Okay, we're going to uh begin the Wednesday, May 6, 2026 Board of Education meeting the pledge, please. [clears throat] To the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. item of businesses. The board will need to adjourn for a very brief executive session. I promise will not be long. Um we're going to go across the hall and do our business quickly. Then we'll come back and continue on our journey uh for the purpose of collective negotiations for article 14 of source law. I'd like to get a motion please. >> Second. All in >> favor. Any opposed? Okay, we will be back short. >> That looks wonderful up there. Thank you for taking the time to >> I didn't

tape it to my >> forehead. [laughter] But it doesn't like [laughter] >> you're I'm about to become a lame duck. [laughter] >> Follow the leader. >> [laughter] >> exile being [laughter] five minutes. Okay, go ahead. >> I get a motion reconvene. >> Second. >> All in favor? >> Any opposed? >> Okay. Next item on the agenda is acceptance of the agenda. Should I get a motion to accept the agenda? >> Second. >> Any questions on the agenda? >> All those in favor? I. >> Any opposed? The agenda is accepted. Next item is the consent agenda which is resolution number 083 2025 approving the item the consent agenda. Motion please. >> Second. Any discussion on the consent agenda? All those in favor? I >> the opposent agenda is approved. Our next item is a recap of

uh the Misba lobby day short. Thanks for that. I'm going to turn it over to Mr. and on behalf of the Santa Cl District Board of Education like to recognize a group of students who recently participated in the lobby day in Albany. During this experience, students met with legislators saying their share their perspectives represent our district in discussions and issues that matter to school and students. The participation reflects a fair understanding of how the civic process works and roles individuals can play in. They conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner representing Sarah like well throughout the day. We appreciate your time preparation and willingness to take part in this opportunity and I'll say on a personal note, thank you Tori and to Josh for for coordinating this. It is essential in this era that

we lobby as much as we can, particularly being a small rural district. And by far the most impactful people in those days are students from. And not everyone does what we're doing here. So, thank you to both of you. With that, I'll turn it over to Josh. So, I'll call your names. There's a 20 minute speech that comes after that. Stop. Take Mrs. stand up. >> So, this is a big deal for me and I'm probably going to cry because I'm the mom on the board that cries. When I joined the school board, I joined the school. I ran for the school board because everybody talks about change. I want change. I need change. I need this different. I don't like how they're doing that. And I decided to put my money where my mouth

was. It's been interesting for four years. I never in my wildest dreams dreamt that I would be um in the offices of legislators in Albany and Washington, but I've seen that it can work. Our kids are eating free breakfast and free lunch, which is just one example of how this works. So, we need to raise a next generation of people that are going to stand up for our community and stand up for our kids. So, I've been pushing for this and we got these guys to take a day away from school on winter carnival week. Um, and I gave them a two-hour crash course on this is how you lobby and we went and not only did they do fantastic, they had all gone off and done their research, but they even had a meeting

off the floor, which means the legislator legislation is in session. They come off the floor comes off the floor. Things are still going on. There's people all over and they go, "Hi, I'm Michael Cashman." And go and you have 15 minutes to talk about everything that's important to you. And I cannot tell you how proud I am. They did so well. They argue points. They've done research. They came up with ideas. I've gotten a communication from Dan Stepp's office and Michael Passman's office on what [clears throat] a great job they were. They did more in two little meetings than any of us can do going down to Alb and going to Washington with me. So, thank you guys for doing this because you fulfilled one of my major purposes for being here. But thank you

for standing up for the rest of us that if you learned anything from this is that those little things, those little meetings can be massive over time. So >> yeah, I want I want to thank Tori for initiating this. We it was a long uh process to get this going, but uh Tori is relentless and persistent and so uh we we made it happen. But uh sitting in the meetings, Tori and I, um didn't do a lot of talking. Our our students did all the talking and just to listen to them in that capacity, um was pretty cool. So kudos to them. I just want to thank you for making this happen. So hopefully we can keep keep it going. >> ABSOLUTELY. [applause] >> [applause] >> thing that we worked on was that I know

these days not everybody shakes hands, but I'm making shake hands. [applause] >> Thank you. ABBY Waters was also on the field trip but wasn't able to make it. So, um, just want to thank you again and hopefully can keep this going. [applause] of all the things we do budget work etc. Good recognition is the one we enjoy the most. So thank you for coming. In that vein, the next item of business is to recognize our class senior New York State scholar athlete of the year for New York State. And uh we want to recognize achievement represents more than success on a field. Reflects commitment, discipline, and excellence in every sense of the word. The title scholar athlete of the year speaks to a bigger picture. Tells the story of someone who refuses choose between excellence

in the classroom and excellence in competition. The recognition is well earned. It's only beginning of what promises to be a very bright future. With that, I'll turn it over. >> Thank you, Mr. Farmer. Miles, come back up again. [laughter] >> Good evening, everyone. Um, I'd like to thanks for the opportunity to to recognize an outstanding young man, student, and athlete. The New York State High School Football Coach Association recognizes student athletes who excel both in and out of the classroom, balancing high level athletic performance with academic success. It honors individuals who demonstrate dedication, leadership, and commitment to maintaining a high GPA while contributing to their team's competitiveness. This award is open to all football student athletes across New York State within their school's classification. um could not think of a better um recipient of this

award than Miles. Um about 10 finalists for this award. Um and he was uh he was voted winner. Um and I think he embodies what student athletes uh really are truly about. Um and he's be taking his talents to I'll let you tell everyone. >> [applause] >> Not only is he going to play football there, but you also you want to share that? Is that okay? Track and field also. Track and field. ALSO, [applause] >> CONGRATULATIONS. Thank you. All right, moving on to the next portion of the agenda are public comments. [clears throat] I'll pop up with one more recognition, please. My name is Eric Bennett. Um I'm with the teachers association. This weekend, Tamit Mulani and Jesse Jacobi received the Rose Award for recognition of service and excellence. is an annual honor given by

the Zamba Club. I hope I pronounced that correctly to celebrate women who have made a significant impact um and positive impact on their local community. The award is represented by a yellow rose which is the international symbol of the zone. Sorry. Thank you. Um it signifies friendship, beauty and living legacy of women's leadership. Its purpose aims to highlight women who often work behind the scenes providing visible examples for tomorrow's female leaders. to meet and Jesse were honored for their work in establishing the multicultural night and the Ruby Bridges Walk. They were honored in a small gathering at Heaven Hills Farms this past Sunday, May 3rd, and were nominated by Diane Chase. Thank >> you, [applause] Miles. Don't forget when you leave to take your cool poster up here. It's on the podium. >> He's gone.

We'll get it. >> We'll get it to him. All right. For public session, the board of education encourages public participation in school related matters at board meetings. The board is here to listen during this period of meeting. Persons wishing to address the board shall state their name and organization. Three minutes will be granted to each speaker. Speakers are to conduct themselves in a similar manner. The board cannot permit a public session discussion involving individual district personnel or students. Persons wishing to discuss matters involving individual District personnel should present their comments and or concerns to the board for a written statement. Generally, the public session is not an interactive question and answer period. Uh the board will not be addressing specific questions responding to specific concerns from the public at tonight's meeting. Those can be addressed

uh with the superintendent of school box or board members through individual contacts. Board President has right to discontin public violates this policy. Having said that, who'd like to go first? >> Uh, good evening everyone. Karen Venus. I'm here tonight as the co-president of the Sarin Lake Teachers Association speaking on behalf of myself and our co-president Eric B. Uh we'd like to begin by acknowledging the daunting task this board, the administration, and our school business executive have undertaken in balancing the budget, $ 39.8 million. We recognize the challenge of meeting the state imposed tax levy cap of 75% while navigating significant cost increases, including rising healthcare and energy costs. I'd like to start by sharing just a few data points comparing the 2021 2022 school year to the projections for 2026 2027. Student enrollment is projected

to decrease by roughly 11% dropping from 1,095 students 5 years ago to an estimate of about 975 students for the upcoming year. This remains a projection as we await finalized preK and kindergarten registration numbers. The Sarinac Lake Teachers Association membership has decreased by 18.5%. Falling from 162 positions 5 years ago to a projected 131 positions next year. In contrast, not including the superintendent, there were five administrators five years ago. Next year's budget includes six. The total administrative portion, which Diane mentioned in her presentation of the budget, has grown from 9.14% to a proposed 11.05%, a 20% increase in its budgetary weight. As this data shows, while our student population and SLTA membership have decreased, our administrative footprint has moved in the opposite direction. We respectfully ask the board to consider an alternative to the currently

proposed staffing structure. Instead of two administrators and one dean in each building next year, we propose a model of one administrator and two deans of students in each building. Because it was only recently brought to our attention that administrative staffing was a focus of current board level conversations. This alternative is not based on collective feedback from our entire membership. However, in the past few days, Eric and I have had multiple conversations with SLTA executive committee members and colleagues within our buildings who have confirmed that this model aligns with our shared goals for the district's long-term stability. We also want to state clearly that we have a deep respect for our current administrators. Our colleagues in these roles work tirelessly and our input tonight is in no way a reflection of their professional commitment to our

staff and students. Rather, it's an analysis of our district's organ organizational structure aimed at addressing a topheavy administrative trend toward a time during a time of significant transition. To effectively manage the varying needs across our buildings, we propose at the high school, one dedicated junior high dean and one dedicated senior high dean. This split allows for developmentally developmentally appropriate support that recognizes the distinct social and emotional needs of our younger students as they transition into the secondary environment while providing stable oversight for our older students. at Prova, two deans to oversee all non-academic student affairs. This includes fostering a positive school culture, managing student conduct, and serving as the leads for the behavior framework of our MTSS. This model clarifies the lines of authority, eliminating the unintended bureaucracy and staff confusion that can arise when

administrative responsibilities are split between two principles in a single building. It also allows building principles to focus their full attention on instructional leadership and schoolwide expectations and operations. In closing, we ask as a board that you keep your resources as close to the students as possible. By choosing a staffing model with one administrator and two student centered dean positions in each building, you are supporting a plan that respects the taxpayer, effectively equipss our staff through this transition, and prioritizes the direct specialized care our students need to succeed. As always, thank you so much for your time and your continued commitment to our district. >> Thank you, Karen. >> Thank you. >> Would anyone else like to address the board? Okay, next up on the agenda is a financial report. Uh Nikki, >> um so there

weren't very many and I was very focused on other things this week that um I'm just going to move these to the next. >> So any of the transfers to the 11th All right, moving on to old business. Capital project update at the port. >> Also boring. We're waiting for the weather to change in order to do the rest of our outside work. The weather forecast is not cooperating. >> All right. Uh district facility planning, >> same thing. >> Correct. >> Uh under new business. Um curriculum adoption resolution number heat space sparkle art curriculum for grades K6. Motion please. >> Second. >> Any discussion on that? >> Sounds title. >> Would you be willing to just say a sensor about that? Um it's a national curriculum. So um it's really going to be used in

coordination with all of the other wonderful things that our elementary teacher realigned to move from middle school to elementary school students >> because she has the students year in and year out. It really is seven different preps right off the bat. So it's going to help her. We'll look forward to some uh mid uh >> mid school year updates on that. Right. Sounds cool. >> All right. All those in favor? >> I any opposed? Resolution's approved. Next order of business is the announcement of superintendent for our school which we reached to the ten of agreement. Um if I could get a motion to appoint Mr. Josh Dan, please >> second. >> All those in favor? >> Any opposed? >> All right. So, we do have a little paper to do. Um, I do have some

press releases here. Want to grab one. Mr. Dan will be available at the end of our meeting. >> No, I'm going to mute them up there. >> Can we clap? I'm sorry. >> [applause] >> question [laughter] that last week. Thank you. >> Congratulations. >> I think one of the things that uh I should point out is Diane graciously gave us plenty of lead time with her retirement through this process. So, we appreciate that. Also, Diane is not leaving us immediately. She will be with us the end of August. Uh Josh's appointment is effective July one as the deputy superintendent for schools. Um he will pick up a lot of day-to-day operations and D will be involved in some other aspects of the transition and the configuration. So there is an overlap there. Um we try

to do that a lot of times when we can. We get the bus garage and various other places. It's just a good way to uh ease someone in. In this case Josh has been with us for a long time so he has a better lay of the land. But, uh, we're appreciative of their the work that they're going to do again. So, thank you both for that. >> I'm making the list. [laughter] >> Yes. So, I would also say everybody lining up to uh curry favors with the new superintendent July one. We will not have uh time to be dealing a lot of that stuff until. So, congratulations, Josh. Well deserved. >> Okay. Next up, our reports. Any superintendent reports? >> Um, our admins. Let's start with Mr. Dan. Do you have anything? >> I

just wanted to um thank Fred Rodell and Hotel Sarinac for sponsoring our quarterly breakfast. I think over the course of the year, uh, the Hotel Sarinac sponsored over a 100 students. Um, and every uh teacher that referred a student was uh was given a gift card. So, uh, kudos to Fred for recognizing, um, how awesome our kids are and our staff and and really helping helping us out. So, I want to give Fred and Hotel Senate a round of applause. I also just want to thank the board and the U stakeholder committee groups um, for their time with this process. It was not a short process. U, I guess I'm I'm humbled and uh, ready to get to work. So, thank you. >> Great. Thank you, Josh. Amy Uh we've had a very busy week

so far celebrating our awesome staff for teacher appreciation week and Mrs. Andrea Smith for school nurses day today. We've also just about finished our New York State testing with ELA and math makeups wrapping up by next Friday. I'm pleased to report that all students who were present took all New York State test this year school. Uh we have our fourth and final coffee with the counselors meeting for parents and guardians at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, May 15th. Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. McHugh will lead the conversation focused on internet safety. Uh families do not need to sign up ahead of time or RSVP. They can just show up that morning and we hope to see many of our families there. Uh we're excited to announce our fourth annual Sarak Lake Middle School Career Day taking place

on May 19th from 9:30 to 11:30. Uh this event will feature representatives from over 17 local businesses and organizations, giving our students a valuable opportunity to explore a wide range of careers and connect with professionals from our community. Uh career day is part of the middle school's ongoing effort to inspire students and help them start thinking about their futures with curiosity and confidence. If you are in the area, please stop by the bus circle and check it out. I'd also like to thank Mrs. McHugh, Mrs. McCormack, and Mr. Hansen for organizing this important event for all of our middle school students. And last but not least, we have many activities in May and June to orient our students and families to our new junior high next year. Our annual freshman orientation will be on Wednesday,

May 20th at the high school from 9:15 to 11. And then freshman orientation will be followed by a tour for our rising seventh and eighth graders on Friday, June 12th. And we have scheduled an open house for rising seventh and eighth graders and their families on Monday, June 22nd. So, all this is in our newsletter for our families, but I thought it was important to start talking about our transitional plan. Really exciting. >> Good. Thank you. >> Thank you, >> Brian. A lot of the same things that Amy listed, but I also wanted to echo Mr. Bennett's congratulations to Jesse as the recipients of the Rose Award. Um, just an awesome thing to them and for our our district. Um, teacher appreciation week. Um, and they're right smack in the middle of it and been

great, you know, to celebrate the things that our great things our teachers do day in and day out. Um, again, finished up sort of state testing today. It seems like it's been going, it doesn't seem like it has been going since we got back from break. um between ELA, science, and now math. We got some makeups tomorrow and Friday, and we'll be wrapping that up, and then we go right into our end of the year benchmark assessments starting next week. So, it's that time of year. Couple field trips coming up. Our second graders are going to the Wild Center tomorrow and our kindergarteners are headed to North Country School um checked out how that operates and the farming aspect and all the fun stuff that they have to offer. Thank you, Ryan. Melissa, >> um

just want to share that both the district professional development plan and um district technology plan are due this June. Uh throughout the year, the two committees met together after school to help refine both plans. And because it's volunteer and it's so much work, I really want to call them by name. So beyond Diane Bruce, Brian, myself um are the volunteers were Carolyn Mezer, Joel Marahu, Teresa Stut, Zach Dri, Cara Mun, Christy Judas, and Kylie Rosett. Um those plans due to their work are finalized and ready to be submitted slashapproved. And I'm just going to tell you very quickly what the goals are and these will eventually be posted on the website. So for the the professional development plan, it includes goal one is um coherent K through 12 academic writing which they're working on and

great strides in two is student centered and performance based learning. I'm most excited about three which is a professional culture, teacher leadership to create intentional structures to recognize, support and elevate uh strong teacher leaders. Goal four is cultural belonging and tier one social emotional practices. She's busy. Let me drill. I mean, I need >> That's the gong. [laughter] >> I thought I had it on. >> Goal five addresses the civic engagement in real world application. And six is instructional technology, AI capacity, and computer science digital fluency. And just a note, the climate education did not fall off the map. It's going to be addressed intentionally um through the New York State Science Learning Standard as well as cross um curricularly. And for the technology plan, AI capacity building for staff and students, computer science and

digital fluency integration, instructional technology integration, and then the infrastructure safety and system reliability. >> Thank you very much, Erica. >> 21st century uh budget for year five, our final year was submitted yesterday. Um so it's a bittersweet moment. That's a a sad day for us to know that our sunset is next June. So, this is the summer uh for all of our staff to participate in anything 21st century they can dream of. We already have a packed calendar of opportunities throughout our community and we will be located right here at the high school this summer for um both our [clears throat] campers through YMCA and 21st Century will be located right here. and an update to Ready [clears throat] for School. Same date, same time, new channel right here at the high school in uh

the gym. We will be welcoming families and our concession stand, brand new, will be out serving um treats from our cafeteria right out on at the concession stand. So, we hope to see you all there August 27th from 4 to 7 p.m. right there at the high school. >> No pressure, Mike. [laughter] >> August. So about the 21st century, I thought there was a possibility we weren't going to get the year, but we are. >> Your card, >> correct? Yes, that was confirmed at our conference last week and that was you could feel a sigh of relief in the entire audience knowing that everybody was going home to fulfill. >> Yeah, it's great. Yes. And we're we have our fingers crossed, eyes crossed, all the things crossed for our extended school day grant, which would

allow us to continue for five more years in similar similar capacity. >> Thank you, Erica. Suzanne, >> um so our five-year grant for the system of care with Franklin County is suns setting August 31st. Um that's a grant that allows a social worker to come in and provide services to a school district. However, they have made arrangement that we will still have services in school to support our students and our families outside of school as well. So, even though we are we won't have the system of care grant anymore um or the county won't have it, we will still have some of those services in place for those two providers to um work with our families, which is really good. Um they do a lot of work filling the gaps that um need to be

filled. Um in district, we just finished up all of our annual reviews for our students with disabilities. So that means our IEPs have been created for next year. Um counseling staff has done a great job working with um the placements and the scheduling and all those pieces. So that is ready to roll. And uh we will be welcoming in our incoming kindergarteners and meeting again with those families to make sure that our services are in place for next year and wrapping up preschool and and the month. >> Thank you. Okay, >> I just wanted to thank uh Brian and Sierra for welcoming our students that are going to be coming to Prova for next year. I thought the tours were really successful. They were really well attended. I think they were really excited about building

our brand. They were like, "How many playgrounds do you have?" [laughter] So, that's really what they care about. But, but it was great and I thought it was a nice way to welcome them and we'll have another opportunity for them to do that at field days. logo. Uh, last week we had our monthly award assembly and the students um caped Miss Nancy from the cafeteria as the cafeteria superhero. So, that was really sweet. The kids love that. Um, our students are also going to the farm tomorrow and the wild center. We've been doing all of our field trips in a joint way and that's been really a great opportunity to go on board trips because we can consolidate our transportation. Uh, this Friday we're also having an alphabet fashion show for families. It's UPK to

grade two. Everyone's welcome to attend. We had a dress rehearsal today. It's at 1:15 in the cafeteria. It includes adjectives and nouns and um letters. So, they're very excited. They've all made costumes. The joy of a UPK this second grade. [laughter] >> Thank you. >> Okay. Thank you. Uh next up, our student report. Um this last weekend, Friday and Saturday, we had the Miss Solo Festival with roughly 70 students in attendance from Sarak High School. [cough] Um between both band and chorus, some students did both. I was among them. I did a level six conference audition for conference all state and scored very well. Uh this week we have both driver awareness week and teacher appreciation week. Um among the driver awareness there's been organized by students of drivers ed and Mrs. McGinness. We've had

many events. Um I haven't participated in any myself because my schedule is busy. But I know there were drunk goggles, a drunk driving simulator. Um, and I heard a drunk go-kart track kind of deal along with this Friday we have a mass casualty incident recreation um, which is just going to mimic like a twocar crash with first responders. They're going to run through the whole process and I heard from a friend of mine in the volunteer fire department that they will be bringing out the jaws of life to remove the roof of one of the vehicles um for all the realism. >> Um back to teacher appreciation week. Uh many students have made postcards to their favorite teachers and just teachers in general to show their appreciation. And this Friday we have a dress up

day where students will dress as teachers and teachers dress as students which is entertaining. Um, the last thing I have is the upcoming junior prom at White Face Club on Saturday and then the schools after prom running into Sunday early in the morning with the opportunity to win, if you've seen it outside, the little red Nissan hatchback as a prize for attending. >> Thank you very much. Okay, moving on to uh committee reports. Uh I think I'll lead off. Um we've been talking about structure um reorganization and purposely and held off on uh on the admin end of it because we didn't know what superintendent will be. Now that that's been determined, I think uh probably need to have a discussion about that our next meeting about possession about how we feel about not personnel

but positions. So we'll have to get ready for that. Nancy, >> uh, a couple things. Um the uh CPL team which is the engineer uh the engineers that have been doing the flute uh electrification plan come up with a so they did a they updated it based on a single bus uh route that we we switched to and uh they had forward via the report and we met yesterday just to because I had some questions just clarification questions and we're going to clean up a couple little things and then you know everybody on the board will get a copy of that and at some point in the future, especially when we have our new superintendent on board, then we can really get into talking about how we're going to deal with this. So, that's a

good good discussion. It's good. I can only say that the um a lot of improvements going from the two bus fronts to the one front as far as the electrification goes. So, that's you know, more than a small contribution to that. Um, and then also just to report briefly, I went to the NISBA inerson committee meeting, the committee meeting meeting back in the end of March. I had I missed the last couple meetings, so um I haven't been able to report on it, but it was really interesting. It was down in Albany and uh you know you discussed how the portrait of a graduate and inspired you know from state edi you know kind of folks of the morning alorear campaign which is NISA's um campaign that um it's a it's a new acronym for

DEI in your way but it's a little bigger than that. I also talked about mentoring and networking board members which was a really interesting conversation because in my mind I was picturing how you know we can mentor more board members of you know district different districts to do more of this kind of equity and inclusivity work. There's other people in the group who are really talking about um mentoring board members that are that you know identify from the minority group and and helping them feel um comfortable and and you know in their role as as board members. It was a turned into a pretty interesting I mean I was the only one that was it was a mix how we were viewing and recommending this question. Um it also NISBA is also introducing some assessment

tools for districts to look at um how they're you know identify gaps in policy and program services um that serve as barriers to equity and inclusion and also to assist assist boards evaluate how effective their practices are that promote um equitable opportunities and inclusive environment. So that was really positive. They're not ready for broad release, but but that's what they're looking for. So, that's about it. It was a good meeting. We have another uh virtual meeting this Saturday. >> Thank you, N. Thanks, >> Justin. >> Joe, >> yeah, I have a few things and they're kind of all over the place. Um, we have a DEI meeting tomorrow. It's the last one of the year, so those are open. People are welcome to attend those. Um, there's a lot of like fun things going on

in the district. been able to attend a lot of track and field events, kids going to NISMA as well. The dance sanctuary event this weekend was just always a profound experience. Every time I get to see that, it's always like amazing. Thank you for helping. Um I uh have been in a bunch of recent conversations lately with members of the board of regents. Everybody's waiting for the budget to come down. And so there's a really interesting question around um will the state assign funding for the new graduation uh requirements. I'm here to say that that is an open question still. Um I was involved with writing the new climate change education regulation and um and so so there's a everybody is kind of waiting for the state budget right now which I mean you did

the budget presentation earlier like you still don't actually know what's the word is from the state. So um all of that to say I'm in regular contact with members of the board of regents specifically around the new graduation requirements which I personally am really excited about. Um it is uh teacher appreciation week and as a former teacher one of the reasons I left teaching was because of the kind of high stakes regime that I thought was really damaging teaching and so I'm really looking forward to working with all the teachers on that as that comes up. Um, I presented in Chris Gosling's class the other day about climate change and challenged him to to challenge us for a district climate adaptation plan which many school districts are excited to make. So to bring students to

do it. So um that's all I have. >> Perfect. Thank you. Nothing to report. >> Thank you. Um, and just as Joe said, we're still waiting on uh the state's budget, even though our budget is you've seen our budget and it is partially based on the state budget. Um, it was due April 1st, so we are well over a month. Um, so far nothing has changed changed drastically since we last spoke. Um but we are looking at minimal increases um across the board but they're really positive. Other than that I got my >> Mike. Uh no I I just want to mirror what Joe said about the dance sanctuary.
