Good evening everyone and welcome to the first policy committee committee meeting of 2026. Um I am the chair Reverend Gregory Harrison. We have with us the vice chair Carmea Kelly and Dr. Renee Molnar. Um and we current we comprise the committee meeting. Also present is Superintendent Outley, Attorney David Sapusk, and our president Barbara Sykes. Um want to um first start with the meeting minutes from December 8th, 2025. Um and to attorney or um Superintendent Outley. Um, do the minutes stand correct as is? >> Yes, they do, Mr. Chair. >> Okay. So, we'll let the minutes from December 8, 2025 stand as is. Um, I want to briefly cover Oh, let me see. Do we have anyone for public comment? We have no one present for public comment. So I want to cover um loosely this
meeting will be our initial meeting. Um it will not be a working meeting. We will introduce um three policies um to discuss over the next month and to bring to the committee um for the February 2nd meeting. But this is a working meeting to cover the purpose and the scope of this committee. And I've prepared a small introduction of the committee. The purpose of the committee, the board policy committee supports the board of education by monitoring, developing, refining, recommending district policies to ensure alignment with law, district priorities and operational realities. The committee serves as a primary working space for policy review, refinement, and implementation as well as creation. The committee provides a structured forum for collaboration among among board members, administration and legal advisors to ensure policies remain current, compliant, track policies from introduction through
adoption and implementation. So um that's a brief um overview of the purpose of this committee. Um and as we will begin, we will start to look at some of the things that we will review um in this committee over the next year. Um and it seems like a lot of information that I have submitted I previously submitted the information to the administration on December 29th to review um this committee. I will say that we um last year um the board um coming out of this committee coming out of the policy legal contracts committee um the board itself introduced one policy that was adopted. The hope is that collaboratively that we can not only introduce policies that's needed, but we can review policies and update policies and that we can do that in a fashion or
a way that um we get a little more work done in this committee. So, um in developing our policies, I'm I'm reading, but I'm not going to. um in developing our policies. The hope is that we can align our district to best practices and fill voids or needs that the district may have that maybe we don't have the um structured instruction that is needed to facilitate a task. Um and what we want to do is make sure that we are fair. Um we want to make sure that we're consistent um in our application of policies um and we want to make sure that we have the necessary tools to um educate children. So um is there any anything that needs to be added to that statement? Um, anyone have any questions or so? I'm going
say we we we all need to take a breath and loosen up a little bit. So, this this working group I I want to make sure that um we we all have we all participate um as we outline the structure of this committee. Um we have a um the board policy committee has been separated from legal contracts and board policy. So this is a standalone committee. How policies are created? The policy will originate from this committee and the second reading of the policy will move to the rules committee. The rules committee is um superintendent outly board president Barbara Sykes. So the rules committee will review the policy. That will be the second reading. The third reading will occur at the board meeting and the vote will be taken at that third the third reading. So
all board policies will move from this committee to the rules committee. Some of the things that we want to cover um is implementation oversight. So in this committee we will not only review policies standing policies u but we will also look at the administrative guidelines to make sure that the guidelines are um consistent with the policy um and then some some tweaks or um may occur um as necessary with collaboration from the administration. What I would like to do is move the administrative guidelines and the policy together. I'm going to ask for some feedback. Are are we still good, >> Dr. Mona? Thank you, member Harrison. So, um together do you for clarification for administration and the public um together in discussion here or together in board docs? I know there's a book in board
docs for the administrative guideline manual also. Is that what you mean? So, we have the a complete manual. >> Yes. I I I guess for the public I I will address the administrative the the the policy and administrative guidelines. Um matter of fact, I'll ask the superintendent, superintendent outlay to give us u what the definition for the public of the administrative guidelines. >> The guidelines are the uh the framework in which we're to carry the policy out in. So, it's more detailed and it's intended for the administration. >> Thank you. Um, there was a little confusion last year or the year before about the administrative guidelines. So, the board is responsible for creating the policy. The administration is responsible for the administrative guidelines because they are the um they implement the the administration is responsible
for implementation of the policy. So the board creates the policy al and along with administration and then administration creates the administrative guidelines and that's simply a roadmap. How will this policy be carried out? Um and for the administration um you have a sample of um the format of the agenda. Um my understanding with do as with Dr. Molnar um the once it's created in board docs once an agenda is created and there it's easier to populate once it's created. I I'm I'm listening to Dr. Molner on that. If I'm wrong, it's her. Along with that, we have the dates um the meeting dates of the committee. You there along there is a schematic of the meeting dates. Um a calendar um a couple of them are changed have changed already. So the Janu I mean
July 6 date will be tentative subject to cancel based because of the holiday. Um and there's one other but this is a tentative schedule of meeting dates. We generally meet the first Monday the first Monday of the month. That is our general guideline. Along with the packet is a graph just a visual graph for the um how we adopt a policy. Also I'm going to close um with the um what we would like um to proceed with the administration. How do we prepare for the meeting? what what will be um the expectation of the committee and what will be the expectation of um the administration to prepare for the meeting. Uh so that that is the guidelines that I would like us to proceed with. Um I I will say this is a working document.
So I I would ask for feedback. I I know this meeting is relatively quick. I apologize that we're having uh meetings on back-toback days, but a member of the committee is going on vacation tomorrow. So, we need to have the meeting today um because we haven't met in quite a while. So, we didn't want to miss the month of January. So, I apologize for scheduling back meetings back to back. Um so the policy committee is a almost an exact committee. We didn't get a lot done over the last couple of years because the committee met once a month and during that meeting that once a month meeting we tried to cover everything during that meeting. I would like this committee to work throughout the month um as far as communicating with the committee members with
the administration if a policy is presented um the feedback and the work should happen throughout the month. So I don't want to wait for meeting to meeting to discuss policies. Um and I know sometimes that would seem like work is being created. Um and I want to ensure that work is not being created because this is the work that we do. Um so if I can give you an example, if I think a policy or the committee, the board believes that a policy should be created, um I will submit the language of the policy or the policy or template of the policy. Um and we should be able to work on that through emails. I don't think we'll just be coming in sitting down, but we should be able to communicate um through emails, through
telephone calls, but the communication should happen before the next meeting. Um and likewise, there may be a policy that you would like us to look at to consider if you can send that to us and we can discuss the framework at the committee meeting. Um but I would like to work in between meetings. Um I would ask that um part of the policy committee is to review existing policies. Um and I think that becomes the challenge with creating policies, updating policies. Um but we can't miss that critical moment of reviewing policies. So I would ask the administration if they would have a one policy monthly to bring for review. The board will also the policy committee will have a policy and in that way we can at least get through reviewing existing policies updating them.
They may not need to be updated. They may not need to be um any changes but at least we have reviewed the policy so we can simply update them doable. This is a working group. So if it if if if something is not doable it you can share that because I don't want to inundate work. Yes superintendent. So, I know there are some policies uh that have to be created this year and what we've discussed before is creating like a timeline of ensuring we get through what has to get done. And so I'm just wondering do when do we bring that to the body to say these are things like we were talking earlier about kindergarten you know changing our policy around the age requirement. There's another one about tech a house bill about technology.
So it's like when do we bring them all on a calendar and say this should be like the route we take to get it all done within the deadlines. Is that what you propose or you would just like us to bring it peacemail at to the meetings? >> Thank you for that. Um last year 16 policies were brought at one time to update and there's no way we can update 16 policies at one time. Um with the understanding that we also have to do the standard updates, the Niola update. So, so we understand that those, you know, um need to be brought to um I I want to be really comfortable that if a policy need to be brought to the committee, you can bring it to the committee. One of the things [clears throat]
that we have on our agenda is we have six or seven policies that have been on the agenda for more than for too long that we have not even addressed. Um, so the policies that we need to address, let's get them on the agenda. And if you can prioritize um the policies that we need to prioritize um and maybe we won't get to the once a month update because we have priorities, but we want to make sure that we are working within the priorities and we are updating policies. And I think if we are communicating throughout the month um that these need to be updated um then we can come in that month because we the committee itself should have reviewed the information. We should have answered our own questions or we should have asked
the appropriate questions and at the policy committee meeting then we can move those policies to the rules committee. Is that did did that answer your question? >> Member Harrison. So uh when you speak about uh a policy coming to the committee and then going to coming to uh rules committee. So is it that you foresee only one meeting dealing with one particular uh policy just meeting one time publicly? >> I think that would depend on the policy itself. Mhm. >> So the Neola updates >> Mhm. >> those would my experience with the Neola updates are uh some of them are language, some of them is clean enough. I foresee those being a maybe a one meeting policy. >> The most the more intensive policies, they'll just stay in the committee until we're ready to move
them. So, the ideal is not to move something that is incomplete to the rules committee because I'm sure um our president will move it back down to me and I don't want the president to move it back down to me. So, the the intensive policy we we have a couple now that's intensive policies. Um, so the discussion is to make sure we have them right here and that we're agreeing on language or purpose or um the need of the policy and then we'll move it. >> Yes. Um, member Harrison, I just want to make it clear for those who may be listening that it is not your intent to in between meetings to have these discussions outside of the ears and sights of the public and then to be able to come to the committee
and then pass it then pass it right out because that that does eliminate our transparency that we keep talking about. Okay. So, and policy takes a long time. Yes, >> policy takes a long time to to go through the process and making sure that we're doing it legally and that we're doing it transparencyly. So, I just want as you say bring uh the policy to the committee but as we also uh we're talking of course but uh not with the committee because then we haven't given proper notification and those conversations. >> Correct. And that brings me to >> that point. >> Okay. >> When we are working with it the changes and and and we tried to do this in the previous committees, let's make sure our changes are in red so we can see
the changes from meeting to meeting and that's so we we we we want to again we do want to be transparent but we we also want to document the changes and why we did the changes. So thank you for that. Dr. Mner. >> Thank you, Member Harrison. Um, I also wanted to follow up on something uh Superintendent Outley said about a number of policies that we need to create this year. But then the example that was given was a policy that we already have and editing a policy and creating a policy are different uh workloads. And so, um, one thing that I appreciate about member Harrison's agenda here is that we have the new business section and we have an unfinished business section. And so, I can't I I'm wondering if it's your intent. I'm
trying to un um imagine if we have a situation where you have 16 Neola policies and the administration wants to bring 16 new policies to new business. Are they all going to make it into discussion into the next meeting? Or would some of that when member Harrison mentioned prioritizing will some of that go into unfinished business in the next meeting? Because really you have 16 new policies, but these two are the priority. These two will make it into discussion because they're just listed in new business. >> Yes, attorney. >> Thank you, uh, Dr. Molar. Thank you, member Harrison. Yeah, I would [clears throat] envision a um a menu, Dr. Mr. Mullen to your your point about you know if there's an or inordinate inordinate number of policies uh that are that are whether it's a
house bill update or something like that uh but again prioritizing um you know in discussion and collaboration uh to make sure that the the most important um time-sensitive policies are are at or near the top of that list for consideration. Thank you. And then also to President Sykes's point, as a committee member, if I see discussion really filling up, I might not need to talk to any other board member or the superintendent or even legal for me to know as a committee member, I have to do my homework this month and get through all these discussion topics and be prepared for a prompt and timely discussion. Um, and so for the transparency for the for the community, I I know that I can do work without a lack of transparency. Also, >> member Harrison, uh,
the other question would be whether or not all of the policies would come to the policy committee. it could go to other committees to have the discussion so that individuals in the community could know that we're talking about those uh and not because one of the reason why policy committee was established just a standing committee policy committee was because of what member Harrison just said we've had on our agenda a number of those last year that just did not did not uh move through the system did not get happen anywhere So we want to try not to uh you know add an addition an additional committee. We'll we want to try to uh eliminate all of the policies coming to one committee even though this committee is the primary policy committee. But depending on the
topic, you know, you may say this this particular topic is dealing with instructional policy and it could go to the instructional committee. It doesn't have to come to policy and because they all will end up still with the rules committee and looking at that and that's why the superintendent is on the rules committee, our main administrator here to look to see if this is okay. Should we move this on to uh to vote or do we need to send it back to the committee to get some more information or to have some more discussion? And that would include the public. We forget we we want to encourage the public to be able to express to have enough time for the public to participate in this discussion also. So it takes time for them to know
that we even having a hearing on a particular topic. So uh so all of the policy issues will not come through the policy committee. Uh that will be a bit much for the policy committee just to start off with. Did you say you already have seven from uh if I recall from the last board meeting um we sent back a batch of transportation policies >> six or seven of those um that are going to be re-evaluated as well. >> Yes. six or seven of those, but there's an additional six or seven that was not acted upon. So, um, >> so and I anticipate we can move those transportation policies. Um, there were two questions on the policy. So, I would anticipate on the second that we can cover those policies and move those policies to
the rules committee. So, are there any concerns that that we we should address? member Kelly. Thank you, Member Harrison. I also want to acknowledge that not only is this important to prioritize these policies in a timely manner, but it's important to address the policies that are not only important to this district, but that are important to the families that we represent. So I I am going to ask if those policies that are pending are revisited, which they will be, but if we could be provided with uh perhaps a list of all those policies that were put on hold. So that way we are carefully collectively making sure that we're seeing those we're reviewing the policies that are important such as the policy that you did share with us superintendently about the uh language being changed
uh regarding our kindergarten students. So I I hope that the next time we or be the next time we meet we could be provided with a list of those policies. Thank you member Kelly. That particular and attorney Sapusk was not here at the instructional policy committee. So I'll restate it for the public. Um, well, I'll let Superintendent Outley explain that policy and then why it's in instructional policy. So, there is new legislation that changes our current law which gave um our district had the opportunity that a student coming into kindergarten could be five. we could either pick uh by the end of August or September 30th. And as a district, we allow kindergarteners to enroll as long as they turn five by the end of by September 30th. Now, the law is they have to
be five by the first day of instruction. And so, that will change that will make us change our current policy. And so that particular policy will be an instructional policy and it'll move to the rules committee from instructional policy. So we're not duplicating um oversight or um amending policies in two different committees. Any other questions as to how we'll proceed. That was quick. So to to to add to the numerous policies that we we we have on the agenda um and um they were forwarded to the administration to um put eyes on them. But I want to introduce um three policies that will be um discussed um and the policies have are initiated from the board. So we don't have um the policies are in the agenda but we have not had a discussion about
the policies. But for the sake of this meeting, I just want to introduce the three policies. Um and um their agenda number the item will be the agenda number not the policy number. Um and the agenda number um for the first policy public records policy u 3.04 04 of the agenda and I'm just introducing the numbers for the for the record. Um [clears throat] 3.05 the administrative leave policy and 3.03 03 temporary reemployment of retired administrators. So those policies are introduced. Um and I would ask that we would continue to put the introduced policies under old business. And then if we have um and I'm thinking out loud, would it be helpful to have a category for um let's say something that's urgent or do we just want to introduce that? Um, >> Chair Harrison,
um, I think in reviewing some of the, uh, organizational materials that you had forwarded us, uh, a couple weeks back, um, I think there were there were some categories or there's some, you know, columns that we could identify and and tag a policy with that type of label, if you will, urgency or put, you know, a a a deadline, implementation deadline, if it's required by a state legislature or federal law, we can we can identify that and and that would come from from the administration. I I'm not sure that I mean we I want to move policies through the committees through the committee but we would not as a committee have information to what is urgent or what we need to get done. So so that that could come from you if you will um
because we don't want to slow the work down. We want to make sure that we are getting through what we need to get through, but we also want to make sure that we have um we're not bringing an urgent policy that meeting and then saying we need to move it because of a timeline. Um, so, um, if if you could prioritize that, um, and I think the the policies that come from the administration, you let us know what the priority is. And if we have a urgent policy, then we'll let you know well in advance. And the goal is again not to um, dismiss transparency or not to be transparent, but the goal is to get work done. And we're not trying to work through a policy itself, the framework of the policy in the
committee meeting. So, we're at 35 minutes. And and I will say um the we did not forego the third reading of the transportation policies and so if we um we can move those policies. There were two questions to those policies and I will um again I I will email you the questions that I had regarding the policy. We can discuss the policies and I would anticipate that we can move those policies to the rules committee because we have had prior discussion on those policies. Um prior public discussion on those policies and those policies most of the policies were mandated by House Bill 96. >> Dr. Molner. >> Thank you. Member Harrison. Um, in regards to those policies that we're moving through, um, one thing that I heard from you that is going to be, um,
expanded in this um, this year in this committee is the uh, policy implementation and the policy review. Um I do know I've sat through so many committee meetings where there was this um juxtaposition of is that for the policy or is that for the administrative guidelines. I'm hearing from you it's not the intention of the board to create the administrative guidelines but to be aware of them because depending on those administrative guidelines that might affect the policy. >> Absolutely. Um great point and thank you for that. Um and the clarification with the administrative guidelines for the public is the administrative guidelines are created by the administration based on how that policy will be implemented. Administrative guidelines are not replacement of a policy. Um it's simply the functions of the policy. And so, um, I I
believe things should be the critical things should be spelled out. And so, not everything can go in the policy. Um, but the administrative guidelines should always reflect what the language of the policy is. So, you will hardly ever hear me say, "Let's not worry about that. Let's put that in administrative guidelines." If it's important enough to do, it's important enough to speak on in policy and and again understanding not the policy cannot cover everything. Thus you have administrative guidelines. So uh but that goes to the reviewing of policy and administrative guidelines are there. They should be consistent. Um and the policy should not ask to do something that we're unable to do. Um but the policies and administrative guidelines should be consistent and we should be reviewing those you know um if is the policy
working as designed. Do we need to review it? Do we need to amend it? Do we need to change it? Um um as well as the administrative guidelines. Um and correct me if I'm wrong. A lot of times the administrative guidelines can be reviewed, not necessarily the policy. Attorney Suspy. Thank you, Mr. Chair. [clears throat] Excuse me. Under the weather, I apologize. Trying to get a voice that can be heard. Um, [clears throat] yes, you [snorts] are you are correct. Uh the administrative guidelines certainly are going to be the road map and the pathway uh for the day-to-day implementation of the policies and we'll certainly work to collaborate and make sure that uh they echo uh [clears throat] the desired uh pathway and outcomes as dictated by the policies. Excuse me. and for the public.
Um something this an example would be something that's not working as designed. Uh the superintendent could handle that by simply changing um the how the administrative guidelines operate. So the administrative guidelines are like a GPS and if you make a wrong turn in the GPS, it recalculates and puts you the right way. So the administrative guidelines are meant to recalculate and put us in the right direction without changing the policy. >> I appreciate the road map theme that we're talking. I appreciate that. >> Dr. Molnar, >> thank you member Harrison. Um so with that I hear that in the next meeting we will be talking about transportation policies. These are transportations we've had for uh we've had in discussion for a while. Do we anticipate administrative I I see do we anticipate administrative guidelines for
these transportation policies or are we going to start that um not in the February meeting but in the March meeting which meeting will we start attaching administrative guidelines to the policies. So, so the transport I I'll give a history of the transportation policies. The transportation policies is a result of House Bill 96. Um, House Bill 96 was p passed July 1st. Um, and they um enacted August 1st. Um, we did not meet the guidelines um of updating our policies by October 1st. However, we are still following state law. So we are we are currently we are following state law. Um so the policies came into the committee December 1st and we did not have time to thoroughly discuss or to get the um refine the language by the meeting December 8th. So, speaking to what
President Sykes was speaking to, we're not going to rush policies through the committee. Um, however, we do want to be in compliance with our policies with state law. So, I believe for this particular for these transportation policies, if administrative guidelines need to be updated, then we can review those. Those may not necessarily be in align with the policies, but I um we have a very capable um legal team too. We have a very capable legal team and I trust that they will do what they need to do to update the administrative guidelines and then I would say that we as a committee can review them if necessary. Um but the policy itself um there were two questions that needed to be answered on the policy itself. >> Dr. Maltar, >> thank you. So then for
a clarification, starting in the March meeting, any policy that moves to the rules committee will have administrative guidelines prepared for the board to review with that policy before it goes to rules. >> Correct. >> Attorney Sepuski. >> Thank you, Mr. Chair. Um, just question of clarification. Um, should it be when the policy comes forward at at some point with the committee, uh, close to being final language before we lock in administrative guideline language, uh, since that typically is the cart before the horse kind of thing when the policy gets uh, firmed up, if you will, and then, uh, go ahead and finalize those the the guidelines, do align with that? Uh just ask asking about the the sequence a little bit because the policy will certainly drive the the guidelines. >> Thank you, Attorney Sapus.
So So let me clarify, make sure that I'm understanding. So we may not necessarily always have the administrative guidelines ready to move with the policy. Okay. >> Not a 100% uh completion because on until you know what that policy language is for sure, you want to be certain then you can craft uh some finalized uh guidelines to uh comport with that policy. >> Dr. Molnar. Yeah, I understand that administrative guidelines change and evolve and we don't have to approve those changes because they're your your guidelines. Um, but I would like to see a draft or an outline or an idea of what those administrative guidelines will be before we approve the actual policy. So that's why I see in here we have um oh my goodness sections here. Oh so we have the discussion and
some policies we might discuss 50 times right um some we might discuss twice um but then the policy readings. So once it gets to the policy reading level of the agenda, we should have some idea of what that might be because that's our last chance depending on what the administrative guidelines are also to change a couple words of the policy without going through that entire process again. And um then also a lot of the policies I'm thinking Neiola especially >> you already have those. So I mean those can come that you don't have to wait until the policy readings to show us those because they are already in board docs. You can just say look it up in board docs. That's what they are. It won't just the niola update of changing pronouns is not
going to change our administrative guidelines on this policy. >> Oh yeah sure. Absolutely. And yeah, there's certainly full full uh behind that is there will be some kind of framework or guiding outline or or you know like I said skeletal framework of of guidelines for sure. Uh there won't be just a blank page of to be determined on the on the guidelines piece. So I appreciate your perspective on that. Any other questions? Member Kelly. >> Thank you, Member Harrison. I I do want to continue to emphasize um timing is important, making sure that we're reviewing the policies that are mostly important to this district and also whichever direction this moves and what committee it may fall that we are sharing this with the community. Um, as member Harrison, member Molinar, uh, member Sykes has said
that it is important for us to be transparent while we're making these decisions and having these conversations. Thank you, >> Dr. Molner. Thank you, member Harrison. And thank you, Member Kelly, because um the transparency with the community is exactly why um Attorney Sepusk and Superintendent Outly that draft or that skeleton framework or whatever we can provide as far as administrative guidelines is so critical to have before it leaves this committee because when it leaves this committee, it's going to go to rules committee now. And so in rules committee, we're gonna say we're having a second reading of the policy and we're going to need some sort of background on so what's that going to do? And so having that explanation, we might have some community members that only watch the rules committee. They haven't seen
all the work and all the discussion that's occurred here. And so that's why those administrative guidelines are so critical. So thank you, member Kelly, for uh that transparency reminder. Thank you. One of the things I would like to have is expected um third reading dates. So I don't want to just have a policy. I don't want to introduce a policy and just have it on the agenda. And so if we can have a date on the policies and and I know we can't go back. One of the policies on the agenda was from 2024. So, uh, but if we can have a date, um, you know, let's say today, um, 0113 by that policy, so we can readily look at that policy and know it's been on the agenda too long. And and a lot
of this is not exact science right now. So we're not looking at an exact science trying to knock this down. Um this is just framework right now. And um I'm sure we'll have many conversations offline. Um, but I just the important thing is I don't want to come to the committee and try to do all the work in the hour that we have at the committee. We're just not going to get it done. Um, Dr. Mer, you got any more questions? >> I think we're done. [clears throat] I guess I I guess since you said my name I will say also but for transparency the the work that's being done is still in accordance with >> Yes. >> Absolutely. We're we're still doing work. Um we're we're still the um and I'll kind of give
an example. Um it it was four weeks writing these three policies um that were introduced today. Um and in in creating the the policies, there were different agencies that were contacted and uh different inputs that were to make sure that what was introduced is at least a workable draft. Um we have to review the old policies in and the public records. We have to look at that. So coming to the committee, you're coming to the committee with some of the framework, some of the groundwork done. So we're not just sitting at the committee with a blank piece of paper trying to create a policy. So that background work is not public. It's not work that is being kept from the public. So when the policy is introduced, once we start working on the policy, we'll
make the changes in red so we can see where we were and what the finished product is. But the discussions of um why this change were was made, why this is in the policy, why this is not in the policy um will happen in the meeting. >> You're giving us homework. >> Yes, it's homework. Yeah. Yes. It it it's homework, but but again, um the the ideal that um I've I've heard in the past the board is directing work. Um the board is not directing work. This is the work of the district to make sure that our policies are sound policies and that um I've heard in the separate times we do that because there is no policy. There's no policy that says we can't do it. And and so with that thought in mind,
if if that's the reason to be inconsistent, then we certainly need a policy. So we'll we'll leave it open. We we'll let the administration have the final say if there is a final say. Final comment, anything. And and just to the paper is a guide. It it's not the law. So, you know, attorney Sepusk uh I'm sure you're going to read this as all attorneys do in their free time. They read stuff. um and just let us know, hey, um this may be a bit much that we'll just come back and we'll we'll work it out to where it's manageable, where it's workable, um and move the district forward with with the policy committee as best we can. And if there is nothing else to discuss, we'll give six minutes back. Um, we will adjourn
this meeting at 6:24.
