Good, Derek. >> I was just >> uh since we're still on um my area here, um tonight, you know, is the required state required budget hearing. Uh and so um obviously the the main point of the meeting is that during public be heard people can um share questions or concerns or suggestions about the budget that's been adopted by the board. Um so Mr. Fabiano is going to do a very brief recap of the budget because it's been months of us with the budget. We presented to all our PTAs. We're presenting the Kuanas on Thursday. Um it we I think you could do this without any slides Mr. Fabiano at this point, right? Because committed to memory. Oh, Mr. Fabiano, walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk
walk walk everybody through our budget. Okay. Okay. So, um really try not to repeat too much of what weed. >> Sorry about that. Uh it is a requirement under New York State Education Law that we hold this hearing. Uh it must be done um uh between 7 and 14 days before the annual budget vote, which I will remind everybody is May 19th. Um uh it's really an opportunity for district officials to explain the budget in plain terms uh and what is really driving the cost in the budget uh demonstrate the impact on taxpayers and uh and then ultimately provide an opportunity for the public uh to ask any questions that they may have. Um so uh uh despite a uh a below average tax levy uh we were able to get some uh some nice
additions into the budget. Uh there are no class size increases. Uh and we've been through this several times, but we do have uh some nice program enhancements including new high school elective courses, a new elementary instructional coach, an elementary librarian. Uh we continue to upgrade our uh u instructional spaces throughout the district. Uh and we continue to offer um additional uh athletic opportunities uh for all our students. Uh so this is the budget snapshot. Um just really just a capsule of where we're at. uh uh most of the co the it's a 3.76% budget-to-budget increase, meaning that uh our our expenses have have risen by uh a little less than 4%. Uh pretty much in line with the rate of inflation, but there are several areas that we'd like to point out uh that that
drive it um um that are actually above that and bringing everything else up. That's in the area of transportation, uh, special education, our health insurance premiums, and this year, uh, we added in the budget, uh, uh, Armguard uh, security patrols. Uh, our proposed tax levy is, uh, below the tax levy limit, which is 2.18. And, um, uh, not only were we charged with coming in under the tax levy limit, uh, but we were further challenged this year, uh, and asked to see if we could come in below 2%. Uh I'm happy to say that we were able to do that without having to eliminate any programs. As a matter of fact, we were even able to add uh several things that I just previously mentioned. Uh in terms of uh the average uh homeowner, there's
no real direct uh uh data on this, but we can make approximations based on county averages of assessed value of homes and last year's tax rate. And that 1.98% will amount to approximately $190 annually or about just less than $16 a month if you're getting your um uh taxes escroed through your mortgage. Uh how do we stack up against uh the rest of amongst the rest of our uh Long Island uh districts? Uh the uh the regional average for both Nassau and Suffach County is 2.5%. So, we're more than a half a percentage point below uh the the Nasser and SUFFK average. Uh there were 91 districts that actually came out with a levy greater than ours. Um and only a handful that were below us. Um there are this year uh more than I
uh uh in recent memory, but there are seven school districts uh that are essentially being forced to uh uh exceed the tax cap. and those districts will require a supermajority. Um, moving on, this is uh this is our um ballot. Uh, looks something like this, although you can't really read that. Uh, the summation at the bottom. There are three propositions. Proposition one and uh three are the uh school district and library um Levittown library budgets respectively. The one sandwich in the middle is the capital reserve expenditure uh proposition. Uh this is there's no additional tax levy associated with that. This is money that's been left over from prior years that um we require voter approval to put to use. Uh and then there are uh the board of uh uh board of education. There are
three open seats uh with four candidates running. Uh at the library, there's just one open seat and only one candidate running. Uh moving moving on. Uh this is just a little further explanation of the capital reserve referendum. Uh it it we're proposing to expend $15 million uh um from the capital reserve and our appropriated fund balance. uh it requires a separate vote uh because uh the voters have to vote to establish a capital reserve. The board then authorizes me to fund that with leftover money from prior years and then we have to ask the voters again to approve the use of these funds and then we have to be very specific on what we're using them for. So uh some of the key projects that are noteworthy projects uh would be continuation we talked about
uh instructional space uh reconstruction uh that will be taking place at both the wisdom and sulk uh family and consumer science rooms. Uh we're um uh as you know we're we're going to be embarking on we're presently designing uh new uh turf fields at our high school at both our high schools both baseball and softball fields. Uh the additional money here will allow us to add additional practice space, indoor practice space uh for our athletic teams and uh we're going to uh be building permanent handicap accessible restrooms uh at both our athletic fields. So uh as much as we'd like to see the porto potties go um there uh it's time. Uh and again just a just uh just as a reminder this does not increase the tax levy. Uh so the only real alternative
uh to using a capital reserve uh is to uh is to go out and ask the community uh to allow us to borrow money uh through the issuance of serial bonds. And while that is a uh well certainly that is a viable alternative. Uh there's no uh foregone conclusion that these things pass. Uh I am I live in plain view myself. I've watched uh the plane views down here if you can see that. Uh but they're uh their bond referendum has failed twice now. Uh and they're uh trying to make do with uh energy performance contracts and transfers to capital uh but certainly can't do the work that uh that the district needs to do. Uh and there you can um there are just stories of uh districts really struggling to get these things passed.
Um so uh collectively and uh with the uh with the passage of this $15 million that um in the capital reserve that I that I just spoke of spoke about uh since since 2023 that will be the bring the total number up to $150 million in uh capital projects program uh that we've been able uh to fund. Uh and uh the point I like to always make about that is that had we gotten voter approval uh to borrow that $150 million at the end of the day uh when when all was paid back, we would have had to pay to the bond holders the $150 million in principal as well as an additional $30 million in interest. Uh by doing it this way, I call it pay as you go. uh the district has the
district has saved $30 million or is it will be able to provide $30 million worth of building improvements rather than interest payments to our to our bond holders. Uh it started 150 million lot. It started with infrastructure projects including roofs, masonary uh safety um safety upgrades including brand new uh public address and fire alarm systems uh in in all 11 buildings, many of which were original to the to the building. So well over 60 years old. uh new athletic complex. Uh if you haven't had a chance to go and see uh the Wisdom Lane Middle School, our our new uh uh track and turf field, uh new ball fields and tennis courts uh all made possible through this uh through this capital project. Again, we continue to uh include instructional spaces uh uh and uh
one of the uh one of the uh uh big ones coming up uh this summer will be uh the reconstruction of the division library. Uh future planning uh again includes uh like I said uh new new athletic facilities at at both our high schools. Um and uh that's really it. Uh we have the uh the district uh budget vote is on Tuesday, May 19th. Uh it's from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. So we we the 13 hours that you could make it there. And one of the things that I have been mentioning uh as we did our tour of the community and our PTAs is that um uh and it's a trend around New York State since the implementation of the cap tax cap. Several things have happened. uh tax increases, proposed tax increases have
uh have been lower. Uh districts make a a conscious effort to come in below that. Uh but the uh the participation rate, the voter turnout has also gone down. So as it's just assumed that budgets will pass, uh people uh tend to get a little bit lax about coming to the polls. Uh here in Levittown, we have approximately 40,000 registered voters. Last year only 2,000 uh came out to vote. Uh so uh you know to put that 5% put it into context if there were 20 people in a room and we asked them to go down to the gym and vote only one person would would have gone down there. So uh we just we're pointing it out. Uh you know we uh we just we we want you to to be aware of the
school district issues and and and to and and to cast the vote uh no matter how that may be. Uh but it is it's important to vote. Don't let somebody else make the decision for you. Um and um with that, as part of the uh public hearing, we open it up not only to questions to the board of education, which I'll take first, uh but then also to the community. >> Mike, mine's uh kind of a weird question, but I'm going to start out with a statement. First of all, great job. how you can do a budget without knowing what the state is giving you in money and come up with a budget. I don't think Archimedes could have done that. It's just amazing how you do this. Uh we have a state that doesn't
tell us the money we're getting and yet every year the budget comes out. Fantastic. Uh we have some districts that have 13% increases this year. They're cutting 55 members if the budget passes. I believe that is correct. Um it's it's nightmarish, but we've been able to and honestly through the board central office team working together to just put together a budget that is reasonable, that works and works forward looking forward as well. So great job. >> Thank you. >> Um Mike, I just want to tell you I think we're all impressed with Archimedus. Did I say that? Yeah, Archimedus. I I know but I I am impressed and I heard a couple of mumblings over here so thank you for that. Um uh I would also does anybody else have any comments that >> um
I too just want to say great job. I mean it does take a lot of work and effort. Um it's it's a team effort. Uh, and I am so impressed with every year you come and you you do this work and your heart and soul is in it. So, thank you for that. And I'm really glad we're not like a headline like some of the other districts are. So, great job. >> That's awesome. >> Thank you. Anybody else? Because I have something. I know. Shock. >> Is this a >> Is this where I say that I want to take you home to do my stuff? Because >> No. >> Okay. No, I can't. Sorry. I can't do that. But I am very impressed. Maybe you can like school me on that. That that probably would
be okay. >> Okay. Um so I don't know if anybody knows but my passion is curriculum and the amount of um funds that we're investing in curriculum really have such a direct impact on the students in the classroom and um you know when we update the grounds it's visible and it's there. Um, so it's really important to think as well about the work of the boots on the ground and and what people are doing and in the buildings and to um there's it looks like there's a huge investment in that here um without having to do the bond and do all those other things and still be able to beautify the buildings. Uh so I just want you to know that personally I appreciate it and I know that the students will and the impact
is going to last for a long time. So even if it's, you know, whether it's the instructional coach that makes that little difference in that classroom, right? That's that's something that really will impact um for a long time. So thank you for all taking the time to really invest in all the children um whatever their needs are. So um anybody else? We're good. >> I just want to say thank you uh Mr. Fabiana to you and your team for all that you've done. It's been a lot of work for months. uh to the rest of the cabinet as well. Uh because I know we spend a lot of time talking about budget and um so it's >> he'd want more time. >> He would want more time. Yes. Yeah. Um so and obviously to the
board because we do spend a lot of time at these meetings from January till now um talking about budget and so it's um it's definitely one of the board's biggest responsibilities. Um but I think you take it very seriously and you I think are always looking for that balance between what's best for students and what's best for the community. uh which can be seen in in that very low it's one of I think what did you say M did you say in the presentation it's like it's like number whatever 20 out of 120 plus districts in in on Long Island like one of the lowest increases this year so that's phenomenal so thank you >> okay and one more thing and then I'm really done I actually really feel for those districts that have to
go out like you know it's one thing for us to say how great we are um and we are obviously but there's a reason that they have to do that and so um it's just just in general let's keep on doing like all the great things, but everybody's going to feel it. So, okay, now I'm really done. All right, Todd, you're up. >> Yes. I just uh have two a brief um report just to give. Uh so, uh just want to give the board some updates. I know you know these things I'm going to share, but I want to share them publicly. First, um about our facilities. Both President Lang and Mr. Fabiano mentioned about um all the great facility works going on in our budget that we continue to make strong progress on a
number of capital projects that support our students, staff, and community. Uh I know some of you were able to come and attend on this past Friday, May 1st, where we were proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting of our new sports complex at Wisdom Lane Middle School. Uh it's a great moment for the district and a reflection of the thoughtful planning and investment that has gone into enhancing our learning and extracurricular spaces. Um, at the same time, the project is is just one example of many that are currently underway. You know that we've kind of embarked on a multi-year uh capital plan under Mr. Fabiano's leadership. Um, and we have a lot of great things that'll be going on this summer. There are a couple of buildings that are actually closed because we have so much
work going on. So, like MacArthur and Sulk will both be closed, meaning that they will not be hosting summer programs or things like that. Um, North Side is that Yep. So, um, it's wonderful. You'll be updated on all these things when you come for the uh board tours, the building tours that we do in August as well as at our September board of education meeting. Uh second, uh and this this echoes, I think, what President Lang mentioned about it's not just about facilities, also about instruction. I just wanted to provide an update on our ongoing review of the district's special education programs. Our consultant, Miss Deborah Kiny, has been conducting a comprehensive review of all aspects of services since the start of the school year. This includes meetings and conversations with teachers and parents and
administrators along with a close look at our continuum of services, our professional development for staff, transition services, our cse process, and our IEP development. She's continuing her work for reviewing a few remaining areas including CPSSE. It's a very thorough and thoughtful process. Um, one that the board directed last spring and we did expect to be getting close to completion right now, but as with anything of this magnitude, we want to make sure that we actually do the best job we can. And so, um, Miss Kinki is still doing some work with us right now. Um, and so we really don't expect there to be a full report to the board until the summer. Uh in the meantime, in order to collect some additional feedback, we're going to be going live with an email address for
parents and staff to share additional thoughts, suggestions, and comments on our programming. Uh similar to how we set up that email box each summer when we do the security plan and we leave a mailbox open for comments and suggestions. Um at this time, I do anticipate that Miss Kinky will be able to present her findings to the board at the August 12th meeting. Uh after that is presented, the board will have some time to consider those recommendations. We'll provide time for additional public feedback and then the board will determine recommendations to move forward with and we'll develop basically a special education improvement plan that will be given to Dr. Sapienza, who's going to be starting July 1st as our new assistant superintendent for special education, which a new position um which once again echoes what
you said about the importance of making sure that we prioritize instruction as well as uh facilities. So, just want to give everybody an update on that. So, thank you. Uh that does conclude. Oh, I do have a followup to prior public be heard question. >> You can have this copy. How about that? All right. >> Okay. Uh, this is to from the April 27th, 2026 meeting. Uh, Mattie Buckies. Dear Matty Bies, thank you for attending the board of education meeting on April 22nd, uh, 2026, and for taking the time to share your perspective during public be heard, your advocacy for individuals with disabilities is both important and appreciated. We welcome the opportunity for you to connect with our new assistant superintendent for special education, Dr. Joseph Sapienza. Once he has established himself in this new
role, we will have him reach out to you. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding graduation live streaming and the development of the school calendar. These are thoughtful ideas and they will be taken into consideration as we continue our planning. Thank you again for your engagement and continued support of our school community. That is the only response I have the public be heard. That does con answer board questions. I know Mr. Papis does have some questions, but we're going to wait until the uh that portion of the meeting. So, that's all I have for you, President Lang. All right, we're up to comments and reports. Do we have any board comments and or reports? Very good. Okay. Uh board liaison liaison tonight. Hi everyone. So to share over the past two months, our juniors have been
very busy having their junior planning meetings with their guidance counselors to prepare them for college or their futures. um they discuss what they want to do and talk about their next steps and how to achieve that before the start of their senior year. So, additionally, many of these juniors have said to me that they are starting to reach out for their letters of recommendation. So, very glad that they're all starting early. In the end of April, we had seven seniors that are former AP research students get accepted as finalists for the Long Island Youth Summit. The summit brought together students throughout Long Island that worked on various projects regarding the lives of teenagers and these students got to discuss their research projects, these issues and as well as come up with possible solutions. So they
all said it was a great experience and it was really nice for them to get to talk about their projects with people from different schools. On April 23rd, Miss Stritz's AP literature classes did a little special celebration for Shakespeare's birthday. Um, so students got to work with a partner and create their own Shakespearean sonnet based off of a different work they read earlier in the year. Um, Miss Stritz was very excited to do this. She always does a different kind of celebration for Shakespeare's birthday. So, it was very interesting and fun. Additionally, on April 25th, junior prom was held at the House of Pearl. So, the junior class said they had a great time and enjoyed the new venue. So, heard great things about the venue. And on May 1st, as you know, the seniors
filled the hallways with spirit and pride as students proudly wore their gear for their future plans, whether it be college, military, or trades. They were very excited to show off what the future holds for them. And now, in terms of what's coming up, next week on Tuesday, May 12th, Division has their second spring concert. So, this is for the chamber choir, jazz band, as well as our regular choir and both bands. Um, our groups have been working very hard and we can really see their improvement from the winter concerts. So, very proud of all the teachers and students who have been really putting in this effort. And the art department has been very busy preparing for their 26th annual art show held next week. Um, it's going to showcase all the amazing artwork that students
have created over this past year. I'm very excited for the art show. It's one of my favorite days of the year and this year I'm very excited because I'm a featured artist. So, I'm very excited. Thank you. Um, additionally, we're going to have performances by our chamber orchestra and choir. So, very excited for them. So, please come out to support our artists. And I want to give a shout out to Caitlyn M, whose artwork was selected to be the poster for this year's art show. So, big congrats to her as well. Thank you so much. Um, as always, we love hearing all the updates. Um, Ethan is busy with AP exams, so um, we're going to have to get double the love from MacArthur next time, >> but we do appreciate you, Sarah, rearranging your
AP schedule around us. >> I do appreciate that. >> At the beginning of the year, not taking classes at AP exams would conflict with this. So, yes, >> kudos to you. >> Um, very appreciative. Okay. Uh we are now moving to our public be heard portion of the regular meeting. Opportunities for the members of the community to speak. Please direct questions to the board. You are limited to three minutes and you're expected to use the microphone and clearly state your name and address. Tonight we have Maddie. So I have a lot to say but midterm right. Hi everyone. My name is Maddie Bies and I live at 1297 Shaw Place in Seafford in New York. One of the things I'm really proud of is to thank the letter for the lever of advocacy for people
with developmental disabilities and I'm excited to meet with with the upcoming assistant superintendent. Sadly, I was expecting to meet with the without outgoing director Dawn. Uh uh she is leaving to go to another district. I was hoping to request a meeting with her along with Lisa and Rob to discuss issues that I feel that need to be addressed. But that's for another time or I could reach out to them direct directly cuz I do have because one of the things I'm going to be very mad about is if we deny students with disabilities taking any AP or honors classes or denying MSATC, I'm you certainly bet I'm going to be mad as hell for that. But moving on to another topic. The topic tonight is is really one of the things I'm been very concerned
about is that having these seniors do it do an app called the splashing app. While children can have fun and do that, it could also be very dangerous. Children do not have the right to go to others people's properties without permission from the owner and squirting people someone in there. you know, we obviously we could sue the we could sue the public and and you know, that's really something that you know, the that the high school admit should be really paying attention to with the splash net because because you know, people don't want to be held liable or don't want their like car to be break if someone gets splashed. So please be aware of that that but but to answer to the administrator's question in terms of special ed my questions to the director
and the two assistant directors would be do you have the do you reserve the right to deny a student from taking an AP class a college class an honors class or a college entry exam and the answer would be yes or no and if they say yes you know I'm certainly going to be mad about and that's why I think we need to be having reform and I would like to meet with Miss Kinky as well to discuss, you know, reforms that could be better so that way students with disabilities could be included and not be denied because they're assigned a 1511 self-containment class. You know, we can't just have administrators denied just because of the union send it. So, with that being said, please have a great day. Remember to go out and vote.
And I'm glad that we have a public budget that is balanced budget while other texts ours are saying small and predictable. But we have to be aware of what's happening with the MTA potential strike that could happen as early as next Saturday. With a union, we have to do small and predictable increases rather than surprise people with one. Because if the unions get what they want, sadly, we have to pay. We have to flip the bill at 8%. God bless you all. Thank you. Okay. >> Yes. Um, so thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and your feedback. As always, we appreciate hearing from members of the community. Um, okay. We're going to move on to budget transfers. Do I have a motion to accept item 5.1, budget transfer? Phyllis, do I have a
second? Uh, Mike, any discussion? >> All in favor? >> Mike. Oh, Mike, I'm so sorry. >> Sorry, >> I didn't see >> uh yeah, I have a couple. So, I want to thank you. I like looking at the uh your uh descriptions and reasons why the cause of transit, but just for future sake, and I won't be here for the future, so uh but just for future sake, um like when you take $420,000 of employee benefits, health insurance, and you put them into uh operations contractual says funds needed to complete various renovation and improvement projects from across the district. Could you just put a reason why there was surplus in that one >> in the employee benefits? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Now, just no in in the future in the future we can do that.
But did this the simple answer is that we we we um budget the appropriated fund balance in that code primarily in that code and several others. And so we just draw down on that uh when we see when we can project a surplus. So this money is being used uh to put back into the buildings uh because we have a projected surplus either otherwise it falls back into uh fund balance and then we'd have to appropriate it in in a capital reserve and and that's and that's usually what we do. Uh but in some instances these projects are not eligible for building a so we don't have to go through that exercise for these. >> Okay. I just like I said, I just want to make sure that we're not well I guess you over
budget in that because that thing is very volatile. It goes I'm sorry for my voice here. Just let me get a sip of water. I'm sorry. >> And my wife would kill me, but uh um I just like >> on one that's not as obvious as that now look at it. um just on the other ones how that became overfunded by say $400,000 or $200,000, you know, but I do understand why you put it there and I had another one. >> Yeah, I think I think what Mr. Fabin's mentioning is that in that line to make that clear is that that's where the appropriated fund balance is and so that's where the money is actually coming from within that code. Explain that. Yeah, >> makes a ton of sense >> as opposed to just looking
like there's just money sitting there. >> That's what you're trying to find. >> 100%. Um once again I should have gave you this information earlier so I will wait for the wait for the answer at the next meeting or through an email. Security subs 115K subteers 223 director special ed 48 and districtwide behavior specialists 49k over. >> I I do not expect you to have that in front of you right now. Trust me. >> Yeah. No, we we we will put that we will put that together and get and give that in the in the weekly update. >> Thank you so much. Once again, my apologies for my late late uh but I had good reason this time. >> Yes. >> Okay. Thank you. All good. >> Okay. All in favor? >> Six against zero.
Okay. Uh schedules. Do I have a motion to accept item 5.2 to schedules. Uh Jimmy, do I have a second? Okay, Maryanne. Um discussion. >> Yes. Um thank you, President Lang. >> Anything for you? >> On schedule 105, I need to poll number three. Is the candidates no longer interested in the position? Is that correct, Mrs. Giz? >> Thank you. >> Okay. >> Did you get that, Mrs. Espazito? Okay. >> Okay. All in favor? We have six. Okay. Fabulous. Uh moving on. Do I have a motion to accept item 6.2 2 to 6.15 on the consent agenda. Phyllis, do I have a second? Mike, any discussion? >> Yes. Maryanne, please. Miss Adrian, >> I just have a question. Um, number 6.7, the shelter agreements. Is that something new? >> Uh, yes. So, um, as you
know, in when we're developing our own internal safety plans for the district, we have to identify locations that we can evacuate students to as well as locations we can reunify parents with students if they're evacuated from their building. And so, uh, we obviously have them within our district. This is one building that, you know, a lot of reunification takes place. There are other locations as well. Um but Nassau Boseis uh has schools all over the place in Nassau County. And so when you think about a school, well let's just say GCTEK which is in our building um it's not our program. And so if they need to evacuate those students to another location um the closest one would be Abby Lane which they don't own. And so it is the first time that Boseis has
approached us on developing plans like that. And so uh the recommendation was to go through council to develop an actual plan so that um everybody understood like who had what rights and what the responsibilities were for instance like Rosemary Kennedy which is very close to Lee Road that they could evacuate to that location. Um but I said you could evacuate to that field. I think it's what Ray Ray Roadfield right in the back the the field that's like the secret big field behind Lee Road. um they could evacuate there, but they can't evacuate into no into um into Lee Road because Lee Road is very small, so they can't have all of you know GCT inside Lee Road. Uh so it outlines basically where they can go, what they can do, who has to be
notified. Um but it really is a a great idea for Boseies to do that. We have a great relationship with Boseies and so we had no problem with it uh as long as it was just made sure that it was legal and uh you know it it it protected the district in regards to uh property and all that kind of stuff. Great question though. First time ever >> actually for some reason. >> Thank you. I would have forgotten that. >> Great job. >> Okay. Um all in favor we have six. Fabulous. Okay. Gives to school. We're moving on. >> Moving on. So, in a check uh a check of uh the amount of $1,000 to be donated for training lunchon for a refresher for staff regarding nicer risk transfer and insurance requirements from New York
schools insurance reciprocal 333 Earl Ovington Boulevard Unionale New York and a check in the amount of 80 cents to be donated to Summit Lean Elementary School for the student activity fund. It says 80 cents >> and I did clarify that to make sure it actually was 80 cents and it was 80 cents and we of course just a good example of how we or by the book here. Okay. We actually put it on the agenda u because that's what we're required to do. >> No, as we should 80 cents and hey 80 cents 80 cents. I appreciate it >> from um student activity fund box tops for education. So I would uh ask for a motion to accept these gifts with thanks. Um Maryanne, do I have a second? Peggy, I know it's first time
tonight. >> I need like this. >> Any discussion? >> All in favor? Sixth. Thank you. Upcoming dates May 19th, which is our special meeting budget vote. So, we are very excited for to have you all there. Um, and the regular meeting on June 10th. May I have a motion to adjourn the meeting? Peggy, do I have a second? Maryanne, all in favor? Okay, we have six. There we go.
