001Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the East Rockaway special board of education meeting. I'd like to call this meeting to order at 5:52 p.m. on Thursday, February 26th, 2026. At this time, can we please stand for the pledge of allegiance? Today we have a special meeting and we will approve the following resolutions. Uh item 2A memorandum of agreement. uh ERTA retirement incentive. Be it hereby resolved that the board of education approves a memorandum of agreement dated February 26, 2026 between the board and the East Rockway Teachers Association. Be it further resolved that the president of the board be authorized to execute the resulting memorandum
002of agreement on behalf of the board of education. Item 2B, consultant agreement with her story. approved the consultant services agreement with her story to provide professional development and writing program licensing for East Rockaway High School and authorized the president of the board of education to execute the contract on behalf of the East Rockaway Board of Education. Item 2 C, grant awards. a grant award from the East Rockaway Education Foundation in the amount of $1,93620 in support of districtwide educational programs.
