Okay. >> Thank you, Barb. I'll call the meeting back to order at 7:54 p.m. And I will clarify it was not an executive session. It was a recess as originally intended. We [clears throat] will continue with public comment if anyone wishes to make a comment on this motion before um before the board delivers. I can't begin to express how disheartened I am with certain members of this board that this is even being considered this evening. Um I really don't know what to say. I know the majority board is not fond of me and that is perfectly fine because I'm not here for me. I'm here for my son. I'm here for his future. I'm here for his education. and the fact that we're talking about putting David Bradley back on this board. The last thing

I'm going to say is you all need to sleep with your decision and the Lord is watching each and every one of you. Thank you. >> Hi, my name is Nicole Cer. I have one daughter in the district. I am I have spent the last eight eight years um volunteering for the district in various capacities. I believe I've you know helped this is my seventh year holding executive PTO board position. Um so I've been pretty involved. I have to say when my daughter first came in kindergarten that was part of the David Bradley saga. Um, and it was embarrassing to watch and I thought people made it up and then I started attending meetings and I saw the service myself and stuff and then it got better. Um, and I feel it, you know, in

the last year it's been that service. Um, I'm only going to speak on my personal experiences. So, these are firsthand. Um, Dwayne, we spoke of, you know, previous candidates running on trigger words and bullying people. And you know, I came here, I was invited to a title committee with you, and you in that meeting called me a sheep, even though I came more educated on the topic. I outspoke you several times. Um, but yet you use trigger words against me. So, the fact that you just ran almost won a position and now you're referring someone else to the seat you wanted not even a week ago is a little scary. There's got to be an emo there, right, Joy? I hate to call anyone out, but you personally told me and Mr. Moser, Miss Settler

was there, that you voted a certain way against my PTO that was just trying to raise funds for a school, just trying to raise funds. I could have raised thousands of dollars with zero affiliation to any event or religion or culture. We were just parking cars. Thousands of dollars could have gone to the middle school that is already under value. And you voted against it because your words were, "April bolded you to vote a certain way?" >> No, she said she'll be mad at me for another three months, >> right? Because she didn't speak to you the last time you voted for. Those are your words. I'm not trying to call you out, but now I'm supposed to believe you're going to sit on a board with David Bradley and not be bullied to vote

his way. He bullied an entire community. Not only do I have one daughter in her school, but I feed the Heiden school district through my job about 25 kindergarteners a year. So you could say kids are my passion in the school district means a lot to me. My babies go there every year. So to see that this is so divided and it's been such a circus for the last year is really disappointing. And the fact that you want to put someone on there that already proves to be chaos and destruction for the school district instead of trying someone new that values the position, wants the position, wants to do a good job, but you're willing to have secret meetings. It's it's just terrifying to me. And you don't have my babies at heart and that

makes me really sad. So, um, >> you know what? I um I I I officially tender my resignation. I'm done. I am done. I am done. I am done. You people act like you're on our side. You want to continue the work that we've done. You You publicly have chastised us and been so nasty and been I've never done anything to you. Nothing. >> You've done nothing for my child was sitting up there and I want Dave Bradley up there. >> You know what? You're the reason I don't go to a church. I believe in God and I'm praying for you. >> [laughter] >> My suffered >> because of all of this stress. >> Nope. I I want to Can I call a recess? >> Can I make a motion for recess? >> I'm done.

I'm done. >> No, I would like to talk to April. Can I talk to you, please? I think I think please can we have a recess and comment? >> It's public comment right now. >> No, [clears throat] we can I make a motion to have another recess. A second. >> All those in favor? Opposed. About your friendship. I'm keeping you. So just be aware that Mr. >> [laughter] >> She's coming. I forgot. You're right. >> Don't even look at me. It's funny. >> Well, you're asking [laughter] broadcast name calling. If we don't want them to name call, then we should name call. >> [laughter] >> I'm not saying >> can I say something here? Look, Dave Bradley did a lot of good. He pointed out a lot of problems. He he helped us get to

where we were. When it came time to rebuild, what he told me was, "That's Joyy's job. I'm having fun." Because he had a personal issue with certain people on the board. And that's when I lost all respect for him. He called me the other day and said, "Why don't you resign and I'll fix all the things you're complaining about?" I said, "I'm not resigning." What I realize now is that Dave has been behind a lot of this stuff for the last couple years. >> Do not tell me all the time, but I will give Dave Bradley credit. I will give Dave Bradley credit for what he did. But if he comes back, it's going to be his service again. >> No secret meeting. meeting not firefight. >> Was it all done over the phone with

three people not included? Yes. >> And I have whatever you deleted. I didn't delete. So apparently that's still as well, right? Oh, that's okay. >> You didn't tell her you were >> It doesn't matter. Right. Oh, Heather having a secret meeting. That was >> a joke. I laugh. >> That's my cousin's car. >> Oh, is it? Yes. Thank you. All >> [laughter] >> right. Take a few pictures. True. >> You're right. All right. The meeting will resume at 8:08. We continue with public comment. >> Can I make a motion to accept her resignation? I resend my resation. I'm going to say something. >> Stop bullying me. >> Technically, right now for the entire procedure, I've sat here patiently waiting and what it seemed to be honest with you is appalling. by all of you, both

the board and this is not what we want our children to see. There should not be name calling and bullying. It is absurd. We should be able to have a civil conversation without arguing and bickering. It is disgusting and it is not a representation. when I read on Facebook that we should get a popcorn west school board meeting because it's hilarious. >> And that wasn't me by the way. Somebody said it was on my Facebook but it was not. That is not something that Bradley is with Dave Bradley. The concern that people have here with Dave Bradley is he's brought out things. A lot of times when people bring up things people don't want to hear, we have an issue with them. Dave is one of those people. Like it or not, he brought to

the foreground a lot of things that happened and that is a hard pill to swallow.
