M of the Fall City School s Board of Education roll call please ler here Sue Dominic here Brown here please join me in saying Pledge of Allegiance of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all thank you great so adonic will read our vision statement tonight everything we do is designed to provide a future ready student-centered learning experience for every single child our strategic plans for 2021-2026 will help us accomplish this goal by considering every facet of a student's learning experience from curriculum to infrastructure to Wellness diversity and inclusion and everything in between all right so first on our agenda tonight is nominations for a new board member to fill out the remainder of the term through 2023. so
I will open the floor team oh wait a minute we didn't approve the agenda yet we'll do that later okay so I will open the Florida nominations two finalists that we interviewed I felt Mark Baxter was a stronger candidate of the two both are equally qualified but Mark's overseas experience working with the Board of Education over in the Church of England and a few other life experiences I thought would be a value-add to different perspectives of this work okay we were nominating Mark Baxter yep awesome have any other nominations all right do I have a motion to close nominations I'm just okay I've been thinking a lot about this choice um I'm glad that we've had a couple of weeks since our discussions with our various candidates we have had some great applicants for this
I think of the folks that we the two folks we invited back to talk to us a second time I don't think that we could go wrong by choosing either one of them I think they both bring something unique a table that they could contribute to our board and sorry it took me a second to kind of put my thoughts together but I would like to nominate Carrie Orris um like I said it's been a long couple of weeks and I thought a lot about this and I think the thing that stood out for me is just her her depth of understanding of this role and her efforts to kind of really understand what the word is working on what we're looking at the next six months and Beyond and her efforts to understand all
of that just really stood out for me so okay so we're carrying it before us as a nominee any other nominations all right so Mr leisler has moved to close nominations do I have a second this was just a motion to close the nominations roll call please sir Dominick hi when and Weisler aye Brown hi all right so we have two nominees and before we we vote questions comments Carolina I definitely agree with Pamela that both finalists who are fantastic and we really can't go wrong I I also agree with uh Mr leisler that we um needed to pick somebody up at is kind of add the most value for this partial term and I tend to agree with him that the perspective from the overseas different perspective might be so from from serve in
the position of school so that being said I appreciate everything that that uh every candidate the table there was something unique about every single one yeah I I find that we we learn a little something from every single one of those interviews which I very much appreciate I thought in our pool of seven it's really good voices came forward um that each each voice that came through came to visit with us would bring something really unique and I was pleased with the the two that we came down to and the good news has been with either the two I will be delighted the bad news is with either been back and forth and um and I think Kerry Orris knows how I feel about her personally and is has been a role model for me
she knew that she was a very courageous person her voice in my ear makes me a much more solid person and certainly a much more solid professional and I like that approach for the board I think we are all capable of grown-ups but I think she would make us more capable grown-ups and um then Mark Baxter comes through and brings a really unique truly an outsider looking in perspective but enough both from an outsider perspective but as a parent as a teacher brings a lot of different a lot of different perspectives are encompassed into one person so leaning more that way as so that are really interesting and a chance to really learn some that's where I am or like nothing about this this is all really fun and really yeah that means I I
completely agree I I feel slightly uncomfortable because voting for someone needs a voting against someone else and I just I don't like that from the aspect of I think right so yeah so when your name is called uh just indicate your choice between Mark Baxter or Kerry Orris ler Mark Baxter sodomic all right thanks Dan wind carriers brown or Baxter thank you but good Kent Road representative but Gary thank you oh and you're welcome and I mean sincerely thank you and Mark congratulations okay come on slower today come on down [Applause] first time please that you will support the Constitution of the United States and the constitution of the state of Ohio and faithfully and partially discharge your duties as a board member a board of educational Falls City School Districts Southern County Ohio to
the best of durability and in accordance with the laws now and now and a year after to be enacted during your continuance and set office until your successors elected and qualified I do congratulations [Music] [Applause] yeah all righty thank you now so your first vote so what we're going to do next is when you're going to adopt tonight's agenda do I have a motion to adopt tonight's agenda please wind hi Baxter hi lizer all right so adonic aye Brown hi hi all right first order of business is the public hearing of of the potential rehire of a retired teacher we are looking to rehire Terry wittner Whitmer who has retired but we're looking to rehire a work and the purpose of this point of our agenda is a hearing to solicit any public commentary on
this potential rehire of a retired teacher try saying that a few things so if there's anybody who would like to speak on this issue this doesn't count toward other issues that we're voting on tonight so there's a chance toward that she knows I know nobody wanting to speak I will close this public hearing on the potential rehire of a retired teacher thank you okay at this point we will ask for comments from the audience on any of the items we will be voting on tonight that's just this part of the agenda there is a portion later for other comments just things that we're voting on today does that include what's listed under new business on those I think we're just discussing them so you can you can make comments at the end but we're not
going okay so yeah there's no phone there's no vote on that tonight okay three readings before though yeah this isn't even the first reading again uh next is our trip our superintendent's consent agenda all right it's uh fairly linty and I'm really excited because a lot of this um is not only the normal things but later on in my recommendations we have a lot of people here that we're going to be recommended for hire that showed up tonight and we're really excited to to have them here and I'd like to introduce you to them as they um as we get to that point so for the consent agenda I would like to recommend the Board of Education approved consent agenda items B through J also at this time I'd like to read the name and

about um Baxter hi lizard aye Dominic aye wend hi bro hi okay questions comments I was just um hoping you could explain real quick the contracts that are on there and kind of what the what the purpose is yeah so each Union was up for contract renewal this year and it was a wages and benefits only uh contract negotiation and we were able to um you know come to resolution with with each group uh in in a very nice process is very well worked out and this brown served on that I think she would agree that will last us for the next two years and then we're back on track uh after the two-year contract to be backing uh hopefully into it for your contract so good definite Applause to both unions for working so
well on this and right for the district and getting us you know it's basically through your agreements but we still have two solid years to go and that speaks well of the the um stability of the district so thank you too to the unions for that I mean that's helpful but no I was saying okay the other contracts on the consent agenda okay sorry um so we think we have the leap uh agreement we have The servicers Interpreter or Services interpreter agreement we have the educational Alternatives uh school um uh the funding services and e-rate consultant but the first three are are different places that our students qualify because of whatever um needs that they have educationally to be placed in and so we need to have contracts with these schools um and and places
when our students go elsewhere other than attend here um the one is uh e-rate service which we contract with somebody to help us with the e-rate services so that we get the most money back and e-rate every year which is our technology Services the property Fleet and liability insurance we just need to re-up that every year I suppose a little bit is that so um you know the rest is pretty yeah pretty commonplace but I just didn't want to skip through all of that no that's fine so and for those that are familiar with these meetings they'll see those names quite a quite a few times throughout the year on this Vincent agenda that shows I'm dealing with these people a lot so oh no that's fine that's fine the other discussion is also helpful
yeah I think we actually voted on it before we discussed it but that's fine okay sorry all right next treasurer's consent agenda all right this has got us all thrown off because of the new or changing everything at the top here tonight it usually goes better than this though I try to take notes consensus recommend to the board of education for all items listed consent agenda day through e do I have any motion so cool all right question those comments don't call pleaseler all right Baxter aye Brown aye takes us two treasurer's recommendations recommend that the Board of Education approve this gentleman Falls classified Association intensive agreement for the contracts even 2023 to 2024 and 2024-2025. have a motion who wants it questions or comments roll call please hi [Music] would you recommend the Board

a motion alrighty for it you get your discussion oh okay um I'd like to introduce Amanda Murray as our new high school principal and we're really excited to have Amanda she's been here is 11 years as assistant principal and she knows our district she knows we're building she knows her kids and her staff and there's something to be said for that institutional knowledge and we're really really excited to have Amanda start off her first principle [Applause] excited because the high school and for us to be the best you want to introduce us here this is my husband Bobby hi Bobby I've got to know Bobby because he takes me around his truck during homecoming he and I sit up front and talk sports while everybody's passing that candy well I'm probably sort of a truck
next I would like to introduce Mr Jason yeagley Jason comes to us with quite a few years of administrative experience at different levels from the high school assistant principal and principal roles to the ER in the Middle School principal roles as well he was also a high school teacher of English I believe for a long long time how many years 10 of teaching a tan of teaching and then administratively as 12 on that so 22 years in the business so he's familiar with the role of assistant principal at the high school and he's really excited with what we've been talking about and with what Amanda's going to lead on the changes at the high school to develop those relationships and and really get going so he's coming to us from West Branch but just ironically
has moved to Kent two and a half months ago three yeah three kids three modeling a house so and lives right next to I think a camp Professor who spoke or a teacher who spoke very of the district so it's always nice when Kent people give Stone a plug yeah for sure very nice so we welcome uh [Music] congratulations guys yes congratulations and welcome and then my wife back here has somebody to introduce I believe this is she is kindergarten teacher teacher he comes to us from Akron where she taught for five years as a fifth grade teacher right and she is very excited to enjoy family very nice welcome yeah congratulations and I will get to these uh personal votes uh after the consent one here so I thought that they ran with the
consent but they're not their salary so okay yeah so don't fear all righty so we're voting on letters all right roll call please hi Baxter aye wisler all right sue a donut aye Brown aye letter b letter B um I wish to recommend the Board of Education approve Amanda Murray as the high school principal to replace Jeff Hartman who was resigning at the end of the 2020 to 23 school year effective August 1st and on a 260-day contract I have a motion all right any comments questions we're going to double move on we're just starting to make that congratulations okay all right roll call please Baxter aye Weisler aye suadona aye wind aye Brown aye and now I I would like I wish to recommend the board of education for Jason yeagley as high school
assistant principal to replace Amanda Murray uh who was accepting the high school principal position effective August 1st 2023 uh 240-day contract do I have a motion someone thank you comments questions happy to have you aboard great things about yourself I'm excited um roll call please adviser aye Sue adonic aye Gwen aye Baxter aye Brown aye all right I wish to recommend the Board of Education to prove the resolution adopting job description for Resident educator program coordinator as presented in exhibit 16. version absolutely you know the position has changed we have Pat close who's retiring each year who's done it for a number of years at uh when I first got here it was a part-time and um they were putting out a lot of regulations and things on brand new teachers as well as uh
the person that was supposed to be overseeing them and so it is since backed way off and this year is going to be much less of a responsibility on those brand new teachers too to complete this so we thought it was time and needed to be have a job description change because that job isn't the same as it was when she first started that's questions phone call please so Dominic hi two business this is simply part of the Ohio Department of Education the policy the inter-district Open Enrollment board policy needs to be reviewed annually by the board no action is required and were to be taken unless there is a change being requested by a board member then we would bring that to the table but what this is is basically it says hey you
know schools in the state of Iowa you have three choices you have open enrollment where it can be anybody that opens a room we have open enrollment where it has to be a district that's touching you where you have no open enrollment and those are the three choices we currently have the Open Enrollment that accepts anybody they don't have to be touching us and that's what we've had at least since I've been here and again we've talked about this does it affects Staffing no because we only allow as as Mr Meister I think put it so eloquently butts in the seat because what we we count and if we have open seats then we allow up to that point but we do not add Staffing or teachers to a company um that was simply the
you know this review okay so no action news next anti-racism board policy our first discussion as I Ward on this and so so this has been in the works for I guess a very very long time um the Dei committee subcommittee policy subcommittee um worked really hard at um drafting this policy we've been through meetings with Administration tried to nail down what we believe is something that is effective protects our students fairly and is also possible for the administration to to this is where we are now and I'm going to bring it to the board to see everyone else brother lengthy so I don't know but it's been out there circulating yeah for a while yeah I mean I I have appreciated as as I've taken a look at it and I know it's it's
been um I've appreciated the input from so many different sectors input from from looking at what are other districts doing on this front to our some of our folks who volunteered to contribute to Dei stuff community members looking at it from from their perspectives to discussions with Administration about you know what this looks like in our buildings it feels like it has been well discussed and there has been a lot of input on it which I really appreciated it's definitely it's been through the legal review processary I didn't even think to mention that but yeah yeah that our board Council has looked at it and made several suggestions suggestion for me there you know it definitely it's we've kept the meat of most of it as intended but there have been several changes throughout the
way there's been modification suggestions additions yeah I'm really happy to see it at this point where we're doing our readings on it and yes that it's it's ready for us you can move and make it a first reading if you give you two or we can continue to put it on I mean I'm ready for it to have it um I I want to leave that discussion if anyone else has any anything to say about that that's where I'm at I certainly would like to hear from our newest board member I put you away too I'm very excited that we're moving something area I mean it the amazing quite trivial some people my own children have been told to go back to where they come from and I'm the definition of white angle Saxon Protestants
so um so so yeah it's it's there in all forms usually through it it's only the root cause of these things but uh anything we can do to make all our students welcome and well assuming students staff everybody to all stakeholders School environments that we should do it yeah I think it'll be good for people in the community to come and speak if they have any concerns or Pros or cons right away especially the way some of this work is some of this one one person can create in one way even though it's not intended a certain way to get clarity on some of that is there any specific areas that you personally would like to interview or no not right now I'd like to hear from you Community First yeah I think this is
some stuff I've seen so the Dei Community initiative held an event a week ago for Juneteenth and a lot of speakers that we had that evening one of them was a tower who is now in domestic relations judge in Summit County but she's also a certain number of false graduate and she's African-American and just the way she spoke about it was so authentic like what what Dei means to her and it's you know she's the first to say you know she did not feel bullied in high school it wasn't that but just she realized what you know her parents were is very encouraging but what this meant and I thought she's the one she's the kind of person I'd like to hear from because it was a very I can speak about it for my
white woman standpoint but she had just such an interesting take on it and would like to to get some of those here's some of those voices and one of the things we talked about last week at that event was you know diversity isn't just about black and white or national origin diversity we need to recognize the diversity of diversity but it's you know neurodiversity and it's it's not just about sexual orientation or race that there's socioeconomic issues that have you know we think that stone Ruffles is not diverse maybe it isn't because we're predominantly white but we are very diverse in so many other ways and how do we continue to incorporate that and make sure that all of our students all of our staff in all of these little Pockets that we find ourselves
in that everybody feels welcome that everybody is valued and included in diversity of religion as well right I mean we we really do we have a lot of folks diversity of first language spoken you know we have a lot of in our school building and yeah I won all of those folks students staff whoever to feel comfortable in our buildings ideally yeah cool well thank you thanks for all the hard work on this and starting up such a Bulldogs John I just wanted to be clear in terms of hearing from the community you feel more comfortable hearing from the community before we finalize it correct okay I just want to make sure that I understood that I got the opportunities and so I I wanted your question for the fall just to make sure that
people understand that we're looking at this because this could become controversial for some folks I definitely would suggest putting it on the agenda next next board meeting for our first reading but people will still have the opportunity and discussions yes it's been on the agenda multiple you know it's been out here a lot so if there's people that do want to see want to speak I welcome everybody and and any changes we might want to to make can be done done over the course of those days so Focus other reasons yeah the next discussion on adding a board committee is that you that is awesome okay um it's been a few meetings back get discussed possibly creating a board committee about anti-bullying but I just have in my preliminary discussions with people I just think
it's the wrong way to go um so I asked if we could bring this as a new topic of out to the board just because um you know for the sake of the way the way our business is supposed to be conducted I would like to have opinions from everyone on if there's any potential way we could go to address the further need to dive into the anti-bullying topic but I just don't think that a board committee is the way to go um I think that helps in the wellness that we have talked about yeah it's definitely a place to right and I I think that um there is there's a lot of overlap obviously between the bullying efforts and kind of what we're looking at with mental health and wellness um and I think
as as I was thinking about it um and kind of how we how we structure that you know kind of that difference between a superintendent's committee report committee um and I look at those efforts as things that that we as board members can pitch in on but that are more under your purview right um those are things that are you know your job description not mine right to be you know blunt about it yeah um so I think it's it's more appropriate as a superintendent's committee um in terms of that that placements um that's kind of where my thinking is at on it yes I agree every now and if anybody else disagree but I think I think it's just I I feel like it's movement's best to stay where it is yeah and I
think as we discussed this with um Mr Pearl with our assistant superintendent who we could do it as part of this because bullying while being a huge issue is not a standalone issue it's there's so many things that feed into bullying that it's it would be better at rust as holistically yes and actually it's uh I I had a at a different meeting um discussed with Dr lacotte about how in relation to safety security how bullying plays into even that um topic you know from the standpoint of prevention um the very front end of Safety and Security is how do we really I think I still think that it's there's a something we need to do to address this more maybe putting a gorgeous a person that's a that's targeting bullying on each committee or
what do you think my feeling is is now that it's when you kind of be a specific piece of the health and wellness and it will have its own place and that committee and all the overlap I think that's exactly where okay it should be because you're going to have the health and wellness committee all the people at the table we have teachers you can administrators you're going to have the health community members you know behavioral specialists you're going to have communities you're going to have you know Mental Health Specialists okay um so I think geez if that group of people can't you know even if we even have some students yeah absolutely yeah as well yeah I guess I just want to make sure that you know as I've been approached just yeah many
many times yeah I want to make sure I'm doing something and I want to make sure that I know you know I just want you that we're collaborating and I and that we're getting results not just it doesn't make it easier it doesn't make it better but it is it is you know out of the 17 school districts in this County it's everybody's number one uh yeah exactly I definitely we hear a lot more about it here because we're the largest so yeah um but I think calling it by name and adding it to the humidity is part of the responsibility I think we'll we'll move things forward there perfect yeah we the Safety and Security committee met this morning and it did come up as part of that as well right so it like
I think to be part of Technology it certainly is part of policy I think bullying touching everything and needs to be looked at from every angle possible okay I'm just and I want to restate them as many times as possible I don't think that we're we have a unique issue with volunteer that is not my perspective at all I think that we are what I just think that there's always ways to get better yeah absolutely and we agree 100. so it sounds like it all it actually a work sessions or whatever about kind of because it's touching so many areas that that we have some discussions over time I would say a presentation even the kick off a discussion by Mrs Pro after let's say it meets and then the next work study she would
discuss the meeting and the results building into our work session agenda that there's a chance for every committee to kind of report if there's something going on if there's nothing going on there's nothing but as committees are meeting and there's information to share that there's that opportunity that would help the communication piece because there's definitely I think it happens all the time there's things happening that the community is not necessarily aware of no matter how many times you put it out there correct yeah it still gets missed and I think continuing there show that we're working and I liked what came up this morning about bullying prevention not just how are we going to punish bullies that it's what are the factors that lead up to that and how can it be taken care of
proactively before it becomes a bullying situation it's much easier to prevent a fire than clean up after one and I think it would be good for the community as well to hear what is being done you know as opposed to just what didn't work or what ended up being a bad situation so so that would be good as well and I just want to say thank you to everyone for discussing it I think it's you know it's good for us as a board to try things in and say you know I think you brought this up multiple times test it and if it's you know test test and if it's not going to work yeah thank you thank you all right next is the bridges math book textbook adoption second reading again yeah no action
needed this is the second reading of the textbook that we would like to adopt and great lesson any comments questions books available in central office if anybody wants to review it I avoid math textbooks I'm just kidding all right next student representative policy to get pretty close to right so this would be the second reading um of our policy it's we've tried to make that make it pretty direct and to the point uh and it has obviously been through our board Council to make sure that legally we're on target with our language on that um so yeah excellent some of that particularly in favor of Youth representation you know our biggest stakeholders don't have a voice and this is one way we can try to give them a voice um we want them to be
actually citizens that's what we're trying to do yep um I've did this myself back across the palm of the British youth Council like it's um something that would be a very forward-moving thing to have our young people I rarely represented yep exactly thanks I think student perspective is going to be different than any adult in in any of our builds what do you think so yeah so thank you for all your hard work yeah yes definitely for taking the lead on that all right that brings us to our final session of comments we do not have a mic I don't know so we'll just anybody that wants to speak publicly start with just your name they end this week about this anti-racism policy I brought up at the last meeting that we still don't have
the meeting minutes from these this committee meeting where this policy was developed it also includes secretive Anonymous complaints secretive proceedings I think we have a right to know what's going on on our school the open and honest standards and open and honest discussion about what is going on okay this is the type of totalitarian thing that's done that no one knows what's going on and you just gotta call somebody a name and he can control them all you gotta do is call somebody racist and they're a non-person now this goes on about trading a professional development does that include the the malice self-denunciation that's now known as unconscious bias training where you're assumed to be racist just because of your skin color we've seen all see these trainings online videos of these where they're forced
and cajoled and pushed into saying something that somehow they have some unconscious bias and they're obviously a racist and then you know when you want to get rid of somebody you just use that later that's our excuse for getting rid of somebody they're a racist they already admitted it if this school district is so racist many of you have been on the school board for years the superintendent has been here for many many years if this school is being run in such a racist manner maybe you should all resign if you've let it go on that long so racist what have you been doing I don't think that's what's really going on though I think you just want control over people and to be able to get rid of anybody you don't like these uh
this about balancing out the racial punishments business in here that's been done at other schools ended up in increased bullying increased violence in the schools because the people in the schools were afraid to punish somebody because of the race the ethnicity or some other protected class status it even led to a school shooting when a student wasn't expelled he kept coming back and he snuck in a gun this there's what the these policies end up with I don't like the secrecy I don't like the games I would like an open honest discussion for once about issues rather than the constant playing of games from this school district anybody else hi my name is Jasmine Thomas and I do feel there's bullying in this school district and I feel it comes from the top down um
I wish for the board to look at my schedule and look at what's being done to the students and um on my teams prior to me being elected as the so Teachers Association it was past practice that these students were able to have a job share my students are forced to sit four and a half hours with no brain break because there is bullying from the administration I am finding it quite disturbing that we are getting rid of a bullying committee similarly to how we have gotten rid of a looking for a treasurer's committee I sat back in January watching that we were going to look for a new treasure we had this whole grand plan and then all of a sudden we just got into treasure how did that happen I don't understand in
addition I was at the Juneteenth um activity it was awesome but who wasn't there it's top down that's how it works and I am disappointed to see who was not there is no communication coming from our central office to our associate Teachers Association and I don't understand as a taxpayer and as a teacher how that's acceptable we are paying lawyers to have conversations when we are adults we are professionals I've been in Lakeview 25 years I can have a conversation as an adult and I would like to do that without my tax money being paid for an attorney thank you come on camera I'll just stand back here um I come to meetings often not always start by introducing yourself oh my Daniels I'm sorry oh no you're fine I come to board meetings often
and I have to say um oftentimes I leave disappointed we speak often about transparency but you're not transparent if you were transparent you want to involve the community as much as possible and remember licely would not have been the only person to recommend putting the Dei policy to the community at large yes it's been on other agendas and Di policies are a good thing to have but a Dei policy should be District specific everyone who's in education on boards meaningful boards know this um so you know going beyond the Dei policy one of the things I'd like to know is what are you doing about transparency what are you doing about bullying um what are you doing about bullying in schools I see I've heard in many meetings bully bully bully but do we have
a bullying problem not sure if we do have you looked at data have you looked at analytics have you reviewed that to find out if the numbers support that type of rhetoric as far as the Dei policy goes basing a Dei policy for Stowe which couldn't be more different from the school district you know Cincinnati school district is absolutely crazy while I do agree that a Dei policy is needed in most districts that Dei policy needs to be relevant and pertinent to the community it's serving um so you talk about Dei and diversity but that hypocrisy is loudly but then deafening because diversity is not the thing I think about when I look at our school board I've twice come up and I know there have been other members of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities and
religions to come up and yet the board looks almost exactly the same as it's looked so proximity to the first people does not make you a subject matter on being diverse asking your friends hey does this Dei policy work is this great that's not a good way to get a good TI host right Echo Chambers Echo so you need to reach out to the community find out hey what do you all think about this diverse people not just black not just white not Hispanic not just Christian or Muslim everyone reach out to everyone include everyone including people that you think might disagree with you it's the only way to have good meaningful adult conversation right you know um so it's disappointing I mean I've watched over the years I watched a girl get bullied last
year 2021 2022 school year she was a high school girl got bullied by the district for speaking out on school issues teachers also give bully for speaking out on their shoes Mike Daniels I'm running for school board Stillman road district anything else sure um I just want to put this out here we are next regular meeting like this that includes public comments will be July 17th which is a Monday we're going to hold that meeting in the Stowe City Hall city council chambers our general meeting will start at six and we'll go through our agenda like this and then at the end our public comments will be more of a town hall forum uh the structure for that will be comments will be questions will be written out we'll have uh people from the League
of Women Voters who will be collecting the questions kind of categorizing them so it's more of a subject discussion on a topic that a lot of people will probably have questions on similar topics we will have a moderator um we're going to work out the details of that sort of the groundness of that but in a situation like this there is no we don't comment back as you've seen we we listen we may reach out for when clarifying questions but it's not intended for this to be a conversation but that that about issues not with specific board members not with specific Administration members but with the school district in general I'm sorry but how's that open open meeting with a real discussion if you're gonna pick and choose which questions you go through time no
and anyway so that's that's that we will have we also we're going to add a work session on July 10th that of course is a public meeting there will be no public comments of that we're doing that partly because we have a new board member we're going to try to help him get up to speed on some of the things we're working on and also sort of to talk through how we want to make the town hall forum so that's done effectively and any other comments right I need a motion to return please hi Baxter aye adviser aye Mr Dominic hi Earl hi we are adjourned at 6 59 pm thank you everyone foreign
