started. From summer pickup games, formal captain's practices to last minute workout gettogethers, the number of girls who showed up this summer were better than ever. And it not only set the tone, but made a difference. The hard work, time, and commitment each of these girls put into this program, both in and out of season, has been much appreciated. And as you can see from the three seasons that they've had, it certainly paid off. So, congratulations to each team on your outstanding seasons. And thank you to each of the players. Now for our slideshow.
