001Okay, I'm going to call the Finance and Capital Management Committee to order at 6:41. I am the committee chair, Phil Montgomery. I'm joined by Vice Chair Reverend Harrison and member JR Ro as the other member as well as board member Kelly uh and Superintendent Outley, Executive Director Folk. And the treasurer will be here in a minute because most of this is his show. Um so, uh we'll go ahead and get started on the agenda. If I could get a motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting. >> So moved. >> Second. >> All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? All right. Is there anybody here to have public comment for the committee? Seeing and hearing none, Dr. Molnar is also in the room with us. Just throw that at there. Uh item number
0023.01 is not the right committee. So, give me one second to switch gears. Uh yeah, please. All right, back on track. 2.01. The monthly financial reports. Treasure Bowers. [clears throat] Is it because that one's still on? There we go. All right. Okay. So, here is our February financial report. It was a pretty unremarkable month. We had a net of 160. Um [clears throat] we had a net favorable cash gain of about 160,000 overall which is very insignificant for us. Our total projected revenue uh for the year is 377 and we're just slightly below that on our forecast for the year by about 725,000. Um our year-to- date actual revenue so far this year is 249,000. So we're at about 65% of our uh fullear forecast amount coming in, which is just slightly below the 66.67
003if you divide 8 by 12 for months. Um, so we're we're dead on there. And then for expenditure side, uh, it was pretty much flat on that side, too. We were down 888,000. Um, and some good news, our forecast, our transportation costs were level with last February's. We are up for the year in that area still but uh somehow in February I might have been because we had so many calamity days our costs were almost identical to last February. So really there was no surprises in in uh February in our uh financial financial numbers [clears throat] and that's that's all I have for the financial report. Any questions for members of the committee for the treasurer? Members of the board. All right. Thank you, Treasurer Bowers. We will uh this was added to the consent
004agenda for the next meeting. So, I don't need believe we need to take action since there's no negative report. So, we'll move on to item two 2.02, the acceptance of the tax rate. Annually, we're required to submit to Summit County by April 1st our uh tax levies and the collections that we uh are going to pull in for the year. And that's what this accomplishes. You can see in this uh spreadsheet here that we have 4.2 inside mills and 84.25 outside mills. So, these are not effective rates. These are the total voted millage amounts. And I have handouts for the committee uh that I didn't get a chance to hand out because I was in the hall, but um [clears throat] that show the effective rates for you so you can see how much we're
005pulling in. We're going to pull in 180 uh 182,800,000 this year in property tax. And that's all I have on the tax rates. So the only thing I would add to this conversation is this is an annual exercise that we have to go through. Uh we there's been a lot of talk about property taxes in the community and what's going on, but uh these are the actual collection amounts based on appraised value from the Summit County fiscal office. Uh we did um I spoke with the treasurer and we looked at the actual tax certificate compared to the PowerPoint and all of that ties out. So again, I believe uh any questions from members of the committee on the tax rates and accepting them. Any questions from members of the board? Uh again, this has been
006pre-approved for the consent agenda, so I don't think we need to take any action. If there are no additional questions, uh we will move on to 2.03, the tax complaints. Treasure Bowers. >> Annually, we can uh file to contest the amount of property tax value for recent sales. And that's what we're doing here. Uh we can initiate these tax complaints with um before March 31st of each year. Um this year we've got 13 potential candidates for this that meet this requirement. Um the transaction has to be at least 10% and $500,000 more than the previous current auditor's value. Um this is prepared this these complaints are filed by David Seed of Brenza McIntyre and Seed. He's a lawyer that works for us on this. He's prepared our report and the total potential gain of revenue
007to the school board if we do uh succeed in all of those filings is $68,798. Um, an interesting thing about the way this has to flow through our board minutes is that House Bill 126 requires approval of each complaint individually outside of the consent agenda, but we can vote on them all at one time. Um, so and then David will provide notice to the taxpayers 7 days in advance of the schoolboard meeting once we when we prepare to do that. Uh again, this is an annual function that happens uh as part of routine business. Uh all 13 resolutions were emailed to the members of the board earlier today. So those will be there for your reference. Uh again, this one is pre-approved to go onto the agenda for Monday. So we do not need to
008take any board action. >> Question. >> Sorry. Yes. Questions for members of the committee. M I would just ask that when we have these um what can be attached to the agenda um for the committee agenda is attached to the committee agenda and um certainly that is something that should be attached to the agenda. >> Uh thank you member Harrison. Uh we did have discussions today about that. We'll make sure that that is uh done going forward. Member Deros. And now the $68,798, is that all expected to be general fund? >> Yes. >> Just a followup. Now, is this going to be an addition to what we budgeted for next year? So, this is not already pre-budgeted, >> correct? Yeah, this would be sort of a windfall. >> Okay. Excellent. That's all I [clears throat]
009had. >> Thank you. Uh, members of the board, any questions? Okay. Uh, item 2.04, financing strategy for North High School project. So, I want to give us a brief history on where we are at with that financing so far. Uh, you'll remember that in November 4th of 24, we passed a $85 million debt service bond levy to provide to build North High School. And then in December of that same year, we issued $15 million in bands, bond anticipation notes to begin to fund that project. And then September of 25, we uh those those bands matured and we issued an additional 27.5 million to pay those off and pull in some more money to further fund the project. And now here we are today. It's time to decide our strategy going forward because the current set
010of bands, the 27.5 million that we have uh matures August 6th of this year. So, we're now going to run through some scenarios on what we're going to do to as our plan of attack for this. At a minimum, we need to have at least 27.5 million available to pay off those 2025 uh bonds. Um, we have two possible scenarios available to us. We can issue the 27.5 million again this summer. Uh because of how long it's taken us to get this project off the ground, our council has said that we will have to do this as a taxable issue which will be a little more costly. However, we can't uh they've they've allowed us to go non-t taxable for these first two years and generally a project like this gets going much sooner than
011it has. So they feel like if we do that we put ourselves at risk for IRS penalties. So, we're that is that there's that option or we could issue the full $82.5 million this summer all as taxable. It would cost us a lot more money if we were to stay in that issuance full term. The plan there would be to do that short term and then possibly refinance all of that as non-t taxable down the road. Uh, one advantage to doing that would be that we could earn about $138,000 in interest in one year, which would go against the cost of that, the additional cost of borrowing in that way. Um, but we'd still our end goal would be to try to get it as a tax exempt um, offering in the end. [clears throat]
012Are there any questions so far? Uh, the only thing I would add, if I could jump in real quick. Sure, Reverend Harrison. Uh, is Treasure Bowers and I met with our municipal adviser and bond council earlier today and walk through these scenarios and I am in agreement with the treasurer that we look at the bond anticipation note to pay off the last one and then issue the rest of the bond on tax exempt. Uh, that was the recommendation of our adviserss as well as the treasur and I looking at that. So, I just wanted to kind of interject with that. Uh, Reverend Harrison. >> Yeah. Um, thank you, Mr. Chair. I I appreciate the information and I appreciate recommendations with information. Um, it's really hard and and I just have to continue to reiterate this
013and especially I'm not a finance person. It's really hard to look at stuff on the monitor and not have something in the hand so we can um make notes, ask questions. Um, it's really a challenge. Uh, and I'm not sure how we get to this place, but it's really a challenge to not have this in hand, and I understand you guys met this afternoon. Um, so I I appreciate the information. I appreciate the recommendation, but um, our agenda is not only for us to keep the meeting in order, but it's also for the public. Um, so I [clears throat] would ask that we would make sure with these type of presentations that we have these attached to the agenda. Thank you. >> Any other questions? Member George. >> When does this decision have to be
014made? Like when do we have to take official action on either one or two? >> So we need to get this approved uh by the end of April. Um we we think that we're on track to have this ready for the first meeting in April. Okay. Any other questions, members of the board? Uh, with that, I would ask for a motion to recommend uh the option proposed to the full board in April, not the May or March 23rd meeting. Uh, and I would put the contingency on that that it could be pending any additional questions. Um, I real quick before I but before I do that, I just want to get back to to Reverend Harrison's remarks. There there wasn't anything to attach for this particular item. I get the point where you're coming from.
015Um, there's no like bond documents. Uh, it was put in the PowerPoint presentation that was set out on Friday. Um, but I the point is noted and and we'll make sure that that goes forward. But in this particular instance, there's not there's not even anything to hand out in this meeting uh for this particular issue. Um, with that, I would like to take this to the full board in April and we can make it contingent upon any additional questions. >> So moved. >> Oh, >> yeah. >> I'll second that. We have a comment. >> Uh, it's been moved and seconded. All in favor? >> I. Any opposed? >> All right. Thanks. >> Oh, yeah. >> Have a comment. >> Thank you, chair. Um, so the question was, so you're moving this to go to rules
016as a resolution? No. >> Uh, yes. I believe that is actually accurate. I So, we do I do need to amend the motion. You are you're right. Thank you, Dr. Mullinar. It does need to go to rules first, which would be the first Monday in April and then go to the first full board meeting the second Monday of April. >> Yes. And and if I may, uh, the sooner the board can review the resolution, uh, the better. So once again, as we are adding things to agendas, if the board could see the resolution before rules committee uh before passing them. Thank you. >> Uh so we do need a motion to amend. >> So I'll move to uh put this item on to the to delegate this item to the rules committee meeting for their
017deliberation. >> Second. >> All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? All right. Anything else on that one? Okay. Uh I know Treasure Bowers, we do you have that report that we talked about? This is something that came up today. I'm just passing it out forformational purposes. We'll dig into it at the next month's finance committee meeting. Uh I just thought it was good because it came up today for my first review to Yeah. to pass it out. Uh I think I had mentioned at previous committee meetings that we um start to see and I've talked to the treasurer to start to see a budget versus actual report as opposed to just the financial forecast uh and and the normal monthly financial report. So this is uh the treasur and his team's first crack at
018this. Um I did provide a couple of comments for feedback uh to come back to the next meeting. But essentially, if you look at this report, uh again, not going to dig into it, not going to approve it this meeting. Wanted to get it out there so everybody can disseminate it and think about it uh between now and the next committee meeting. But essentially, when we pass appropriations as a full board, the general fund is broken down into the different what are called object codes uh in the financial system. So you see the various uh sources of expenses whereas all of the other funds are just rolled up into one fund level appropriation. So that's what this outlines. You see the fund numbers are included. Uh the fir after the fund name you have the
019fund number. The carryover appropriation is a prior year incumbrance budget uh that has been encumbered and is is essentially rolling forward. The next column is the board approved full appropriations that were done in September. So this is a this is our final budget uh for the fiscal year that we're in. Appropriation changes are any amendments to the appropriations that are approved by the board for the final appropriations after adjustments. So this would have been done uh through adding those together. These would have been the appropriations at the end of February. So essentially our budget after all of carryovers and amendments. The next column are actual expenditures year-to- date. So through the end of February. And then the the final column uh other than the percent used is incumbrances at the end of February. So these
020are dollars budget that are locked up by uh purchase orders and and incumbrances. Uh the two suggestions that I made on this is as adding a column or two two columns. one that says what is available uh in budget versus actual and then what is unencumbered. So a free available budget that isn't tied up by a purchase order or requisition. So as you go through this you can see that at the end of February our total appropriations were almost $679 million. We had year-to- date expenditures of nearly $374 million and open incumbrances of $62.6 $6 million or 64.3% of our budget. So, I know that's a lot. I would be happy to answer any questions. I know the treasurer would be happy to answer any questions, but just wanted to get this out as a
021first pass. This is something that we will review monthly, uh, going forward at our committee meetings. So, uh, Treasure Bowers, I don't know if you have anything to add before I open it up to questions. >> I I do not. I do have the financial reports for this month sitting here and I have some handouts for Deb. So, should I pass those out now? Yeah, the one we'll move to capital management next. Uh any members uh questions from members of the committee, members of the board? >> All right. Uh so again, we'll we'll dig into this a little more next month, but just wanted to get out there for digestion. So, uh we're going to move into the capital management construction update part of this. Um to get ahead of Reference Harrison, I know the
022attachments weren't there. I apologize for that. they have are being handed out right now. They were attached to the draft meeting for Monday. Um but we'll we'll we'll make we'll make it better next month, but uh the attachments are being handed out. And with that, uh Director Folk, we're going to hit 3.01, the builder's risk insurance. >> Need to turn the mic. Director Phelp. Sorry. Thank you. Um are are you advancing slides, please? Thank you. Uh the item A that I bring before you is the builder's risks insurance. This is the risk policy that is needed for the uh construction of the new Piper and Miller South building at the Kenmore site. uh is provided through our district insurance agent McGawan governmental underwriters and the first part of this will be a property coverage through
023CHUB and the owner's professional protection liability or also called the OPI for Miller Southpiper uh which will be provided by Zurich. Uh the OPI covers all the liability for the project for claims derived due to professional design flaws. Covers professional services for other architects and every item that goes through this engineering, landscaping, land surveyor, uh planners, construction managers, designers, and for any design failures that APS is subject to claim and including a third-party claim expense and damages. I am happy to report uh this is on the agenda. We are recommending full approval at the board meeting of the 23rd so that this particular item is in place effective March 24th. The total cost is not to exceed $328,031. And this is $800,000 less per cost than the item when we put it in place for
024segment four, five, and six. Um, and we would like to ask that it be moved for approval on Monday. >> Questions from members of the committee? Reverend Harrison, I >> I I just have a clarification. >> Yes, sir. >> Um, I I asked about the early site work and and this is what I'm looking at here. >> Yes, that [clears throat] is correct. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. >> You are uh we wanted to pro provide you a full listing of what that would include. >> Uh the early site work is the GMP. That is not the insurance. You're looking for the document that says McGawan. >> Thank you. >> The only thing I would add to that is in the GMP that we're going to discuss in a few minutes, it specifically states
025in there that the builder's risk insurance is not included. I did see that when I read it. >> That is correct >> before. So, uh any other questions from the committee, members of the board? Uh I would like to uh entertain a motion to uh put this to the full board for consideration at the March 23rd meeting. >> So moved. >> Do I have a second? Second. >> All in favor? I >> I. >> Any opposed? >> Thank you. Item 3.02, the bookal press box. >> Uh, advancement, please. >> Nope. That's uh Thank you. Just an update to the press box uh that is going forward. As of 3:14, Kavanaaugh has installed the water tap and received inspection. Uh Thompson Electric completed the underground conduit to the press box. Synergy has completed and tested underground
026plumbing for the restrooms that did insp uh pass its inspection on Monday the 16th. And Luca Pedle is the masonry grouting, masonry foundation walls have started. I do want to give you an update on that. The Mason uh foreman has been very interactive with our students in the masonry program. We actually offered a student to go out and from the program and put down a block. We had a young lady who immediately went over, put her block down, took out her tel, put her uh foundation together, and the mason foreman was thrilled. So, we are having a good time working with our students on this project. This is moving forward and we were again out today. So we are on site meeting directly with the team every other Wednesday morning and we have further updates
027coming in your Friday notes this week. >> Still staying on track on time. >> Still trying on track and looking at the new Gant sheet. You're looking at probably end of July for the press box to be looking for its certificate of occupancy and the end of August for the restroom and other uh building that would have the storage for certificate of occupancy. First home game is scheduled Mr. Montgomery for Friday night uh September the 4th. So we are hoping to have everything ready including the ground. It's not a groundbreaking ceremony. It's an opening ceremony in time for that particular event. >> Great. Thank you. Uh questions from members of the committee, members of the board, Miss Kelly, member Kelly. >> Director Folk, thank you for sharing this update with us. Out of curiosity, will
028we be able to hear more about the students as it relates to their involvement in this project? >> Yes, that is coming forward. I can advise you at this time, member Kelly, that what is called the color block has been ordered. Those are the actual blocks for the erecting of the walls. That is expected to arrive on the week of 4:13 with walls starting to be erected on 420 and the students will be engaged in that process. Um, and hopefully all the walls will be done by the first week of May. So, they have been actively involved and will continue to be going forward as we get those on site. >> Member Hall member Hall member Montgomery Um, are all of the students able to participate or only a select few? Only a few were
029selected. >> Well, actually, no. At this time, they meet with the students and we have two classes of seniors in the morning block and a class of juniors in the afternoon block. So, as of example on Monday, they engaged each one of those classes um during the Monday session that was out there uh which was this week um the 16th. So they see these students quite often and they are inside the classroom with them as well. >> Thank you Director Faulk and thank you member McGomery. >> Any other questions? All right, we'll move on to 3.03 Piper Miller South update to include the discussion of the GMP. >> Yes, this is an actual contract for the GMP proposed for the early site work. you have documents in front of you as to what CTO will
030include as the construction manager at risk to begin this work on site after we do our groundbreaking tomorrow. Uh the cost for this particular first phase is $3,66,92829. You have a document that will tell you exactly what happens in this phase in front of you. And we're requesting that pending the finance uh review tonight that we seek full uh approval of the board of the first site package for this particular project at the meeting of the 23rd at the cost noted on the slide >> and the 3.6 million fell where in terms of alignment with the estimate. >> It was actually better than the estimate by about $50,000. So, it has come in under budget for the estimate at the time, but again, this is early site work and we want to make sure that
031it is done and keeps the project going. >> Thanks. Uh, questions from members of the committee, >> members of the board. I would entertain a motion to send the resolution that's attached to the full board for consideration at the March 23rd meeting. >> So, moved. >> Second. >> All in favor? I. >> Any opposed? Thank you. Nice have it. Uh, up next 3.04 North High School construction project update. >> I wanted to make you an update as to the construction manager at risk process. We had the responders respond for the RFQ, which is a the uh qualifications of the vendors. On Thursday, March 12th, the legal team, the design team, the APS owners representative, and members of our own team vetted a total of six vendors that submitted responses. Four of those vendors will be
032asked to submit for phase two, which is an actual R RFP, which will include their technical and pricing proposals for consideration to become the CMR contract holder, including all fees and general conditions for these services. These uh items will be vetted and reviewed from these four responders on Friday, April 10th. And all responses will be presented and scored to rank those vendors according to the revised code with a presentation of those rankings to the finance committee for the April 15th meeting. Following that, if the CH committee so chooses, it would go to the rules committee on the 20th with seeking final approval at the April 27th meeting. All right, questions from members of the committee, [clears throat] members of the board. All right, 3.05 Leot CLC urgent necessity. >> Unfortunately, I am unhappily happy to
033report that we had vandalism to the 2009 140 ton aircooled chiller located at Leot. This vandalism was found on the 9th of March. The quotes were obtained because obviously we needed vendors to look at the individual item. It is not repairable. It needs to be totally replaced. So we went out to look at what we could do under urgent necessity. We were able to find through Gardener Building Technologies located in Solen, Ohio, who has a contract with an organization we are current members, which is the Ohio School Council had a qualified uh unit actually in stock, which is very unusual in this day and age at the discounted rates that for the agreement that we had. The new 2026 air cooled chiller when completely installed with the removal of the old one will utilize an
034environmentally acceptable refrigerant and will also reduce the overall operating cost of the building by 15 to 20%. cost to do this project is $258,115 and we're asking upon review of this committee to allow the urgent necessity resolution on the agenda to move forward for full approval at the board meeting on Monday the 23rd. >> Uh thank you, Director Folk. I would only I would add like I did at the rules committee that we have filed an insurance claim on this with our $100,000 deductible. So we will get reimbursed a decent portion. Uh it's an unfortunate situation. Uh, and I would also reiterate what Reverend Harrison said at the rules committee about making sure we secure that sucker when it's done uh by putting a fence around it. So, we do need to look at a
035uh phase two of of this project >> and that is already in the works. We are looking at that with our facilities team once we get this project uh in place. Okay. >> Questions for members of the committee? Governor Harrison? >> I have a couple questions. the um 68 the 6 to 8 week lead time on the coils. It it does that mean we won't it'll take 6 to 8 weeks before we can start this >> it because we can actually do it. Some of the coils do have to be but Gardner is aware that this is urgent necessity. That was their proposal at the time but we could get lucky. I'm hoping it's not 6 to 8 weeks, but again, if you approve it now, that means it could be completely up and running
036before the end of the school year. We can temper the um heating in the building because it will start to get warm by reducing the capacity of what we have at night when the building gets cooler. We are very fortunate Leot. They're not very big, but we do have windows that can open by classroom. in each current classroom also has been provided a box fan to help circulation. So, we have worked very well with Garner to understand the urgent necessity of getting this done. >> And I don't think there's anything that um I [clears throat] guess my concern and and the emails that we were receiving was the fans were loud and um but this is the we're on this as fast as we can. We are. >> Okay. Uh my my other question is
037I'm looking on here. Um the $47,418 um >> that's that's the other one that was Klein and Kabali. >> Okay. >> That's the one we did in legal and contract this. >> Okay. Yeah. Okay. So let me let me Right. Oh, this is Jennings. Okay. Okay. Jenny's. Okay. Any other questions from members of the committee? >> Just one. >> Yep. >> And now we mentioned was there an investigation done about the vandalism? >> Yes. And we're not only filed a police report. We are currently looking for every piece of video that we can find. Uh we didn't have it exactly in the place we want to, but we are searching to go and see what exactly we can provide to the police. And the detective called yesterday to see where we were. So, uh, technology
038is working actively with us to secure the, uh, video that they would like to do. >> And then for other buildings, are we making sure that we have cameras on to protect those devices? >> We are also doing this. And I understand that copper has become a very high commodity at this time. Um, I am very thankful that this is from 2009 and it's still standing. So, yes, we are in the process of looking at those cameras as well. >> Okay. Excellent. >> So, so just just so we're clear, um we are putting our cameras on our HVAC systems outside. So, if someone thinks they can mess with the school's HVAC system, we will have them on camera. Just so we're clear in a public meeting, don't mess with our stuff because we will prosecute
039you to the fullest extent of the law. >> Absolutely. Thank you. >> Uh any other questions from members of the board? Uh all right. Thank you, Director Folk. Uh we need to uh entertain a motion to present this resolution to the full board at the March 23rd meeting. >> So moved. >> Do I have a second? >> Second. >> All in favor? I >> I. >> Any opposed? >> Thank you. Uh, next up is item 4.01, items referred to from other committees. We have none. Item 5.01, old business. We have none. Uh, item 6.01, new business. I just want to bring up uh two things. I think it was two things. I might have forgotten one by now. Um, but there was an agenda item previously on the agenda about the need to buy some
040new recording equipment and different things like that for uh the te the um live streaming of our board meetings. And a uh several of us were down in Louisville uh to look at the or be at in attendance at the Cosba conference. And while we were there uh we ran into Boardocks is our current vendor. uh they have a parent company called Diligent and have a whole new product called Diligent Community that we are investigating to upgrade our systems. So that is uh why that item fell off of our agenda. But I just want to put it out in front of the committee uh that we uh have worked with our director of technology uh and our marketing department about how do we make these agendas and these packets and the things that we attach
041uh more accessible, easier to use. Uh it's already a product we have. All of our historical stuff will be able to migrate. I'm just throwing it out there. We don't have a quote yet. We don't have a bill yet. So, I I haven't asked anybody to commit to buying anything yet, but I just want everybody to know it's on our radar. We're moving as fast as we can because we have compliance uh coming up with some ADA requirements on our live streaming, but I think it's a fully robust system. As soon as we are in touch with the vendors, we will uh have the board uh get a live demonstration of how it works and hopefully we can convince you that that's the move we need to make. I'm I am a big fan of
042new shiny technologies and so I'm hoping uh to be able to get in there and do that. Uh so just wanted to bring that up to the board. Uh we will continue to uh look at our processes and how we function with the committees and roll those things together and so I appreciate everybody's patience but uh that that is coming. Uh any other new business from other members of the committee or members of the board? Reasoner, >> I I would just like to reiterate. Um the agendas are historical for us. And so when there is something um that we discuss and we need to go back in a year and and look at that item um we should be able to find the information on the agenda and not try to carry all of this
043paper. Um so um to emphasize the need the importance of putting these things on the agenda. Um and as um Chair Montgomery said about the um systems that we're looking at, that did come through the policy committee and our ask was to go out and look at other options and of course that's the benefit of going to a conference is you can find these different options. Uh but things like that helped the board to look at other committees agendas, other items that came through different committees. And so I would just urge us to um state of course and to add these items to the agenda so we can go back and and look at them or look for them. Thank you. >> Thank you, Reverend Harrison. That and that made me remember what my second
044item was. Um so I [clears throat] would ask uh the treasurer and director Faulk to go back and add the the attachments to today's agenda. So they are there for archive purposes. Uh but to that end, I mentioned it in the legal and contracts committee. So I want to make sure I mention it in this committee as we look at our cadence of our meetings and making sure that things are coming in timely and agenda items are being attached and agenda items are going out on time. We have to keep in mind that if the flow is this committee receiving the first pass at request to then recommend it to the rules committee for final review to put on the complete agenda. That means finance and capital management meets the third Wednesday of the month.
045Rules then meet the first Monday of the month with the first board meeting of the month being the second Monday. So we have a four-week window to get everything through. We know we're going to have emergency situations. Those should be few and far between. We know they're going to happen. We'll work through those. But as a general course of business, we need to plan and start planning on four weeks. Finance committee, rules committee, board. And I I we're we're in month three of a whole new uh group of folks sitting at the deis here and we're all learning. We're all we're all going to get in this together. We'll all get into that cadence. Uh but I just wanted to make sure I said that uh that that's our that's our goal. That's our our
046our endgame to get into that routine. And I think everybody's life will get better as long as we keep communicating with each other and getting the information out. We'll uh we'll move things forward. So, anything else? Any other comments, questions? I finished on time even though I started late. Uh can I have a mo uh next meeting will be April the 15th at 6:30 in this room. Uh otherwise, can I have a motion to adjurnn? >> So moved. >> Can I second? >> Second. >> All in favor? I. Any opposed? We are adjourned at 7:21 on my computer or 7:19 on that clock. I'm not sure which one's right. Thanks.
