First, this is the final meeting for our board secretary, Mrs. Christine Beck, as she leaves
006our district and begins her new job as the business manager of the Cland Perry Career and Technical Center. I met I met Mrs. Beck when I joined the board in August of 2021. From our first meeting, she impressed me with her organizational skills, knowledge, and commitment to her job. As board members know, Mrs. Beck is the person who plans, prepares all the schedules, materials, documents for every board meeting, including our committees, regular monthly meetings, and special meetings. This task at times can include anywhere from 2 to 20 paper documents, 2 to 20 plus uploaded electronic documents, and other materials for each of our members. In my role as board president for the past 5 years, I can truly say Mrs. Beck has been topnotch in every aspect. As our board secretary, she makes sure I
007am fully prepared to conduct these meetings. She makes sure I sign all the district documents on a weekly basis and make sure my calendar is kept up to date with all the meetings, building visits, and other activities. Christine, I appreciate working with you. Wish you all the best.
