Pursuant to RC 3313.845 and all other applicable laws. The Riverside Local School District Board of Education hereby appoints and employs Robert Scott through the Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve Governing Board to serve as interim superintendent of schools for the district. The interim superintendent shall be employed at an hourly rate of $115.34 and such rate shall be subject to a 6% administrative fee in accordance with the Riverside Local School District Educational Service Center of the
005Western Reserve Master Agreement. Service shall commence on December 15, 2025 and shall continue until either party notifies the other in writing to terminate this agreement or the board appoints a permanent superintendent. The authority of the interim superintendent is expressly limited to supporting the day-to-day educational and operational functions of the Riverside local school district and therefore shall not make or implement any long-term decisions. All expenses incurred while conducting services as the interim superintendent, including but not limited to mileage, travel, meals, and other reimburseable costs, shall be built separately and shall constitute an additional cost to the board subject to the applicable board policies and procedures.
