Um and actually we have crews and uh construction um has mobilized in all of our facilities at this point. The window project at the high school is in full swing. Uh the pillar work on the front of Yellow Breaches has started. They mobilized today for the bathroom renovation out at Rice. Um and this facility is getting uh upgraded uh security cameras and that work also has uh has commenced today. So really hit the ground running with a lot of that. Um just a reminder to our families that may be listening to keep us informed of address changes, telephone number changes, etc., etc. Making sure that we're keeping Sapphire updated so that we can continue to give you information an

Uh we with construction related issues um and updates. uh it will become necessary for us to uh maybe block off a specific entrance or an alleyway. Uh so we'd like to make sure that we keep that updated as we continue to move through that process this summer. Uh that is the best way for you to continue to get information. Uh we did close the stadium last week. Turf and track obviously as we prepared for commencement is uh back to being open. Um, but there will be uh additional testing and cleaning of the track that will occur and the turf that will occur later on this summer, which will necessitate us closing it again. Again, we'll make sure that we have all of that information

Uh so, that concludes the superintendent report. Item nine is our advisory reports. 9A is the Butler Foundation. Uh one item the board of directors of the foundation does have an opening. So they are currently will be advertising and interviewing u a community member at large to sit on the Butler Foundation board 9B Cland Perry Area Career Technical Center. Mr. Well, since both the Cumberland Perry and CI you made were very very involved, I just decided to type up a brief synopsis, but I'll just hit a few of the high points Jim, you can appreciate this. 004looking at the organizational structure of Cumberland Perry and we recognize that structures need to change from time to time and we're going to be looking at what we think what the vision is going to be for the next five or 10 years. is human resources. We don't really have that expertise on staff and we're looking to encapsulate that the superintendent of record uh I know I reported previously that Dr. from CA is not being reappointed to that. But as part of that, we decided to look at the whole job description of the superintendent record and most critically uh which I'm very pleased with. We solicited the input of Dr. O'Donnell and his 12 colleagues and the other school districts to finalize that that new new job description. Uh Kick uh Jamie and Jen, you weren't
005here, but my very first meeting at Cumberland Perry, we had a two-hour executive session because a fuel tank on site had ruptured and contaminated groundwater and I even said a few nice things there as well.
