001And like they should have put in that big little sign last board of Regents or board of work or society. Um, in our package Miss Diane laid out all of this. The budget she had laid down. I'll let you take it from here Miss Diane. If you want to explain anything or you have any questions for her for what she said. Yeah, I want to I'm going to explain everything in detail, so Do you have a question? Just just so that I know for sure. On the assistant principals, it's the only thing that's in there from the packet that they gave us was the $3,000 stipend increase, correct? Well, the difference between that $3,000 is a total of it. The $28,000 is all in here. Is it $28,000? Was that Did that figure just the

002$3,000 stipend? Is that what was on there? Um, what we had presented that would have figured for $28,000 was a comparison this year. It was up in the stipend $3,000. Um, it was given an extra half month to Miss Sandy Smith and then also an extra month to myself and Miss Garrett at the high school for extra duties outside of regular school. But that was in the full $28,000. Yes, ma'am. And that's what you put in. So, so it's two So, it's the stipend and an increase for paying for extra. It's two It's two It was So, it was all one package presented. Right now, everyone's on an 11-month contract. With the 11-month contract dollars as a stipend. So, it was up in the stipend for everybody at 3,000. And then for your middle school,

003it was 11 and 1/2 months. And for high school APs, it was 12. And then that was just to differentiate from the extra duties that you get outside of school work. That was the week before. And then what was the conversation and who did that? And that's the increase of at that meeting with Mr. Stein and Ms. Andrea that did that increase put any of the assistant principals over the principals? Cuz I know at the 4,500 when we met about it did affect the assistant principals making more than So, the increase on this budget is 25,825. So, in your old budget, how much is Okay. Sorry, I will just point out to you what we presented was a comparison we for this year. So, if you have that, that does not include if there's a

0042% or an extension of the experience cap or extra um degrees or anything else like that. That's just simply 25 26 as it is or 25 26, I mean, the proposal. I'm sure that Yeah, it would include extra. It would include which extra? I can I think it was that agreement. Yeah. Okay. You know, I have to go back and look at that. development package sheet and thank you. I probably reckon you have that sheet handy. The facing This is a principal. And maybe if we have more in the year than we all want to go back to go through again. I just want to know what we were voting on because like we I brought up the custodians in the first meeting. Then I thought that they already had it in the budget. So

005I just wanted to be clear with what we were exactly what we're voting on that within this budget. Yeah, I just wanted to agree just just be acting down. Mhm. Um increase increase probably has a 5% total. But it's still a little bit more than the 5% Same. Okay. I don't remember now. I'd have to go back and look at my notes. Okay. Thanks. You're welcome. >> So I do believe, yeah, looking at this I think we just had the $3,000 and then we have a 2% increase on top of that. I just want to clarify that. Yes. Thomas Julie, do you Thomas, do you think the best course on all that would be to look at everything that they sell when we did that to develop one? >> develop one for the APs so

006that we can then revisit those extra percentages about void. That's so that we so that we don't have a so we don't have APs that's would be making over the principal's salary. what we will Yes, I guess. I think to increase what they get at the start, they get the 2% in increase the stipend and then let's look at the the pay scale for APs, principals, and supervisors. And then that way everybody's we're addressing everybody at one time instead of backtracking. at the um going to the 22 years is that's the thing that that's the same model that something that we want to look at as far as moving to increase that, that sustainability for where we're at right now. I think it's just something you want to look at again next year and kind

007of see where you are. Just see where we are from there. This is so hard to see. After termination we start looking at it again next year. So you're proposing to do the 22 years as you've got it thrown out or not or not or to wait. That's a No, that's just a $78,000 raise. >> Right, but that's already in this budget. That's in this budget, yes. But the sustainability you're saying even you don't even know going up to 22 years is sustainable. Is that what I'm understanding? I think you can do 22 for sure. Yeah. And then next year, maybe you can look at another two years. It's just kind of a principle. I just want to make sure I understood this. So we can sustain the 22 years. >> so. And then And

008the 22 years is in this budget. Hey. Did you I don't know if I just Did you add 7,000 to fuel this year for basin? Is that what that means that we're going to We increased the basin I thought I just wanted to know. 22 10 4 foot lift. Um Yeah, so Is that what that is with the lift? It looks like she reduced basin and added to gas. Okay. Okay. That's I was just making sure I understood. >> The question on my You know what has changed? You all got to put it in the mail. Well, who do you got it from? Did you get it? You did not get it? No, I didn't. Who didn't get the subject? Did it come from this? Is this the one that come from Was it April?

009The last week. You were all here. It's She didn't get Was something that Miss Andrea said back April 14th with the March Um, cash flow reports and all of that. Did you not get your phone? I got the reply, but I don't She's not getting the attachments for some reason. The April 14th? Yes. Oh, well, then They answered. I I didn't get one from Mark for January. I think I told you about that. Can I get Can I get back to the other one since then? Maybe she sent it to you earlier for me. Yes. I got the 13th. I've got one from the the 10th. April the 10th. So, I sent all y'all an email on Friday. Was it Friday? Was that 20th? 20th of March. Thursday. Okay. Okay, then they would have to

010go to the folder. Oh. I was like, y'all have it. So, okay, then what I sent was Sorry. That's okay. Um We corrected the medical insurance cuz I did have that over print. Douglas came in last week and checked some things for me. So, the increase for the medical insurance was about 300,000. That's 100 for the what the state request is you know the extra premium days. Then we just factor 200 in for premium increase that we don't know at this time is just estimate. And then um when Lisa submitted her budget I forgot to increase the bus bus driver so I'll put that in there. That's included in Lisa's budget. And then the 22 year scale is 77,000. That's been added and then the middle school coaches that's been added. And that leaves an

011estimated fund balance of 8,571,382. That's Thank you Mr. McHargue. Can see that. And then I sent y'all that one today. I didn't get that one. I got that one. I sent it to you but I was looking for the other one. If something comes with an attachment it won't it something yeah. Well, today's email was letting you know that Douglas said last week said make sure you look at the property liability insurance. So um we had to ask North that because I was basing it on what I did last year but it had been under budgeted so I had to base them off they got. So I added 80,000 for water expenditures. So Yeah, what the one I just forwarded y'all is the one she forwarded us today. Yeah, I didn't get that one today.

012Can you forward me that cuz I didn't get that one. I sent it. Goodness. Well, it looks like it Yeah, it's got everybody in the email. I don't know why. But we'll just make sure that we get it forwarded on. technology and then So that's not any of the ones that you sent. No, that's That was the one I got from Thursday. I think this is fine. I had one for my assistant. Yeah. I think that came from you, Andrea, from the Tennessee It might have been the Tennessee one. Why would that have been the Tennessee one? Is this some shake-up with Tennessee in the park? But it looks like another one is there. Yeah, it looks like Tennessee one. Maybe we can get back on and check it out now. That's weird. >> Derrick,

013did you send that one to him? >> just got it. It wasn't popping up. Why you sending me to our scales? I believe I got an email from them saying all that went through. But after I opened the email she said she sent me and I didn't see it. But it was in my spam or junk. And after I opened it I got everything she sent but it was all there. So I'm not sure. It's not trial either. So the one from today was only the $18,000 increase. >> Yeah. I can say where is S and M in this email? So we can't we can't send anything to consumer management till we know what salaries and benefits we have to calculate salaries to send to them. So that's why we're waiting to >> religious. I

014think we have one more free in case we needed it. Yeah, we have May 4th, which is also the senior awards night. All right. That starts at 7:00 and we have the 6:00. Well, I mean, we don't need any more meetings, do we? I think y'all Y'all remember the rules of the family? We're good. All right. Thank y'all. Hope everybody got what they needed. They're on the main agenda. We voted on and we presented it to the county commission. So, we don't need to come May 4th. So, you're welcome to make my day and say you're fine.
