Good evening and welcome to the rules committee March 2nd 2026. We apologize for running a little late. Uh the policy committee had uh some additional information that they wanted to get through and so uh we're running just a little bit late. We appreciate your patience. So, uh, uh, let me just recognize the fact that, uh, uh, at the committee meetings today, I'm joined by co-chair and vice president, uh, Molina, and committee member Kelly. Uh, Superintendent Otley is not with us this evening, but uh, our director of human resources, Chase Canfield, will be uh, here uh, as a representative of the administration. Also, we have our assistant uh superintendent, Dr. Lash. Uh approval of the uh previous minutes, please. Is there a motion to approve the previous minutes? >> I move to approve the previous meeting

minutes. >> Is there a second? >> Second. >> All those in favor? >> I have it. Uh also, uh I see that there is not anyone that has uh signed up to speak at the committee. So, we do not have public comments this evening. All right, we will get right into the items that the administration is recommending to uh go on our next meeting, our next full board meeting. So uh starting with the treasur's recommendation and so I see the treasur is not here but the treasur will present his uh his uh overview to the finance committee before the full committee. Is that correct? >> I believe so. Yes. >> Okay. So once the full committee hear the treasury report then the treasury report from the finance committee will we will hear that and if

there is no objection in the finance committee then we will uh have the treasurous report on the consent agenda. So the first uh item up is in professional staff and administration. Director Canfield. >> Thank you President Sykes. Uh 10.1, we have retirements and resignations for professional staff. We're celebrating the retirement of the person listed, a teacher for Garfield, uh Miss Amy Archer, 19 years of service with APS, uh was a special education teacher at various schools for the first eight years, spent the last 11 years at Garfield. >> Wonderful. Are there any questions or comments from the committee member? Hearing none. Is there any objections to adding this item to the consent agenda? Hearing no objection, item will be added to the consent agenda. Our second item, Director Canfield, >> 10.2, Reclassifications of Professional Staff.

We have two substitute teachers that receive the proper certification to become teachers with APS. one moving to a health and PE teacher at BTAL and another sub going to intervention specialist at Bridges. Uh just to note the second individual name there started off as a parapro with APS and moved into the subteer uh with that certification then eventually on to an intervention specialist with us >> and that is Desiree Taylor. >> That is correct. >> Wonderful. Right. Any questions from the committee members hearing? None. Is there any objections to adding this item to the consent agenda? Hearing no objection, this item will be added to the consent agenda. >> Director Canfield. >> Item 11.1 employment of a site supervisor for our Akaran after school program which is funded by the 21st CLC grant. Uh this

individual has been selected as a site supervisor uh for the afterchool enrichment programs. Are there any questions from the committee members? So is Britney Campbell. Uh is there any objection to adding this item to the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, the item will be added be requested to be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 11.2 employment teacher special projects for our project rise funded by the GAR Foundation. As you know, project rise to ensure that APS homeless youth have equitable access to the same educational opportunities. This is after school tutoring uh at homeless shelters in the evening. We've selected three individuals. >> Are there any questions from the committee members? Any comments? Member Kelly. Chase, when you you mentioned these three individ I would prefer if we make sure that

we make reference to the individual's last name and not first name. Director Canfield. >> Director Canfield, you you may mention that these three individuals were selected. Were they placed in another department? Where were they selected from? They were um some of them are past teachers who have helped us out in this program before. So they signed up again. >> Okay. Is my request is if we could provide Let me slow down. They worked as substitute teachers somewhere else. >> I'm not sure of each's background, but I know that they have they currently work for us at APS as teachers. Could we make sure that this item 11.2 has their previous job description and that we have an updated job code that is provided to us for the regular board meeting on March 9th. the updated

job code being something different than job code 453 teacher special projects. >> Yes, if they were in a previous if they held a previous job >> they're currently subbing. So the job code 453 is the current their current job code. No, my understanding is that they are current teachers or substitute teachers with APS. >> Dr. Lash, >> I I just want to add uh I don't know if this will help um member Kelly, but um so for Director Canfield mentioned that these are um individuals that will be supporting project rise and so um having had project rise um under my supervision in the past um we have students that are uh identified homeless McKini Vento and they are in shelters and so these individuals as director Panfield, although I I don't know what their previous

assignment um was prior to accepting this one, but typically when uh we have um individuals take this position, they they have been teachers or are credentialed teachers and they are taking um this max of 24 hours to go into the shelters and provide that additional academic support for families that are in the shelters. So we can find that out what what if they are coming from a previous position but they are um teachers on special projects for that reason >> madame president. >> Yes member Kelly. >> Thank you. I would like there to be their previous job description including the job code that they once were assigned to prior to be chosen to fill these three positions. >> Thank you. >> No problem. >> Member Mullenar. >> Thank you Madame President. Um I have a

question about the teacher special projects. So is teacher special projects because of the G grant or is that because project rise is everyone under project rise a special project? Is that >> No, it's um I think no to the >> super is this the superintendent? >> My apologies, President Sykes. Um, and so teacher special projects and and Chase or Director Canfield may have learned this uh in his time here and can uh better speak to this, but teacher spe special projects is a position or a job code that has existed in the district um in the past for um non-classroom teacher, but a position that requires uh certification uh if you will. again, he may be able to speak best and and I look out into the audience for our uh colleagues who have been

here longer. Um but no, this is not just because it's project rise and not just because it's G funded. Um Project RISE is one of our um phenomenal programs that gets a lot of community support and community funding. Um and so uh so we're grateful that they are able to have this funding and support these positions in the uh shelters, but it's the teacher special projects position is because it is one that um exists in the district and project rise in fact they used to be under uh director Clifford. Um project rise has used this position in the past specifically for the shelters. Director Canfield. >> I'm looking at uh past years in 2023, we selected or we we had uh 20 20 or so teacher special projects for this specific um for project rise

and in 2024 we had 14 approved by the board. >> Okay. Mean, do you have followup? >> Nope. Okay. So is there an objection to adding this item to the consent agenda with the understanding that the information will be provided to the board uh before we vote on the consent agenda item? Okay, you hear no objection then the item will be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield >> 12.1 um salary adjustment for a limited supplemental contract. This person served as a supplemental contract as newspaper adviser. The reduction in pay is because this individual is transferred from I promise to Miller South and will no longer be doing the duties. The remaining amount paid is to her second half of the duties rendered. >> Are there any questions? the members of just newspaper advisor really

is there any objections to adding this to the uh consent agenda. So uh hearing no objections seeing no objections this item will be added to the consent agenda. It is for Susan newspaper advisor. And uh you're moving it from $1,5614 to $583.33. And that's the adjustments that you're making. >> Yes. All right. Just so we will know. Uh Director Canfield >> 12.2 limited supplemental contracts. Here you'll find the spring coaches for a lot of the sports. Um I will note number four is the person who's taking over newspaper advisor. >> Okay. >> And I promise. Uh otherwise they're their coaches um listed there. >> Okay. Uh are there any questions? Any comments from the board members? Uh so there are yes uh how many individuals would you say it's on this list? I have not

counted, but uh why don't you just give us an idea of some of the different titles that we're talking about just for the public as they listen to this. >> Sure. I'd say there's about 65 individuals or so just by quick look. Uh we have track coaches, uh baseball coaches, um softball, we have uh again more track coaches, uh basketball coach, freshman baseball coach. So a lot of the lot of the sports. >> Okay. So, we're getting ready for the for the spring activities in in our public school system. Is there any objections to adding this item to the consent agenda? Hearing and seeing none, the item will be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield, >> item 13.1, um, resignation substitute teacher. We have a resignation for one of our subs that was at

Jennings and split time at Elllet. >> Okay. Um, so that is Kim Gil and is there any questions from committee members? Any objections to adding this to the consent agenda? Hearing none, seeing none, the item will be added to the consent agenda. >> Director Canfield 13.2 employment of substitute teachers. Here we have seven substitutes that will be hired. Uh they are floaters and they are take day-to-day assignments. So they can either be brought in as the substitute teacher or a substitute tutor at two different pay rates depending on their assignment. >> Uh any questions from committee members? So when you say floaters, I'm assuming you mean they could go any place within the system. >> That's correct. >> Okay. If there are no additional questions, are there any is there any objections to adding this

item to the consent agenda? Hearing none, the item will be requested to be added to the consent agenda. Director M Canfield >> 14.1 resignation of a tutor. We had a tutor at hire CLC who is resigning. >> Okay. Are there any questions from committee members? Any objections adding this to the consent agenda? Hearing none. Seeing none, the item will be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 14.2, a leave of absence request from a tutor. This leave of absence is per the collective bargaining agreement. >> Okay. Are there any questions from the members? Any objections to adding this item to the consent agenda? Hearing none. Seeing none, the item will be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. Item 15.1, office support staff. This is recommending the employment of a candidate for the

secretary 3 position in transportation. This is a replacement position. >> Any questions of the committee members? Hearing none and hearing hearing none. And seeing none, um the request would be that it be placed on the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 15.2, a revision of office support staff retirement effective date. This previously was approved at the January 12th, 2026 board meeting. >> Uh this is a change from this person's uh retirement date from um originally effective 1626 to 1526. That is a sir's recommendation as that is her last day worked. >> Okay. >> Any questions from committee members? Any objections to add it to the consent agenda? Seeing none of here. None. The item will be added to the consent agenda. Pair of professional personnel. >> Actually 15.3. >> Oh, 15.3. Yes. >> Reclassification of

office support. This is the reclassification of an employee who was an interpreter, an ESL interpreter. Um, accepting the position at secretary 3 for curriculum instruction. Are there any questions from the committee members? Hearing none and seeing none. So, uh, the person was an interpreter and now will become a secretary. >> That's correct. She applied for that job. >> She applied for that job. >> So, now she has full-time employment with us. >> Okay, great. The recommendation will be that that uh this item is placed on the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 16.1, retirements and resignations for paraprofessionals. Here we have three resignations. Uh, one intervention specialist parapro at Jennings and the other two were two subparros. >> Okay. Are there any um questions from the committee members? Any objections to adding this to the

consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, the item will be requested to be added to the consent agenda. >> Director Canfield >> 16.2, a leave of absence for a pair of professional support staff. This uh individual is requesting a leave of absence per the collective bargaining agreement. >> Okay. Are there any questions of the committee members? Hearing no questions. Are there any objections to adding this to the consent agenda? No objections. So the item will be requested to be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield >> 16.3 leave of absence revised effective date. This was previously approved at the January 29th, 2026 board meeting. Uh this person's date needs to be resi revised due to scheduling of a procedure. Are there any questions from the committee members? Uh scheduling of on the on our side

or the individual side? The >> the individual side >> the individual needed to res. Okay. So we're trying to accommodate the potential employee. >> That's correct. >> Okay. So if there's no objections to adding this item to the consent agenda hearing and seeing no objections, then the request will be add will be that we add this item to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 16.4, recision of a leave of absence. This this person previously had a specific date approved at the January 29th, 2026 board meeting. Uh she was able to return to work earlier than expected following a leave of absence. >> Okay. Any questions, committee members? Any objections to added to the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing any the request will be added that we add this to the consent agenda. Director

Canfield >> item 16.5 employment of a pair professional. >> Okay. >> This candidate has accepted a position as a pair professional at Forest Hill CLC. Any questions from the committee members? Any objections to add an item to the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, the item will be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 17, we're celebrating the retirement of a child nutrition services elementary worker, Yavon >> Murdoch, >> his 15 years service with APS at Voris. >> Wonderful. Uh, any questions? Any comments from >> I Molar? >> Thank you. I comment. I'm trying to imagine how many kids you feed over 15 years. That's just amazing. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Any additional comments? Hearing no objections to adding this to the consent agenda, we say congratulations and we would request

that this item be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 17.2, Two, leave of absence child nutrition. We have a request from this individual for leave of absence per the collective bargaining agreement. >> Any questions from committee members? Any objections added to the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, this item will be requested to be added to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 17.3, employment child nutrition. Mhm. >> We are hiring two new temporary workers and child nutrition services. >> Any questions from the committee members? Any objections to adding to the consent agenda? Seeing none, hearing none, the request will be added that we add this to the consent agenda. Director Canfield, >> item number 18.1, retirements resignation custodial staff. We have one retirement, >> Mr. Beer from case and we

have one resignation a temporary custodian. >> Okay. Any questions from committee members? You have any idea how long Mr. Beer worked with us? >> 38 years. >> My goodness. That's wonderful. Well, congratulations to Mr. Buler. Any objections to adding to the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, the item will be added to the consent agenda. I would say that they probably at case probably really will miss him. Custodians become very very important to all of us. Director Canfield >> item 18.2 retirements, resignations, and the maintenance staff. >> Okay. >> We have retirement of of Mr. Shoemaker as an electrician. >> He only has two years with us. That's two years. >> Previously had another retirement. >> Okay. Any questions from the board members? We were two years to 38 years. >> Uh here no

objection to adding this item to the consent agenda. The item will be requested to go on the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 18.3 recision of employment of a substitute bus driver. Uh this individual did not show up for their first day and calls were not received. >> All righty. Any any questions from the board members? Uh any objections to adding this item to the consent agenda? Hearing none and seeing none, the request will be that this item go on the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 18.4 employment of a substitute bus driver. >> Okay. employing this individual at the rate stated there. >> Any questions from the members board? So, this is a full-time position. >> That is correct. >> Felicia Franklin. Let me just note that, you know, we will always try to

have as much confidential information as person as possible as it relates to individual, but confidentiality is not guaranteed in a public uh in a public employment position. So sometime you would hear uh for whatever reason as a chair I decide to use the person's name or director Canfield decide to use the person's name but uh uh just understand that there is no guarantee of confidentiality of who's we employing who's retiring who's resigning. So the question is whether or not uh we should add this item to the consent agenda. If there's no objections, an item will be added to the consent agenda and congratulations to new employee. >> Director Canfield. >> Item 18.5, reinstatement custodial staff. This is a reinstatement of a full-time custodian back from leave of absence. >> Okay. Any questions from the board

members? Hearing no questions. Any objections to adding this items to the consent agenda? Seeing and hear no objection, item would be requested to go to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Moving on to security personnel recommendations. Item 19.1, employment of a safety team member. This is a part-time position not to exceed 24 hours a week. >> Any questions from committee members? Let me also recognize that we do have an additional board member that joined us a while back. I'm sorry, Member Harrison. I didn't recognize you. Welcome. We're happy to have you. Hear no questions, no objections. The item will be requested to go to the consent agenda. Director Canfield. >> Item 19.2, resignation of safety team member part-time. These are two individuals. The first listed individual was events only as needed. That person resigned, >>

a formerly a safety team member and the second is a part-time climate coach at Mason. >> Any questions from the committee members? Any objections to add into the consent agenda? Seeing none and hear none, the request will be that this item be added to the consent agenda. All right, Director Canfield. >> That is the end of the personal recommendations. So, we have 21.2 and that's a resolution approving the transfer of student activity funds. Was that from the treasur's office? >> President Sykes, I'm not sure if that comes from the treasur's office probably. So, um I'm sorry I'm speaking and then stuff is coming to my memory. So I can talk as a building principal experience, but I'm going to ask director folk if that's okay. >> Before we do that, I was on a roll

and >> it's miss 21.1 accepting of donations. Thank you. >> Chairman Sykes, can you give me some help? Business affairs did not have any donations of items directly under there. Um, I did hear there was a possible cash donation that may have gone to the treasur uh superintendent's office, but I do not see it listed. >> I did the same, which is why I I did I did not say anything about it and went to the resolution. So, it's yes, it says a cash transfer for student activity funds, but we have no donations at this time. >> Okay. So I think so most likely there will not be anything that will come in between now and the next board meeting. So we won't have a 21.2 resolution for cash transfer. >> That >> is that

how I'm understanding this? >> No, you would not have something for 21.1, right? >> The motion to accept donations. >> Right. Okay. All right. Okay. So we'll go to 21.2. >> 21.2 2 does come from the treasur's office >> and actually these are on the consent agenda seeking the transfer of monies and I'd like to refer you to the bottom listing please while I explain it. >> Okay. >> So as an example if you go to the first one it's $343 and they're taking it out of the builder club at Jennings which has closed. It then moves to the general fund, but from the general fund, it's going back to another student support fund that is located in Jennings. So, it's staying within the school. It's just that this item or location is actually no

longer active. And you will see the same thing for the French club at Jennings as well. >> Going again to the 08 fund. Jennings has also its culture activity funds will now go back to its O8 fund. The music expenses. It is not active at this point under the 300s going back to the 08 fund. So, it's still at Jennings. And the last one is the now expo and it is not been used for a total of $246.3. It will go through the general fund and be reassigned to Jennings under its O8 student activities. Okay. So, this is just just uh cleaning up our books. So, are there any questions from any member of the committee? Member Mullen. >> So, thank you for this. So, just to summarize, it's Jennings money that's going to come

around back and stay at Jennings. >> That is absolutely correct. >> Thank you. and student activity funds do have a little bit more movement into them as what the principal and the team decides how they're going to support the students. >> Okay, >> thank you. >> Any additional questions? And so it look like the smaller amount is $343 and the largest amount is $458.50. >> That is correct. >> Okay. Any objections to this item being placed on the consent agenda? Seeing none in hearing no objections, the item will be requested to go to the consent agenda 21.3 curricular material fees. Dr. Lash or myself. >> Okay. Um this is an item recommending if through the motions and resolutions the under that particular section these are material course fees that we are allowed to charge for

certain items that are used by the students. But we also have the ability that if you adopt the second listing of curricular fees as necessary to supplement these various courses that the board authorizes the charging of these fees for curricular materials as necessary to the supplemental of the course and these are items that are not necessarily always funded. There is another way I will advise you that is very detailed that it can be waved with very specific information but I cannot say it in public as to how it is waved should a student and family apply to do have those items waved. It is very specific. It is related to your actual status in our meal program. >> Understood. Any questions from committee members? >> Member Kelly. >> Thank you, Madam President. We are This

is agenda item 21.3. >> Yes. >> Adopting the listing of curriculum material fees for >> which are attached in the administrative attachment. >> Yeah. So, as as member Kelly looks this up, I think she's probably going to say she sees no dollar amounts here. She sees nothing. And I think you kind of you kind of spoke to that. Uh but uh you >> and I'll refer it back to Dr. >> Assistant Superintendent Lash, please. >> Yes, we may have to um look in to that >> and get that information updated. >> Yes. So you won't find that there's no dollar amounts list. >> Madame President, >> there is an attachment added to this um and it does show the dollar amounts. Okay. >> So it's just one single page. >> Yes, it is one single

page. And so these fees are covered for the materials that the students >> they're normally charged to the student as participation in the class. There is a way that they a student's family can ask that it be waved. It is very specific as to how that is done. And should they apply and be accepted through that process, it could be waved based on um their status in the school meal program. Is there an allotted amount that each child that qualifies for these? >> It is based on their status in the meal program which comes through an annual listing of direct certification. >> Thank you, >> member Harrison. >> Thank you, Madam Chair. Madam Chair, I I don't have an agenda, but I would like to have that item um on a regular agenda so that

we can discuss that a little further at the meeting. Um I I hear about the process, but I would like to know about the process. Um and I'm always concerned when we are charging and I know some particular um things we have to charge for that the families the cost is passed on to the families but um being a district this large being that we have such a high um population um that is underprivileged that we want to make sure that every child has every opportunity um and that our processes allow for that. >> Uh I member Mullen Lar Kelly any any comments? Okay. I think actually uh member Harrison this is just the opposite of what you're saying but uh this is exempt from payment of fees as opposed this is exempt exempt from

payment of fees uh through the Ohio work first as opposed to the opposite. I I I think that just the level of sensitivity that I I believe the administration is trying to show in this case. >> Okay, then I withdraw that. That that was my >> that's what I think. >> Yes. Okay. >> Yes. The exemption. Yeah. So, board members, do member Kelly, do you see what's happening? >> Yes, I do. Thank you for asking. >> Okay. All right. So if there's no objections to adding this on the consent agenda, but we will still the information for the board members is still you will still find that in your in board docs where you can see how much per member Kelly said it's there. >> Yes, >> it's there. The dollar amounts are there. All

right. So if there's no objections to adding this to the consent agenda then um seeing none and hearing none item will be added to the consent agenda. All right. Item 21.4 resolution North Aman Chamber of Commerce grant award. >> I'm happy to announce that we have a resolution motion to accept $1,000 on behalf of North High School. The funds will be used to support the purchase of new pottery wheel for re revolutionizing ceramics at North High School. And we're very glad to go ahead and find that as a support for our fine arts. >> All righty. Any questions? Any any comments? Member Kelly, >> the pottery work that we have on display in the main hall, does that pottery work belong to any of our students in the north cluster? Um that powdery work that

came in the main hall came from Firestone. So it was part of the whole display that came in the other day prior to the previous board meeting. >> Well, we'll have to make sure we get some pieces from North High School once they get their new pottery. >> And there's one other display as you come to remember >> as you come into the main door uh by door six. Please look to your left because there's also pottery there that was came to the building when we opened it in 2019 from various parts of the district. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Hear no additional questions or comments. No objections to add this to the consent agenda. So request will be that we add this to the consent agenda. All right. uh business affairs recommendation

>> 22.1 >> I have a memorandum of understanding for multiple school districts title one amendment and I have uh Mr. Liy who can come up and explain it if he's still sitting here. It's an amendment to something you previously approved but they certainly have given more money so we have to make the amendment. So Keith if you would provide some assistance please. >> Good evening President Sykes. >> Thank you. Good evening. I like your sweater. >> Thank you very much. Still in my school spirit. Uh so each year in January, the Department of Education um reallocates and looks at the funding. So they they sweep the funds that are unspent across the state of Ohio and they reallocate those. So sadly, not much money got reallocated this year. Um so on the public side, we

only got about $6,000. So what you're seeing there is the memorandum of understandings that we have with other districts. um we pull our money because um you know smaller districts generate smaller do dollars and we're already paying for staff to work in those buildings. So they pull with us uh we do theou and bill them um for the services then that we provide. So you can see those amendments. I think one was as low as $24 uh and then some others you know 10 $11,000 and so we'll continue. Um Judy Gray works in my office and she uh right now we're working with all of our nonpubliclix to amend their budgets, talk about how they want to support um their students and programs and we'll spend those dollars down to zero. Thank you. If there's

any questions, I'd be happy to answer. >> Any questions from the committee members? Member Mullen. >> Thank you. Um, I think I pointed this out when we did it to begin with. Um, and now it's even more money, but just as a reminder, this is 70ish,000 federal dollars, title one federal dollars that yes, we are working collaboratively and we are working with other districts to hire staff to work in these religious schools, but we could be using these dollars to hire staff in our schools. Yes. >> Um, and so I just can't um can't not say it's $70,000. >> Sometimes you the nonpublic each student generates a little over $1,000 in federal funds for every nonpublic, which is sometimes more than we give uh our own buildings. Um, so yes, and then we do a

lot of work to support them. >> Okay. Any additional comments? No additional comments. I registered those schools are in Kaga Falls, two in Ka Falls and one in Sto Monroe Falls. Uh so hearing no objection then we will add this item to the consent agenda. >> Our next item uh Chairman Sykes is 22.2 to Magical Theater Company >> and we are asking and recommending a service contract for the performance of Squirrel Lock Homes to be held April 17th, 2026 at Leot CLC with Magical Theater Company at a total cost not to exceed $750 and to be charged to Title One. And this was something that the school gets to do and select for their students to participate in. >> Any comments or questions? Memorable or not? >> I'm so jealous. So, are the students performing

or are the students audience members? >> They are audience members. The magical theater comes in and performs for them. >> It sounds so fun. >> It does. Any additional questions or comments? Hearing no objections, we will add the squirrel lock homes item to the consent agenda. 22.3 >> 22.3 is a service contract for the finance department for Mark Russo. As you remember on our last meeting, we had a number of adjudicators that we had hired. This one was very, very difficult to find. So, we're bringing Mark to us now. and he was to help with the jazz festival adjudicator for fine arts and total cost not to exceed $125 and that is general fund. But we needed a very specific adjudicator to evaluate the students and depending on their evaluation is what they do and

move forward in the competitions up through the regional and state levels. >> Wonderful. Hearing no any questions, any comments?
