001Good evening everyone and welcome to the May 18th rules committee meeting of the Akran public school board. The committee meets twice per month. I'm Barbara Sykes, president of the board as well as chair of the committee. I'm joined by vice chair uh member Renee Molandar as well as committee member Kelly. Superintendent uh Mary is avail also present as well as a number of her staff members. I would also like to acknowledge board member Harrison is with us today. We will begin the meeting with approval of the previous minutes. Uh may I have a motion please? I move to approve the previous meeting minutes. >> Thank you. Is there a second? >> Second. >> Uh motion has been made and second and all those in favor I. >> Those opposed. >> I see nothing that indicates
002that we have anyone present to make public comments. So we will go directly to our agenda items. So we will move instead of uh uh the agenda items as you have we will go to new business and under that new business we will first discuss an item that has been referred to the rules committee and that is public records and so the chair of the public records committee of the uh policy committee is here and so can we hear from you member Harrison? Thank you, Madam President. >> Madame President, I would like to present uh to the rules committee um for consideration to go um on the regular agenda for um the next meeting, our public records policy. >> Um and this would be a revision of the current public records policy and that policy
003number is 8310. Um so we have extensive conversations with the committee members, administration as well as our legal council and we believe that the public records policy is a policy with the revisions um that reflects the um current state of what we are trying to accomplish as a district with our transparency. Um and we have some items that um I would like to point out. We have definitions um within our new policies. We have definition of the policy, the availability of records, requests for records, acknowledgement of requests, denials and redactions of those records. Um this policy will cover electronic communications, the fees, and board member access in the repository. So we would ask that um this policy be considered for uh the agenda on the next regular board meeting. >> Are there any questions or
004any comments? Nothing from the administration. Nothing. I just have a couple couple questions here. Looking at this under the acknowledgement of requests where it indicates the record custodian. Should we make it clear to the record custodian is the treasurer or or do you think it's better to stay generally because >> Good evening, Madam President, members of the committee, member Harrison, Superintendent Notley, um the board last year appointed uh Treasurer Bowers as the public records custodian in a resolution for the district. Uh so that that is a clear establishment that he is the public records custodian. Um you could reference in this uh policy. Uh but in the event that that may change um you wouldn't want to have to go back and change that language just for a different designation. Uh just a recommendation uh
005to be considered. >> Okay. Uh the other question that I have is on the estimated cost if copies are requested. I'm wondering how much are we charging currently for copies? Do we know that? >> Madam President, my understanding is the price uh in the pro proposed revision has remained the same as we currently charge. Is that 10 cent per copy? Uh just my opinion. I think that's kind of low. I mean, if we go to Cano's, we get charged a copy. It's got it's more than I mean, just considering uh how much which we been if we go someplace else, we're certainly being paid more intense than a copy. And then finally, uh but you just think that that is that's still a fair amount. It was discussed. Members, >> um, Madame President, one of
006the things that we try to do is maintain what we had >> just kind of update the policy. >> Okay. But we certainly can consider uh if if there is a recommendation um that we we would up those fees. Now I I'm just thinking that I know that the number of copies that's been requested the number of requests of public records has significant significantly significantly increased from just a year ago. And so that means that takes up a lot of staff time. It takes up the wear and tear on the equipment. And so I'm just thinking if that's that 10 cent really even comes close to estimating the cost of actually making these copies now and recognizing that some of the items that uh will be requested are more than one one sheet. So that
007that's also I'm looking at the number of records requested by a person that the district will transmit by US mail should be limited to 10 per month. 10 per month. So, so one person could request quite a bit in one month's time. And I know that in talking to our treasurer that uh he mentioned to me just coming from a conference a month or so ago that people are starting to just what was the terminology and just asking for large numbers of documentation. is similar to swatting but uh using public records as a weapon to request all types of documents. So, I'm thinking if if the charge for them to do this is a little bit more expensive, then to receive this information, maybe it will kind of cause them not to want to request
008as much just >> Thank you, Madam President. Um I I too had some information on the people that do web content or um create these videos that they will ask for an abundance of records every month. Mhm. >> Um and and my only concern would be um to try to dissuade them >> but making it >> more difficult for the average citizen. >> And so if I if if I could present in July of 2022, uh well most of 2022 we were in single digits for that month. July we had seven, August we had six, September we had five. Compared to um 2025, those same months we had 18, 15, 10, and 20. So we have significantly increased our um the amount of record requests we are getting. Um, so, uh, I don't know if
009the administration would have an ideal of charges, um, but maybe it would be to our benefit to look at addressing the um, systemic requests from the same persons uh, or the same emails address or or kind of look at that as opposed to just going um, higher on our records. >> Well, just something I want to bring bring to the attention, but the number that I remember for public records requests was much more than what what I hear you're saying. I don't know if the treasurer remember that number uh but uh I thought it was in the hundreds as opposed to the teens. >> So, Good evening, Madam President. Um, >> are you referring to the document we talked about retreat with the number of >> requests per year? >> Exactly. >> Do you recall
010how many D that legal council maintains that? So, I think David could I believe it's right here. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I think the statistic uh you're discussing is uh in the past 5 years the number annual uh requests total has gone from the mid50s >> four or five years ago uh to six to seven times that now per year right >> and that's the the jump to the hundreds I believe the reference >> yeah that was the hundreds that I was thinking about but but if anything we just keep track of it and watch it and then if the administration if you think we need you need to come back to talk about this because it could get really I think uh kind of cost prohibited at least we want to try to re
011uh charge for at least recognize that we're taking staff and equipment time to respond at the same time recognizing that everybody has the right uh to request public records and should we receive them but it is at a at a cost. All right. So the uh request is that this item be moved to the agenda for our regular meeting that will take place on uh Monday. Is there a motion? >> So moved. >> Is there a second? >> Second. >> There's a second. So the recommendation that this item will go on the it's that this item will go on is committee uh requesting that this goes on the regular agenda or consent agenda policy committee. >> I request a regular agenda. >> The regular agenda. So hearing no objections to the regular agenda. The item
012will go on the regular agenda. Item title public record will go on the regular agenda at our next scheduling schedule meeting which is Monday the 20 May the 26th. Is that right? Tuesday. That's right. We we recognize a holiday. All righty. So, uh we also have a additional new item that the treasurer brought to our attention under new business. We'll take that up now to Mr. Treasurer. >> Thank you, Madam President. Today we received from Summit County the documents I just handed out to everybody. They um last year the development finance authority sold one Cascade Plaza to Pleasant Valley Corporation. Um the resulting sale proceeds provided for sufficient funds to satisfy all of the delinquent taxes that were owed on the property. And so we are going to receive uh 640,24397. They are asking that
013we return the signed agreement that I've provided. Um, so I'm asking that this be placed on next week's agenda so that we can fasttrack this as quickly as possible. >> Yes. Any questions or comments from any member of the committee or any member of the board? Hearing none, is there any objections to placing this on the consent agenda? hearing none, then the request will be that this be placed on the consent agenda. And thank you very much. So now we'll go back to our regular agenda. Treasure, you can stay. So we have under the regular agenda the treasur's resolution to authorize approval. Oh, nope. We will discuss this in the regular agenda, but we can talk about it. It's just the uh authorizing the approval of the record uh destruction. Yes. Okay. >> Yes. That
014takes about 10 minutes. Todd Atkins is our record uh >> record retention officer. >> Record retention record destruction. But it'll be a special meeting, but just to bring to the board attention that that this is the time of the year that we will do this and we will do it at our next regular schedule meeting also just for the board. Yeah, >> it brings a list of the records that need destroyed that have been copied in some way and placed in permanent storage or they're no longer required to be maintained. >> Right. So that's considered a special board meeting. >> So we will meet is it at 5:15 next week? 5 >> That sounds right. It's before the regular. >> It would only take a few minutes. Yeah. To do that, but we will meet
015here. uh at our next board meeting to approve the destruction of records and that committee consist consists of the treasurer, the superintendent and myself as president of the board. All righty. Okay. So the next item is uh the approval of the finance report. And so treasurer, you will be going over this in the finance committee, the resolution for April, >> correct? We'll be going over April's numbers Wednesday night and then again at the board meeting Monday night. >> All righty. So that will be on the agenda also. Thank you. Thank you, Madam Superintendent. Um, Chair Sykes, I just wanted to make sure you understood that this was the updated agenda that has what, um, our treasurer just shared. It's actually on the document. >> Oh, so the document was updated to reflect what treasure Bowers
016just said. the new business thing >> under the new business. >> Oh, so we didn't have a copy of the actual agreement that we need to sign. Okay, great. >> Thank you. Thank you. We appreciate you providing this to us. What treasure? I actually think that's it for you. >> Okay. So, we'll start with 10.1. Professional staff and administration personnel recommendation. >> Hello, welcome. >> Thank you. Just lower that a little bit. Okay. Um, under 10.1 we have four >> Could you pull the mic down a little bit? >> Four retirements. We have Karen Anzaldi. >> Before you start, could you just introduce yourself, please? >> Oh, I'm sorry. I'm Judy Nuer, the benefits manager in human resources. >> Thank you. All righty. Thank you, Miss Ner. Um, under 10.1 we have four retirements. We
017have Karen Anzaldi, a first grade teacher at Finley CLC. It's retiring after 27 years of service to Akan public schools. >> We have Kathleen Durkin who is in a teacher in our talent and organizational development area. She is retiring after 37 years of service with Akran public schools. Eric Rouse who is a junior ROC instructor at Garfield and he has completed five years of service with Akran public schools and Paula Olrich who is retiring as a fourth grade teacher from Resnik CLC after 21 years of service. >> Wonderful. Thank you. Are there any questions or comments? Any members of board or any member of the committee? There any objections to placing this item on the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we will request that it goes on the consent agenda 10.2. >> In
01810.2, we have a leave of absence for professional staff. We have three leave of absences uh as per collective bargaining agreement. >> Okay. Is there any questions or any comments for 10.2? Hearing none and seeing none, is there any objection to placing the item on the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, the item will be requested to go on the consent agenda. 10.3 >> 10.3 we have employment in our speech therapist job classification. Uh we are recommending two uh replacement positions full-time for the 26 27th school year. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Hearing none and seeing any. Are there any uh objections to this going on the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, the item will be requested to go on the consent agenda. 10.4. >> 10.4. We have a funding assignment
019for title 2 funds uh for the 2627 school year. >> Any questions for any member of the committee? Member Harrison. >> Thank you, Madam President. Madam President, we have a few of these change funding assignments and I'm just wondering where the funds is it's being changed from where to where >> in >> Thanks, Mr. Harrison. >> In 10.4, that's actually a funding assignment for the next school year from title two. Those funds are being assigned to title two for the 26 27 school year. I think the question was where's where where where where did the funds come from for this year? >> Typically it's the same. It's reappoint from year to year. >> Superintendent, did you want to add? >> No, that is accurate. Madame Chair, I just wanted to address member Harrison's question. It
020was in the same funding last year. Is >> okay. Any additional questions from any member of the committee? Any members on the board? Any objections to placing this on the consent agenda? Hearing? None. And seeing none, the request will be that it goes on the consent agenda. 10.5. >> Uh 10.5. Again, another funding assignment for the 26 27th school year. Uh these positions will be funded under title one. >> Okay. So the answer is the same. It was funded under title. They were funded under title one last year the year or this this year that we're ending. >> Yes. They're reappointed those funds every year. >> Okay. When there's money to be correct. >> Yeah. >> When there's money. >> Yeah. Any questions? Any comments? Hearing none. Any objections to placing on the consent agenda?
021Hearing none, we will request that it goes on the consent agenda. 10.6. >> In item 10.6, Six, we have a funding assignment. Um, this is a funding assignment for the next school year of title 4 funds 50% and general funds 50%. >> Okay. Any questions, any comments, any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we request that it goes on the consent agenda. 10.7 >> in 10.7 another funding uh appointment for the 2627 uh school year of two individuals in the student services department under title 4 funding. >> Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none, the item will be requested to go on consent agenda. Um, okay. We're at 10.9. Is that right? Nope. >> 10.8. >> Did we do 10.8? >> 10.8. >> Uh, funding assignment under Ohio
022preschool program staff. Uh, we have two individuals that are to be assigned to the Ohio preschool program funding for the 2627 school year. >> Okay. All righty. Uh, any questions? Any comments? Hearing none. And seeing none, any objections to the consent agenda. Request will be that it go on consent agenda 10.9. >> Under 10.9 funding assignment for the 2627 school year. Uh these individuals are funded via title one except where indicated where it could be split between SSI funds in title one, title two and title one. Um and that is listed out accordingly. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Member Molinar. >> Thank you, President Sykes. Uh my question is I I see now uh member Harrison was preparing us when he said there were a bunch of these and so now I see there
023are a whole bunch of these. Um and so if we aren't moving the current funding, it sounds like we're approving >> Yeah. >> next year's positions now. That's what that's what this is doing. Um, so is this is this what's part of the finance committee agenda or someone just I'm I'm just wondering there are so many things here. Have we received this before today and I missed it? So >> I typically I believe the process is for title funds they're they're reortioned or reappointed every school year. So we you know last year at this time we probably were looking at similar recommendations for different title funding. Um and it is for the entire fiscal year. And again I I'm unclear about the finance committee question. Okay. Thank you. Uh, director, >> thank you. If I
024could just add, so I think you may be used to my terminology when I say renewal of the funding for the next year, and we've had those for the past two weeks, and there's been an excessive amount of renew the renewal of the funding assignment. So, we have been doing them, but no, they have not gone through finance committee. They come directly to rules. >> Okay. Member Mullinar, >> thank you. But this is so if it's the renewal of and the continuation of or um approving things and the planning for next year, this is all in the budget and has all been budgeted for and if we dug in, it would be there. >> Superintendent. >> Um Madame Chair, we just wanted to point out again that this is being done through our title department
025and it's grant funded. So this is not general fun. So it would not have likely gone through um a finance. It's not these are items that have been identified to be paid for under general fund unless it's a split grant like the SSI, but they're title funds. >> Okay. So you member Kelly. Okay. So, so this is just a routine. >> Yes. >> Necessity. I think we just those are just on the board. Those of us that was on the board last year, we're just kind of thinking did we go through this? But this probably just sent directly to consent agenda without any dis. >> Correct. And if I'm not mistaken, we did all of our special ed uh the board the rules committee before this one. We send them through every year and that's
026paid out of a different fund in the special ed department. >> Okay. As long as the money is there, it's in the budget and uh most of it is not general fund. So that's member Kelly. >> Uh thank you, >> Madame President. I do have some questions because some of them are I see title two, title four also general fund is combined with and I don't want to move ahead but there are some agenda items where I see both combined. It would help uh if I had some clarifications on those specific titles and then if we could also provide a little detail regarding why we're combining a title like title 4 and a general fund >> superintendent. >> Yes, thank you. Yes, we can certainly do that. And an example would be um Karen Stippic.
027uh she was completely under title four and we could tell you what things are allowable to be paid for under title four but when she had to have a change of positions then we did you do see a a change because we can't supplant and so we can certainly have additional insight so that you'll understand why some have two different funding grants and some may have one. We can do that for you. Okay. Any additional questions? So, so as we go forward, you will we'll make sure that member Kelly what that everyone gets the information just so we can all understand. >> Yes, we'll definitely have I'm sorry, presidents. We will definitely have um Mr. uh Liki who prepared these for us prepare an explanation of when we're using title when we're using title one
028two three four or if we have to split with general fund but it helps to alleviate taking funds completely out of general fund. >> Okay. Well, I'm happy to see that we're still getting some title one, two, three, four, some federal funds in education. So uh is the request to approve uh to is there any objections to sitting this cons consent agenda understanding that we do want to receive the information requested by member Kelly and that would be for for for just generally giving us an overview about all of these items. Uh so we're on 10.9. Is that correct or we still on 10.8? >> I think that was nine. >> 10.9. Yeah. Okay. So, consent agenda with understanding that we'll receive some follow-up information. Madame superintendent, if done by Thank you. 10.10. >> Uh,
029we are recommending a um transfer from a substitute school psychologist uh to a replacement full-time position of school psychologist for the 2627 school year. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections for consent agenda? Hear none consent agenda. We will request 10.11. In >> 10.11, we have a change in contract status for two individuals. One is going from a.5 to a 1.0 contract and one is going from a uh 1.0 to a.5 contract and that is effective for the 26 27 school year. Okay. Any questions, any comments? Hearing none. Seeing none, is any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none, we request that it goes on consent agenda 10.12. In 10.12, we have the ratification of the non-renewals of the teaching contracts for two individuals as uh per the intern board of review or IBORE um
030and in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreement. >> Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to placing this on the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we request that it goes on the consent agenda. 11.1 resignation. >> In 11.1 we have a resignation uh of a full-time employee assigned to project rise. >> Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we request consent agenda 11.2. >> 11.2 we have the resignation of a part-time um school climate team member. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Hearing none. And seeing none, the request will be that it goes on the consent agenda 11.3. >> In 11.3 uh we have the appointment of two in uh admin specialists or administrative specialists uh for a 30-day each program for safety town funded by
031title 4 funds. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Member Mullenar. Thank you, Madame President. Um, my question is, is this for a summer program or year round? >> It's done throughout the school year. Different schools have different time frames, but it will be 30 days total for the next school year. >> Next school year. Are we running any over the summer? Do you know? >> I'm not clear. I don't believe so, but I'm not 100% on that. And the last one I just want to say um for anyone that doesn't know, I've heard a rumor and maybe you can confirm that we are one of the only city school districts that runs their own safety town. Um and so all of our students get access to uh safety instruction and things like that. I know
032when my son came home from safety town, we had to go home and make a fire plan so we all know where to go in case of a fire. Um and so this is something um wonderful that we do and we're lucky to do. Thank you. >> All right. Any additional comments, any questions, any objections to placing this on the consent agenda? Hearing none, we will ask that it goes on the consent agenda. 11.4. >> 11.4. We have a secondary assignment uh for tutor or extended day tutoring wages for project rise. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we request that it goes on the consent agenda 11.5. >> Uh these are secondary assignments. We're recommending secondary assignments uh for the summer program for kindergarten readiness
033boot camp. We have 26 secondary assignments for this summer program that are grant funded. >> Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Member Harris. >> Thank you, Madam President. I have a question concerning the hours. Um, well, first let me say I I certainly think we should and thankful that we do have a pre kindergarten boot camp. Um, so I I don't question the program. Uh, the hours uh we have a this program lasting a month and the hours for most of them are 100. I see a couple of them have three months. So, are we paying overtime? That that would come out to 24. >> No, these are all um teacher assignments. So, they're um the 153 would be total hours for that duration. And the difference probably is because a coordinator
034position would start development of the program prior to the actual program start where the children come in. >> Okay. Any additional questions? Any additional comments? Uh any objections to placements on the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we would ask that it goes on the consent agenda. 11.6 >> 11.6. Uh we have another secondary assignments for summer school um for our level up academy. These are all teachers um to handle the summer school program throughout the summer. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and see none. We will request that it goes on the consent agenda. Okay. 11.7 >> 11.7 uh level up substitute teachers appointment for the summer program for the level up. >> Okay. Any questions, any comments, any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none, we
035will request that it goes on the consent agenda 11.8. >> 11.8 is another summer program. This is for our third grade reading academy. Um, these would be to generate these appointments are for a substitute pool for the third grade reading academy summer school program. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to a consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none. We request that it goes on the consent agenda. 11.9 employment summer school. >> 11.9 is employment summer school. These are teachers being appointed for a summer program for credit recovery. Any questions? Any comments? Hearing none. Seeing none, any objections to consent agenda. So we request that it goes on consent agenda. 1110 >> employment for summer school teachers under title one and title 1D funding. >> Okay. So there's two individuals there. Any questions? Any
036comments? Any objections for consent agenda? Hearing none. We request that it goes on the consent agenda. 11.11 >> employment for secondary assignments for summer school program uh third grade reading academy we have 33 teachers >> okay any questions any comments any objections to consent agenda hearing none and seeing none we request that it goes on the consent agenda 11.12 >> 11.5 is a renewal of a funding assignment under title two and title three Okay, that's one individual there. 11.12. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda hearing? None. We request that it goes on the consent agenda. 11.13 family services specialist Ohio preschool program. >> 1113 is a fun a renewal of a funding assignment for family services specialist under the Ohio preschool programs funding. >> Okay. Any questions, any comments, any objections to
037consent agenda? Hearing none of seeing none, we request that it goes on the consent agenda. 11:114, >> a renewal of funding assignment for the 26 27th school year under title one, two, and four funds. >> Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to going on consent agenda? Hearing none, we request that it goes on the consent agenda. 11:15 >> 11:15 uh 13 appointments for summer school program through the non-publix. >> Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we would go now to 12 supplemental contracts personnel recommendations. Under 12.1, we have two contracts uh being issued under student teacher mentors and two spring athletic contracts. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none, seeing none, we request that it goes on the consent agenda. Uh
03813 substitute teachers. >> 13.1. We have resignation of two substitute teachers. >> Okay. Any questions, any comments, any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we'll go to the consent agenda. 13.2 reclassification. Under 13.2, we have reclassification of a tutor to a substitute teacher effective 526. >> Okay. Any questions, any comments, any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we're starting on 14. 14.1 substitute tutor. >> 14.1. have employment of a substitute tutor uh as and when needed underneath the project rise program. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we would request that it goes under consent agenda 15.1. >> Under 15.1, we have uh renewal of funding assignments uh underneath title one, two, and four. >> Okay. Thank you. Uh any
039questions, any comments, any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we request that it goes on the consent agenda. 16, pair of professionals. >> Uh under 16.1, we have renewal of funding assignment under part um BIDA funds. >> Any questions? Any objections to consent agenda here? None see 16.2. >> 16.2. 2 we have employment as secondary assignment for the extended school year summer program or to pair of professionals at the hours listed. >> Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we will request that this goes on the consent agenda. 16.3 >> 16.3. We have employment for secondary assignments for pair pros for a different um summer program at the hours indicated. Okay. Any questions? Any comments? Any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none, we're now
040on 16.4. >> Under 16.4, we have a revision of a funding assignment and a retro funding uh change as uh requested. >> Okay. Okay. Any questions, any comments, any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none. And seeing none, we request that this goes on the consent agenda. 16.5. 16.5. We have a revision of a paraprofessional degree change. Um, we have a paraprofessional that is moving from an associates degree to a bachelor's degree and we've received verification of that effective 51 2026. Okay. >> Any questions, any comments? Member Mallerie. Thank you. Madame President, >> can you are you able to share with us if this employee here was a part of our grow your own program? >> Um she may have participated in the um tuition assistance program, but um she to my knowledge is not involved
041yet in a uh teaching program. >> Thank you. Um, I just I'm I'm always thankful to see uh when our our team our members of our district are excelling themselves >> in expanding their educational opportunities >> because that is the investment. That is their way that not only they're investing in themselves, but they are investing in our district. And I never want to miss an opportunity to highlight that. So, thank you. Thank you, President Sykes. >> You're welcome. And congratulations to Miss Cook. Congratulations. Any objections to consent agenda? Any addition? If hearing none and seeing none, we will place this on the consent agenda. Okay, we're at 17.1 retirement child nutrition. >> Uh we have Karen and I'm probably going to butcher her name just a little bit, but >> Dubose Peoples and she is
042retiring after 13 years of service to Akran public schools. >> Okay. Any questions, any comments, any objections to consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, we will request that this goes on the consent agenda. Okay, that takes us to 18, maintenance, operations, transportation resignations. >> We have a resignation of one full-time bus driver. >> Okay, any questions, any comments, any objections to consent agenda?
