of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Resolved upon the recommendation of Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education approve personnel items 4 through 7. May I have a motion? So moved. And a second? Second. Any discussion? All in favor, say aye. Aye. Any opposed? 5 - 0. Resolved that the Board of Education approve the minutes from the March 23rd, 2026 regular board meeting as attached. May I have a motion? So moved, Bonnie. I'll second. Thank you, Marjorie. Any um discussion? All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Are there any amendments or adjustments? >> No, nothing has been added to this. Resolved that the following consent agenda items be approved: CPSE and CSE and CPSE recommendations, and 9 and

J financial reports. May I have a motion? So moved, Bonnie. I'll second. Paula. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? 5 - 0. Um special matters or recognition? No. We have a field trip presentation. Welcome. Thank you for giving me your time. Um my name is Sarah Curley, and I am the Spanish teacher up here at the high school. And first I wanted to thank the board for giving me almost 20 years of really amazing experiences with my students with EF. They just told me I'd taken over 100 students so far. Um so that was really exciting for us. And our February trip was so successful to Spain that of course we got home the kids are like, "Where are we going now?" And I said, "Well, look at all the proposals, please, um

that EF offers, and then I will take whatever you ask me to give to the board." And they said, "Let's do the Dominican Republic." And I said, "Okay. We've never done that before. Um it'll be with your approval February of 2028 um during that break that we have during President's Day. Um the price quote cuz that's usually the question I'm asked first is that is the itinerary that's going to be coming up. Um right about 4,500 per student right now when she did this proposal it was at 22 months. It would now be at 21 months. Um so that's going to put that monthly payment just over $200. Um and of course the adult one is a little bit more. Um we always have the policy that anyone um working in the district can go

if they are paid traveler. They also can bring children of high school age. That's really what our students have agreed to limit it to. They don't want anyone who's certainly not older but they don't want younger people either. Um so family and and that from the student travelers can always travel with us if they're paying um travelers. The only thing I insist my students have is the travel protection right there for $190. And then we are adding a surplus net for $70. That's the only other optional expense that we have. Everything else is included. EF does um hotel rooms with a I mean a shared bath but like it's a private bathroom. It's not like you're sharing it a bathroom with the floor. Um I have requested that our students not be put with students

from other schools just because our kids are super sweet and sometimes the behavior from other schools isn't quite they're not really comfortable with that and they asked me to talk to them about that. Um as far as what this trip entails and this is more of the itinerary but honestly if you don't want it's going to be I'm going to kind of fly through it. Um it's a combination of what we've done on other trips so it's cultural tours and museum tours but then it also has all of this um all of these adventure activities put into so there's of course zip-lining and white water rafting and snorkeling and um as I said we're going to be doing the surf lesson I don't know how that's going to go. There's also a jujitsu lesson which

I just like I don't know how many more things they can put in this trip but there is a lot. Um and then of course there's the environmental aspect a lot of the places we go certainly in the Caribbean and Central America um eco-tourism is now their primary tourist focus and so we're going to look at reforestation efforts um we're going to be exploring a um mangroves there's trace ojos caves which are in a fresh water lagoon um so it just sounds like it the trip really does have everything and it's going to be a very very interesting time. Do you have any questions? Sounds awesome. They're great. And our kids are awesome. They had a fantastic trip they always do. I told them I would take our students anywhere in the world anywhere in

the world. Where you have? We went pretty much we were at the Mediterranean Sea and of course our kids totally normal kick off their shoes and put their feet in the water and I'm like that's totally very appropriate. The other school in her defense there were five different schools from New York City that came with her. She was only part of one of them. Stripped down on beach, like jumped in the water. I was just like, oh my goodness. When our guy got back, she was hot. She's like, absolutely not. Um but I said our kids just behaved with such decorum and I really hurt. Thank you very much for your presentation. >> Andrew. I didn't I want to make sure that we approved that and it wasn't on there. So, if we can adjust

the agenda at the end of the discussion. To to vote on? Yeah, to vote. Yes, to vote. Where do you want to put that in? Like as a eight? Um eight. Okay. Yes. Sorry about that. Just to resolve that the DOE approved the votes field trip for 2020. Got it. Okay. Now we have another special presentation. Slightly less fun. I was just going to say, no zip lining, no white water, no camping. The budget from Britney. So, if you want to go to the next slide. So, the New York State budget is actually due April 1st. Um surprise, surprise, we do not yet have an on-time budget. We have not had an on-time budget in several years. Obviously, that makes our job a little difficult because we have to make assumptions based off of what

was presented back in winter. Um so, we're making some assumptions on revenues. That's the information that we have. The tax levy is still set at 3.62%, so that is does fall within the allowable tax cap limit. Um you can just see the three over the past few years. Moving on to the revenues that we're anticipating for next year. Um we're anticipating using um 1.2 in 2.0 interfund transfers, reserves, and fund balance. So, the reserves that we're using are going to be our unemployment, our ERS, our TRS, and our outflow reserves. Our interfund transfers are the capital outlay that we do every year, $100,000. We are 20% estimated of our specialist summer programming at 45,000 and anticipated, but hoping not needed, 20,000 interfund transfer to support our cafeteria fund, but that fund is running very well

this year thanks to Jess. So, we're hopeful that we will not need that. The remaining 844,000 is coming directly from our fund balance. So, that's what that total is made up of. Uh the miscellaneous revenues, that line is slightly up mostly due to interest earnings because we have the borrowing money from the capital project. So, we borrowed a lot of money. This allows us to also invest that money as we spend it down toward the project. Miscellaneous revenues also includes things like our BOCES room rental, um sale of scrap metal, insurance recoveries, just very small small things that make that up. Again, our levy that 3.62 will total $9.3 million. Sales tax is our share of the Erie County sales tax. We anticipate that being up a little bit based on what we've seen come

in for the repayments um at this point in the year. And state aid, that's the last one that we got in January. That number has not changed. So, looking at a total budget for 26-27 of 24,160,805 dollars. Going down to the component budget. So, this is just the parts that the budget has to be broken up into for uh state reporting. So, general support, again, that's includes uh central office, district office, Board of Education, our buildings and grounds, the business office. So, a slight uptick there. A lot of that is um some salaries, it's utilities, it's uh supplies. Our utilities, just like everybody knows in your own homes, are going through the roof. We had initial SED projections in January, and the first time I've ever seen it, they actually updated them again last month

to increase that just because of how high those prices are. That general support line also includes about 80 to 85,000 for a building condition survey next year. We have to pay that out of the general fund, then we get reimbursed building aid the following year. But, that is something we are required to do every 5 years. So, that's built into that line as well. The instructional line stays pretty level. Transportation has some increases again, salary and utilities in this segment are built into there. A slight decrease in employee benefits. A few less staff this year next year, and we see an increase in our debt service line again because we have that borrowing for our current capital project. So, our revenues match our expenditures, and that is good. Going down to the tri-part budget, our

program is the bulk of our budget, which is what we want to see. That's our program, that's our instruction, that's our students, those are all those programs. Capital is the capital work that we have, and administration is administration, utilities, legal, small part of the budget. The vehicle proposition for next year includes two diesel buses and one dump truck with plow. So, the total vehicle proposition is 344,086 dollars. That will be its own separate proposition after the budget. The contingency budget. So, we are required to present a contingency budget and report it to the state. If by chance the budget fails at the original vote, the district has two choices. You can either go back out to vote with exactly the same budget as is. You can make changes, that will be decision that will be

made between the administration and the board. And then you put it back out to vote. If your vote fails a second time, you are required to go to a contingency budget. And what the contingency budget does, it requires certain reductions in your lines and you don't have a choice. Um so the biggest one is you can only levy what you levied the previous year. So that would automatically require us to cut from the budget that $326,000. You also have to cut student supplies and materials, any non-essential capital work. So again, that capital outlay that's $100,000 that's heavily aided. We wouldn't be able to get that work done. Any equipment purchases, so that's um within technology, that's within the bus garage, that's within buildings and grounds. That has to be pulled from the budget and any

expenses of having the public or non-school related um personnel using your facilities has to be removed. So to get to a contingency budget, we would have to cut $628,000 from our budget and that would require significant losses and it would The Board of Education seats, we have had we've had two open seats for two five-year terms. We have had one candidate turn in their packet on the deadline and it's the next Monday, May 20th. So then so everyone how much fun it is to run for the board. The proposed budget, again that $24 million. The budget vote is on May 19th. It is held at the Holland Community Center and that's No, I don't think so. Um you know, obviously we're hoping the community supports it. Struggled here, right? We worked really hard over and

over and over again. We're doing 10 times more than what the the of us. Um the administrators at at There's nothing to cut for this in here. There is what you need to have instruction for in a sound program. And if we have to go to a contingency budget, we're really going to have a problem providing instruction. So, um, hopefully everybody understands that we have stayed within the cap. We've had conversations and we'll continue to have conversations moving forward after the budget vote passes. Um, so that we can bring you a 3 to 5 year outlook on what things are looking like and it'll be a living document. We'll continue to move with it. And as I mentioned to you, we're going to put in those work sessions. We'll have some of the committee meetings

and the committee members that have signed up for different meetings on those opposite times so that we can brainstorm together. Um, what do things look like? How should we proceed? Um, I'm sure we all have a million ideas and maybe, you know, come to some consensus as to how we can move forward so we can continue to stabilize things and still provide sound instruction. So, I I want to thank Britney and the business office and the administrators because I'm going to tell you, this is what everybody's been eating, breathing, and sleeping at every day, okay? So, um, they've done a great job. It is a big chunk of our fund balance, but we will monitor the budget. We will shut down spending just like we did and we'll make sure that only the necessary things

to provide instruction will happen. And that way we'll have a better handle. Um, I already told you, um, both unions were great. We worked hard with them, so we changed our insurance. Um, no one's really going to lose anything in the process, fortunately. And hopefully things will work out as projected, so we'll save some money, you know, a good chunk of money over the next 2 and 1/2 years. So, we'll continue to look at savings like that. That's about all I have. Thank you. Thanks, Brett. Um correspondence, do we have any? Uh I have item number four. No. Four. Next, we have our administrators and supervisors reports this week. Good evening. It's nice to see you. It is awesome to have our faculty, staff, and children back in the building today. Many came in with

suntanned faces. Some were very tired as they stayed up late and their sleep schedule is off. And we also had some weeping ones that missed mom and dad, and I understand that, too. So, we got back to the swing of things. Excited to have them there. Um we got great news this afternoon. Our fourth-grade art enrichment students, they participated in a rain barrel painting contest. Now, if you saw it on social media, we took some pictures and and posted it out, and they won third place, which is fantastic. With that, winning comes $100 that they can use for art programming, and they um all those students are invited to a ceremony at the Northland Workforce Training Center in Buffalo on Monday, April 20th, at 5:00. So, I'll be attending that um to help congratulate our

students, and then I'm putting that rain barrel in my truck and bringing it back. So, that's exciting. But, we're so proud of them. They worked really hard. Mrs. McCauley did a great job leading that work. Um next, I want to give you a quick update on UPK applications. That deadline is fast approaching. Applications are due by May 1st. On my weekly update, I kind of keep you informed, uh but I like to always compare it to where we were last year. I get nervous, like, where are we? Where are we? So, we're at 19 completed applications right now with two incomplete. We're waiting on some people work. That being said, this time last year, we had 27. So, we still have two more weeks to go. We usually finally get a final push. I think

with with the way that our spring break fell, that maybe some will be coming. And then lastly, we're getting ready for our STEAM night event. We moved that to April 28th because we didn't want to conflict with opening day of Tulip Festival. You know, everybody wants to go and enjoy that. So, we are moving it to the 28th. This year we're partnering with Mo. We're excited. They're going to be offering a space and defense session, which will be really cool. Um as always, our art gallery will be live all along all of the walls. You can visit um different sessions hosted by our high school technology department. Looking forward to that. There'll be robotics. And then um parents can also view their students um art portfolio. And lastly, our third graders will be giving us

a choral presentation. And then there'll be some drumming to take place. So, it should be a really great event. It's not one to miss, so make sure you mark your calendar. And then also, that is the same week that our PTO is hosting the book fair. So, the book fair will be open, too. So, a lot of exciting stuff happening in the next few weeks. Anything for me? Thank you. Thank you. Good evening, everybody. How are you today? Nice to see the yellow ball of sun in the sky today. Um a couple of things I want to share with you. The first was, as you know, um started the work on the playground back of our building. Um and it's nice because it while it can be a distraction watching all of the heavy equipment

uh doing its magic there, um we have some very creative staff members who turned it into learning experiences for kids. Um Mrs. Ruens, for example, um as they're pulling out the dirt, she's able to kind of showcase and talk to them about the the different um stratifications of sedimentary I don't know. I was a science teacher right there. can help you out. No, he's over there. Oh, okay. But we were able to kind of talk about the rock formations and how different levels are. So, while it is interesting to have the work being done, but it's really a really opportunity for our kids to be able to see real life things that they can see that they're learning in the classroom and then seeing out in their backyard. Um I've mentioned this a couple times.

I just want to share again that New York State testing is at the end of the month beginning of May. One of the things we're working on right now is just allocating rooms for that and making sure that we have staff in place to support the administration of the test as well as making sure that we have all of our students' needs met that they need to have for those ELA testing. Um Mrs. Sugo was pleased to share with us that we had 10 of her seventh and eighth grade students that had their stories, short stories, selected to be included in the book published by the Young Writers USA organization. Students that are writing short stories centered around the theme of Unsolved and we're super proud of what they were able to accomplish because it's

something to be published work out there, especially at this young age. Um I had the opportunity to visit the Boys & Girls Club of Holland and I will tell you it was really impressive to see I I eventually I basically felt like I was going to middle school again um after work to go and check it out because there were so many kids from the middle school that were there. Um they were involved in athletics, in board games, and they were doing video games, artwork, working on homework. We had staff members that were there helping them to be able to work on things. It's just packed with middle schoolers. So, it's really coming from another place as well, just how utilized the Boys & Girls Club it is as a center for our kids. So,

it was super impressive to see and the staff there was really excited to be able to share that. So, I was happy to be able to be and check be there and check it out. Um couple of quick little highlights I just want to share. We had our semi-formal dance on March 27th. We had 85 kids that were in attendance between the 7th and 8th grade, which was a very large number. Um it was fun. All the kids had a blast. And one kid that was decked out with family in the opera was great. With the masquerade theme, wonderful. Um two quick reminders. NJHS ceremony will be held uh the evening of the Wednesday um May 27th for all students that are selected. Um the 16th is when the applications are due. Students who are

eligible got the information about that. And then the final reminder is just the 8th grade move-up day. Again, I'm just going to say it's Tuesday, June 23rd. Okay? Any questions for me? All right. Thank you. Hi everybody. Welcome all the seniors here. You're going to get your assignments in for you guys are going to take them, right? Professional development. Uh I just sent out today the application form for the juniors for the student board of education member for next year. Um and so that application is going to be due on February February um Friday, May 15th. Uh and we'll have a committee with myself, uh student council advisor Mrs. Sorenson. I'll be asking for a board member, too. And Grace will sit on the interview committee. Uh students have to fill out an essay uh

answering a couple questions and then get two letters of recommendation to move forward with that. And then we'll have a new member that'll be sworn in uh July 1st. That's Grace's term will end on uh June 30th. One year already. Um we also have our pre-prom, our prom, and our post-prom activities are uh all set and rolling in. Prom of this year is on May 29th. We moved it later in the year. Um it was nice being close to twirl, but it kind of was like the end of the year then for seniors, so we moved it a little later so they kind of got the full year out of it. Um and then we're also planning a day of service. Uh we're starting with just the senior class. It's going to be in late

April, early May. Um we're working with Kiwanis and Scott Chris the buildings and grounds to kind of beautify the campus for the Tulip Festival and other parts of the town. Um so Mr. Schmidt and Mr. Sorenson and Mrs. Widger are working together to get that planned uh to move forward with the day of service. And our hope is that we get that day of service for the whole uh high school at some point in the future. Any questions? All right, thanks. Thanks. Hello everyone. Just a few things for me uh today. First on the question of the academic side, um we've officially officially used all of our um 565 coaster days, which is for school improvement um for meetings. Two more days. And we just have one and a half more for the science of

reading days. How about that? Um those are scheduled for May 15th and May 19th where Connie Sal will be coming to work with our seventh grade, third grade, fourth grade teachers, and also our elementary special ed teachers. Um specifically working on vocabulary, morphology, and phonics skills. And then just on the special ed side, um this spring is a really heavy meeting time uh for CSE um even though we're on an anniversary model where we have meetings all year long, we still have that big chunk in the spring. Um so I just wanted to give a special thank you and shout out to um my two other chairs, Lori Racki and Kate Reisman. Um all the teachers who come to those meetings that whether on the special ed side or the gen ed side and related

service providers because they always come to those meetings so prepared and have put in so much time and effort to make sure the students get what they need. And then also for the building secretaries, the principals, and of course my secretary Linda, uh for all the help and scheduling, um getting subs for these meetings, and being so flexible with those last-minute changes that pop up all the time. So, without their collaboration, these meetings have been fairly successful, to say the least. Anything for me? Thank you. Thank you. Do you have any more? Sure. I'm sure. Um you know, we still have those two open spots. I did not volunteer you, I promise. Um but if you want, um the um budget we already talked about, um I'll just repeat. The electric, yes. The diesel costs

are through the roof. Um and there's any other costs? So, it's just insurance. Everything. It I I don't know. But anyway, we're not the only ones in this position, right? We're all experiencing it one way or another. So, we'll just keep working through these things. Um and you tonight you approved the instructional calendar. Um we went back and forth. It's a it's a hard year. Jason did a lot of work on it, and so did the team, um to try to fit everything in and it's still So, anyway, we we agreed on a calendar, and um I think it's the best one that we could have at this given time. You have the board calendar that Sue has worked really hard on. Um so, maybe discuss that a little bit tonight, and let her know

if you know, you want any changes to that. Um we have two retirements for sure. You've already approved one. Tonight you'll approve another. Um I just want to say these are both very long-time dedicated teachers, and we're losing a lot of experience, and people who really care about this community, and have spent, you know, many, many years here. One of them tonight, our health has been here 30 years. So, um it's just pretty awesome, actually. We talked already. We're going to do the recognition before the board meeting. We'll do a reception, and we'll do a ceremony, and then we'll delay the board meeting a half hour, so we'll start everything at like 5:30. And tonight, for whoever wasn't here, we're going to have our facilities meeting at 4:00 that room. And I already told you

about the health insurance change, so I think pretty much that's about everything. And I Grace, yeah. Grace Hill for both of us tonight? No. No, we're good. No. Good. Mr. Ayers, we're good. You guys want to head out? Yep. Um we have a motion discussion item 10.1 B. I'd like to take B. Uh I'll resolve that the Holland Board of Education approve the correct property tax or current as tax. See if I can find one there. I'll take a motion for that. So, no Paula. Seconded. Yeah. Okay. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. Aye. Any opposed? That's five to zero. Let it be resolved that the Holland Central School District Board of Education does hereby adopt the 2026-27 proposed budget to be presented to the community for a vote on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 in

the amount of $24,160,205. The proposed budget also includes a vehicle proposition of $344,266, which includes two diesel buses, an adult truck with a plow, and the establishment of a new 10-year capital reserve to be funded at up to $2 million, and the transfer of any remaining money from the 2021 capital reserve. Um we do have a BOE nomination received for which we hope. So, I need a motion for that. So moved by I'll second. Second by Mr. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. Aye. Any opposed? 5-0. Can I jump in? I just wanted to talk about capital um reserve for a minute. Just to make sure everybody understands that it's something that we're going to ask the voters to vote on to open it, period. We're not funding it at this time, um and nor

do we have the funds for it. We do have $5,000 or something in leftover from um some interest gained from a prior project that we'll put in there. Um and we have up to 10 years to fund that amount of money. Um but the reason for the that capital reserve that I think sometimes wasn't always understood as that as we do these projects, which we should be doing every 5 years because they give us that opportunity to get our aid and to continue to take care of our buildings. That's why we have to do building conditions every every 5 years so that we can as able fund that reserve so that we can offset any costs to the taxpayer. So, that the money is there so we're not suddenly going above cap in a particular

year because all of a sudden we said our project, you know, and the amount of work that the buildings need is too much and now we have to tax people all at the same time. So, um I just want to make sure people understand it. I did have a conversation with um the reporter from the Herald and the East Oregon Advertiser. I sent her a little blurb. Hopefully, she'll publish that so maybe people get a better understanding of of what that's about because initially, even when I first look up there, I'm like, "What the They said they're putting money. They're putting $2 million, you know, that's not the case." Okay, so Britney, do you want to add anything? The only thing I would add is we do have um our unemployment reserve is heavy, so

we within our current reserves we can transfer to the capital reserve, um but it's not new money. So, yeah, it's just a Thank you. Thanks. All right. Resolved that the Board of Education approve the continuation of winter sports mergers with East Aurora for the school year 2026-2027, varsity indoor track and field, varsity cheerleading, varsity boys swimming, and varsity and modified wrestling. Do I have a motion? So moved, Alan. I'll second. Second. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? 5-0. Resolved that the Holland Central School District Board of Education approve the instructional calendar for the 2026-2027 school year per the attached. On the board, any motion? So moved, Alan. Patty, I'll second. Second from your direction. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. Aye. Opposed? 5-0. Um this is just a list, not a vote of

the Board of Education's proposed meeting dates. So, we can all review that and then we'll have a discussion we have at the future. Um we have three policies, so resolved upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board of Education adopt the following policies. We have a non-resident student policy, annual organizational meeting policy, and absentee military and early mail ballots policy. Um is there a second reading final adoption? Do I have a motion? So moved, Patty. I'll second. Second. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. And just as a reminder, it's the residency policy was a little more clarity and the other two were more some changes that were made as more something I guess we'll say the verbage changed a little bit. That was 5-0. You don't have to read that one. Yeah, the

Board of Education of the Frontier School District does hereby authorize health and welfare services agreements with the following school districts for the 2025-2026 school year. So, this is a retrospective. Oh, okay. That would be a correction. Oh, so it's for this >> No, no, that's for this year. That's right. It's this year's. Um, Kenmore Tonawanda, uh, one student, $740.29. Do we have a motion? So moved by Eddie. Second. I couldn't hear you. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? That was 5-0. Resolved that the Board of Education approve the Cherry Group LLC for the 2026-2027 school year and approve the contract as attached. This is for our school resource officer for next year, officer program. Do we have a motion? So moved by Eddie. Second. Second. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. Any opposed?

That was 5-0. Um, then we have an additional item. Uh, resolved that the Board of Education approve the prior presented field trip uh, to the Republic. Do we have a motion? So moved by Joe. Second. Aye. Any discussion? All in Aye. any opposed 5-0 We have a donation from nicer that's the insurance reciprocal program for a thousand dollars for teacher appreciation. Thank you very much for that. They did some nice goodies at the front or something. Should we turn up to any reports? Um Nisba is here is BRSA. Call on RSA. I asked. We talked about it. Yeah. Are you guys getting their emails? >> No. No. We get them from him. Second hand. I think it's crazy. Crazy. But thank you. Yes. I don't know. I had a discussion with I get something and

I send it to her. We have a discussion you can do that now or during round table but I think it's probably a good time to do it. I know Paula brought up there's a conference coming up later this month. Two day conference, right? Yep. Holiday Valley so it's close. Right. Holiday Valley Capital. Yeah. That she would like to attend so I think It's hard to know where all the money is at. It's like a good topic. It's a good conference. Um but we do need to kind of talk about if RSA is for our future or not because it is a cost right and it does overlap a little bit with Nisba but I think going to an event will tell us if it's really that much better or that much more value to

us so this will be will be good. They also have their summer conference in Lake Placid later in the summer. I don't know if any of us are planning to attend that but we should think about maybe one or two people going there and that'd be a good way to get that. Probably would depend on if they're after we already know whether or not. It's going to be next summer so it would be next so it will be next year's budget. Um yeah, both of them are really coming up in the next 2 weeks, and then um legislative breakfast is coming our May 2nd, so I would encourage everybody to go to that if they can. Imagine how I think there's legislative meeting at the end of this month, and then the beginning of May

we have the other meetings. Um I've kind of been paying attention a little bit to the bills and things like that as the state budget's going, and um I wrote another letter to the senators and the assembly about the electric bus. This is a very hot and it just is. I just don't understand why they don't see why and how it's affecting people or communities. So I don't know if I'm going to write another letter or not, but but it's out there, so I didn't get to your letter, sorry. Yeah, it's fine. I I figured you did. Jane told me it was It's fine. It was good, but I couldn't I couldn't sign it for you, and I felt bad. I just Um policy, we've got a couple of policy updates tonight. Negotiations, we have

no open negotiations right now. Nothing new. Wall of Honor, nothing new in transportation. Nothing new in tech plan. Finance and audit, just the budget stuff going on, nothing other than that. And the facilities all met this evening. Most of us were here. We got a tour of the progress that's happening over at the high school tech room. It's looking very nice. Very empty, but very nice progress. And went through the the whole list of updates of where we're at in construction. We continued our long-term planning. Up on the board we have a list of upcoming activities. Don't forget the budget vote May 19th. And then the upcoming board meetings. Budget hearing. If anyone has questions or anything like that on the budget, that is May 5th. Here in the library. Second privilege of the floor.

Do we have anybody? Um, round table. Mary Jo, anything? No, I'll just say that if you if you go to Steam Night at some point, the program will be open. Bonnie? Great. Huh? Paul? I don't have anything here for round table either. So, at this point, resolve that the board of education adjourn to executive session at 6:41 p.m. for the purpose of discussing CPA and personnel. May I have a motion? So moved. Second. Second. Mary Jo? >> Yeah, I'm going to say second.
