So, we are going to move directly into executive session uh using government code 551071 consultation with attorney and 551074 personnel matters uh to discuss a level three employee agreements hearing under board policy DGBA local. It is 12:01. It is 103. The board has reconvened back in open session uh open session. Uh no action will be taken on the level three grievance, level three employee grievance at this time. And with no more business before the board at 103, this meeting is adjourned.
