on for the next one. But um it's open as of now. Time is now 8:47. I mean 7:47. So feel free to come up something to say. Okay. No one's here. Um move on. Go to purchasing finance. Um which is uh item number 11 which is 11:01 through 11:02. Um, do I have a motion to approve it? Just make a quick comment on that. The corrective action plan, uh, I think that's the first time I've seen that developed by the district and again for relatively minor comments on the audit and the our financial position is, you know, as court as the auditor is compliance with all regulations. So, good job by the finance team and the business office. >> Thank you for that. So on that one motion second all favor carries brings us from

the 12 superintendent recommendations which is 12 1201 through 12.13 Second. All in favor? >> I opposed. Motion carries. Uh, superintendent of recommendations non instructions. Uh, motion 13.01 motion approve. Second. All in favor. Motion carries. Um, business discussion in business and discussion. Um, just 14.01 to 14.10. Um, motion to approve. Just a question on 1408. Are we going to hit that on the >> reserve? Good. All in favor? >> I motion carries. Before I go to German, I'm going to make a quick little statement. Um so this district um operates with full transparency um and we we pride ourselves on that um every day that we've been on this board. So usually when a parent, teacher, the resident has a question and it comes to the mic and we can't answer it then which we usually

don't as policy uh my superintendent or somebody in the appropriate um division will respond. Um, this district has been inundated lately with um, uh, foil walls and what it does is it takes up resources um, for our children because as much as Diane won't tell you uh, that it takes up a ton of her time, um, we see it and she works her butt off um, on a regular basis without all this extra stuff. And these swallow requests go through her and she has to do a ton of work for that. And a lot of times these four requests are some knowledge that we've already discussed at a previous board meeting and they're there on our website for someone to go back and do it and they're either too lazy to go do it. Um,

and put my clerk through a ton of work. And those resources are being taken away from what we do for our programs, for our teachers, for our administrators. um to try and better the school as fast as we can. Um and we're on a good trajectory. We got double digit increases. Um we're using metrics now to actually look at where deficiencies are and attacking them head on. Um it's something this board and this administration takes extremely serious. Um, and we've got a team of soldiers, whether it's principles, vice principles, teachers, that seem to all be working, firing on all cylinders, and trying to get us to that point. So, my caution to the amount of oil requests that come in is come to the mic, ask the question. I don't think there's anything here that

anybody's trying to hide. Um, we certainly want you to understand the direction that we're going in this district. Um, if you don't agree with us, I can deal with it and I can live with it, but you should know the answer um without taxing someone with endless endless requests that have multiple levels to it. Um, I just suggest that you think about it before you keep typing on your keyboard. And it's easy to type tons and tons of things that you want to get, but you know, doesn't affect us as a board. Um, but it does affect Diane and she'll never say it. But you can see the level of frustration in her in her, you know, eyes when she gets another one. It's just like, I can't do what I need to do on

a regular basis because I'm being inundated with a ton of ton of stuff. So, my suggestions come to the mic. Um, ask a question. send an email to my superintendent and if we can give you an answer, we will. If we need a couple of days, we'll say message received. Stand by. But, you know, um there is a price being paid and it's not being paid by us. it is being paid by I think when it gets down to the student level because we can't enact everything that we need to do and we have to stop what we're doing um and legally comply with these um you know requests that we're more than happy to give information to. So um thank you all for coming tonight. Um appreciate you know the attendance and thank you

for the report. Um it's much appreciated and hopefully it is informative to our parents. um and people in our district who want to see um the direction we're going at going into and and what we're trying to achieve. Um so, can I have a motion to journal? >> Second. All in favor? >> All right. Have a great day. Thank you. All right. Um, just so everyone knows, uh, we are going to make I want a motion to go to executive one more time. We have one more thing to discuss. We will not be coming back here to discuss anything else other than to adjourn for the meeting. So, anyone is welcome to stay if they want to adjourn it later. But, um, just a heads up, we're going to go in, discuss one thing and

then adjourn out here. So, thank you all for coming. Thank you. Can I have a motion to go to second? >> Do I have to? >> One, two. >> Second. >> All in favor? Hi warning
