001Okay, good evening everyone. I'm going to call the May 21st action meeting to order and we will start this evening's meeting with a video. Hello and welcome to our North Penn News update. North Penn High School class of 2026 is getting ready for their big day of the year. Graduation's coming up in just a few short weeks. Senior prom just took place at the Drexel Brook Ballroom. Don't miss out on all the high fashion as our seniors attend the senior prom. Watch our North Penn senior prom show hosted by Kevin Manero and Amy Young premiering this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. on NPTV. Fashion, fun, and a few unforgettable moments are all part of this tradition. The Iron Knights Triathlon once again proved that North Penn students are built for endurance and excitement. The nation's largest
002K-through-6 triathlon brought hundreds of students together to swim, bike, and run their way across the finish line. A huge thank you goes out to our physical education teachers and volunteers who continue to inspire lifelong habits of fitness and wellness. More than 350 North Penn student athletes proudly represented the district at the Special Olympics held at Spring Ford High School showcasing determination, teamwork, and the true spirit of competition. And the largest K-through-12 art gallery closes tonight with the North Penn Night with the Arts. This week students were able to showcase their work K-through-12 for parents and the community at the North Penn High School. Meanwhile, construction at North Penn High School continues right on schedule. Major progress is taking shape on the new A-Pod addition along with extensive site improvements around campus. Inside the building, the
003first floor of K-Pod remains on target to reopen by the end of summer bringing even more modern learning spaces to students and staff. [music] Across the district, end of year activities continue with Pirate Days, outstanding spring concerts, retirement celebrations for dedicated employees, and revved up excitement at the annual car show. And if you look behind the cameras here in the room, NPTV attended the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Mid-Atlantic Chapter High School Television Awards at the Penn State Bellisario College of Communications, where they brought home the award for best newscast. And that's for the Mid-Atlantic region. NPTV students were also recognized with nominations for feature news package, live sports broadcast, on-air talent, and multimedia journalist. This is the 34th high school television award North Penn Television has earned since its inception in 2004.
004And finally, as we leave you tonight, North Penn Day at the Phillies featured a memorable first pitch thrown by Technology Department's own Sherry Penna, proving once again that North Penn pride belongs on every stage and every mound. That is your North Penn news update for May 2026. As always, check out these stories and more on youtube.com/nptv. Welcome to our regularly scheduled action meeting. This meeting is being videotaped for community cable channels and streamed live. Individuals attending this meeting and intending to speak to the board should be aware that they are being videotaped. In order to meet the requirements of Pennsylvania Sunshine Law, it is necessary to record the names of all citizens who speak to the board during the meeting. To assure compliance with this requirement, it is essential that those planning to address the
005board state their name and municipality. Members of the audience will limit their questions and comments to 3 minutes. And now, please stand for the pledge of allegiance to the flag of our country. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Okay. good evening and welcome um to this meeting. We will start with the audience of citizens. Is there anyone who would like to make public comment? Uh good evening. Uh Jason Lanier Lansdale. Um I wanted to talk a little bit about our budgeting and I know that we're looking at a tax increase again this year, Act 1 index, I think it's a 3.5%. And we're still forecasted to be a deficit, which
006concerns me in that with all the spending that we might be looking at trying to do an exception on the Act 1. Meaning it raise our taxes above the 3.5%. And we had mentioned last meeting that there is going to be sort of some belt tightening. And I'd is there going to be belt tightening because I'd like to see it cuz that when I look through some of the things that we spend a lot of money on, it concerns me that we have some bloat. Um last meeting uh Dr. Bauer mentioned there was 65 administrators. And if you do the math, well, let me do a a juxta comparison. The average classroom is 20 to 30 kids per classroom starting at kindergarten all the way through uh 12th grade. If you look at the amount
007of administrators versus the amount of teachers, that's 14 teachers per administrator. That's an That's a That's a frightening statistic. We have that much administration going on in this in this uh school district. One administrator for every 14 teachers. And that's a lot of money. I mean, uh just today there's going to be there's going to be somebody who's going to be a a curriculum supervisor. I'm not even sure what the curriculum supervisor does, but that they get to paid a lot of money for that. And as Dr. Bowers said last meeting, too, they have a flexible work schedule and lots of benefits. I don't know I'm not pointing my finger at anyone administrator. I don't know who is on here, but it seems like we have an excess of of administrators and they're it's a
008very expensive. In total, it's like, you know, when you look at the compensation package, it's like the 17 the 65 administrators would be roughly $17 million. That's with benefits, car allowances, days off, sick leave, paid family leave off, all these things. In a in a 4-hour or 4-day work week. I think there's a needs to be some, you know, public sector kind of consolidation in in in this this arena. If if there's that many people who can work 4 days off, then there's too many people. That's That's how I would see That's how the private sector works. Right? Efficiency experts come in and tell you how to how to make that work. But it seems very excessive and I'd like some like feedback on Am I looking at the wrong numbers? Is this wrong or
009is this right and what's going to be done about it? I'll leave it there. Thank you. Um so, for Mr. Lanier's Thank you, Mrs. Ramage, and thank you, Mr. Lanier, for your public comment. The first public comment was concerns that we will go beyond and apply for exceptions. The board did pass a resolution on October 23rd, 2025, that we would not be applying for exceptions to the equity index. So, fear not, it will not be above 3.5%. Regarding administrators and the number we have in the district, I'm actually very confident that we are right-sized compared to other school districts of this magnitude. 1,800 employees, 13,000 students, and 65. And that's an estimate, which I said in that moment. I don't know the exact number. I could certainly get that. But I think we are very
010well equipped. Many school districts have assistant principals in their elementary schools. They have more supervisors, more curriculum supervisors. I think we're right-sized compared to the rest of Montgomery County. So, I'll be happy to have further conversations with Mr. Lanier about that though. 4-day work week? There is no 4-day work week other than I will say that in the summer we work 10-hour days to account for that Friday off. That was done years and years ago for efficiency, shut down the buildings, the air conditioning, things like that. So, there are 4-day work weeks. The first is the week after students and staff are gone. And then that 4-day work week goes back to a 5-day work week 2 weeks before students return to school. So. Thank you. Yes. Okay. And we will move on now to
011the approval of minutes. Do I have a motion and a second to approve the the minutes from our April 23rd action meeting and our May 5th work session? So moved. Second. Motion by Mrs. Rodnick, second seconded by Mr. Rash. All those in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. We'll move on to committee reports and just for the sake of the community and a reminder, the content for our finance, safe schools, ECI, policy, and facilities and operation meetings can be found on North Penn TV. They're recorded and so those are available there. So, we will move on to our first report that I will have a board director give and that is for North Montco Technical Career Center. >> Sorry, I was just trying to pull it up. Take your time, no worries. While
012Mr. Chiba is pulling that up, I would like to just give a shout out to North Penn Television. Uh in that video which was so many wonderful things, uh but the students behind the cameras in the truck and of course Mrs. Fakeish, Mr. Dedio, and Mr. Gilmer uh for all that they do for North Penn Television. So, I'm sure the viewers at home or on YouTube were watching the video and didn't get to hear us celebrate our North Penn Television students, but once again winning their version of an Emmy for the 34th time for best news broadcast is pretty darn exciting. So, great job. Sorry for the delay there. I was getting ahead of myself in the agenda. Um but uh the North Montco Tech School uh JOC met on May 18th. That was Monday
013of this week. Uh and at that we were pleased to recognize several outstanding student achievements at the school including multiple placements at SkillsUSA state competition. Um there were a lot of students from all of the sending schools, but I do want to do a special shout out for the North uh for the North Penn students that placed. Um um and they are uh Osman Sayed, Tyler Wojcik, Matthew Connelly, Thomas Judge, Marys Rayad, Elizabeth Curry, and Donaco Wislowski. Um a special note, the committee also celebrated um Donica who is a cosmetology student and she is being selected as one of only eight Pennsylvania students elected to the SkillsUSA state office. So, it's a big achievement for her. Um the meeting also included an update about North Montco's Pi App program uh which has been redesigned significantly
014over the past few years and now emphasizes entrepreneurship, leadership, workforce readiness, and real-world application of academic skills. Um also we did uh a review uh at the end of the school year of student outcomes and they remain very strong. There were 92% earning competent or advanced placement on the NOCTI end-of-year program assessment, which is an increase of from 88% last year, so 92 this year, 88 last year, 4% up. Um, overall students earned 1,113 certifications during their enrollment, including 100 542 in their senior year alone. These graduates leaving with an average of three or four industry recognized credentials a piece. Um, so very well well-suited and well-prepared to go into the workforce. Um, North Montco is also advancing a draft agreement with Montgomery County Community College to relocate some of its biomedical technological program, uh,
015which is a very popular program and we've had some trouble, um, keeping there's been a long waitlist on that. So, this agreement with with the community college will support our goal of increasing enrollment and reducing the waitlist by offering this program offsite. So, we're very excited about that. Should the agreement move forward as planned, uh, they should be able to start this fall. And then finally, uh, we're very excited about construction and demolition has begun on the health services renovation on the second floor, I believe the second floor. Yes. Um, and the project remains on schedule so far and is expected to be completed in July. And I Mr. Chiba has volunteered and been elected to be treasurer of the North Montco Technical Career Center. So, congratulations and thank you. And And I want to
016especially thank Doc Dr. Bauer for all the great work that he's done at the Technical Center over the years because when he and I first started on this there There 700 and some students at the tech center. Now there's going to be over 1400 students at the tech center. So it's a it's a wonderful thing. Thank you. Incredible up- updates and congratulations, Mr. Chiba. Um I'll move on with the um board report for the MCIU. The MCIU met on um April 22nd. The board received an update from the office um of for um organizational professional professional learning. The programs that were touched upon were dreaming forward, Keystone competition, and Reading Olympics. The board offer also received a breakdown of MCIU funding presented in graphs um and office budgets highlighting the different grant funded programs that
017the IU oversees. Um the board also discussed um the forming of a an ad hoc committee. Um that was approved. They will report out to the full board in May and will present their findings in August. The board also received an update on Project Aware. This is a federally funded program that provides really amazing mental health support. This is the last year of funding. And the IU is working to get testimonials to begin advocacy and hopefully continuing the work. Um early childhood reported on a number of events. And of course we approved um reports from um the HR department including um hearing some updates about um job fairs that they hosted. The next meeting of the IU is on Wednesday, May 27th um along with their retirement celebration. And that's the end of my report
018and I will pass it now over to Dr. Teoh who will be giving the board report for the North Penn Educational Foundation. Uh thank you. The foundation met last on April 21st at North Penn High School. Uh the trustees were treated to a presentation by Katie Grundmeier, Christie Johnson, and two North Penn High School students to learn about the Peer Connections Mentorship Program, which has been supported by a foundation grant. Specifically, the uh the foundation reviewed its uh Specifically, sorry, the high school Pennbrook and Knapp students went on to an escape room activity as well as pizza from across the street, where they worked on leadership and social skills. It's really an amazing program, and really appreciate the teachers and the students for doing this mentorship program. Uh the foundation also met to review uh
019the financial statements and tax return prepared by an outside accounting firm for the years ending on June 30th, 2025 and 2024. The foundation ended the prior fiscal years with a good surplus, in large part due to EIT's donations, and I'm glad to report that no errors were found. Uh most recently, $35,000 was approved to support fall grants, and the grant committee reviewed 55 grants from across the district on May 8th. North Penn staff will be notified by the end of the school year regarding the status of the request. Thank you to all the teachers and educators and staff who submitted proposal and proposals and congratulations to those who are being awarded uh these grants. And finally, the online auction was a success, bringing in approximately $10,000 from the community. Thank you to everyone who participated
020by bidding or donating an item. Uh for more information about the auction or the Education Foundation, please contact Christine Labuski at the ESC or visit at npenfoundation.org. And always want to call out that these dollars that are going through the foundation are from the community or from EITC, and it's really uh demonstrates the commitment of the community to support our students and teachers. Thank you. Great. Thank you, Dr. Teoh. And I do want to um give a special thanks to the board for their contribution to the online auction. Um our um the prize that we donated was the the in the top four um in terms of items. So, good investment from all of us to put something together to then contribute to this. So, thank you all so much for your support of that.
021Mr. Chiba, do we have a legislative update? We did not meet this. That's fine. No worries. Okay, so we'll move on to Mr. Summers for the solicitor's report. Thank you, Madam President. My report tonight is just to announce that the board did meet in executive session immediately prior to tonight's meeting for the purpose of discussing a matter of litigation involving a tax assessment appeal. And that concludes my report. Dr. Bauer. Good evening, everyone. First up, I have the consent agenda items A through H. That includes adoption of policies, adoption of policies for a first read, our student travel, contracts, gifts to the district, student agreements, student hearing waivers, and a bid award for the 26-27 fall athletic supplies, and athletic medical supplies. >> [snorts] >> Do I have a motion and a second for the
022items listed in in the consent report? Motion. Second. Motion by Mr. Bell, seconded by Mr. Kaiser. Any comments or questions? All in favor, say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. I recommend approval of the personnel items as per the attached. Do I have a motion and a second? Motion. Motion by Mrs. Rednick. Second. Seconded by Mr. Chiba. Or or Mr. Resch. Sorry. Bell. >> [laughter] >> Okay, one of you. MR. AL. UM, seconded by Mr. Bell. Any comments or questions? Okay, all in favor, say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. All right, recommend the approval of the curriculum adoptions as listed. Do I have a motion and a second? Motion. Second. Motion by Mrs. Rodnick, seconded by Mrs. Coin. Any comments or questions? I'll just point out that there was a very thorough presentation through
023the ECI committee about all of these resources. Great. [snorts] Thank you for that reminder. And thank you for that presentation and the work that's gone into this. All in Mrs. Rodnick? Yes. I just wanted to recognize that if you recall, I think it was a few meetings ago we had some students come in and we had a student that had gone to Japan and had expressed just how much that number one impacted him because he had never left the country, but also just the opportunity to learn a new language and to integrate that into his life. And these if you look at what we are proving today, it includes ensuring that we have the right material for both the Japan Japanese Japanese Yes, see this is this is why you go to school people. Japanese
024Japanese one and Japanese two. And I know he was advocating for three. We're not there yet, but we will we'll keep an eye on that. So that Thank you to everyone who does the great work. Mrs. Rodnick, we do have Japanese three. And four. I I believe that was sign language. Yes. Yes. That's okay. That was a different student. This is why you go to school. Stay in school, kids. >> [laughter] >> And this is why we also appreciate having students come before us, too. So, um Motion is second. We have a motion and a second and we've had some great comments and great fun with this one. Um all in favor say I. I know you want to. Any opposed? Motion carries. Okay, we're loading here. Okay, next I recommend approval of the second
025one-year extension to the Chef Consulting Services RFP for Crystal Clear Coaches to continue the Chef Services per the 8 15 2024 awarded proposal. Do I have a motion and a second? So moved. Second. Motion by Mr. Resch, seconded by Mr. Kaiser. Any comments or questions? I'll just point out that this comes from the enterprise funds for SNS. So. Okay. All in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. Recommend approval of a one-year extension to the bid proposal from Annie's Frozen Yogurt Yogurt Incorporated to continue the yogurt product machine and services per the 8 15 2024 awarded bid with a pricing of $116 a case for vanilla and $117 a case for chocolate. I'd like to make a special request for Mrs. Coin to make this motion. >> [laughter] >> So moved. Yes. She She
026did send me an email today and mentioned how she finds it fascinating that the chocolate is a dollar more than the vanilla. It is. It's unbelievable. Okay, we have a motion. >> Motion by Mrs. Coin. Second. Seconded by Mr. Bell and I want to say that um I'm Groundhog Day because we've had the same debate last year. >> yes. Um and I want it this is a an item that is of great interest of our security team too. So, I want to note that they're in the back taking note um of this as well. So, this is an ongoing discussion. Um so very happy that we have a one-year extension on this. Okay. Um, all in favor say I. Any opposed? Motion carries. Okay, recommend approval of Bid Pack 2 Penn Builders Incorporated for multiple
027change orders totaling in the amount of $108,156.43. This will be applied to the allowances for the contract leaving a remaining balance of $1.6 million. This change order does not increase the contract amount to the vendor nor does it increase the overall construction budget. It will result in a $0 change order to the GC contract. Okay, do I have a motion and a second? I'll move. Motion by Mr. Kaiser, seconded by Mr. Resch. Um, and do you want to remind the community that this was discussed at length at the um, facilities and operations committee with a great report and rundown from um, Mr. Slaughter. So, but do I have any other comments or questions? Okay, seeing none. All in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. I recommend approval to Mobilease Modular in the amount
028of $1,267,575. Excuse me. To furnish and install modular classroom spaces connected to the building. The building being Oak Park. >> [snorts] >> Okay, do I have a motion and a second? Motion by Mr. Bell, seconded by Mr. Kaiser. Any comments or questions? >> Yes. Um, so I just want to point out we did discuss this at the F&O meeting. Um, we did have modulars at Oak Park uh, a couple years ago that were in very bad shape uh, and in desperate need of repair. At the time it did not make sense to repair them. They were leased. Uh, they would need to be repaired and so we had them removed because we could at the time full while knowing we would probably have to bring them back. Um, we are currently I'll remind you doing
029a a facility study and a demographic study to really take a look at the whole district and if boundary lines would need to move in future years, not right now. Um so, this is a temporary solution if it were the case that we need to have permanent construction on Oak Park a couple years from now, we would head in that direction. So, all accurate, Mr. Slaughter? Yes. Okay. He confirmed that for the people at home. We are all eagerly awaiting those studies and those studies will be presented at the facilities one of the facilities and operations committee and I'm assuming the student what we might do at a work session, maybe? We'll talk about that, maybe? >> I mean, I think the report from the facilities study will come back. We have said in excess
030of a half a billion dollars over the next 20 or 30 years. Uh so, I think we'll probably bring that to a work session, as well. Great idea. Okay. Will Will the population study also be brought to a work session? >> Yeah. Okay. That one, too. Yeah. Okay. Um all in favor, say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. Recommend approval to post a list of equipment no longer in use or unrepairable on Municibid website auction services for sale and disposal. Or disposal, excuse me. Do I have a motion and a second? So moved. Motion by Mr. Bell, second by Second. Mrs. Rodnick. Any comments or questions? Mr. [snorts] Bell? I just can't stop laughing about the super pretzel uh item that is now on for sale. So, I there's a lot of very interesting things.
031Uh thank you, Mr. Slaughter, for always making sure that it's uh going the right way so that we can get the most resource back. So, thank you. Okay, appreciate that. Um all in favor, say I. I. Any opposed? Motion [clears throat] carries. Next, I recommend approval to advertise for an RFP for district legal services to include a general solicitor, a special education counsel, tax assessment appeals, construction, and labor and employment representation. Okay, do I have a motion and a second? So moved. Second. Motion by Mr. Kaiser, seconded by Mrs. Rodnick. Any comments or questions? Yeah, I just I think it's important to point out and of course Mr. Summers is to my right that that this is not an indictment on any of our council for any of these areas that are outlined. We do
032have a professional services policy that says in particular for some professional services, legal services being one of them, uh that we will go out to RFP at least once every 5 years. We are at the 4-year mark on this one, and we just thought now was a good time. Uh so, there are other services in there like architect, for example. Um so, this is a regular routine RFP, um and we will be happy to bring the results of that RFP forward when it's complete. Great. Thank you, Mr. Summers. >> and if I'm correct, this board is the board who put in the professional services policy. Is not that correct? Uh yeah, that that policy was probably I'm going to take an irresponsible guess. >> 2018? Yeah, I was going to guess roughly 8 years ago.
033Okay, great. Thank you. Okay, all in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. And lastly, because she doesn't have enough to do, I would like to recommend the re-election of Mrs. Tara B.G. Houser as a non-member treasurer of the Board of School Directors for a 1-year term beginning July 1st, 2026 through June 30th, 2027, bonded as per school code with a stipend of $1,200 per year. Okay, do I have a motion and a second? So moved. Second. Motion by Dr. Tio, seconded by Mr. Kaiser. Any comments or questions? For those who are not mathematically inclined, that is $100 a month. >> [laughter] [snorts] >> Before taxes, yes. Which she has calculated already. >> [laughter] >> Okay, all in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. Turning it over to you. Oh, sorry. >>
034just saying that concludes my report. We're good. Moving on. Okay, finance report. Finance report from your newly elected treasurer. Um Uh I 8A has um some informational items, but we do need ratification of the um items 4 through 18 in item 8A. >> [clears throat] >> It's the disbursements. Okay. Do I have a motion and a second? Second. Motion by Mr. Bell, seconded by Mrs. Rudnick. Any comments or questions? Seeing none, all in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. Um moving on to 8B, the treasurer's report. The cash receipts for March were 13 million 13.1 million. Cash disbursements uh for March were 39.4 million, leaving an available funds balance at the end of the month of 181 million 181.5 million. Um the balances are as described below, mostly sitting in interest-bearing checking and
035savings accounts. If I could get a motion and an approval. Okay, do we have a motion and a second? Second. Motion by Mrs. Coin, seconded by Mrs. Rudnick. Any comments or questions? Okay, seeing none, all those in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. Um seeking approval for item 8C. Uh the budget uh budget transfers for the month of April totaling $531,711. Okay, do I have a motion and a second? I'll move. Motion by Mr. Rash, seconded by Mr. Kaiser. Any comments or questions? All in favor, say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. Um I just like to note at the June 2nd Finance Committee meeting, I will likely put a a recommendation on there for end-of-the-year audit budget transfers. So, as we go into the last month of the year, um basically I
036ask you for permission to process budget transfers as necessary during the course of the audit. Um so, that'll be on June 2nd. We'll discuss it a little bit more. Um but, so you may not see all of the budget transfers in June and July until August when we're done with the audit, just as a a heads-up. Um and then moving on, I'm going to take eight if if I'm if you're so inclined, I'd like to take 8D through H together. Uh these were all tax assessment appeals that we discussed in length at the Finance Committee meeting. Okay. Do I have a motion and a second? Motion. Motion by Mrs. Rodnick. Second. Seconded by Mrs. Coin. Any comments or questions? All in favor, say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. Thank you very much. Okay, moving
037on to other business. Um I would like to nominate Mr. Ken Kaiser, Ko Chiba, and Tim McBain um as delegates to take part in the PSBA Delegate Assembly. Um the Delegate Assembly is PSBA's annual association-wide business meeting. It will take place on Saturday, November 7th from 9:00 at starting at 9:00 a.m. at Cumberland Valley um School District. Um the event will be held in person only. Um do I have a motion and a second? So moved. Motion by Mr. Resch, seconded by Mrs. Coin. Any comments or questions? Okay, seeing none, all those in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries. I just want to say thank you to the three of you and looking forward to learning about this experience and finding ways of being able to share the lessons learned back with all
038of us. Yep, thank you. Looking forward to it and we'll report back. Okay, sounds great. Um one other item under business, although Dr. Bower kind of stole this thunder, but I do want every year as we get towards the end of the year, I always reflect on the role of our North Penn TV students. I do want to acknowledge that it is the end of May. You are all on your way to preparing for finals, but here you are behind the camera supporting us. So I always think of you guys at this time of year. So just do want to give you all a shout-out. You behind the camera help us to bring school board meetings to the public and make them accessible and for that we are incredibly grateful. So many in our community
039who watch and click on the YouTube channel don't get to see your face or to see the level of professionalism in which you operate and work, but we do and I think this is one of the best views that we have as being able to kind of connect with you all. So thank you so much Mr. Gilmer for leading this effort, Mrs. Fakish and and all but really a special shout-out to our students. So thank you and we wish you all the best as you finish out the year and head into summer which we'll probably see you again in summer, too. But but thank you all so much. >> [applause] >> Okay, do I Yes, Dr. Teo. Can I make a just open comment? >> Um, we referenced very quickly the ECI meeting from May
04012th, I believe, and I just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Dr. Waters and Dr. Williams. I think it was Dr. Williams' first uh committee meeting and just the amazing job the administration and staff did to bring forth the secondary school data. We're looking forward to the elementary work uh coming forward. And also to publicly thank um Chair McBain for leading the effort in this data forth and uh really appreciate all the work the hard work that went into it. So, thank you so much, Dr. Waters and the team. We appreciate our administrators in the work on the committee and and for our board members for what they bring to those committees. So, that is where the the great work happens, and we're really grateful for that. Um, and it looks like our
041our track team Yeah, one district. >> One districts. Okay, there we go. Okay. Um, this is this is why May is such a great month and so many [laughter] great things. Okay. Do I have a motion to adjourn the meeting? So moved. Okay, meeting adjourned. Thank you all so much. See you See you again soon.
