003much for creating this time for us this morning. Um each year we bring to the board um our memory of understanding with SEMA who provides our translation and interpretive interpretation services. They're a local company who we've worked with for for many years now and provide a very important service for us. um being able to um support our families uh Spanish speaking families in particular with interpretation. You see them at board meetings. Um there are u many community events. And so again, because this is above the $50,000 threshold, um we bring this to you um in order to um approve uh the amount of 130,000 which is budgeted for this year up to 130,000 um for their s contract services for this school year. >> All right, before we take questions, I officially welcome um Brisa
