001WE ARE HONORING INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE MAUREEN MCDONALD FOR HER COMMITMENT TO students of the Prospect Hill School community since 2014. Throughout her years of service, Maureen has consistently said yes to supporting learners at every stage of their journey. As a job trainer at C-Tech, she empowered young adults by helping them write resumes, prepare for job interviews, and develop essential employment skills that led to successful placements with local businesses and the broader community. She later brought that same dedication and compassion to her role as a first and fourth grade paraprofessional at Lander Elementary School and Horace Mann Center. Each day, Maureen says yes to supporting students' academic progress, strengthening social skills, and meeting physical needs, always ensuring that students remain at the center of their learning. While we were only lucky enough to welcome Maureen into the
002center family this school year, her patience, care, and student-first mindset have made a lasting impact on countless children and families. We thank you for always bringing your smile and your passion for meeting the needs of every child into our school each day. We congratulate Maureen McDonald for her dedication, commitment, and accomplishments. >> Great, now you can play our game tonight. Can you close your eyes and target IN THE BACK? They said yes to researching best practices, thoughtfully starting up materials, that nurture young
003students' social, physical, emotional, and life skill development, and collaborating closely with our district's behavior specialist to design routines and procedures that ensure a safe, positive, personalized, and growth-minded learning environment. They said yes to training paraprofessionals with intention and care. Many of them are here tonight to help. And to build a classroom culture where birthdays are celebrated with special teacher's favorite foods, recipes are made together, personalized games are played, and every success, big or small, is honored. They advocated for enriching supports that expand opportunity and lying including music therapy experiences, school counselor life social groups, and even a special visit from Santa Claus to create joyful lasting memories.
