Tonight's meeting is intended for further review, questions, discussion, public comment, and possible approval of the budget. Uh at this time we will open the meeting for public comment regarding the proposed budget >> and can somebody tell me what the propos the guidelines are? >> We we in essence just have to wait for a minute.
