002timely development of the area so we're going to add a part that helps do that and we're going to do that by establishing the stadium area as a new hcda uh development district um and with that you know that structure we get all the empowerments the entitlements i should say and all the powers of each cda to help with the facilitation of the development of that area uh we realized that last year we passed a bill that had an mou uh that was going to be utilized by stadium authority in connection with hcda's powers and found out that mou has a lot of limitations and really didn't empower the stadium the way we see that it should be so we're going to add on part and i've given language to all the chairs of the
003committees for their review and i believe all of us are in agreement with this idea of uh creating a 98 acre uh new stadium development district under each cda so that's the second amendment to this measure thank you chair um further we are going to defect the date to july 1 2050 and there are also some technical and non-substantive amendments and there's questions if not um vice chair for the vote pass senate bill 3334 sd1 with amendments cheerful side passing sb 3334 with amendments share votes eye vice chair vote side senator de la cruz aye senator kanoha aye senator favela aye members of five members president all voting affirmative um recommendations adopted thank you chair well reservations senator carr yes thank you favela aye and one member excuse recommendation is offered thank you that concludes
