001Good evening everybody and welcome to this work session of the Tiger Talton School District Board of Directors. At this point we are going to enter into our work session which is our school continuous improvement plans. Those will be round table discussions and so at this point I would like to invite everybody to break into their various groups unless uh director fields did you want to have any kind of introductory remarks for us? No, that's good to go. Retor fields maybe if you just communicate a quick like just an overview of what people can expect. Happy to. Okay, so tonight we will be hearing sit presentations from AR, Templeton, Durham Elementary, Tuality Middle School and Dear Creek Elementary. Um, so you can wait to hear an overview of their focus areas, how they align to our district goals as well as action steps they're taking, um, and a chance to make any clarifications, connections, and appreciations for the work that our leaders are doing. So you should hear a big focus on multilingual learners as well as a priority collective focus as well. All right, thank you very much. For those of you watching from home, it's going to be a little difficult for you to hear what's going on, but you can at least see it. All right, everybody to your groups. Thank you. Ah. Everybody it is 600 so let's be wpping up our sessions. This will be a concluding work session and we will see everybody at 6:30 for our main meeting. Thank you.
