Uh we did not have anybody sign up for public comment today. So, we're going to go directly into executive session. An executive session will be held for purpose authorized by Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code section 551.071, Consulting with Attorney, and 551074 Personnel Matters. The board of trustees went into executive session at 12:01 p.m. according to Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551071, consultation with attorney 551074, personnel matters. All final votes, actions, or decisions would be taken in open meetings. Thanks. The board reconvened uh from open meetings at TW at 1:12 p.m. With no more further business to come before the board, this meeting is adjourned.
