And then we have vice So we have chair, vice chair, and legal liaison. That's our three that we'll do tonight. So with that, we'll start a motion. I'll start off. I'll make a motion that Teresa Cook be considered for chair. >> I will with hesitation decline that at this time because of family obligations. Um, I would consider another position, but I'm not I can't be chair because of family obligations. But thank you very very much. >> Yep. 007>> Thank you, Madam Chair. First and foremost, uh happy 2026 to everybody. Uh had a great uh professional development day uh at all schools. Everybody was really u engaged in getting the data crunched uh to be able to present to the uh board at our work session of where we're uh where we're at right now as far as getting ready for state testing. Believe it or not, it'll be here before you know it. Um, just wanted to uh remind everybody school is in session tomorrow. I know, hooray by the parents, boo by the students. Uh, but we uh back normal schedules at all schools starting tomorrow. Uh, quick little updates for you. The gym floor will be uh was uh updated uh was was taken care of over December. It's up and going again. Uh
the MA playground should be finished by tomorrow. Uh the covered walkway is complete at the primary school and the Millington Middle School project is back on schedule. So that's pretty impressive right there that they got we were at almost 41 days behind and uh through hard work and uh good weather got them got us back on there. Uh don't forget parents, first semester report cards will be available on Wednesday on through Parent Square. Uh, also just a a heads up, our town hall this year will be a virtual town hall which will be up and going. Uh, our goal is to have it there by this Monday, but no later than next Friday. U, and just to let everybody know, uh, the Tennessee Department of Education letter grades were, uh, were made available. You can
go to tennessee.goveducation and click on the 20 2425 uh, online state report card. Uh our two schools that uh that were uh academically eligible for this was uh the intermediate school and the middle high school. Uh intermediate school had a B report card and the middle high school had a D. So we did some really good things but there's things we got to work on and we know that. So uh don't forget also board that the board retreat is the 24th and of course the most important thing want to welcome our our two newest members to the family. uh Miss Kimberly Hughes at the intermediate school ELA fifth grade teacher and our new part-time custodian, Miss Cara Hall. Now to uh recognizing the students and the staff of the month. Uh of course we'll go
starting with Miss Geette Farmer with Mila. Happy New Year. Good evening everyone. I hope you all had a great holiday break and was able to enjoy the time with your family and friends. We are back. We are refreshed and we are ready to jump into a new semester at MA. We really ended the year on a high note with lots of family holiday fun, special moments, and continue to grow for our students. It was a great way to wrap up things before the break. While everyone was away, we was able to get our new playground installed, and we're excited about it. I know the kids are going to be thrilled when they come back tomorrow and see it. It will be done by tomorrow. At this time, I would like to recognize some very special
members of our faculty. Starting with our employee of the month. We couldn't just pick one, so we chose both. There are incredible cafeteria staff, MissWindelyn Hunt and Miss Norma Barner. Can you come down? They truly do so much more than just serve meals. They prep food with care. They show kindness every single day. And they take the time to make both our staff and students feel seen and supported. Thank you. Um, next our students of the month came from Miss Barnes classroom and it was Jamai um Josiah Morris and he was curious, kind, and always eager to learn. He brings such a positive attitude to the classroom and truly a brightness to every day. We also have Jamaria Ashley. She is caring, hardworking, and encouraging her friends. She lead with kindness, and she helps make
her classroom a happy place. We are so proud of both of them and the example they set for their peers. We are excited for what is ahead. And thank you Good evening and happy New Year's to you as well. I hope you all had a wonderful uh holiday season doing things you love with the people you love. The month of December was filled with so much joy. The teachers and staff celebrated the 12 days before Christmas break with themed dressup days and jeans or comfy bottoms. It was also fun to see the students join in. Our December PTO meeting and holiday program was a great success and heavily attended. Our kindergarten teachers and students worked hard to turn the kindergarten hallway into a gingerbread wonderland and it was an amazing sight to see. We celebrated
the first semester of hard work with a faculty and staff holiday party uh which was filled with lots of smiles. We celebrated the end of the semester for our tiny Trojans with a half-day schoolwide singalong and holiday parties. Our teachers and students put that same amount of energy into academics as well. On Wednesday, December 17th, our students had the opportunity to meet Peter Brown, illustrator of the Creepy Carrot series and author of the Wild Robot Trilogy during a virtual event. Students also got to make robot themed snacks uh thanks to donations collected by our NPS families. This was a fun and exciting day for our students. Our third grade took their second case 21 test of the year. We saw lots of growth in both literacy and math and already met our spring goal for
literacy and we are well on our way in math. Case is an assessment given each uh in each subject to determine mastery of the standards being taught. I'm beyond proud of our third grade teachers and students and all of our faculty and staff that support our common goal. Today during our PD session, our teachers took time to deep dive into data and plan for instruct intentional instruction to close learning gaps and continue growing students. We are looking forward to an even better second semester and can't wait to welcome all of our Trojans back tomorrow. When the students return, they will hit the ground running, working hard during tier one instruction and intervention to close learning gaps. All students will work towards I Ready goals to support the teaching and learning in the classrooms. And teachers
have come up with creative and fun motivational ways to set those goals. Our teachers work tirelessly to plan engaging and rigorous academically focused lessons each and every day. We will have first semester's honors programs next week and details will be sent home with students. We will have our second quarter Trojan store for students to purchase items with Trojan tickets that they earn for good behavior. There is no school Monday, January 19th, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will send home information for parent teacher conferences which will be held January 22nd. And finally, the reason we're all here, our character trait for last month was caring and showing uh kindness. Our teachers voted on one boy and one girl from every grade who went above and beyond to show kindness. But first, our
employee of the month who spearheaded our Angel Tree program and is always showing kindness to others is our very own social worker, Miss Annie Harden. She did have a family emergency, so she could not join us this evening. Um, the following are our caring and kindness award recipients of the month. Please come forward when your name is called to receive your award and have your picture made with Mr. Griffin. Um, in Mr. Little's class, Bryson Tucker. Do you want to do them together? >> Do you want to do them together? >> You want to do them together? Okay. And in Miss Caldwell's class, Nyla Tucker. take a lot of >> in kindergarten in Miss Carol's class. Athena Burton and Kyrie Moore. In first grade, our representatives come from Miss Michael's class, Noah Peterson. and Mina
Kim. In second grade, our representatives come from Miss Howell's class. Harvey Smith, you know, mom's a teacher >> and Leia Terry in third grade. Out of Miss Jones's class, Zeke Garner and Navy Robbery. Hey, good evening board. Happy new year. We finished up 2025 with an eventful month in December, which saw some great gains in academics and our case testing, some fun theme days to celebrate the holiday season, and a muchneeded winter break for our students and teachers, both of which worked extremely hard through the first semester, and I'm very proud of each group. As we venture into 2026 and begin the second semester, our teachers were hard at work today analyzing the latest case test results from late December, which it which will inform their future instruction and remediation for students in need. They
evaluated student data and looked for trends that either confirmed their great teaching or found instances in which adjustments were needed for students to master certain standards. They work tire tirelessly today to ensure our students will be receiving excellent datainformed instruction going forward. Notable events for January include some math walkthroughs from our department of education, Tennessee Department of Education on January 14th. We have parent teacher conferences on the 15th and spring picks spring pick on January 23rd. We also will be adding another afterchool club beginning in late January, a drone club in which sixth grade students will be constructing and testing and improving flight solutions for drones. This club is in addition to our already robust afterchool list of clubs which include course, student council, art club, STEM club, robotics club, and a newsletter club. So
I'm very proud of that. And finally, I'd like to recognize some amazing students and one employee for their outstanding performance in December. Students, when you hear your name, please come down to accept your certificate from Mr. Griffin. And parents, you're welcome to take a quick pick. I'll start off with our employee of the month. This is our sixth grade math teacher, Miss Yolanda Johnson. And now for students in fourth grade. Team 4A is John Mayorhoffer. Team 4B is Savannah Mintosh. 4C is Broco Belalong. In fifth grade from team 5A is Amaya Henderson. 5B is Russley Seopno. Sixth grade uh team 6A is Mariana Tjo Hernandez. Team 6B is John Luke Dose. Our library student of the month is Alexandra Degala. Art student of the month is Kennedy Lane. For music, Agent Morgan. And finally for
PE, Matteline Cullum. Thank you. Good evening and happy new year. Uh we had a busy month of December on the Millington Central campus. Uh the first week of December, we celebrated middle school basketball Winterfest with uh dress up days and we crowned our middle school Winterfest king Arnell Lindsay and our middle school Winterfest queen, Ariel Turner, at the December 4th homecoming game. On December the 2nd, Millington Central welcomed new inductees to the MCMHS Athletic Hall of Fame that they include the 2005 Millington Lady Trojan softball team who were sectional champions. The 2015 and 2017 Millington Lady Trojan volleyball teams, both sectional champions. Volleyball standout Lauren Trury, who is the our first division one player for volleyball in school history. Uh, Phil Massie, a Trojan alumni, local businessman and longtime Trojan supporter. And Mr. Scott Perer,
Trojan alumni, coach, booster, and longtime Trojan supporter. December the 8th through the 12th, students in 10 Ready tested subjects took their second case assessment. As you've heard, uh those results were one of several pieces used today by teachers uh during their PD sessions to plan lessons and activities for the next uh nine weeks and the next semester. On December the 11th, the Trojan choir and piano students presented a holiday concert right here in the pack. Uh students did an outstanding job and made their instructor, Miss Thomas, very proud. On December the 12th, we held our semester ACT 21 plus breakfast for those Trojans who scored a 21 or better composite on their ACT. We currently have 21 students on our 30 plus ACT wall and 47 students on our 21 plus ACT wall. Those numbers
will increase significantly when juniors take the ACT in April. On December the 16th, the middle school and high school Trojan bands presented their holiday band concert again right here in the pack. The pack was very busy in December. Uh it was a full house and the students did not disappoint. Both middle school and high school bands performed musical selections and both directors, Miss Armstrong and Mr. Arnold were very proud. On December the 17th and 18th, our high school students took their semester exams to close out the first semester. Trojan winter sports are in full gear. Both Trojan wrestling bas and basketball teams competed in tournaments over the break. Uh, as you heard, our main gym floor was also resurfaced over the winter break and it looks great and is ready to go. Uh, and now
I would like to recognize some outstanding individuals from Millington Central. December's theme for nominating students, teachers, and staff of the month was reliability. These individuals make Millington Central a better place. When I call your name, please step forward. Our middle school student of the month for uh December, Michael Clemens. Our high school student of the month, Miss Ava Grace Carter. Our student athletes of the month, middle school, Kaden Kio, basketball. also middle school. Robert Willis, basketball. High School. Carmen Mack wrestling. And I also high school Jamal Newsome wrestling. Our students of the month and student athletes of the month are uh nominated and voted on by our our teachers and coaches. Now I would like to recognize our educators of the month uh which are nominated and voted on by the school admin. Our middle
school teacher of the month, middle school band director and high school assistant band director, Miss Mary Armstrong. Our high school teacher of the month, 12th grade ELA instructor, Miss Trisha McGovern. Our support staff of the month is Miss Cynthia Anguano or Mrs. A. Uh she helps run the attendance office and um helps things run smoothly. Mrs. A. Thank you all. warm up. Maybe 15 years. Okay, thank you. She was not even in the hallway. >> Just a couple more things. Uh don't forget to check all the websites because guys, I know that uh school's back first day tomorrow, but we're at 110% 100 miles an hour, however you want to say it. not just with uh academics but also with the athletics and of course the drama the choir going on full speed. Uh if
there are any questions I'll take those at this time. >> If not that's my report. Uh Madam Chair. >> All right. All right. No questions for Mr. Griffin. We'll move on to item number nine. Public comments. I don't have any. Anybody? Okay. Then I'll entertain a motion to close. That's a motion to close. Sorry. And he seconded it. >> Motion by Mr. Densen and second by Mr. Childris. All in favor? I. Any opposed? >> All right. The eyes have it. Item number 10 is recommended approval of FY26 budget amendment three general, federal, and capital funds. Entertain a motion. >> So move. >> All right. Motion by Miss Gray. >> Second by Mr. Densen. >> All right, Mr. Curry. >> Good evening, board. Uh, these are the same amendments um that I shared with you guys
at the work session. So, I'll just go over them for the record. Um, the first one is an increase to the general fund in the amount of $218,121 and those are due to TISA outcomes for the 2425 school year. um a increase of title one of $34,825 and a decrease of title three the amount of $7,12640. So a net decrease in our federal funds of $6,778. And then lastly, an increase to our capital fund of $8 million and this is tied to the middle school project. >> Thank you. Any questions for Mr. Hurry. >> Thank you. >> All right. Thank you, sir. >> Roll call, please. >> Chris Densson, >> I. >> Teresa Cook, >> I. >> Debbie Clifton, >> I. >> Barbara Gray, >> I. >> Cody Childress. >> I. >> Barbara Hallebertton. >>
I. All right, that motion carries. The next item is item number 11. recommended approval to purchase a 14 passenger van from Midsouth Bus Center under their Sourcewell contract for a cost cost of $115,500. Funding has been identified in the FY26 capital budget. >> Good evening board. This is >> one moment please. Let us get a motion. >> Excuse me. >> No problem. >> So move. >> Excuse me, chair. I would like to make a motion to possibly table this pending the receipt of additional information including the priority list. >> I think I've already got a motion. >> Yeah, just let's get the motion on the floor. >> Oh, okay. And then you can you can feel free to amend. Um Mr. Childress motioned made the motion and Mr. Densen seconded. All right, Miss Clifton. So,
is it too late to do that? >> You can amend the motion. >> Okay. So, I would like to make a motion to amend the motion to table this item pending the receipt of the priority list >> that we should >> receipt of >> the priority list that we should receive in um at the retreat. >> Okay. There's been um a motion to amend to table this discussion uh until further information is received on the priority list for capital funds. Um at this time there would need to be a second. Okay. Having not received a second, the motion will remain as originally stated. Discussion, Mr. LeBlanc, >> good evening board. I hope you all had good uh holidays and stuff and welcome back. This will be the activity bus uh that we discussed during a
work session. It'll be just like the previous bus we purchased a few years ago. We have two of them right now. One of them is getting up to age and our students and our staff take these buses out of town, out of county. So that one bust that's getting up in age is getting to where we'd like to keep it around at local local meeting in the Shelby County in case something does happen, we'll have the ability and resources to be able to retrieve it and and maintain it. Uh this bus is for uh multifunctional activity bus and for $115,000. >> Mr. Leblanc, I have a question. Mhm. >> Um what changed in terms of information or activities in be with the beginning of this year and now that we needed to add this and
it wasn't in the original budget for this year. >> The fact that our oldest bus is starting to become u more unreliable mechanical issues and stuff like that and it was our buses are staying in the road. They're staying in a road for activities to promote uh career activities outside the school, sports activities u and stuff like that. So, we're other buses getting down. We've been in a shop a lot. So, we're trying to get another bus to keep the activities up. >> I'm wondering if some of this is tied to we had some changes in the coaching and in our administrative coaching and coaches are now using the vehicles more maybe than they did in the past. >> Most definitely. They're definitely using them more. >> So, it's We didn't anticipate as much use
as we're having. >> Correct. >> Okay. And then if we have three vehicles, what would happen to the one that's less reliable? >> It would stay here locally, be used locally. We don't want to get out of out of the county and a bus breakdown, have our students on it. >> So, have we had a bus breakdown with students on it? >> Not yet. >> We have lost a key though to lost a key >> at a cross country meet. Well, I do know that Stella, we bought Stella used. >> She's a 2014 model. >> Exactly. Right. >> And you can't hardly go down Highway 51 and don't see it sitting over the transmission place. >> Yeah. >> So, you know, I knew this was coming. I don't know exactly what was going on with
it, but I know it's repetitively been been sitting there. >> More than just our sports teams use our buses, use the district buses. We have our our staff and faculty use the buses to take uh students to University of Memphis. Uh they go visit other uh campuses and stuff like that. We use our buses are used of course by the multiple sports teams that we have all during the season and it has picked up. Our buses are scheduled ROTC uses them on the weekend. This weekend they're going to Nashville. We would not let Stella go to Nashville. So they're only able to use the the newer bus. So those are kind of things uh that we try to do. We've seen an increase in usage. Uh we've heard from our coaches and stuff that their
teams are growing. They like the buses being able to get uh the their athletes to competition and stuff with less hassle. It's less stress for them. There's a lot of pros around it. >> Have we had any instances so far where a coach has wanted a vehicle and there hasn't been another one available? >> Yes, ma'am. Several times. And what happens when that happens? >> They just don't get it. >> Yeah. So then its parents are Yeah. >> Yeah. Go back to the original way of how they get there. >> Used to get there. >> What's the life of a of one of these? If we get this vehicle, what can we expect in terms of mileage? >> With proper maintenance and everything, we can we can get several up to 10 years or more
out of it. >> Okay. >> Well, that's kind of in line. The 2014 is correct. >> Now 12 years old. That's correct. >> Now, we're saying if these were diesel, we could get more out of the engine, but we couldn't get any more out of the components. >> No, sir. But we're going to it be properly maintained. We'll follow manufacturer guidelines, keep it maintained, and uh do preventive maintenance on it. >> Then one thing that came up in the work session was this is not a bucket seat model. This is the bench model. >> Correct. because of cost difference. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah. But it is still equipped with seat belts if I remember right. >> Oh, yes, ma'am. It's a uh certified, they call it a multi-functional activity bus. So, it has all
the federal rules and regulations on it and it meets all of those safety, passenger safety, and stuff like that. >> Um, what would be the additional that we should anticipate for it being wrapped similar to the previous one? The previous one we think was around 1,700. >> That was the the last one, the white one we had. And that's what we'll do again. >> Yep. >> The same design and stuff. >> One thing I'm remembering is when we had a meeting earlier in the year and we had so many public comments around the middle school basketball team and the frustration with transportation to games. So, I'm I'm pleased if coaches have access to this. >> Coaches, ROTTC, band, uh things like that. We try to they a lot of people are using it. >> Uh
the ROTTC budget they formed us today. They were trying to go to Nashville. We told them they couldn't use the older bus that they formed us. Next year, they're uh part of their budget is going to be 40% less. So, the charter buses that they use uh are not going to be available to them. Uh we've talked to Durm about doing uh field trip using the buses for field trips to other buses. If they have large groups they have to take more than just 14 or 20 uh 28 students for OTC. They've got if it's a day trip during the weekend or something they can use a Durham bus to a day trip not an overnight trip. >> Be a rough ride. >> Well, >> any other questions for Mr. Leblanc? No questions. But I
definitely have a comment in that as we keep increasing things like we heard tonight the drone program for the middle school, they'll get access as they go to their competitions, other areas who hadn't been able to get transportation. The more we add to our uh fleet, the better it'll be for our students and obviously parents not having to shuffle kids back and forth. So appreciate this. >> The response that we're getting that we've had over the last two years have been increasingly growing. The positivity of it and the effects on our sport teams and our civic uh clubs and stuff like that, >> right? >> All right. Any other comments or questions? >> All right. Thank you, Mr. Levant. Uh roll call, please. >> Chris Densson, >> I. >> Teresa Cook. >> Hi. >> Debbie
Clifton. >> No. Barbara Gray >> I. >> Cody Childress >> I. >> Barbara Hallebert I. >> All right, that motion passes. Item number 12 is recommended approval to purchase a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 under Tennessee statewide contract number 209 from Wilson County Motors for a cost of $49,99140. funding has been identified in the FY26 general fund budget. >> So move >> motion by Mr. Childris. >> Second by Mr. Densson. >> So can I do the same at this point? I would like to make a motion to amend the motion to table this until we get the priority list. All right. The motion has been made to amend to table until the priority list is received which is expected in at the end of this month. Would require a second. All right. Having not received a
second, that motion to amend fails and the motion will retain its original um original content. >> Mr. Leblanc, >> uh this vehicle will be for the operations department. It has been uh budgeted in our transportation budget. Uh six years ago when I came on, we set up a budget every six years we'd get another vehicle. Our oldest vehicle is a 2014. Uh again, it's reaching to where it's becoming more shopbound and maintenance issues are starting to come up with it. This vehicle will be for the operations department, which the operations director would drive. The vehicle that's afforded him now will be moved into what we call a shared group to where it could be used throughout the district by any district employee. The current vehicle we have now is being shared several times by by
athletic coaches. They take them on competitions. The uh truck has been used at PD. Uh our IT department has increased their uh in-house work extensively. So they have tools and cables and stuff. That vehicle is being used a lot. And when it's gone, it's not a available. Our nutrition uses it to move food around. Uh when they have to move food from one school to another food school. Uh this would afford another vehicle to be used and available when it when another group needs it when that other vehicle's out. >> So, just to be clear, uh they currently all of the uses that you just mentioned, they're sharing one single vehicle. Is that correct? >> Correct. Yes, ma'am. >> Mr. Leblanc, there were some other things kind of similar to my question with the other
vehicle. There were some things that happened this year that maybe we didn't anticipate that I discussed with Mr. Griffin. um the back and forth and the things we required to do at MA is something that we didn't anticipate as much. Isn't that correct? And with which would increase the need for a vehicle like this? >> Yes, our we do a lot of stuff in house. We do a lot of repairs inhouse ourself unless it's a trade required. Uh we call in the trades for that. But little things that do not require trades. We have an account at Lowe's and we we do several repairs on a weekly basis and our plant managers go to Lowe's, buy material, come back to make those repairs. Uh we're all over the district. We have our we have groundskeeping
and light landscaping in our district. We do that oursel. We do in custo uh custodial services are in inhouse. We have equipment we need to move around when other equipment breaks down. Each school has a set of equipment. That equipment gets used every day. We do our best to keep it up and maintenance and stuff, but things happen. So, when one piece of equipment goes down, we have to go to another school, pick that uh equipment up and move it to the school that needs to that needs that piece of equipment. As we all know, if the school's not clean one day, everybody notices it. So, we try to do our best to get get that around. Right now, if that truck's not here, we don't have we have to use a personal vehicle or
or make some other arrangements to get it there. They're using the vehicle to take uh the sped department is using the vehicle to take students to work-based learning. Uh the special students to work-based learning at Goodwill and stuff like that. When it's not available, they have to use a bus sometimes if it's available and sometimes we don't have anything available. >> What is our current timeline with Lucy? Because I wonder if that has any impact on the need for this now rather than waiting. >> Our Will, if the county approves Lucy transfer in February, we'll probably take possession of that July one, the new fiscal year. >> That's 2026. So, >> 2026 this year. >> This gives us again an opportunity to double our current offering as far as fleet vehicles to our well, your
staff. >> Correct. and maintenance staff. Right now, if they have to go to Lowe's, load lumber up or something, if they don't want to use their own vehicle, you know, we have to get the truck. Truck's not available. We have to put that job off until it's available. >> So, this one won't be replacing a a vehicle. It's just another vehicle added to the fleet. >> It it's will not be replaced one right now. Our oldest one is a 2014 and it will probably get surplused here pretty soon. And we have a van that we're getting evaluated right now to see if it's going to be worth repairing or surplusing it. It's a small van, twoman van that they had bought back in 2015. >> I remember we purchased that one for the uh maintenance
department, >> the AC. >> Yeah, very small van. I I thought that was uh uh too small to work out of. >> Yeah, we couldn't. We we tried to use it for the custodial, but we can't get the equipment in there, >> right? >> So, but it's in a in a shape to where it's got a lot of electrical problems and stuff. So, we're getting it evaluated by a local mechanic to see if it's worth repairing or uh surplusing that vehicle. >> If a district vehicle is not available, is a staff member allowed to use a personal vehicle? >> The liability on the district is high. our insurance does not cover it and it has their a private insurance which I've contacted mine to see if it would cover if I was driving my own
personal vehicle. They said they have the option if you're performing work duty that they do not have to cover it. But if our employer or plant manager does not want to use this vehicle, we can't force them. >> Okay. So, it's a potential liability issue. Okay. Y >> but this is was budgeted in our operations budget and will be budgeted every six years because it affords us to be more efficient in helping maintain the district and provide a safe and professional uh way of transporting our equipment and helping our employees do their job. >> I call for a vote. >> All right, no other questions. Roll call, please. >> Teresa Cook, >> hi. >> Debbie Clifton. >> Uh, no. >> Barbara Gray. >> Hi. >> Cody Childress. >> Hi. >> Barbara Hallebertton. >> I. >>
Chris Densson. >> I. >> All right, that motion passes. Um, item number 13 is to adjourn. Um before I entertain a motion, I would like to say um thank you to the my fellow board members for entrusting me to uh chair once again. So appreciate the support and look forward to a great year. If nothing else, I will entertain a motion to adjurnn. >> So moved. >> Motion by Mr. Densen, second. >> Second by Miss Clifton. All in favor? >> I. Any opposed? >> All right, the eyes have it. We stand adjourned. Thank you.
