Um, Juan Leon will be absent tonight and Qunerron is not here at the time, but he's expected to attend. Also, in attendance at the meeting tonight is our superintendent, Dr. Talbert, our assistant superintendent for curricular instruction, u, Mary Stevens, our assistant, our director of human

Resolve, the board of education hereby suspends the employee listed on confidential A effective November 25th, 2025 for a period of 30 days without pay and thereafter with pay pending the outcome of a hearing pursuant to section 75 of New York State Civil Service Law. and 2C2 resolution reads, "Whereas the employee listed unconfidential A has been served with the charges pursuant to section 75 of New York State Civil Service Law resolve a board of education here appoints
