BOE Special Meeting 3/31/26

Welcome to the East Rockaway Union Free School District uh special meeting on Tuesday, March 31st at 6:00 p.m. I'm going to call to order the meeting and I'm going to open the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. Please stand. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Yes, we're here for the recommendation of the superintendent's personnel schedules. Resolution approval of settlement agreement. Be it here- hereby resolved that the Board of Education of the East Rockaway Union Free School District approve the terms of the settlement agreement between the Board of Education East Rockaway Union Free School District and the employee named in confidential attachment A. And be it further resolved that the president of the board be authorized to execute said settlement on behalf of the board. Motion to adjourn the special meeting. One more thing.
